Bought my car there, easiest process compared to other dealers I dealt with. Received an oil changed and the process was FABULOUS. I came a little late and still recieved Aone service, the waiting area was clean, friendly and very kid friendly. They had some snacks and water available for the customers along with TV to entertain yourself. I would high recommend Colonial Nissan service. The service was fast and painless. Thanks for making my experience awesome.

I traded in my 2010 Nissan Rogue and was given misleading information about my extended warranty. I was told I would be reimbursed for the extended warranty and was not. Deceptive sale pitch. Would not buy another car from that dealer for that reason. But I am very satisfied with their service department.

This is the third car we have purchased from Colonial Nissan. It is as "human" as any dealership could be, and their service department is very reliable. During the selling process, they were willing to accommodate and meet our personal requirements. The sales room is quiet, relatively low pressure, and usually brings the manager (owner? Jason) to speak with us along with the salesman.

I was happy with the repairs that were done to my vehicle, however, I just purchased this vehicle less than 8 months ago and the Transmission went on it. when I called and spoke to the service technician, he was less than cordial to me over the phone. I was pleased with the fact that after SOME discussion, they agreed to give me a rental free of charge while the repairs were done. it took over a week to get the vehicle back. I just wish they would check their vehicles more closely before selling them to avoid this type of inconvenience to everyone.

I arrived at 8:30, and left two hours later. Your sitting area was very comfortable, time moved fast.Upon time of leaving ANDREW GRAHAM your employee explained in detail all I needed to know. I appreciated this personal attention. Also, the gentleman at front desk checked back to me in that two hours to let me know when I would be leaving. (my car is a lease).

Wasn't ecstatic when we first dealt with the dealer ship. The sale almost fell apart about 10 minutes into the sale. After we decided to walk away from the table the sales Manager realized that we weren't going to fall for the bait and switch and gave us our original deal. We made an appointment for an oil a scheduled oil change. As we scheduled the appointment we asked about the recall for the passenger side air bag. We where told at the time of the appointment that our vehicle did have a recall. They did not have the part in stock at that time and they would let us know when it would be in and could be repaired. We arrived at the appointed time, Checked in with the service department and had a seat in the waiting room. 2 hours later we get our vehicle back. They realized that they had the part to fix the recall and decided to repair it with out informing us. This delay caused us to cancel another appointment we needed to attend and delayed us to pick up our son from work. If we would have been informed that the part was in and they would be able to fix the recall we would have dropped the car off. Completed our other commitments and picked up the car latter on.All the employees were very nice and polite. They even offered to give us a 7 dollar key fob cover and vacuum the inside of the vehicle for our inconvenience.

We were extremely satisfied and essentially made our decision to purchase right after our test drive.

I made an online appointment a few weeks back for inspection, oil change and two recall fixes. The appointment was for first thing Saturday morning at 7:30 am. The night before I realized I had not gotten a confirmation or reminder email but went to the appointment anyway. Sure enough, the online reservation for whatever reason did not register. However, the employee at Colonial Nissan fit me in without hesitation and the staff did all the work that was needed. Great customer service and would highly recommend. Wish I caught his name but date of service was 8/27/16.

The wait time was short, I was in and out. customer service Billy Ricco was very friendly and courtesy. He made me feel like family. The valet guy I did not get his name but he was very nice and courtesy, I especially like the way he put the paper on the floor of my truck and the plastic on the seat, and when it was done he removed the paper and plastic for me. The waiting room was very nice and clean and the seats was comfortable. I enjoyed my visit and look forward of returning again for my next oil change. You guys rock! Keep up the good work.

I like the people at Colonial. always friendly. I met my salesman friend Gary at the service department and he greeted me with a big smile and a handshake and offered any kind of beverage or snack while I was waiting, we talked about my recent purchase and he asked about my wife. SUPER NICE GUY !! I browsed in the new car showroom and was greeted friendly by everyone I knew. the recall repair was finished when I went back over to the service department. About 20 minutes. I was on my way only 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

This service center is a well oiled machine. I pulled up, the valet had a ticket for my car in his hand,. I went inside, they pulled my info and I left. I dropped my car off hours prior to my appointment and was called shortly after I left. This place is efficient! It's the ONLY place I will take my year old Nissan Rogue for service. :-)

The young lady is very hard to understand & she acts like you are bothering her when shen answers the phone. Had a flat tire and needed to have a new tire put on. I went to Colonial Nissan without an appointment and they took my car right away and I waited. It didn't take very long and a new tire was put on my car and was able to within an hour and fifteen minutes. Watched the news and had coffee while I waited and was completely satisfied! I also use the service department and Marc Kay has always given great service and very fair in fixing my cars. Jason Friedman has always treated my family with respect and honesty and I always knew I had the best deal from him so never shopped anywhere else, My latest experience was about 6 weeks ago when I got both my sons 2016 Sentras and Jason couldn't have made it easier and more affordable. I took my car in for an oil change. Within 5 minutes they were out to me telling me my car was due for inspection, and would I like it done. I was very happy because I had not noticed my inspection stickers and would have had to make another trip. Colonial makes my life so much to get my car serviced. I went in for a new tire. The tire was special order however in order for them to complete the repair in the same day they actually picked up the tire instead of having it delivered. They also put the spare tire back under the floor instead of throwing it in the trunk and they also replaced the pressure monitor ask under warranty.

The service agent explained in detail what was performed, tire treads and when I would need to replace tires; and all service points checked on my vehicle. The service office is consumer friendly and the staff as usual is courteous and efficient.

I went there trying to buy a used vehicle. My family has an extent background in the car industry so I know how this works but the sales person I spoke with was very unprofessional and insulting. He started off by lying right to my face about what I could and could not do. He became very nervous when I caught him in the middle of his scheme. He then tried to change the subject and talk about something else (He didn't know but I specialized in this). He started to go off on another reason I couldn't purchase a car. When I corrected him again he became very defensive and basically got me out of his office because he knew he was wrong. He obviously doesn't get caught off guard very often. His name is Guy and yes he may play the part very well but remember it's his job to play people. I would never recommend him to anyone because of how unprofessional his behavior was.

I love this place! I got my first car with them and it was the best choice doing it with colonial Nissan. Every time I have to take my car to services, the whole staff is really great. They explain everything thoroughly what is going on and when the car should be ready and they always keep there promise. I have never had to wait longer than I should have and my car was always ready on time predicted. It's a very clean environment and you instantly feel comfortable. I will definitely continue and have already recommended friends and family to colonial Nissan.

Never did I think my time at a car dealership would have gone so smoothly. I was having such frustrations with my previous vehicle that I decided to trade it in and get something newer. A good friend of mine recommended me to got to Colonial Nissian. It was a little bit of a hike for me (I live in Delaware) but it was SO WORTH IT!! I was greeted promptly by my sales person Gary. He was such a pleasure to work with and really enjoyed his personality. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. I really felt like he was trying to help me and not just make a sale. The entire process was fast, which is awesome ( who wants to be at a dealership all day on a saturday?) I was in and out it felt like!!! I even got to meet one of the owners, Jason, who was super nice and oversaw everything.. He also made sure that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy my future cars from these guys again. It was worth the trip and I highly suggest you come see them for yourself. I am now a happy owner of a brand new vehicle. My first new purchase in my life and i wouldn't have been able to do it without Gary, Jason, and Tom from finance.

Where do I start!! Prior to coming to this place I had been doing research on the dealership as well as on the car I was interested in. On the Website they have the car listed and you can also view the carfax on any of the cars. This was a plus for me because I had gone to another dealership and they would not provide carfax for me even after asking them for it. Also I was able to tell them about the car I was trading. Once I went into the place everyone was so nice! We were offered something to drink while we waited,which was no longer then 2 min. Then right away we were able to check out the car we was interested in. While we did that they worked out all the logistics behind the scenes. My situation wasn't the best, but they were very caring and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. As far as closing the deal, it took maybe as much as 30mins,not long at all. They also provided me with a copy of the carfax tho I've seen it online. Afterwards, we were able to ride away in our 2010 toyota camry. Overall, I didn't feel swindled into any deal, all my paperwork was properly explained, and they did all they could to get me at the best payment for my situation. I will definitely be back to do business with these guys in the future!!!

This is the 3rd car that I've bought from Colonial Nissan and I may never go to another dealer in the future. The entire sales experience is good and not the usual high pressure sales pitch. And they work with you creatively to get financing to a monthly payment that you can afford. But, what keeps me coming back is that the service is outstanding. Work is always of high quality but beyond that, they're honest. I can remember one time that I knew I needed to have a tire replaced because I had hit a pothole and thought I'd be buying 2 because I had always been told that you need to replace both front tires if you needed a front tire. Service manager told me he'd be happy to sell me 2 if I insisted but I really only needed one. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks...and have on many occasions.

After picking up my 2006 Pathfinder, (they replaced the oiI pump), noticed that the left front fender was attacked by a chemical agent that ate through the clear coat. I took the car back to Colonial Nissan and they sent me to Cimino's Collision express, owner Carl M. Cimino 281 Philmont ave. 19053. Carl told me he would send an estimate to Colonial Nissan for the repair and a copy would be sent to me. Now three weeks later, no call from Colonial Nissan, and nothing in the mail from Cimino"s Collision express

This was out 3rd Car that we bought from here. Jason the owner is one of the nicest guy to deal with. Between Jason and Fred who was our Sales guy that were able to work out a deal. We had a 2013 Nissan Roga that we grow out of since we just had twin boys. So we where not sure if anything could be down since we were still paying on the other Car. But they worked there Magic and they were able to get us into a brand new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Not only were they able to help us just two days after we got our new car my Wife Mom and Dad were able to trade there Nissan Maxmia in for a new 2015 Nissan Roga. Yes they liked our old car. LOL.

Service lights kept coming up on my dashboard. I told Bull about them and he said don't worry we will take a complete look at your car and let you know what is needed. When he told me the services I needed and the price, I was willing to prolong one of the services until I had the money for it. Was scheduled for an oil change. Setting up the appointment was easy. The operator knew my car, and what I was due, just by their caller ID. I arrived, was greeted, and showed to the waiting area. They offered coffee, TV, magazines and WIFI. They even have individual cubicles for privacy. My car was serviced in very little time. All the employees' was accommodating and pleasant.

Big ads says they approve every one with job in 30 minutes or so. It took so many calls and more than a day to get a hold of their financing department. I have a job and a nice pay, but have some credit issues. After several attempts and submitting a credit application (more than a day later) one of their guys from financing said I need to come up with 30% down and then they will "TRY" to get me approved. If I can pay 30% down why should I go for this irresponsible car dealer? So many other dealers are out there. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!! Now I am concerned about my personal info I sent online to them. Please be careful people. Don't waste your time on them. Go for other car dealers!!!!

Everything was smooth and timely with my recent 5,000 mile service check. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I left my car with the intention to return later in the day and the service was completed within 2 hours so I was not restricted in any way to return at lunch time to pick it up. I always have a great and personable experience with the staff. Giiven this dealership a rating of "5" is insufficient. You should have at least a "10", and that would not be enough. I've been dealing with Jason and Colonial since 2001, and have never been disappointed. I've either brought or sent more than 20 new and even repeat customers who were all satisfied with the excellent pricing, customer care, and overall sense of sincerety shown. That feeling of satisfaction transcends from the sales floor to the business office to the service department. I will, and do continue to recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle including my own family members who have purchased multiple vehicles from them.

This is the second time I have had my Nissan Juke in for service at this dealership. I have been to a lot of service centers before and by far this place is the best Ive ever been to. The service writer took very good care of me and took care of my vehicle as well ever giving me a loaner vehicle because the repair took longer than expected. I live in Blandon Pa I tried another dealership in my area but i was very disappointed in the service and comments about my vehicle. From my original contact via the cars.com website, to my 1st contact with Denise, to my contacts with Anatoly, Jeff, and the finance manager, everything was a great experience. No car dealer salesman fluff in between. These guys were all straight with me from start to finish. From my initial contact with Denise by phone to the time I drove off the lot in my Maxima was about 4 hrs, which included a 90 minute drive from work. I also plan on trading in my Altima soon and will probably go with Colonial again to get a newer version.

When the dealership did not have the new vehicle we wanted, he took the time to located another one He even arranged for the Murano to be delivered the next day for us to pick up. We were extremely pleased with the way the car was presented when we picked it up. Next was Tom Seckinger from Finance who also treated us great. This is now my 3rd vehicle from Colonial Nissan. I was in the market for a minivan but needed to get out of my truck payment without going over budget. Matt Smyth went above and beyond to ensure I could have the van my family needed. Obviously I'm a fan of the Nissan vehicles since I've had so many, but I can honestly say buying a car had never been so easy. My 2nd trip was to finalize the deal and all of the paperwork was already waiting for me so another test drive and a few pages to sign and I was back on the road. I absolutely love, luv, love my car! I did not anticipate that I would get such a beauty when I set out to look for a car. My search was for a Maxima, but the 2007 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SE is definitely a WOW factor. Ive seen them on the street, but the features and decor inside the vehicle are unbelievable. I tried the heated steering wheel and seat last night. Awesome! I feel like I hit the big time. Just a little. I was impressed with my with my 2004 Chrysler Sebring so you can imagine how Im feeling now. Thank you God!The entire Colonial Nissan team is GREAT! I gave a great rating for Mr. Tom McDermott because he is a honest man. He truly cares for his customers and my family greatly appreciate it. Just leased a 2013 Rogue. The extra key was not available at the time I leased the case, but made available to me promptly and programmed by Tom. He contacted me to make an appointment. He was a true "professional" -- very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable (by observing his contact with other customers). Bill Rose was very easy to work with. He was accommodating and worked to give us the best deal possible for the service that we needed. He called us multiple times while the vehicle was being serviced to keep us informed of the progress. However, we feel that some of the prices were too high as well as the labor charges. While understanding the time effort needed to fix our vehicle, the pricing should be more in line with the age of the vehicle.

I have had my car serviced for years at Nissan Feasterville by Jim Pietrowski. The service was excellent from everyone on the staff. Starting with the kid that moves the vehicles to the manager of the Service Department. The repairs were done quickly and I trusted them completely. When it was finally time for a new car, I wanted a Nissan based on the Service Department, but I was always a Toyota/Honda person. So being a good consumer, I went to the Philadelphia car show and compared the vehicles. Nissan won hands down for quality. Right from the car show, I returned to Nissan and selected my vehicle with Tom (forget his last name) the sales person. Tom worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted in the vehicle and discussed new vs. used. I never felt pressured either way by him or Jason Friedman, the managing partner. Due to an unforseen medical issue, my closing sale was not completed by Tom. Jason Friedman introduced me to Gary Nowaczyk and everything went smoothly. Gary was great. He took the time to show me everything about the vehicle and all the safety and operational issues. The delivery and sale was stress free and the vehicle (2014 Murano) has everything I wanted. Oh I forgot, this all took place during two snow storms. They couldn't have tried to please me harder without treating me like "just a woman." Ladies I highly recommend this place to be treated fairly.

I had a great experience here, they ripped me off with a preowned car but, they made up for it by giving me a great deal on a new car. My advice is to only buy new cars at this dealership. (cars under 10 thousand miles) NEVER buy a used car here, you'll get ripped off and it will start to destroy your life. If you go to Colonial Nissan in Feasterville, PA ask for Ron Ricks and Tom Seckinger, they will get you a great deal and treat you amazing. You'll have to sign a lot of paper work and wait a few hours but, they only take so long because they make sure they don't mess up any paper work. Great place to buy a new car!

I have been very satisfied with the service at Nissan since purchasing my new car. This was more so when unexpectedly my battery was dead on my way to work. I contacted the number on my warranty for a hot shot so I could drive my car to the dealership to replace the battery. I waited until the new battery was replaced and was able to go to work in the afternoon. Overall, service is fast, efficient and professional.

Does this dealership actually sell cars? When I ask for a breakdown of the cost that I was going to pay interest on for the next 5-7 years (depending on the lengh of the loan) they said "We do not need your business". How does a car company stay in business if they do not sell cars? And what kind of sales rep says; "We do not need your business"!!??Well, after reading the reviews below I now know how. They only sell cars to peaple who go in their dealership and play the song and dance game with them for 1-3 hours. Keep shooting out prices till they lengthen the loan and bring down to a price that finally fits your budget. Every member of the staff will not provide any kind of break down or invoice. So, do any of the reviewers below know what dealership fees they are paying interest on for the next half decade?I recommend Mazda in Bensalem as they provided the best price up front with the entire break down in price so you can see what really is going into your loan.

We were looking to upgrade our 2011 Rogue, since we were very happy with the vehicle. A friend recommended Colonial Nissan, so we called them for some information since they are about an hour from where we live. We were happy with the information that we were given on the phone, so we decided to make the trip to the dealership. The employees were very courteous and helpful. We not only ended up upgrading our Rogue to a 2013, we also purchased a 2014 Altima. We would definitely recommend Colonial Nissan to friends and family. I would characterize my buying experience at Colonial Nissan as fantastic. I had been examining options for new leases on-line and contacted Ron Schwartz at Colonial. My wife and I were driving a different manufacturer's cars. I explained my expiring lease situation and described my replacement objectives. Ron quickly mustered the resources at Colonial and I had timely information to ponder that was accurate.Steve Gillman, a sales consultant at Colonial helped immensely. Steve's concern was on making sure my wife and I were comfortable with our separate vehicle choices and ensuring we were in safe vehicles. He was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Steve was careful to provide enough information for me to make an informed decision without providing so much that it overwhelmed me.I found the staff at Colonial Nissan to be upfront and available to answer any question, technical or financial. As such, my wife and I left Colonial that night with new vehicles knowing that after the sale, we will always be able to contact them for any follow-on concern or support.The largest part of any auto deal is not necessarily the lowest price. I recently went to Nissan to purchase my first car and I was so nervous. This was a very big step for me and I couldn't have put trust in a better company. I had the pleasure of having Steve Gilman as my salesman and he made me feel so comfortable...did I mention he fed me also(a little inside joke). Steve took my information and went to the back and right there and then I wanted to leave because I thought he would come back and tell me I wasn't approved but instead he came back with a set of keys and told me to meet him out front. Test driving the car made me feel a little bit better but I wanted to get down to the nitty gritty..what were my payments going to be. That is when I met the infamous Tommy and he made this the best experiencce ever. We laughed and joked talking about football and all kinds of sports that I forgot that I was at a car dealership.I felt so comfortable when I left Nissan in first car I cried all the way home because I never thought that this would happen to me.

Me and my husband just bought our second Nissan off Gary! Going to Colonial is not a typical experience for purchasing and/or repairing your car. They really work with you and do not pressure you like other dealers do. We have recently also brought my mom who absolutely loves her new Rogue (Salesman Chris). I was deciding between leasing a Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata and Nissan Altima. I went to Colonial Nissan as my girlfriend had purchased her last few cars from them with great results.The sales rep she had previously dealt with wasn't available, however his partner Botir jumped in to assist straight away and the dealership manager also spent time with us. After discussing some of the Altima variations they put us into a dealer car for a test drive.Once we'd discussed vehicle options available, they worked with us to arrange the financing to best suit our needs and we shook hands. Botir got our new car into the service department for detailing and a pre-sale workup/checkover while the finance guy ran us through all the paperwork without a hitch. Botir then went through the first-drive checklist with me, outlining using the features and accessories on the car.I drove off the lot in my new car a happy man. A week later I'm still smiling :)

Let me start by saying that my wife and I have been purchasing or leasing vehicles since 1997. We have had dealings with many dealerships in the NY/NJ area and were a little apprehensive about venturing too far away from where we live. Well I can say that we are extremely glad that we traveled to Colonial Nissan to purchase a CPO vehicle recently, It was by far the best experience we have ever had at a car dealer, From the time we walked in until we left we were made to feel important and all of our needs were met no matter how big or little they were. Owner Jason Friedman is a true professional and knows how to give customer service. Salesman Tom Kaden was super helpful and informative on every aspect of our purchase and I'd like to thank him for all his hard work, Sales manager Jeff Garfinkel is another true professional who knows customer service and will do whatever he has to to make you happy.Finance Manager John Arpa was truly informative and gave us every option available to be happy with our financing and warranty. Lastly Service Manager Marc Kay is a truly awesome person in our opinion, He went above and beyond on some details with our vehicle that I know for a fact no other dealer would have done and we'd like to thank him again.It's a no brainer that we will be back for our next vehicle and our other family vehicles in the future.

I've always been reluctant to purchase a brand new Nissan & allow the dealership to maintain it ... due to the cost (of course). Well, I'm here to tell you that Colonial Nissan offers the overall "Nissan Experience" just as advertised on TV. I was referred to Colonial by my sister, who purchased her vehicle at the dealership from the CEO. I traded in my used Altima in Aug '10 & got financing for a brand new one without putting any $ down. My car is still in quality condition (I've only put $ out for the usual repair & maintenance). Last wk I took my Altima to Colonial for warranty & recall servicing. While waiting for the diagnostic results, I made myself comfortable at a private booth space & passed by time on my laptop (using Colonial's Wi-Fi access). I found out that I needed some work done that wasn't covered but ... the Svc Mgr gave me a deal I couldn't pass up & I was provided with a printout of all the findings/pricing, for my own review. While my car was getting worked on, the shuttle svc took me to my home. Once my car was ready (a few hrs later), the shuttle picked me up & took me back to the dealer. I cashed out & my car was waiting for me. So ... you be the judge. Doesn't that sound like the total "Nissan Experience?"

As I mentioned in my title this is the 43 rd car I have bought or leased from Colonial. It is always a pleasurable experience as Ron, Jason, and this time Fred are a pleasure. They all make the experience easy to deal with no hassles. They go out of their way to provide you with the best value they can giving you every last extra to make the deal the best around. There service dept is top notch, especially Jim Bushman who always gets me in and out quickly. Then there is Marc Kay and Bill Ricco always take care of any problems, which are few and far between. I have recommended many friends and relatives who have become regular customers.

As usual Marc Kay and his staff did a great job! I got an appointment last minute and I told them to only fix what was absolutely necessary as I am trading it in at the beginning of December. They honored that and fixed what was necessary to be safe. They never rip you off and Marc Kay runs a great service department. I've been going to this agency for 25 yrs buying and leasing cars and have been completely satisfied! I've had issues - some big - but always resolved in a positive way. See you in December!

Our experience with Colonial Nissan was very positive. The salespersons were very friendly. We especially liked the variety of cars that were available as we were not sure what we wanted. We also appreciated every time Matt said "We can get you this car in another color, or with leather seats, etc. It was nice to know that we could get what we wanted.

I am a loyal customer for almost 8 years and will continue to be. The staff is the best to work with. No pushy sales tatics used here. They really WORK with you to get you the car you are looking for. From the time you walk in until the time you drive off in your new car some one on the Colonial staff is there to check in on you. They have a great selection of vehicles in stock with loads of options. As a loyal customer I also use the service department to maintain my cars. The service team is excellent as well. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I have a 2002 Nissan Frontier, which has only been to a factory service department back in 2004 for a leaking rear main seal (fixed under warranty). My latest visit was scheduled because I wanted the timing belt replaced, in addition to an SES light being on. Jim from the service dept called to let me know of their findings. They found that my truck had a cracked exhaust manifold and that the gas tank rusted through around the fuel sending unit. He let me know a price for the parts and I asked him to get started on the repair. I also asked him if he would look into a recall concerning the gas tank of which I was notified 8 years prior. The repair was made and I was called to pick up my truck. Jim told me that the recall was being honored and I wouldn't be charged for the new gas tank. I paid for the service and left. A couple of days later the SES light came back on, so I gave Jim a call. He took my truck back in at my soonest convenience. Another part was replaced and my truck was returned later that day. A month later, the SES light hasn't returned and my truck continues to run beautifully. I would give the service department an A for work quality, and an A+ for for the follow-up visit. Thanks Jim :)

I drove an hour and forty five minutes from Reading, PA to lease my beautiful white 2013 Altima 3.5 SL with Tech package from Mike at Colonial Nissan. The entire staff treated me like gold. Starting at the top, Manager Jason was kind enough to introduce me to my Salesperson Mike. They worked hard to get me the lowest price with no money down. Both Mike & Jason were a pleasure to deal with. They will absolutely see me again in 35 months when I am ready for my next new car. Serge also deserves kudos for his help with a tech question and for getting a cargo net for the trunk delivered to my home. Colonial Nissan is #1 for a reason, the best customer service in the area.

Great as always. I was able to be scheduled for early morning with only two days notice and the service manager was very good at explaining what needed to be done. Coffee, donuts, bagels and bottled water. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

I gave the rating because Jason Friedman and his staff continue to do an excellent job making me feel like a valued customer every time I come back. The sales associate (Tom K.) was friendly and informative, and did not pressure me into making a decision. Tom made sure that I stayed in the air conditioning while he walked across the lot in the excessive heat to get the Murano. Tom Seckinger did a great job as finance manager taking me through the payment process and he was able to explain all forms clearly.

Absolutely the best car dealer I have ever been involved with. There was no running back and forth to the floor manager to get approval on pricing or options. No fooling around at all. Just a straight forward car purchase at a good price. I did a little research of Nissan Dealerships in the Philadelphia area to make sure I was going to a reputable place that wasn't going to give me the typical shady sales. I found good reviews for Colonial Nissan. I also have a friend who has purchased his cars there for years and he highly recommended them. As we arrived and Sergey Panchenko greeted us immediately. He was very polite and catered to our interests. We were interested in the 2013 Altima. We did a test drive and were very impressed. We decided to look at financing options and Colonial was great. They gave us a good deal with a great maintenance contract. They gave us good trade in value for the Saturn. Alex and John in the financing department were a pleasure to deal with and Serge Bren made sure that we knew the most pertinent features of the car right before we drove away. I was in on monday for a complimentary oil change, yes FREE, and they always treat you like you are a special customer. I was in and out in no time. I also received a complimentary multi point inspection to go with it. After having minor work done I was informed that I had reward dollars to count towards my balance. I love these guys.

This was my first experience with service at Colonial Nissan and from the start the customer service rep (Bill Ricco) showed legitimate concern for my problem and offered to assist in any way he could. After the initial diagnosis they even showed me the actual cause of my problem. However one of the parts needed to make the repair was not in stock but they searched until they found one and my car was serviced the same day. My hat is off to Bill and the service tech that made the repairs.

Let me just start by saying, "Colonial Nissan CAN NOT be beat!" My family and I have been dealing with Colonial for many, many years. The one constant that you will receive is the Ultimate Buying Experience! The economy hit me very hard from a financial perspective. My credit has been hit pretty hard and I honesty did not think I would be able to get into a car at this point. Not to mention a brand new 2013 car. My sales consultant, Dave Pressman was absolutely awesome. He listened to my concerns and did not push me into a payment or car that I could not afford. He was more focused on building a relationship and understanding my needs. As far as ownership goes, there is nothing better than knowing that Jason Friedman always will go above and beyond to make a loan or a lease that is accommodating. His relationships with banks and lenders allows Colonial Nissan to get deals done that other dealerships can not! Thanks again!

Unfortunately, for ease of convenience they are close and a authorized nissan dealer. They charged me as a student for parts that were recalled on my Altima. I'm currently in the process of working with corporate to file a complaint. Phil or whatever his name is at the front desk is an absolute crook and a snake. They care only about ripping people off and if you think you got a good deal you are delusional because there are mechanics willing to do the same job at a fraction of the cost they give. I felt like I got screwed over so bad I wanted to call my bank to reverse charges. These low lives have absolutely no decency and are in the business of conning people out of hard earned money. How can you live with yourselves?

Well, two days later I have had an issue with one of the tires (bad luck on the road). Call Colonial Sales Dept., talked to Jeff G. and was found all kind of support. I made an appointment with Dave Pressman, salesman, who was highly recommended to me by a friend. Since this was my first Nissan, I wanted someone who would spend time with me to show me all that Nissan had to offer. From start to finish, in just under 4 hours, I learned all about the differences in each model (Maxima vs. Altima), test drove a car, looked at different colors, styles, models, etc. Was offered a few cups of coffee and water which was much appreciated. At the end of the afternoon, I drove home in my brand new Nissan Altima which I LOVE!! Everyone I dealth with after Dave was wonderful as well; the general manager, the finance department, etc...I highly recommend Colonial Nissan to all!

I needed my first oil change. The dealer scheduled the appointment and then sent reminder emails. When I walked in it was like old home week. The service writer/assistant manager was a persion I dealt with about 25 years ago at another dealership that is no longer in business. The warm and and friendly relationship continues. It was nice to have coffee, bagels, and donuts available to start off my morning. The car was ready in about 45 minutes. There was internet available. The waiting area is small but useful. So far, they have done everything I needed and what they said they would do. I can't ask for more. Everyone was willing to be helpful and friendly.

A friend of mine told me to go here and ask for Mike Boyle. I needed a car real bad i was driving a 1990 olds and it was a piece of junk. I was in no way looking for a new car. Just wanted a newer car . Well Mike was great he really was. He said you were driving a bad car why wouldn't you look for a new car. I said i would never ever be able to get one or afford it. He said lets see what we can do. I really did not want a new one. But he gave me all kinds of reasons why i should get one. Said you always had bad cars treat yourself you deserve it. I don't want to see you in another used car. When he showed me the 2012 Nissan Sentra i fell in love with it. But i kept thinking in the back of my mind are you crazy get me out of here i can afford a new car. My sister was with me and she also said you really deserve a new one. You had bad cars all your life. You have a good job. I know you could work it out. This was in February of 2012. This time last year was when i got it. So he did talk me into it and it was the best thing i ever did. Then this year my inspection was due by the end of February. So then i didn't know where to take it But i thought let me take it to the dealer and see how it goes. So i went on Monday 2-18-2013. Even though people told me you wont need anything i still thought you never know. So i kept thinking please give me someone like Mike to work on my car and it turned out to be James Bushman Another great guy. When it was done he gave me the price and i almost fell over. He must of saw it in my face and said are you alright???? Do you want a bottle of water for the ride home???? I could not believe i didn't need anything even though it was a year old. First time i never needed anything. I would tell anyone who was looking for a car to go there. Two of the nicest people. I am sure there are more just didn't meet them. So my experience there was well worth it.

I would recommend Colonial Nissan. From the time I walked into the door until I left with new Pathfinder was 24 hours and they went to another part of the state to get the exact model I wanted. This is my second car purchase from here and I couldn't be happier. Everything was done promptly and explained to me along the way. I will be back for my third car in a few years. I have also had great experiences in the service dept.

This is my second car from Colonial and it was another great experience. I have had only minor issues with the first car and probably because I use it for work all the time. The service dept took care of the problem twice with no issue. I just purchased the new Pathfinder and couldn't be happier. I will be back in a few years to replace my Versa when the time comes.

From buying my car to this unexpected repair on this new car; my experience at Colonial has been extremely satisfying. Although there were initial bumps in the deal; I walked away satisified. Unfortunately there was a repair needed that was under warranty. Ron Pietrowski worked with me and handled my problem almost immediately. Done within (2) hours. I will definelty return.

They were great. We had our 4 kids with us while buying a car. They went out of they way to make us all comfortable during the car buying process. They had drinks and coloring books for the kids. We had a monthly price we wanted to spend. They got us a great car right in our price range. Recently I took the car in for an oil change. While there they fix a recall I didn't even know about. They were all very nice and down in a timely manner. Will definitely be going back for service and when I need a new car.

I was initially attract to Colonial because the Nisson website indicated that Colonial had the vehicle in stock that I wanted. Since I am 65 miles away, I spoke with Jeff to discuss price, including my trade. I didn't want to undertake the drive unless I was pretty sure that I could make a satisfactory deal. Jeff quoted me a very competitive price over the phone subject, of course, to seeing my trade. That was the final selling price. No haggling. Very convenient! Carl handled a test drive, gave me an orientation to the vehicle, and walked me through the paperwork, all in a very firnedly way. Carl was obviously intent on seeing to it that our experience was excellent, and he certainly succeeded! John zipped us through the paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner. Everyone at the dealership was more than friendly. Notable also, was the fact that all of the personnel who bustled around the showroom and lot on that busy afternoon seemed friendly and helpful to one another. I was quite pleased!

I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in 2010, and even at that time I was very pleased on the customer service. I have now traded in the old vehicle and gotten into a new one. The staff greets you in the parking lot, takes you to the sales person, and there the process begins. Quality of work is good because I was set up with a salesman who has been at nissan for 12 years, that showed me that I was in good hands. I didn't feel rushed at all, although I wanted to get the heck outta there because my terrible 2 year old was a bit whiny. Staff is very friendly there, offered food, drinks, balloons, all sorts of things to make you feel comfortable. My overall experience was quite pleasant and not forced at all. The price on the vehicle is basically you get what you pay for.

sale of first car the 370z went as planed no problems at all, very prompt and professional transaction. The second sale of the Versa was totally unexpected and coundnt have been handled better. We had come from New York to pick up the z and were kind of time restricted but they got us through the sale process very quickly and we were on our way. They delivered the second car the Versa to our door step in New York as they said they would with no problems. This was our best expeirence at a car dealership ever. Thanks guys you were great.

The service staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. Colonial Nissan's location is not particularly convenient to my home, and frankly I was originally intending to use a local garage for service after my warranty expired. However, after the warranty expired I have continued to use Colonial because I like the way I'm treated. The "Rewards" program is also a good incentive.

I went many Nissan dealerships, none of them could help me with my situation. I had a 2011 pathfinder. It was a beautiful SUV! The payments however were not so great for me and with 17 payments left I thought and was told I was stuck with it! Colonial Nissan and my salesman Serg P., were fantastic!! I am not obligated to finish the pathfinder lease, I am in a brand spanking new maxima and my payments are $100.00 a month cheaper with zero dollars down!!!!!! As usual my overall experience with the staff at Colonial Nissan was amazing and I cannot say enough about Bill Rose who I dealt with directly this time around. My only complaint was the length of time it took for such a minor repair. My mechanic was able to diagnose the problem within minutes of pulling the code but suggested the dealer because it would fall under the warranty. It took 2 hours for them to replace the gas cap. Again this is not a reflection on the actual people working there...just a time issue.

These guys went above and beyond the norm to make ua a great deal. To the extent of calling me back to see how things were going with the car and I had commented to them about a tire concern I had. Which even as a former tire salesman I missed when I originally looked the car over. They offered to replace the tire at NO COST to me. I never even asked if they would help me out, it was taken care of immediately/You don't find service like that just anywhere, and I appreciate the way they did what they do on a daily basis. They will be the dealer I buy my next car also.

Also as a women I noticed things like the dealership was clean, smelled good ;), and I had not eaten before I went and Jeff ended up offering to get me food which was extremely polite. Thank you! Colonial Nissan is not your ordinary car dealership. From the minute you pull into their lot you are greeted with a smile and someone is there to help you. The facility is warm and inviting. We have been leasing Nissans with Colonial Nissan for years and do not even think to go to another dealership. We have only had the most AMAZING experiences there and also wonderful salesmen. Botier was our salesperson this month, August 2012 and all he did was smile. Where do you find that? The General Manager, Jason is always there to help with questions, financing and getting you the "best" deal around. Their selection of Nissans is amazing and they have always had what we wanted on their lot. I would send all my friends, and family to Colonial Nissan.

We have been leasing with Colonial Nissan for years. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They listen to what you have to say and take the time that is needed. We are apprised of all Nissan products, "Promotions", etc that are going one. We walk in, tell them what we need and it is taken care of. They really listen to their customers. Prices are great, the overall experience, is awesome, and the quality of work at the service department is superior. Kudos to Jason Friedman and his sales staff for making Colonial Nissan what it is today!

WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I was looking for a specific car in which they told me they had in stock at 3:00 pm. I made an appointment at 4:00 pm that same day. When I arrived, I was escorted to a desk and was asked this first question, "Will you be financing?" I immediately knew that I would not get a competitive rate if I was to finance. Then they immediately proceeded to tell me that the car I came in for was sold and delivered. Within 60 minutes? Really? The paperwork takes that long! The manager went into hiding as he saw me getting ready to leave. I waited him out to tell him that they are scam artists to get people in. He told me he would check again. He then proceeded to tell me that I asked for the wrong thing. Really? I am pretty good at colors and I know the difference between beige and black! After I left I received a phone call from someone else who gave me yet another excuse which was the owner took that car. Really? I never met an owner of a dealership who did not want one of the better cars on the lot OR would not sell it to a customer. The lies are so great at Colonial Nissan that even they can't keep them straight! These people just know how to waste your time and raise your blood pressure! the best 2 words to describe this dealership is "THEY SUCK!"

This is the WORST dealership I have EVER been to, the experience I had here will FOREVER be in my mind as the most horrible trip to a dealership. I found a car online that was posted for 14,999 but the blue book value was 12,500 so I get there and was met by the manager who then introduced us to the car salesman Gary who let us take the car for a ride. Then for the next 5 hours we sat around trying to negotiate. I offered 13000 which is over the Kelly blue book value, that with the average used car interest rate on a financing package with even medium credit is around 5 percent, which I have well over a great score... they only brought the price down to 14500 for the car... because in the fine print online they hid that the price was conditional on certain money down terms... none of the prices were marked on the cars on the lot everything was shady. Anyway they offered me a 10.9 percent interest on my financing which is the worst rate I've ever had. I was so dissatisfied with the price points and rate and even the trade in value the "estimated" with for my current car. It was the worst experience of my life, I knew we were being swindled. I called my father and he came down took one look at the deal and told us that they were insane... and they said they would try to rework the numbers... they brought us back and EVEN WORSE DEAL... I'm so angry. NEVER EVER give these terrible businessmen your business.. I feel so bad I'm sure they've used all the same shady tacktics to take advantage of others, cause they use every dirty trick in the bag. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... there are plenty of other dealerships out there that won't swindle you out of your money.

Colonial Nissan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the time that I test drove the vehicle to the time I was leaving the dealership was under 3 hours. Quickest and easiest experience ever. There was no arguing over price, no hidden costs. I walked out with a better deal than I was even hoping for. Greg Dion and Guy in sales were awesome to deal with. Financing dept was very helpful and Serge Bren was extremely knowledgeable and went over all the features in the car before I left. Even took the time to set up my bluetooth. A wonderful sales team to deal with. Cannot wait to lease another car from them in 3 years.

I have been buying (and driving) cars for many, many years now. This was the easiest, and by far, the best experience in my 55 years of life! Jason, you went above and beyond to make this deal happen. I walked into your dealership to look and test-drive the new 2013 Altima, and drove out in a new fully-loaded Maxima for less. Other than me telling you that I wanted "a car in white", you gave me everything plus more than I asked for. I don't have to tell you how nice the car is, because you already know that. I just need to tell you how much I appreciated the service. You really made me feel special. Even after coming across a little glitch with my financial application, you still were able to find a way to make the deal happen. When my wife came in the next day to sign some papers, she too commented to me how nice and accommodating you were. Keep up the good work and wishing you continued success. Please send a sincere "thank you" to Mark from me. Just a little FYI... I'm in the restaurant business and come across 100's of people a day. My mother purchased an Altima from them in 08' and she told me she should never buy from them again. When she came in for warranty releated serviced on the Altima she was given nothing but attitude and issues. They even tried to bill her for warranty covered issues. Fast forward a few years, last week. I went in to look at a used SUV. Firstly, none of the used vehicle stickers have prices on them. Wait what? Yea, no prices. So you have to talked to a sales person to get you prices on the vehicle you are interested in, which takes forever, no one wants to stand outside for thirty minutes waiting for some sales guy to get you one price for one vehicle, I asked if they had a price sheet, "No." Secondly, there is a sales man then, some Turkish guy, he went out of his way to make sure I never come to this place ever again and that I recommend buying ELSEWHERE. "What's the price of this car?" "What is your price range?" "Can I have the price for this vehicle, please." "You tell me what you want to pay for it and we will work on that." How exactly do you know what price to offer if you do not know what price they are asking? Last time I checked you have to start at a price in order to haggle, you cannot make up your own numbers. "How are you paying?" Was his second question, thanks, I am doing well, great weather we are having here, no I would not like a drink and sure you can be rude to me all day. Did not even let me finish a sentence. "Can I take this out for a test drive?" "What is your price range and what are you driving now?" Seriously, if I wanted to waste my time I would have gone into West Philadelphia and had a similar experience with the "hard sell" type of sales guy. Thanks for wasting my time, I went to another Nissan dealer (on street road) and purchased a comparable vehicle (same year/trim/less miles) for less than Colonial was asking on their website (which would have undoubtedly been way more once they lube up) and the sales people were extremely friendly, answering each and every question I had. Stay away, far far away.

Colonial Nissan helped me and my wife to get a new 2012 Nissan Altima. Sales person Botir Abdullaev was amazing(!) (kind and professional). Special thanks to the management for doing their best to find a finance for us even with us having not really good credit score. I recommend colonial nissan to every body. Our new Altima is amazing, comfy, stylish and truly gas saver. So when you go to Colonial Nissan to buy a new car, make sure you tell them that Sergey Pustovitov (it's me) recommended them to you, so I can get my promised $200 "referral money" ;)

After spending a week shopping around for a new car and having to deal with the traditional 'Slick' salesman at some dealerships, we found our visit to Colonial Nissian to be a welcome relief in car shopping. From our first steps on the lot, we were greeted by the salesman Lou who said he would be available for any questions and let us look around. When we were ready to talk, they were extremely helpful and accomodating. Kudoos to Colonial for making our car buying experience easy, affordable and pleasent. We will surely be a return customer when we are ready for another car

These guys just helped me get a used Nissan Armada that I have been dieing to get. I just want to say thanks for giving me a good price and treating me with respect. The other Nissan dealers I visited, (over an hour away from Colonial) were rude, and did not give me a good price at all. It was really nice to work with a good staff, get a good price, and have my stress of getting this Armada come to an end.

I did plenty of shopping around until I found that colonial Nissan had the vehicle I wanted. What made the decision easy was the staff. Steve and Gary were terrific, the managers were very friendly and the finance department was a pleasure to work with. I would buy a car from Colonial Nissan again based on the way I was just treated. It's hard to find a car dealer that treats the customers with respect, but they do exist. The showroom was very clean, they had an interactive facebook raffle, the overall vibe and attitude was up beat. In my opinion it could not of gone better :)

We had found the exact car we wanted on line. I called them and explained what we were looking for and the one that they listed on line sounded perfect.I asked a few questions to make sure it was what we wanted and because we were coming 100 miles to see it. I also asked if there was wiggle room in the price, because the price listed was just alittle over our budget. The women was very helpful on the phone and answered everything, so I set up an appt for the next day. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and the nicely. We test drove the car and we loved it, it was everything we wanted. The only thing that bothered us was that it was a lttle dirty. He wasnot sure how clean it could become, but he would check. Then we sat down and started the negotiation process. We told him our price and that it was a little high, plus we were upset with it not being very clean. He asked us what site we saw the car on and then he went to his manager for the first time. He came back with a print out of the online page. The bold price at the top of the page and in the small box where, if we were interested in getting more information, to fill it out and then they would call you. The price in both places was $30,990. The first thing he pointed out was in small print on the bottom of the page was that the price of the car was $30,990, after you put a $2000 deposit. My husband said that was not the way to do business. We were hoping to spend about $30,000 to $31,000 total, including taxes. They said there was not way they could come down to that price, because of the $2000 that needed to get put down as the deposit. They tried to change the subject about financing and trade ins,but we were not going to do either. Then he just kept repeating how in the world could we ever think we could get a Nissian Armanda for $30 to $31. We said we thought we could get it because of the price they advertised online. Then after many times going back and forth to the mananger, then the manager came to us. Told us he was one of the owners. He said he would take off the $2000 that was in small, but nothing else. He meantion we coulf finance and then maybe afford it. We told him money was very tight for us, so our plan was to get a home equity so our price would be $200, but "honestly that is all we could afford". He said he was beign honest and said we are done here and got up and left the room! We were planning to try to work with them on the price, but the manager just left the room. We would never go there again and never ever recommend them! We felt they were very dishonest and made us feel like we could not afford a car.

Amen, I have have had horrible experience at car dealers in the past and my recent purchase from Colonial Nissan was perfect in my mind. I also got treated fairly, the employees were happy and up beat and the managers seemed to actually care about me as a person and my financial situation. It was refreshing to get a great deal, the car I wanted, and not leave feeling like I just got taken advantage of. Thank you Steve for setting everything up and having patience with me.

I dealt with Serge who was super friendly when we first came in.The manager came over to introduce himself to me because I purchased a car there 10 years ago. Serge took us for a ride and explained the car's features. We came back. Serge still did not give me a price for the car. But took an application. I did not have perfect credit (550)But not terrible credit either. I had been establishing new credit since my divorce.Serge came back and said I needed proof of a discharge which I later had faxed to him.I went back into the dealership to get a copy of the letter that was faxed which he had sitting on his desk. Serge was with another customer and never discussed or submitted the letter to the finance manager. He just blew me off me. I was lead to believe if I got the letter Financing would be know problem. I left the dealership thinking Serge would follow up with me later. But he never did. Because I was treated poorly I purchased a Murano at a different dealership that treated me with respect and got a 8% rate. So serge missed out on that commission.

I took my son to get a new car and I was a bit nervous we would have a hard time getting a good price without days of back and forth and haggling. In my past experiences thats how it seems to be at dealerships. I had seen the billboard for Colonial Nissan saying they were number 1 volume nissan dealer 6 years in a row so I thought it coulndt hurt to give them a try. I was very pleased with the outcome. we were treated good, and we got a great price with no BS!! Thank you Jason, Serge, and Colonial Nissan and keep up the good work.

From the start things went smooth. I sent in an internet lead and it was responded to promptly. I set up an appointment and went in and met Tommy who was a very nice and polite guy. More importantly he knew a whole lot about Nissan's. I didnt know which model I wanted and Tommy made it easy to figure that out. From then on, I got a great price, I got good service and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The finance department was great and the Managers were attentive the entire time. I give Colonial Nissan 2 thumbs up!

Simply put, this is a fantastic Car Dealership. They pay attention to detail, the staff remains consistent and they are willing to let you shop around since they are confident they can get you the best price. Boy did I shop around, and I ended up right back at Colonial Nissan. They had the best selection, best prices and most courteous staff. I will surely be going back next time I need a car!
