Impeccable customer service! We met Tim on a weekend and he held a truck for us for a week so my husband could come back into town. Immediately impressed by the confidence Tim had in customer satisfaction. After reading a few reviews, we understood exactly why Cole's has such a fantastic reputation. Ran by a family, and treat their customers like family. It's unique to find a car company as dedicated to integrity and service as this one. You'll never be disappointed!

This is the 2nd car ( Jeep ) we bought from Coles they are a great people, the jeep had bad brakes and took it back to them and they replaced everything on the Jeep and even washed it and vacuum it for us they are great.

I have been trading with Cole's for many years and I have always been satisfied. I have bought several cars as well as my son and daughter. Great friendly service and they will make sure you are satisfied. As long as I am here I will be dealing with them.

I started buying cars from Cole's when they were located in Lilburn. I met Tim and MArk and their dad, James and they made me feel like part of the family. I have purchased cars for my kids when they were in high school, and have traveled out to Between for repairs when I needed them. I recently bought a new car for myself and they knew just the one to show me! I have never gone anywhere else. They know how to treat their customers!

I started shopping at Coles when we moved to Walton County over 10 years ago. In that time, I have purchased 5 vehicles from them for myself and members of my family. I've been very pleased every time. They didn't use the high pressure "used car salesman" approach, but rather took their time to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for my needs. I have also used them for service work as well.

I was introduced to Cole's in 1999. With my wife getting back into the work force and my 2 sons old enough to get around on their own we just added our 6th used vehicle from Cole's Automotive. We have purchased 2 mini vans, 1 SUV, and a C230 Mercedes. My wife was tired of driving the mommie van and wanted a "fun" car. Cole's found her a Toyota Solara Convertible!! We are having a blast dropping the top and enjoying the weather. We have never had any issue that the family at Cole's could not fix or assist in referring us to someone who could. In the past week my niece and a very good friend's son have also purchased vehicles at Cole's. Each of them said it was the best car buying experience they had ever had. It is the only place we shop. If they don't have it we probably don't need it.
