After 41 years of marriage I wanted to purchase a new car without my husbands help! Neil McMahon had sold my husband a car a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with the service. Neil was great and hung in there with me as I decided to try and sell my old car rather than trade it in. I was never pressured that my old car would not sell or I needed to buy now. After 2 weeks, my old car did not sell and I called Neil to see if our original deal was still valid. Unfortunately, the car that I was interested in had been sold. After emails of what was in stock and a few phone calls I found another vehicle that I absolutely loved. When I went to pick up the car, all of the paperwork had been completed and I was ready to go. I appreciated that as I knew I would need a lengthy in-service on all of the new technology associated with the car. Neil walked me thought everything and was very good at explaining all of the features as well as making sure I understood them. He told me to not hesitate in calling him if I needed a refresher in the technology, Great salesman, great experience and a great car!

The staff is very friendly, The receptionist was charming. Pop Corn was yummy also. We had both vehicles in for maintenance, we had appointments that were and hr apart of each other. The folks back in the garage had us pull both in at the same time and had them done at approximately the same time also. Awesome! We had our 4 yr old grand-daughter with us and it was nice that they have a kid friendly area and T.V with cartoons to occupy her for the hr that we were there :) Thanks for the great service!

Good overall experience. Down time on the car was long - due to the holiday schedule and waiting for warranty consideration/confirmation. We supported a week with our own vehicle, Cole supported a week with a loaner. A loaner was approved through extended warranty, but for only 4 days. Cole supported the additional 3 or 4.

The only reason I did not give you the highest rating, is your time frame. You do good work and staff is helpful and courteous. However, what you said took 1 hour, took 2 instead. It happens, but as I went to ask about it, my paperwork and keys were sitting on the counter ready to go, and who knows how long I had been forgotten. Only negative I have.

Service was fantastic! I had scheduled some basic maintenance work and had new tires put on. When they found out I was waiting they expedited the work which was originally going to take 4-5 hours and had me on the road in a little over 2 hours. They saved my day!

We had a dead battery in my Buick at the doctor's office and I called the dealership and they told me to call AAA (which I am a member of) and have them jump start the car and bring it in. We also had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for the GMC Acadia, so they took both cars and had them fixed within 1 hour for the GMC and 2 hours for the Buick. Which we really appreciated. We were getting ready to go to FL for the winter and didn't have much time. Great service from the service department.

Received phone call to the effect that my 2014 Sierra may exhibit problems, especially in very cold weather, refusing to exit 4wd on command. Made the appointment by phone for a couple of days later. Went in at the appointed time, left the vehicle to run some other errands, came back, vehicle was washed and the work order indicated the necessary changes had been accomplished. Several of the service people said, "Good to see you again!" and other such expressions.

I think the charge for reading an error code is extremely high. I just had a service light on that needed to be diagnosed and while I know the equipment to purchase is expensive, $115.00 to just have a code read is quite high and was disappointing to have to pay that much to find out that the repairs were more than the car was worth. I have spent alot of money in the service department (over $5,000 this year alone), and really like it there, but was shocked at having to pay that much for a error code reading.

When car was dropped off for recall repairs the oil was at 25%. Since we are to have the oil changed at 20% why would the dealership not recommend changing the oil at that time and thus eliminate the need to return at a later (albeit, not TOO much later) date. It would have been much more convenient for me as well and the dealership.

We have been Cole customers for several years. I have been very impressed with their Service Department. Recently, I started to investigate the replacement of my older Canyon. I talked to Scott at Cole and he worked very hard to find a vehicle that met my exact requirements. He found it at a dealership on the other side of the state but arranged for the vehicle to be in Kalamazoo the next day. The buying process went very smoothly. Scott and Jake were efficient in getting all of the paperwork in place so that we could take our new truck home that day. The new vehicle has a number of new and potentially complicated features but Scott did a great job of explaining how things worked plus he has called to offer any help that I need in case I have some questions about the new truck. On top of all of the good service, the vehicle is beautiful, quiet and smooth. A great product.

Overall it's good, even though I've had a lot of issues (mainly the oil issue) with this 2011 buick regal. I probably won't buy a buick again, just being truthfull. But service is good

Even though very busy Dan Brown fit us in. when had to keep car put us in a rental for 3 days to fix our car before we left to go back to Florida.Wish our dealers down in Fort Myers where as accommodating & helpful as Cole's is.

I was scheduled for a routine oil change on my 2012 SRX and when my service rep Al asked me if there was anything else he could do for me I casually asked for advice on how to remove an ink stain on my driver's seat. That set the wheels in motion for the most incredible customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I was provided with a comparable loaner car while Al and his team quickly set about getting the best professional help to remove the stain. Their were " under the gun" to complete the service as I was scheduled for a 2 week vacation in a few days time. They not only removed the stain but there was no charge and completed the job in 24 hours! The entire staff from -Al to the check out counter were courteous and professional. To say that I am satisfied just doesn't seem enough, but I will say that my husband and I are planning our next purchase at Cole Century! Thanks to the entire team for a terrific experience!

The service is good. however the bumper to bumper package that I purchased isn't quite what I expected . I don't mind the deductable, but what I don't like is more often than not the things that I take my car in to be checked for are not covered on the warranty. It would seem that for what a person has to pay, all things (or at least most) things should be covered.

I am always greeted quickly when I drive in. Usually attended to by Jim right away with no waiting. When I go to the waiting room I'm greeted by the young lady that asks if she can get us a drink or anything else. Shortly after someone asks if we need a shuttle. When I check out I'm given a folder with the work order in it and my signature on it. The only thing that I am unhappy about is when I had some scratches buffed out the polishing compound got on the top of my truck bed and the wheel well and has now turned white and I can't get it off. It makes the truck look terrible. I am very unhappy about that.

The service team was great, though the repairs took a little long. I did very much appreciate the offer of the loaner car, which helped that situation out considerably. The main problem with the service is that in the week following return, I did not drive the car as I was out of town, and when I returned and began to drive the car again, there is considerable rattle seeming to come from the front end. I am not sure what this is, but it was not there prior to service. I plan to make another appointment to have the car serviced, which you should see later today (Monday, July 13, 2015).

Everyone who helped us with our purchase of our new Acadia was fabulous! When we first walked into the sales area the receptionist greeted us and immediately introduced us to Scott, our salesman. Scott showed us the Acadias that fit our requirements. He explained in detail the benefits of each of the vehicles. He did also give us comparisons of the other SUVs that Cole Gilmore had on their lot. He wanted us to have all the information we needed to make our decision. After we decided, Scott introduced us to the service staff. During this whole process, the manager came by to introduce himself and made sure our decision process was going smoothly. This is our second car we have purchased from Cole Gilmore. Our Envoy was purchased in 2007. We will definitely recommend Cole Gilmore to all of our friends and family!

This was by far the easiest no pressure vehicle experience we have ever had! We originally stopped at the dealership to look at used trucks. We never thought we could afford to drive away in a 2015 GMC Sierra 4x4 double cab, but that's what happened. We were never pressured to look at a certain model, color, package ect. We found a vehicle we liked and agreed on terms and that was that. Financing was smooth and we even received Starbucks like coffees while we waited. They detailed our truck, filled it with gas and we were on our way. It's the first time in my car buying life that I felt valued as a customer. Scott Made our truck purchase smooth and stress free.

I own a delivery service and when I'm looking to purchase a vehicle, especially a van I contact Ron Morton, who I have worked with for years. I told him I'd like to get another Savanna work van as they have been reliable and my older van now has over 250K miles. It's still a work horse with very little money invested other than normal wear and tear. Ron found me a used one with low mileage and a great price. Who needs to pay new pricing when there are vans like these out there. As I had no office coverage, Ron delivered the van to my work place. Easy and quick and just great service. While looking to purchase our vehicle, we had excellent customer service from Kayla. She was on point getting back to us and answering any questions that we had without delay. The salesperson was a bit aggressive in his approach and when showing my husband the vehicle; he took up occupancy in the driver's seat not allowing my husband to assess it for himself. The buying process was quick and easy, in and out of there in just over an hour (in recent past I had spent over 4 hours "stuck" at a dealership trying to accomplish a similar purchase). Overall it was a good experience and a great purchase so far!

My experience was great. I was just in having work done on my car the previous week for the engine light. I had been experiencing engine trouble frequently for the past two years and this time was no different. The dealership contacted GM to pay for the issue and they did and therefore saving me great expense. They could have simply charged me because it was no longer under warranty.

I am annoyed because as soon as I checked in I was introduced to someone who checked my windshield for damage, she found 3 "chip's" and recommended they be repaired. I had them repaired. Than I was told a air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced, it could affect "air quality in the vehicle ". It cost about $70.00. I asked for the filter because I wanted to see it. The filter is about 6inches X 9 inches, and probably could have been cleaned out.I felt like I was at one of those "10 minute" oil change places that try to up sell you a bunch of unnecessary stuff.

I had a lot of maintenance work done, and I would have liked some feedback (particularly on the tune up). I was charged a hundred dollars more than I anticipated because I have a V-8 (your records know that, and it should have been in the original estimate). There was a lot of overlap on all the maintenance that I had done, which should have made the cost less, but you charge full fare for each job.

While not able to isolate the problem, listened well to my explaination, checked out all reasonable alternatives and instructed me to return immediately if I smelled burnt insulation and electrical burning smell. Fixed my electric seat adjuster and changed oil. No problems and returned car in clean condition

I bought a GMC Acadia Denali in 2011. I have had more problems with it than I expect from a new car, but typically the service department does correct my issues, however, not quite as timely as I would like. Jim is my service contact. Over the years, he has dealt with all my issues and has been reliable and accountable. During my most recent visit I was not feeling well and had to have my father deal with Jim and the mechanical issues. My father is a car doctor! Absolutely the best mechanic. Our family has been in the car dealership industry for decades. After speaking with Jim, my dad called me and told me what was going to happen and what I should expect. In all my 46 years I have NEVER heard my father say anything positive about a service technician or service department. He made a point of saying that Jim was a very nice man and that he knew exactly what he was doing! High praise indeed! I passed along this compliment to Jim. I just wanted to ensure that "YOU" knew that you had a valuable employee and offer proper recognition!

Everything was great, except that the repair took two weeks longer than necessary because they lost the part when it arrived. When we called to check the status of the ordered part, nobody returned our call. Our insurance agent had the same experience when seeking information regarding the part. Your cashiers are always super nice.

I'm very happy with Cole Buick GMC Cadillac. I believe they're genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with their service. I am dissapointed that one week after taking a half day off to have my 2014 GMC Truck serviced for recall issues I'll be back again tomorrow to fix the radio which quit working four days ago. I'm sure the service will be exemplary and have no doubt that once the bugs are worked out this will be the hardest working most reliable truck I've owned.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were busy but took care of me right away. I needed a ride to work but the shuttle was out with someone else so Todd, the salesman who sold me my car very kindly offered to run me to work. He then kept track of my service and came to get me when it was finished. I was so impressed that he made sure I was taken care of.

MY CTS was running rough. I took it to another mech and he said it was a computer issue and had to take it to the dealer. It arrived in the evening and they had it repaired the next day by lunch time. Very professional and good communication.

I couldn't stop talking about my 2012 LaCrosse purchase and driving experience. So, when my car was recently totaled and I walked away with only minor bumps and bruises, it was back to where quality and relationships really matter...Cole BGC. Within hours the TEAM was put into motion. Mr. Bruce Kraker sprang into action pulling possible replacement LaCrosses from the immediate inventory and offered to go searching for the perfect match. Mr. Jack Fetkenhier, (Gen. Manager) started crunching numbers on the current available options, stating he knew the condition of the cars he had in stock, but he couldn't be sure when he had to go elsewhere. Ordering direct from GM at this time of year, I wouldn't get delivery until sometime in Feb. 2014. I receive calls & emails asking how I am doing and helping me with speed bumps and questions along the way. Even Paul Dopson at signing, kept reworking the figures with the various options, to ensure the best offer. Hours before Christmas, the Cole BGC TEAM had me driving away in my 2014 Buick LaCrosse...The Best car ever! Words cannot express my gratitude for the compassion, efficiency, and fairness that continues even after the sale.

My assigned service advisor since day of sale, (Rich Peters) knows my Lacrosse history and seems to alert my sales rep.,(Bruce Kraker)when I arrive. Bruce always stops by to check to see how the Buick is and if I have questions or concerns. This is old time values and is very impressive! Rich was very helpful and knowledgeable about the use of Flex-fuel in the 2012 Lacrosse. He also was helpful in refering me to a detailer to keep my car spiffy! I asked about cleaning of the wheels on my last visit and the product he suggested work wonders.

This is my 2nd purchase from Bruce Kraker. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable about the Buick products and efficient in the process. I was impressed that Bruce introduced my husband and I to the service manager to help familiarize ourselves with that end of car maintenance. I traded in a 2004 Buick Century with 170,000 miles and was a bit sad to say goodbye to an old and faithful friend. Go Buick!!!!!!!!!

The service rep, Dan Brown, was great. He took care of all my concerns with my Traverse with no problems. The waiting room was wonderful, too, with the tv, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn as I had my 4 y.o. to occupy for the 2 hours we were there. Everyone was polite, friendly and smiling right from the start with the man (sorry, don't remember his name) in the garage who greeted us and opened the door. Thank you so much! The driver-side chrome door handle was peeling. They did a temporary fix, while they ordered a new part. Quick delivery on part,(48 hrs). Although the part took twice as long to install than originally quoted, they kept me informed, apologized repeatedly, offered treats (coffee, water, popcorn), and salesman Bruce chatted on how I was liking my Lacrosse! It was all washed and plished like new.

I felt like the sales staff we're really here to help me and were not even worried about selling to me. Took the car in for a "check engine" light because our normal place didn't have an open appointment. Didn't call us. When I called, the guy LIED, not implied a lie, but LIED in direct words that the transmission and coolant fluids were corroded and bad. Also LIED about our spark plugs needing replaced. Tried charging us $1100 for things that had been done less than 3000 miles prior. I would not trust these guys with my cut roses in a plastic vase. Within two miles of leaving this place, a "needs mechanic" light appeared on the dash. By five miles, the "low coolant" light appeared. Not only did this place lie to us about our car, when we took it back to our normal place, they found that the coolant was extremely low, even though according to our invoice, this place didn't touch our coolant. Do NOT take your car here if you plan on driving it more than 5 miles!!!

We had a BMW and Volvo prior to purchasing both our Cadillacs from Cole Century. The dealerships we utilized with them provided adequate service but both my husband and I never felt we were treated as valued customers. We have found just the opposite with Cole Century. Throughout our purchase and during service visits we have been much more than satisfied with the outstanding sales and service they have provided us. Tracy Glocheski our sales person and James Marshall our Service Consultant have gone above and beyond our expectations; so much so that a mere three months after purchasing our first Cadillac we purchased another. My husband is a avid bicyclist. He was sent a card from Cadillac that said if he came in and test drove a car, he would get a sent a Cadillac bicycle jersey. He and I did do just that but no jersey showed up many many weeks later. I stopped by the dealership and told Linda the story. She listened and a short time later, we got the jersey in the mail. Thanks for changing the end of story. He will wear it with pride.

We really needed a new car because our old car was on its last legs; but really dreaded going car-shopping and dealing with all the aggressive sales people. Lee Guilford and his colleagues at Cole Century were just the opposite. There were straight-forward, patient and understanding. They worked with us to make it as easy as possible for us to trade-in our old car and buy our new car. They took the time to explain all steps of the process, all we needed to know about the new car, and all the aspects of their Service Dept. It was great to feel trusted and valued as a customer. We went to Cole Century because my mother had excellent service on her recent Buick purchase and the sales man who helped her made a wonderful impression on us all. My husband antd I walked in out of the blue just interested in "looking" at a GMC Acadia. We ended up purchasing our wonderful new Acadia that same day mainly due to the excellent customer service that John May and the rest of the Cole-Century staff provided us. They located a vehicle that met our specifications promptly. John even went out of his way and come to pick me up at my home the next day to take me to the dealership to pick up my new vehicle. We will certainly seek out Cole-Century and John May on our next vehicle purchase!

My wife and I were in the market for a new 2011 Terrain. Lee Guilford took us for an excellent test drive. He was very professional and knowledgable about the Terrain vehicles and we learned a lot from. Even though we live in Grand Rapids, I would have easily traveled the extra few miles to buy a vehicle from him.However, since the rebate period was ending in only two (2) days, and the only vehicle that met our requirements was in Madison, WI, we had to buy the vehicle from a Madison dealer. (The Madison dealer refused to swap cars with a dealer in Michigan - said it was too far.)To Lee's credit he was truly the one who sold us on the car, the Madison salesman simply fell into it.When I am in the market for another vehicle I will surely go back to Lee.

I bought a GMC Terrain and I am loving it. I was not sure what type vehicle I wanted and Ron Morton happily worked with me to find the right fit. Good fuel economy, spacious enough for my family of four and towing ability were the only tips I had to give. I appreciated his willness to find the right vehicle, quickly and at the right price.

My experience with this dealer in purchasing a CTS about a month ago was so good that when it came time to lease a car for my wife I returned to get a price on the 39 month promo that Buick was running on the Regal. I found that they did not have any Regals in inventory at the time but I was able to find a few others that met our needs in stock at other dealerships in the area so I asked that they do a search to see what they could find as I wanted to obtain this car from Cole Century and John May in order to receive the same service level that I had experienced previously. They found the right car within a few days and we were able to tkae delivery within the week.

I went to this dealership because I was dissapointed with another dealership I had previously visited feeeling like they did not care whether or not I purchased a car form them. John May approached me within minutes as I was brousing the new car selection on their lot and I was pleasently surprized with his attitude and interest in answer all of my quesitons in detail while offering advice on the selection of a new car. I decided on the exact car I wanted to purchase but it was not in stock. John located three options at nearby dealerships and offered to bring one of them in within three days. Overall I felt this was a hassle free experience as I wound up buying the car within one weeks time.

Lee and Tony were very helpful and honest, making me feel totally comfortable making a major purchase. I have never bought a car from a dealership before. After talking to Lee and Tony, I knew if I had any problems, they would make it right. Lee took me over to the service dept and introduced me to the mechanic and walked me through anything I may need to know. He also made it clear that if I had any issues/problems at all, to come back anytime and he would assist in any way possible. Tony also made the process with paperwork very understandable. They were both awesome.

I leased my first Nissan Versa from John May four years ago. My lease expired in May or June of this year and I contacted John May again. I told him I wanted the same car only a 2010 model--same color, and same features that I had in my previous Nissan Versa. John got right on it and found me the same car which I have leased for another three years. I have no complaints. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful.
