I scheduled an appointment with Laurie a Service Advisor for a Synthetic oil change. Laurie reviewed my history and told me I never used Synthetic oil. I responded, “ That is absolutely right.” However, “ I want to start using what the manual recommends.” Laurie politely said,” Okay I just wanted to let you know.” When I first met Laurie in the early 2000’s, Laurie was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy then and still is in 2020. I requested a Technician that came highly recommended that had never worked on my car before. I was introduced to Tyler who did not remember ever working on my car. Laurie and Tyler showed tremendous teamwork in assuring me the repairs on my car would be done. Coggin Nissan has a family of Service Advisories , Technicians, and other employees that keep me coming back! Thanks Mrs. Leslie Austin

Coggin Nissan made a customer for life out of me, when they gave me a great deal on my Nissan Altima! Bryan is a wonderful salesman. He’s not too pushy & he knows his products. Mark gave us the perfect deal, that we were looking for! Pete made all of the paperwork easy & was delightful to work with on our deal. To get the windows tinted, I talked with Lee. There was a mix up with my appointment time. Lee fixed everything! They have a tinting specialist. He did an extraordinary job on my windows! I thought my car looked great before...now it looks superb! Thank you, Coggin Nissan! I am a very happy customer! I would like to add that 2 years later, they are continuing with excellent service! Like I said, customer for life!

He’s done it again Sir Richard Wright is Awesome!!! Couldn’t be happier, made my first purchase back in 2018 and with such a great experience I’ve decided to go back and upgrade to the 2021 Nissan Rogue. He is very professional and personable, all around great guy who won’t pressure you into anything. Richard is all about great customer service you won’t regret any purchase or lease.

My experience was great. The service writer Ted was able to answer all of my questions in regards to my warranty and the shop was able to easily diagnose and fix my issue. Even with the major problem that my car had, I go it back with in a day of dropping it off. Excellent service all around and a group of people that create a family like environment!!
