Had to go there when our mechanic of many years, after $1500 work, said his computer couldn't communicate with our GM car. Had gone to Cody a few years ago with previous vehicle and they were just as great this time. And yes, they had to do more work, but car is finally inspected and we're not fooling around going anywhere else anymore. Plus they have a nice waiting room with inside restrooms!

Am 60 years old and by far the best dealer experience I've had. Was contacted by Lauren about a specific vehicle I'd been searching for and when she told me I went on an hour drive to get there and was not disappointed. Polite, professional, and committed to getting my deal done. Kevin Clark was my sales representative and he was calm, friendly, and with 20+ years in the business he was very knowledgeable. Never pushed me to use "their" financing like other dealers and worked effectively on working with my lender while getting me the best deal and discounts and there were 3 great ones never mentioned by other dealers. They are an hour away and intend on driving there to service my vehicle to see if their service game matches their sales game. Would not hesitate to send a friend, family, or any acquaintances to experience what it's like to work with an honest and highly competent dealer that treats the customer like a partner in the deal.

We were heading home to PA when smoke started coming out from the hood. It turned out to be a transmission issue. Everyone was so accommodating. Although we had the truck towed in at mid afternoon your service department looked at it and had the car back to us mid morning the next day. A special thanks to Nathan for dropping us at the hotel, moving our motorcycle and trailer and picking us up, what a nice young man.

Our check engine light came on, we looked up the nearest dealership and drove in. It was towards the end of the day. They saw us right away - showed us into their comfortable waiting room and dealt with the car and fixed the problem. I don't know who the actual technician was, but the guy who received us, Eric, was wonderful. He saw to it that we were taken care of and updated us at every step. We were so grateful to be seen to at such short notice with no appointment

Our recent buying experience with Jay and Cody Chevrolet may have been our most pleasurable ever. We haven't bought a lot of cars over the years as we tend to hang onto them forever, but no one compares in our experience. I was looking for an SUV to replace my old VW Passat wagon and stopped in at Cody to see what they had. After looking at some used Equinoxs, Traverses, and Terrains they had on the lot, I went inside and met with Jay to get more information and on the differences between the models. It was pouring rain on this day but Jay had no qualms about showing me around several vehicles and ultimately setting me up to test drive the Traverse I ultimately bought. I had an excellent first experience on through the sales negotiations and purchase process and would recommend these folks to my friends!

I did a lot of shopping before I purchased this car. I met with many dealers. I was very frustrated by the old school high pressure sales in most other dealerships.I never felt that way with Kevin. He was great! I had some problems connecting my phone to the mylink system. They scheduled a tech to look at it. He updated the software... Turns out it was related to the size of contact list on my phone.. I just took it in for my first oil change. It took a little longer than I expected (1 hour), but the staff was great, when I told them I had to run for a meeting, they got my can and I was off. Great Service! Thanks

Our buying experience was a very positive one. The salesman with whom we dealt (Bill Cody) was courteous and informative, the new car was delivered in a timely manner, and the purchase arrangements went smoothly. Al In all, a positive process. One of Bill Cody's fellow salesmen was also most helpful - he stepped in and helped out when Bill had a family commitment over the weekend. My thanks to both of them for their cooperation and good humor. Good guys, both, I say. Now let's hope this Equinox performs as well as these two gents - 'course they told me it would; but they are, after all, car salesmen.

I don't live near the dealership but was able to find via web the vehicle I wanted and was provided with a "no pressure" approach by the folks at Cody. While there were other dealers close to my location and I had visited some I found Cody's to be the best choice. They worked with me on the price to the point I was satified. I asked a friend to visit the site and the staff greeted and treated him with the same results I experienced. In the end I closed on a vehicle and Cody's was even able to come to me and finish all the paperwork and go over the car. Having them come to me was huge and removed stress - amazing group of folks. From the sales staff to the financial folks - super people and very willing to meet my needs. Yes I will go back in the future and would recommend this dealership to any one looking to buy.

Had an intermittent engine light on a 2013 Corvette that would not light up for the appointment. They worked on it, and weren 't sure whether or not they had fixed it. They didn't charge for the work they did on the light (which took some significant time), and encouraged me to just show up some time when the light is on. They were great folks and I will continue to go there for service.

The entire staff is friendly and courteous. It has been a pleasure working with all of them, from the sales staff at the time of purchase to the service department. I also ordered car mats from the parts department and was impressed with how quickly they arrived.

These guys went all out trying to get me in the truck I wanted. They added the tires I wanted, vent visors and a factory heated seat kit to get the sale. Very impressed!
