My car has been in the shop for over 130 days. Every time I would call they would come up with a different reason why they couldn’t start working on it yet. They didn’t start working on the car till it had been there for over 100 days. When I would call they would be very short and wouldn’t answer my questions unless I was angry and demanding answers. Otherwise I had to get my dad to call who’d they kindly tell the answers. Which didn’t make since because the car isn’t even in his name it’s in mine. To top it all off they started ignoring my calls. I could call 10 times in a row and they wouldn’t answer, but then answer on the first ring if I called from another phone. They also serviced other cars before mine that hadn’t been there as long. This could have been and easy and rather timeless fix, however instead of giving me accurate information they circled around what was happening and left me in the dark. I really would have appreciated some communication they told me multiple times that I would be called right back and wouldn’t call for hours or even sometimes days. I have to call constantly to get any kind of time frame. When I originally brought it to the shop they told me it wouldn’t take longer than a month. I am highly dissatisfied with the quality of customer service and time management. If I have to take my car back to a shop it definitely won’t be this location. The customer service lady I was mainly talking to was nice but was also just giving me excuse after excuse. It has put a damper on my life in figuring out how to get to and from places and has been a huge inconvenience for everyone in my life.

I've been a customer for over 2 years, and I must say that I've always had good quality service every time I entered Colonial Kia. I normally book my service appointments on-line, and I've never had an issue thus far. The staff is very helpful and everyone always has a smile on their faces. What can I say....I have bought several cars in my lifetime and this is hands down the best buying experience ever! From the very start we felt comfortable and welcome here...The search for our car took a little while ( but I will stress that this was not the fault of Colonial Kia, but a neighboring dealership who would not cooperate-even when I attempted to buy directly from them)...I am so blessed that we were patient and waited for everything to work out at Colonial Kia...Stewart was the most honest, patient, and friendly sales person that I have ever encountered in my 48 years! He did everything that he said he would do and even when he thought we may have to buy elsewhere (due to the availability of the car we wanted) he was nothing less than supportive! I am so glad that everything worked out the way that it did...we bought our 2021 KIA yesterday and are so pleased. Stewart is a breath of fresh air in today's sales world...Also, many thanks to Kim who made our financing so easy and crushed the pre approved rate that we walked in the door with! If you are in the market for a vehicle, you should stop in...you will be pleased!

Very exceptional buying process. Chris Weinberg worked diligently to give us more than we expected for our KIA Sedona for trade in. Stewart Allen ran in and out of the rain searching for a vehicle to fit our tight budget. Mike Jackson in Finance was extremely fast with the paperwork which other dealerships take forever. Robi Ahluwalia (General Sales Manager) momentarily dropped what he was doing to come and greet us in person. This entire staff were highly professional, genuinely courteous and there was no sales pressure during our time there. The end result was one terrific deal on a 2017 KIA Forte.

I had a wonderful time working with Mrs. Green and Mrs. Ewing. They and the rest of the staff were very helpful and patient with me for my first NEW car purchase. Kevin was the best car salesman I have ever worked with! He was knowledgeable about the product. Allowed me to drive the car without distraction (sales talk). This allowed me to get a feel for the car and not feel pressured to purchase. Mike in finance was also a big help. Great buying experience.

I want to take this moment to reflect on the wonderful experience that I had, buying my new KIA! I was first greeted with a friendly smile and handshake from Jonathan Lukassen! Jonathan was amazing! He really took his time and walked me through the entire process! Buying a car can be stressful, but Jonathan made is easy and painless! I was soon introduced to Kevin Jenkins, who listened to what I was looking for in a car and delivered exactly what I was looking for! The test drive process was simple and the paperwork was easy! I ended up with the 2017 KIA Sportage LX and I'm elated with my new car! Kevin and Jonathan were amazing and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND either of these two to work with, buying your next car!!! I am a die hard luxury car driver. My husband is on his 4th Mercedes S series,the biggest ones they make. I've owned a BMW 3 series and i own a Lexus RX SUV. My intention was to buy another BMW or maybe try a Mercedes or Range Rover this time. But I was intrigued by the videos I saw on line with the Chief designer stating the Kia K900 was created to compete with the best in the business. So I contacted a sales consultant,not a salesperson,( there's a huge difference people) and explained to her I wanted to know the next time the K900 arrived at the dealership. She contacted the day it was being driven on the lot. I took my husband with me, and I test drove the K900. I immediately told her after the test drive I wanted the car. My K900 turned heads,when people discover the quality and all the options in it,they stunned by the price. If you the most for your money,all available options,a stunningly beautiful car,a warranty second to none,and the BEST CAR ON THE ROAD TODAY,yeah people,NAY SAYERS, the K900 will make a believer out of you. And it's worth the drive to talk to Myron Green at Colonial Kia. They have the best staff of any Car Dealership I have ever been to. JOB WELL DONE KIA AND COLONIAL KIA. Let me preface this review by saying that Chads customer service and knowledge was above average. I truly enjoyed working with him, but the sales practices at this dealership are bordering unethical, ancient and in some cases, laughable. I went into the dealership to purchase a CPO KIA Optima. The car was great though this car could not have been certified properly when the tires were at the wear bars which makes me second guess how thoroughly this car was inspected and certified. Still, the tires (new) were only $500 at my local Auto Parts store so I proceeded. The manager assessed my trade thousands of dollars below trade in value and said my one year old Honda Accord EX-L was in rough conditiona vehicle that is detailed quarterly and dealer maintained with 15k miles on it. Would I use this dealership again? Perhaps IF they were by default the lowest bidder for a new KIA, Chad was my salesperson and the MOD was not in the building. Colonial worth the drive? Not in the least.
