Used Cars for Sale at Coleman Buick GMC in Lawrence Township, NJ

After encountering an odd speed bump, the engine light on our Buick Encore went on indicating some sort of emissions-related issue. We called Coleman Buick GMC to schedule a diagnostic and possible repair. Staff member Cindy was polite and friendly and booked us in within a few days. After dropping the vehicle off at Coleman, Cindy called back a couple of hours later letting us know what the issue was and that, if we approved the repair, the cost of the diagnostic would be deducted from the total bill. We approved the repair and Cindy then called us back a couple of hours later to let us know that the vehicle would be available for pick up and they'd wash the car for free if we'd like. The Coleman facility itself is a modern, smooth-running operation and staff are friendly and helpful. By contrast, we also just had an A/C repair done to our Honda CR-V at Princeton Honda and that experience was the polar opposite of Coleman Buick GMC. Long lines, indifferent staff, and long wait times. As part of that service, we had an oil change and the technician forgot to reset the oil life meter back to 100%. They broke two tab covers that provided access to the taillights (which supposedly weren't working). Needless to say, we weren't offered a car wash. Granted a Honda isn't at the same level as a Buick but what a night and day difference in service. We highly recommend Coleman Buick GMC for their great staff and equally great (and fairly-priced) service. Princeton Honda? Stay far, far away.

Had my 2014 GMC Sierra serviced at Coleman GMC, great service from Nicole as always. The service department turned my previous review (over a year ago) from a negative to a positive experience. Thank you and continue the great work. Update: Just had my 2018 GMC Sierra serviced at Coleman GMC. Nicole is always great! Will continue to take my truck to them. Changed my rating from 4 Star to 5.

I had an excellent experience with Coleman Buick and one of the main reasons I decided to go ahead with the purchase was really because of Jeannette, Ed and even you too Lauren, I don’t want to leave you out ;-) They gave me an awesome deal on the Lincoln Continental Black Label and an awesome trade offer. But most of all dealing with them was like dealing with old friends and I made the trip down all the way from north Jersey to see the car then back down to pick it up. When I went to pick up the car, Jeannette had everything ready and I was probably in and out in maybe 25 minutes. Again, thank you all for a great experience. Jeff

Salesman Phillip was very helpful. Unfortunately the car he had was not right for us. I would recommend them. Just cause we didn't get what we wanted doesn't mean you may not find what you want. We all have different needs.
