I had the easiest purchase experience obtaining my new vehicle with Coconut Creek Hyundai. My salesperson, Charlton, was so welcoming and helpful. Made what can sometimes be a stressful experience a breeze and enjoyable. Charlton and Nadine in the finance department went above and beyond to get me in my vehicle of choice. All the features of my new SUV were explained in detail and I couldn't be happier with the whole overall experience. Do yourself a favor when shopping for your next vehicle, go to Coconut Creek and ask for Charlton. You will not be disappointed!

Caution... If you have an elderly, friend, neighbor or relative.. do not let them deal with this dealership alone. My 91 year old mother tried to purchase her vehicle that was coming off lease. I live out of state and was trying to assist her. I called the dealership and they were very helpful explaining to me her options: returning the leased vehicle or purchasing it. They were even kind enough to offer to drive to her location to complete the transaction. In fact, a sales rep sent me his contact info, via email to confirm the appointment. However, my mother, at the last minute changed her mind and decided that she wanted to purchase the vehicle instead of just returning it. Apparently that didn't sit well with the dealer because they were a no-show to her Independent Living facility and she was told she'd have to come to the dealership, in person, (with her aide that she uses due to memory problems) and she drove out of the dealership with her car paying $1500 more than I was quoted by the sales manager who I had previous been in contact with. At this point they will not return my calls and emails and won't respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint citing 'privacy laws'.

This is for the service Dept. My appointment for my wife's Palisade is a simple oil change and was scheduled for 1145 it is now over an hour later and I have not even spoke with a service manager. When I ask I am told I'm next but see others taken back. I honestly wouldn't bother making an appointment for any service if you have to come here, in the future I will not be coming back.the worst part is that they are both even that busy. This reflects poorly on all staff in the service department and the dealership as a whole. Edit: I waited an hour and a half after the appointment to finally been seen by a service manager only to be told the oil change would take an additional 2-3 hours and to top that he had an attitude... There is no resolution to the situation other than to no longer be a customer. They forever lost a customer, my family will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Very disappointed with the service here. I was told to bring my car in at 3:30 to ensure that it could be serviced. I brought it in at that time, was told it would only take an hour so I went home. I waited two hours before calling the dealership to find out what was happening with my car because they had not called me. I was told how much was wrong with my car and that it had not been serviced yet, two hours later. I was then told there was No one to service my car now that it was late. They finally got someone to work on the car and when I picked it up it was not washed even though I was told it would be and an employee's sanitary hair cover was left in my car. Definitely not coming back.

Had the privilege of working with Gary Levine today in the service department. He was top notch, professional, and did everything he could to make the process as smooth and as painless as possible. I don't usually leave reviews but Gary was seriously that helpful! If you ever bring your car in for service at Coconut Creek Hyundai, try and work with Gary Levine.
