I was looking for a late model CTS (Performance Package) AWD in great condition. I found 3 cars that had the right features and in my price range at other dealerships closer to me. What made me purchase from Cole Cadillac was the quick response and service I received from sales rep Chris Cole; I was able to complete the purchase of the car over the phone, literally within a few hours of his initial email! I drove to the dealership (a 6-hour drive) and the car was in perfect condition as described. Overall the staff I met at Cole Cadillac were extremely helpful and professional; I highly recommend a purchase from them!

Dealership personnel were all friendly and went out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable provided water, soda whatever we needed while we were there. This is how you should be treated at a dealership! Cars were ready for inspection and ready to be driven and had every model that I wanted to test drive and they were ready to provide any that I may have wanted. I bought the one I wanted!!!

I bought a car from Clyde Cole in June of 2014 and it only ran for 2 weeks. I went back to the dealership on Friday August 28,2014 to get my key back from the car that I just bought because I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I told Dave Cole that my car only lasted 2 weeks and as I was talking he walked away from me and with a half grin on his face he said OKAY. He acted like he didn't care . Also when they sold me the car there wasn't even any oil or antifreeze in the car. That's pretty bad when you sell someone a car you are not even going to check the fluids! Beware when you buy a car off this place.

Aside from a few misunderstandings on the leasing process, I had a good experience at Cole's. I have only had one salesperson all the years I've owned cadillacs and he is very helpful. All in all, I love my SRX and not sure if I could go back to a car now.

We drove from Pittsburgh and were disappointed as we weren't allowed to see the car since someone had a hold on it (put money down). Chris Cole called later that same day and again the next day to find out what happened and let us know that he would call us first thing in the morning to let us know either way if the car was sold. Turns out it was still available and he invited us back to the dealership, had the car ready to go, and filled the tank with gas to send us on our way back to Pittsburgh. Best purchase ever and smoothest experience. Sean McBane was also personable, answered all our questions, and made sure we were happy with our purchase. I would recommend them to a friend and consider going there again for my next car!

Dear Carl,I am writing to thank you for your outstanding assistance over the past couple of weeks. You may recall meeting me when my 81 year-old mother and I paid the dealership a visit on Saturday, February 9th. From the moment you greeted us at the door until the moment we left, you were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Despite my mothers apprehension to test drive, you kindly offered to take us for a ride. During the test drive, you offered for her to drive the vehicle around the local neighborhood streets, demonstrated all of the buttons (and ensured her you could make them as simple as shed like them to be), and eventually convinced her to drive the vehicle around the dealership lot. You ensured she heard and understood about the vehicle, including the keyless entry. Because of your patience, my mother felt comfortable enough to return to your dealership on her own on February 14th to purchase her new red ATS! However, your responsiveness did not end there. You spent a number of hours with her that day. You assisted her with obtaining her GM code, set up her new vehicle to her liking, and as nightfall approached, you personally ensured she got home safely that evening by driving her new vehicle home for her. I also appreciated you ensuring she chose a vehicle with all-wheel drive because that is what her daughter wanted! THANK YOU! We compared the Cadillac SRX and Acura RDX. The Cadillac is by far, the nicest, most quiet vehicle I have ever owned. I've had Volvo, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Ford Explorer and Pontiac. Sean McBane took his time and was very thorough in reviewing the CUE system, as well as the other features on this vehicle. Being quite short, the variety of seat positions and pedal movement were significant for me, also the cargo racking system in the rear compartment. Thank you Cole Valley, I LOVE MY NEW CADILLAC!!!!! I have been an admirer of the CTS for quite some time. Then I read about the ATS model, I was interested. During one of my visits to the Cole-Valley Cadillac lot, looking for the new model, I was approached by Rand. We exchanged many questions and answers. He told me that it would probably be late summer or fall for the ATS. Rand asked me if I had ever driven the CTS, and I said no. He offered a test drive and I gladly accepted. Rand answered all of my questions and also explained the options that were available in the different levels. I still wanted to see the ATS. Finally, when it arrived, I came back to see Rand. I have to say, he went out of his way to make sure that I drove the exact model that I was interested in. It was a beautiful car inside and out, but I was still not sold. I then read about the rebates being offered on the 2012 CTS models by Columbiana in the Vindicator. I talked to Shelly about a white-diamond luxury unit, the price was very attractive. Then I remembered the white CTS at Cole-Valley with the fog lights and dual exhaust. I called back to Rand and got intercepted by Rich. After talking to Rich, he and Rand worked together to keep me interested in the performance model. I did'nt want them to know, but after test-driving it, I was sold. These two gentlemen were courteous and professional. The two of them then worked with Tom Cole to negotiate a price that I was happy with. I have to say, it looked to me as if, Rand and Rich worked very hard to keep me from going to Columbiana. Dealership was nice and the inventory was available to allow for choice. The sales staff was kind and curious. I believe I could have gotten a better price from my regular Cadillac dealer but they didn't have the used inventory Only disappointments were the car was delivered on empty, the interior was not detailed as well as I would have liked.

I never felt pressured to buy or lease a vehicle. Carl listened to what my needs were and went from there working with me to get the car I desired. He also kept in mind my budget. Carl explained to us on our first visit what all the expenses would be. He was quick to steer away from vehicles that did not interest me. I wish the staff at the GM Flexible Earning Card I had from HSBC were honest with me explaining I could not use them with my family discount. Carl let me know right from the beginning that the card I had would not be used along side with the GM family discount. Well the person backed out and he called me right away to let me know. For the next day we talked on the phone several times about the price and my trade, he was very helpful and accomidating through the whole process, I drove from Cleveland the next day and took the truck for a test drive and completed the deal very quick, which was very appreciated. Dealership is top notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again in the future.

We were impressed with the friendliness and "no pressure" environment at Cole Valley Cadillac. We have been looking at used Cadillacs for a year now but were not in immediate need of a another vehicle. The previous dealerships we have been to tried to pressure us into buying. Since we were not made to feel comfortable and were not in need of a vehicle, we did not buy. We did not feel that pressure at Cole Valley. We made the decision to buy the car and were not pressured. We really like the car and thought it was a fair deal. Rand was such a pleasure to deal with. We cannot speak of your other sales people, but Rand is just great! We brought to his attention that the rear tires would not pass inspection in the state of Pennsylvania because the treads were too worn. Rand made sure new rear tires were put on the car. We love the car. It is just what we were looking for.

I have never liked dealing with salemen, but with the exception of Carl, he was excellant, he came off very nice, very personable. He answered all the questions that I had gone in there with and made me feel like I wasn't a pain about it. When we showed him the vehicle we were interested in, he had us take the car for a drive to see how it handled and explained all the options on the vehicle, how to use them and set them up, just full of information about the two vehicles we were looking at. Once we decided on what one we wanted, he did everything possible to get us that vehicle, they call around to see if he could get us exactly what we were looking for and just before we left the dealership they had already located it. We came back in and finished the paperwork. He was one of the most helpful salesmen I had ever had dealings with. We are very pleased with our CTS 2 door coupe and Carl. Rand was very helpful in finding me the exact car that I wanted. His knowledge of my vehicle was extensive. There were a couple of paint chips that the service department fixed "like new". When I picked up my car, Rand went over all of the inside and outside features. It was very helpful. I feel that the price they gave me for my trade and the price of the new vehicle was fair. I moved to the Cleveland area in 2000 and I still come back to Cole Valley to purchase my vehicles. This dealership does not want to just sell you one car, they want to sell you your next 10+ cars. This is clearly demonstrated through Cole Valley's customer service in all departments (Sales, Parts and Service). You leave this dealership and feel that you have been taken care of. There is a personal approach to all aspects of the sales and service processes. There is very little negotiation at this dealership. All of the pricing has been very upfront and the value on all of my trades have beat the large volume dealerships. The Cole Family and Joe Sember have mastered relationship selling in the automotive dealership market. I purchase my cars from them because I know if I have a problem or need something, I will be taken care of. My last Cadillac that I purchased from Joe Sember was driven to my home in Aurora, because I couldn't get off of work to come pick it up. It is the little extras that add up. I have shared this with friends and family and they also have had the same experience with Cole Valley.

Chris was Excellent. He treated my wife Linda with RESPECT and did not pressure her into any decisions. It was a pleasure to deal with someone like Chris who is honest,fair and also was very easy to work with. Other dealerships tried to force or scare my wife into some really bad deals and they constantly called and emailed her with different tactics and pricing. Your dealership should be proud to have a person such as Chris. HE WAS EXCELLENT. THANKS !!!!!

I went to Cole Valley to buy a new Cadillac Crossover. Despite the fact it was the end of the model year they had three exterior colors for me to choose from, they had the car, model and features I wanted. Rand even explained to me options that I might not want. I choose the black exterior with the black interior, a 2012 SRX. Rand and I went on a test ride plus he let me keep my old vehicle in the lot for a few days until I could pick it up. He did his best to explain the technical features of the vehicle to me but honestly some were over my head. Rand was extremely kind & professional. All in all an outstanding car buying experience. I highly recommend Rand to anyone looking to buy any of the cars at Cole Valley.

The easiest car purchase I have ever made. I called Chris Cole told him what I wanted. He tracked down the car with the options I wanted and delivered it to me with the paperwork. That simple. The car was detailed and filled with gas. He gave my wife a complete review of all the options on the vehicle and left his phone number in case she had any further questions. I never even stepped into the dealership. That is what customer service is all about. I would recommend this dealership 100%

I have delt with Cole Valley for a number of years and, as usual, Chris Cole was most helpful in arranging for my new XTS. Probably the most compelling reason I have gone to Coles for my cadillacs in recent years is the attention I get from the service department. Im an old man living alone and the service boys make life easy for me.

I would reccommend this dealership to any and everyone. First of all Sean McBane ( our salesman ) was excellent. He answered all of our questions about the vehicle and was very courteous. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He along with John Cetrone made our purchase go very smooth. They were easy to talk to. I bought my first car from Cole's in 1985 Caddy. Black with Stainless steel top and Red leather interior. and then I bought a Black grand Prix and then a 2004 CTS. I haven't bought a lot of cars from Cole's; but they were all so good there wasn't a need to just buy another car. I loved all of them and I am still driving 2004 it.
