I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kim at Cole Chrysler Dodge. It was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson was not "high pressure" which is what I prefer. She was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. She worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely go back to Cole Chrysler and would highly recommend them to others.

My salesman was not afraid to do his homework and come up with a fair price, which minimized hassle. Since there wasn't much haggling on the vehicle price and it was a direct order the dealership considered a break on Mopar bumper to bumper lifetime warranty as well. I came away feeling it was fair which is important. Everyone needs to make money, but I didn't feel there was any gouging involved. In addition, the dealers honored military service with a nice discount related to the Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Cole Chrysler was a positive experience. Efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. I will give them a first look on my next vehicle purchase.

I'm big shop and compare type of guy. These folks were very friendly and went above and beyond in making my car buying process simple and easy. Especially with my work schedule. I got what I wanted for my trade and the price I wanted on the vehicle. No extra fake add on taxes like some dealerships are known to do. Simple. Honest. Friendly. They want to earn your business your way. They will listen to you. Dana and Kim helped me and I'm sure they can help you as well.

I recently purchased a Chrysler 300 and am absolutely loving it. The customer service was wonderful and everyone was helpful, knowledgable and extremely professional. I had many questions which they answered and most importantly they didn't pressure me....they let me make the decision. Not all dealerships are like this so I truly appreciated this about them. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Exceptional service

We bought a new Jeep Renegade from Cole Chrysler and I have to say this was the best buying experience I've ever had. I did some research on the internet and found a website that showed the average price paid for new vehicles, what would be a good deal, great deal, etc. The dealers price right out of the box was the "great deal" price. I didn't have to negotiate anything. We also got a great price on our trade-in. Couldn't ask for an easier buying experience.

I'd been driving a 2008 V6 charger and was looking to upgrade to a newer model with the V8 HEMI. I found the limited edition MOPAR '11 Charger at their dealership and decided I had to take it for a spin. But, I never thought I would get to take it home. These guys worked with me and got this monster of a car within my budget. And now (thanks to them) I am the proud owner of a one of a kind car! Only 1,000 of these bad boys were built and I have one! How often do you get to say something like that! Thanks again guys. You've earned a lifetime customer!

We were in the market for a new car when we received a solicitation from Cole. The sales rep was low key: no pressure. We got a good price on our trade-in and a nice array of rebates and discounts. We pick up the car this afternoon and are looking forward to it.

The Sales Rep that called me, was really nice, listened to what I needed and was looking for. He let me know what he had available, which would work better for my budget, and let me make the decision.
