The guys in the Quick Lane department are awesome! Friendly, professional, and keep you up to date on how things are going with your vehicle. I usually sit and wait for my car and they always have coffee and a smile, and don't mind me taking over a corner of the waiting room to work on online homework. The guys in the back working on cars are thorough but fast. I've always had great experiences there.

I’ve recently moved to the Bryan/College Station area and today was my first visit at Varsity Ford for service etc. Without a doubt they’re the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with hands down. Courteous, efficient, thorough and the most pleasant bunch of folks I’ve had the pleasure to do business with. They’ve earned my business for life for sure. Thank You Tim. Second trip to College Station Ford to purchase a vehicle. The staff were excellent, price was good and the sales lady Michelle also delivered my car at night about 30 miles away..... My salesman was Ben Winkle. When I went into CS Ford, I had no idea that I would be walking out with a new car. This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had buying a car. Ben made the process so easy! He took the time & patience to explain the process and to listen to my situation & answer any questions I had. I will definitely be sending business Ben’s way! And Ben took the time today to give me a call to check on me to make sure I was happy with my purchase & any questions I had! I’ve never had a salesman do that! Thank you CS Ford!

We were traveling through College Station with our 5th Wheel Travel Trailer on a Sunday afternoon. We developed an issue with our suspension system on our 2007 F-250 truck. We came to College Station Ford first thing Monday morning and they worked is in without an appointment and fixed the problem. We worked with Scott who was excellent and really worked hard to get our issue resolved so we could get back on the road again. He is a great team member for College Station Ford, represents the dealership very well. I would highly recommend this Ford dealership based on our interaction with Scott and the rest of his team.

Melissa Campbell was upfront and honest the entire time, communicating their position during negotiations. I love the F250 I got from them and we were able to get a deal done. The only reason I don’t give the dealership 5 stars is because they insist on installing the Apex GPS security device and will not allow you to decline it. I personally do not like for dealerships to tell me what I absolutely must accept on my vehicle. Other than that, it was a fairly painless transaction.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I had a light that came on in my car and I was told by the service manager that they could not diagnose what was wrong with the vehicle. I could understand this if I had brought a Toyota, or some other type of vehicle to this Ford dealership. For them to not be able to figure what is wrong with a Ford vehicle is incompetence. I had to have my car towed to the dealership and I had it back by Friday. Sunday the vehicle was doing exact same thing except this time it did not strand me. My vehicle has been there 5 times since the new year. I can understand that cars need repairs sometimes but it would be nice for a dealership to let me know when a problem is about occur. College Station Ford is the Home of the 48-Hour Repair. They guarantee that their repair will not last longer than 48 hours. This would be an appropriate slogan for the dealership. One time I left my car there on a Friday afternoon and by the end of business Monday (5PM) I had heard nothing about the status of my vehicle. It took me almost an hour to get the Service Adviser on the phone as he apparently with a customer although nobody told me that until almost 45 minutes into the wait. I would have left a message but they kept sending me to Tom's voicemail who was not who I was looking for. When I finally got the correct Adviser on the phone I was told that the mechanic had already gone home for the day and that he could tell me something the next day. Call back around 8AM I was told. 8:30AM I called. Adviser told me that he had not talked to the mechanic but he would call me back in 30 to 45 minutes. 2PM I finally hear back from the dealership and get the details on my repair. Repair was finally completed almost a week later. I was never once offered a loaner car or even a shuttle to and from the dealership. Not sure if these exist at College Station Ford. I did not buy the car from them As a result of my experience with this dealership I marked all Ford products off my shopping list. I have zero desire to ever deal with this dealership ever again.
