When I went to this dealership, I knew exactly what I was going to buy. This being said, they had me as long as the price was right. My only complaints about my experience, and something I believe they can easily work on, was the knowledge of the vehicle I wanted and the time it took to get it.Calling ahead, I was impressed when Jeff had the car pulled up and ready for me. We did a test drive. However, when I had asked important questions, his responses seemed a little uncertain. Luckily, I knew everything I already needed to know about the car. I was just hoping that he could confirm my research.I was there for approximately 4-5 hours after the 15 minute test drive. I understand, they were very busy and I was patient. Though, it should not have taken so long.Among the tiny negatives, I cannot simply express how happy I am that I went to this dealership. Throughout the time I was there, we reached a deal that I was overjoyed with. Literally, I bought the car for the price I wanted. It was even less than what was described on True-Car.Jeff and I conversed back and forth for several hours and he was certainly friendly throughout the entire experience - including the negotiation. Today, I drive my new car with pride and happiness and it was everything that I wanted and more.The experience that I've obtained when purchasing my new Prius C, I have no problem talking about. I even received a follow up call to ensure I will still enjoying my new car.I hope to deal with these guys again in the future!

I was at another dealer the previous day, wow what a trip, so from a major disappointment to meeting Jayson it was a 180, this guy is a real honest car salesman, I was upset & walking out the door, at the bottom line & he said give me 3 minutes, well Jayson sealed the deal, he came back at what I asked & I wrote him a check. I just hope that this young man is thought of very highly at COLONIAL TOYOTA OF INDIANA, PA.. folks aside from Toyota's being 1 of the top 3 vehicles on the road, if you need a new or used car, go see Jayson, you better call in first he's always helping someone & from what I could see, they help each other at COLONIAL TOYOTA OF INDIANA, PA so if Jayson's not there, I sure any other salesman can help you as well ! thanks for helping me out a bunch, Jayson, a man of integrity, which reflects on dealer, GM & owner ! My wife and I were vehichle shopping at several dealers and on a Friday, the day colonial closes early, we reached an agreement on a fair price but was really close to closing time. The extremely friendly staff was willing to wait for my wife and I to arrive shortly after closing time to put us in our new 4Runner before the weekend came! If that doesn't say dedictation to customer satisfaction I don't know what does. Highly recommend Colonial Toyota! Two thumbs up!

Jason contacted me regarding new lease offers. Told him exactly what I was looking for, went to the dealership with our 9 month old and we were in and out within a half hour. Excellent service and delivered my new car to me the next day at my work. When a small issue came up with Toyota Financial, Jason took care of it with just a quick phone call. You sometimes hear horror stories regarding leasing, you won't deal with that here. Highly recommend Colonial and Jason as your salesman.

We were dealing with 5 different dealerships when shopping for our new 4runner and Colonial was by far the only no nonsense dealership. With only one visit with Jason they agreed to match the best trade in value we could get for our old 4runner and the price they quoted matched the lowest price we had received from all the other dealers. The Forever Warenty and Jason's salses approach earned them our purchase. Jason was extremely helpful and answered emails on his days off and outside his business hours which kept lines of communication open because I work long hours. There was absolutely no haggling, pressure, and no long sales pitches. It was straight to the point best price and best service. I would definitely recommend Colonial Toyota to anyone shopping for a new vehicle.

Recently I went to Colonial Toyota in Indiana Pa to have the frame on my 2003 Tacoma serviced as per the Recall... My frame was under coated by toyota thus extending the warranty to 15 years, which was a very pleasant surprise. They could have given me the run around but they DIDN'T! that was the first thing I was pleased with they truly wanted to help! Next although I would have liked to be read-in more during the process of ordering and approval (cuz that's just how I am) they took care of everything! Finally I received the call, my frame was in and ready to install, it was unbelievable how quickly they installed it! 1 week it was finished! They gave me a brand new rav 4 for free! The install cost me $0.00 dollars I signed the paper when completed and drove away in basically my brand new 03 tacoma! No issues at all have come up, no squeaks, squawks, shimmys or shakes, just a quality done job! I am extremely tickled with the work they have done and from now on I will only have my vehicles serviced at colonial toyota in indiana pa! As long as they continue to be open that is my dealership! Jason also explained in detail options for leasing versus buying the vehicle and wrote up quotes and gave expert advice to me as a recent college grad and being new to the dealership world. We weren't actually going to buy when we stopped with two grandkids on a cold, rainy, windy Saturday April morning! But, when we met with Jason, with his polite personality towards our grandkids, as well as us, we didn't have any reservations about going ahead with looking and buying! We experienced NO HASSLES as one always encounters with dealerships and salespeople. All of our questions we promptly answered. Although they didn't have the color of Highlander that we wanted, they agreed to dealer-locate one for us. We test drove the one they had on their lot, got what we wanted for our trade and the deal was made....within an hour! Shortly after we got home that afternoon, we received a call that they had located one and it would be on their lot, ready for us to take delivery on Tuesday afternoon! Before I leased my Toyota Corolla I had purchased a Mazda CX-7 at another dealership. Four long months with struggling with different aspects of the car, my transmission blew on top of it all.. I could not get any of the sales professionals to help me or even give me the time of day throughout those four months. When I got to Colonial Toyota they gave me 100% of their undivided attention and met my needs completely. Tom actually stayed after his shift to talk to me about different options and concerns. I needed a cosigner for my vehicle, so Justin had a driver travel over 130 miles for me. The dealership was clean and had TV , hot tea and comfortable chairs - The service manager Tom and his sfaff were kind and the mechanics did what was needed correctly to the best of my knowledge . The greeter was also kind and got the attention I needed. In 2013 I was called a liar at Stocker chevy in State College pa.. At the ford Dealer in Altoona I thought that I was in a viraga commercial. Watson and Day chevy didn't take me serious . Patterson chevy in Altoona tried to sell me a used truck for more than a new one . Fiores service Dept. was a complete turn off..I think that experience gives some insite about buying a vehicle. Colonial was 180 out from all that., I would buy there again! My brother-in also buys from Colonial.

In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have never been treated as well as I was at Colonial Toyota. I initially went to Colonial Toyota to have service work done on my vehicle. In spite of the fact that I had not purchased my vehicle from them, I was still treated in an outstanding manner.While having my service work completed I met with Tim Neal and told him that I was considering trading my 4Runner in for something newer. Tim Neal was fabulous. He spent an extended amount of time talking with me to understand what was important to me. He answered all of my questions and at no point did I ever feel as though I was being pressured into making a purchase.At the time, the dealership did not have the vehicle that I wanted, but Tim took the time to keep in touch with me. Once the vehicle did become available, Tim set up a time for me to come to the dealership for a test drive. Once again, he spent an extended amount of time with me to answer all of my questions and concerns.Thanks to Tim I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful 2013 Toyota 4Runner. I could not be more satisfied with the whole entire experience.Even though there is a Toyota dealership much closer to my home, I will make the drive to Colonial Toyota.

I bought my other 2 toyotas from Greensburg Toyota, I emailed the man I usually dealt with, he told me he'd get right on it and call me. Waited 3 weeks, never heard back. Then went to have my Rav serviced at Laurel Toyota, was out looking at cars, not one person asked if I wanted help. Salesmen walked past and never even acknowledged me. Went on-line to Colonial Toyota. Was contacted almost immediately from Tim Neal. He was wonderful! He explained all of the features--my other Rav had some of the same features that the salesman from Greensburg had never explained. I have only had issues with my vehicle since my husband and i bought it 3 weeks ago I prob have had it a total of 8 days out of the 3 weeks.. They say they fixed it the 1st time after having it for 2 days and it broke down with me and my kids in the vehicle along the road. The second time was when i was leaving work same issue, NOW the 3RD TIME i am without a vehicle yet again broke down with all of us in the vehicle I believe with the same issue, instead of fixing it right i believe they do little as possible, and to talk to anybody we get the run around because it had to be towed back in for a 3rd time. I am so irritated, that if they dont fix it this time i have a lawyer on standby. I know that you can have issues with any vehicle as we usually always buy used(this is my first used newer vehicle) but we shouldnt have this many issues with the same thing happening each time, and that is my only transportation to work that now me and my husband have to share which intells getting my kids out of bed in the cold weather to take him to work(the 2nd time they offered a loaner car) This time we got offered nothing and have gotten no answers.. They need someone on standby over the weekend just in case things like this happen even if they call you back. I must say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle. ANSWERS WOULD BE NICE!!! NOT JUST AVOIDING A PHONE CALL OR PASSING THE BUCK TO THE NEXT PERSON!!!!! Maybe some contact back would be something you can do to improve a bit better. I would have to also say in the same aspect- I have never had an issue with Tim Neal he was there for you when we needed him even a phone call and took his time out of a day off to call us back because he was the only number we had at the time to contact anybody. Thanks Tim for going above and beyond for us. ( NO ISSUES WITH TIM NEAL)

I live out of state and I found a used vehicle at Colonial on the internet. I contacted them through the website with a few questions and received a response from Justin Fuga (Ill call him Slim Ball Salesman). Soon after I informed Slim Ball I would purchase the vehicle at the stated price on the internet site. The next day I received an e-mail from Marty Hemmes (Ill call him Snake in the Grass Manager). Snake introduced himself and had a few questions about the sale which I answered. Snake then said he would write up the contract and e-mail it to me the next day. At this point I thought I had an agreement to purchase the vehicle and at Colonials asking price. However, when the next day came, instead of received a written contract from Snake, Slim Ball Salesman e-mailed me and said someone else was interested in the vehicle and that I needed to send them payment immediately. I replied saying Snake In the Grass Manager is supposed to send me the contract that day then after I review it, Ill sign it, send it back and pay them in full. But later than same day Slim e-mailed me back and said the vehicle was no longer available. I then wrote him back saying I thought we had a deal but no reply. I then wrote Snake and asked what happened and I havent heard back from him either. Long story short, I dont know about the rest of the folks that work at Colonial but if you have the misfortune to hook up with Snake in the Grass Manager Hemmes or Slim Ball Salesman Fuga DO NOT believe a thing they say. They are the epitome of low life car salesmen.

From the moment I talked to the receptionist to making my final decision to purchase my Toyota, with the help of Jason and Marty, my experience was very relaxed. Jason was thorough in his explanation of the features and warranty on the vehicle. He was also very patient and unhurried with my questions. Marty was able to offer a deal that was both acceptable and a little better than I was expecting. At a time when customer service appears to be non existent in many settings, it is refreshing to see the staff at Colonial Motors genuinely friendly and customer service oriented. I have worked in customer service most of my life and although training is very important, having people who truly believe in what they are doing is key. That is what I experienced at Colonial Toyota.

My last three cars have been purchased at Toyota Colonial in Indiana, PA. Although they are a Toyota dealer, they do not pressure you into buying a Toyota. They have great used cars and will do their best to help you find a car/suv that you like and is within your budget. They don't look down their noses at you if you can't afford a new car. No matter what choice you make, they treat you as if you just purchased the most expensive vehicle on their lot. They do not pressure you into buying. They truly are great people and I will definitely always check with them first before purchasing another car.

I never really expected to buy a Toyota and went to check-out Brand X. After I drove the ... I decided it wasn't for me-- Too big, didn't handle well, over-styled for a PU. This was in Pittsburgh where I live. I was visiting a friend in Indiana & just decided to visit Colonial one day & liked the product and the salesman. Several months later I wandered back in and Brian and I talked some more. I went to another dealer but the ease and efficiency of dealing at Colonial-the quality of the product and Brian's non pushiness stayed with me. Marty & I cut a fair deal & all my buddies love my SR5 & we are all car guys. Too bad, colonial, I'll have your product for a looong time (But thanks!).

I've just come home from a three-and-a-half hour trip to see a used car at Colonial. The trip was a complete waste of time because, by the time I arrived, the car was in the process of being sold to another customer who'd apparently made a prior appointment. This was despite the fact that I made an appointment yesterday afternoon to look at the car today, indicated clearly to the salesman that I would be coming a long way, and gave him my number so that he could call if any issues arose. I even let him to choose the best time for me arrive this afternoon. Colonial failed miserably on several counts. First, when a dealership makes an appointment to show a specific used car to a customer the next day, it is in my view making a commitment to have that car available for the customer to see. Second, this obligation is even greater when the dealership knows that the customer is coming from far away. Third, at an absolute minimum, the dealership has an obligation under these circumstances to inform the customer if it finds out that another person is coming in earlier to see the car, thus allowing the customer to decide whether to make the trip or to delay. Yet Colonial never called. The net result was that I made a completely wasted three-and-a-half hour journey that could easily have been avoided with a minimum of courtesy and consideration on Colonial's part.The salesman who made the appointment and greeted me when I arrived initially said he didn't call because he had no idea the car was being shown to someone else. However, he later told me that all the appointments to show specific cars are recorded on a big board in the main office so he -- or, if he'd only just arrived, his manager -- should have known the situation and informed me. It would have been nice if the salesman had offered me some kind of compensation, however nominal, for my wasted time and money but it's a further sad reflection on Colonial that, even after discussing the situation with his superior, he didn't. Instead, he simply suggested that I think about buying one of the new cars on their lot!

My husband stop on Friday, 3/27/15, to look at the Tundras. Tim Neal took the time to find the one he wanted and the color. It just so happened a truck just came of off the truck the day before. It was the right color and everything he was looking for too. We traded our Ford in for the Tundra. We couldn't have asked for better service from Tim and all we had contact with in this dealership. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Colonial Toyota and salesman Mike Derr. Mike is very knowledgeable regarding Toyota vehicles and is an excellent salesman. He does not hassle you or suggest anything that you do not want. Mike makes the experience of buying a new vehicle enjoyable unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. The staff at Colonial is friendly and all work together. Tom Moss in servicing is also excellent to make me an appointment that is convenient because we drive 45 minutes to take our vehicle for servicing. We love our new Rav4!

We were greeted by Judy Nipps when we entered the dealership.We had an appointment with Mike Derr and he was out with a customer on a test drive.Judy made us feel at home showing us the waiting area with fresh coffee and the rest rooms.Mike arrived within a few minutes and showed us the car Rav4 and sent us for a test ride.We returned and Mike answered all the questions we had and started all the paperwork.Mike is a great salesman and even stayed late along with Dena Horvath who did all of the paperwork without any hitches.They detailed the Rav4 and had everything ready when we returned to pick it up.We would recommend Mike and everyone else here to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Let me start off by saying I did my due diligence researching the Tacoma and figuring out what a fair price for a lease would be. I wanted to go through this dealer since my dad and sister highly recommended it. After my sister got her Rav4 through them about a year ago, my dad said he wished he would have looked here instead of going to Toyota of Greensburg back in '08. I shopped around and found the one I wanted at a different dealer and they threw me a couple prices I wasn't too fond of. I came back here the next week to see if Brian Maxwell could get me that truck. I printed out the TrueCar value, probably 20 pages of LeaseGuide.com calculations with different money factors and money down, and the lease calculator from Toyotafinancial.com to show what I wanted to pay. Needless to say, I didn't even need them nor show them. I paid the tax on cash down upfront as well as the title fees, but if I would have included them in the monthly payments it still would have beaten all other quotes I received from other dealers by a considerable amount. This was a very easy experience, and Marty showed me his calculations very simply. I thought I was going to be here for hours negotiating, but the total price they offered was lower than I was initially shooting for. I highly recommend this place. If I buy another Toyota in the future, it will more than likely be from here, and I'm sure my dad will also visit these guys when he gets into the market for another vehicle.

Wow is all can say! From the beginning to the delivery of the vehicle was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Woody my hat's off to you brother! I purchased a Toyota Prius brand new in 2011 from Sue Cunningham. She was most helpful in assisting me in returning my lease from another company and going home in a new car. So when I wanted to trade for another Prius I thought of Sue right away. I called her to check on availability and attempted to make plans to drive to Indiana from Clarion --- but due to the many things that happen in our lives it took me quite sometime to be able to a firm appointment. Sue was able to let me look at the cars available on the Colonial web site that I was interested in. I had told her that I did not have time to spend alot of time there. When I arrived at Colonial Sue had made sure that the car was ready for me to test drive and off we went. I had already looked at the very detailed photos on the web site and after the test drive ---- we signed papers!!Sue could not have been more knowledgable about the product she sells or hospitable. She did make the process as painless as possible!

I found the Prius I wanted online, and made the trek to Indiana from Windber to see it. We were greeted in the lot by a woman who turned us over to Mike when we told her why we were there. Mike came out and greeted us and showed us every Prius on the lot, he told me the one I was interested in had been sent to auction, however, he would see if he could get it back, and he did.We test drove one of the Prius's that was available, but I had my heart set on the one I had seen on line. It was the right price, color, and the mileage was great for a used 2013. Mike walked us through the paperwork, got me the payment I needed, and then turned us over to a woman who did the financing paperwork, she went through it like a pro in no time explaining every sheet as we went. I picked up my car a few days later and drove home very happy.

We recently purchased a FJ Cruiser from Colonial Toyota. They allowed us to test drive the vehicle, explained all of the features, and gave us several accessory options. The model we were looking for was on the dealership, but they did not have the color we were looking for. They contacted another dealer out-of-state with our desired color. They were able to make a deal with them rather quickly, and even matched its price to the one they had on stock. Overall I would recommend the dealership for their helpful salesmen, Mike Derr, and their persistence to make a trade with another dealership.

Everyday I find something new and amazing my car can do. Took it on a road trip and the ride was smooth and comfortable. I get better mileage with my new camry than I did with my civic. So in love with this car. My salesman Jason was very helpful and explained all the features and showed me how they all worked. I have been searching for something for four wheel drive for a while and my boyfriend and I saw my fj cuiser on auto trader we called about it and got tim to answer a few questions we decided to drive out and take it for a spin we live in carnegie so it was a bit of a haul.. I fell in love driving it we had a few things we wanted looked over and they got done... tim was so personal and didnt try selling it by shoving the sale down my throat and being that I am a female I always felt belittled when talking to sales men not with tim..... I have a good history of working on vehicles and he really was very honest... I will make the travel to come back in the future I love the service I had got ...the only thing I would change is that maybe having a spare key and a full tank of gas but over all amazing thank you tim neal thank you sooo much

Met Mike several years while I was waiting for my car to be serviced and took time to look in the showroom.Although I was not buying at that time, Mike introduced himself and offered to assist in any way. On mysubsequent visits, usually for service, Mike always said hello and was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.For that reason, when I was looking for another used Avalon or other Toyota recently, Mike was there and offered his assistance once again. At that point, only one car was of interest to me, and I felt it was not exactly what I wanted.A few days later, another similar Toyota Avalon was traded. Mike immediately called me to tell me he felt it was veryclose to what he thought I wanted. We set up an appointment, and I felt it was a good opportunity. Since it was going to be used mostly by my wife, we set a time for her to see it and drive it.Shortly after that, we did indeed purchase it.Mike set everything up and it took only a short time to finalize the sale and drive away. Our time that day was limitedand Mike suggested we return when convenient to show us how to set and use the many features. .He also had Tom, the Service Manager, available to answer any questions we might have. Mike did a fine job of explaining the warranties, features, etc. When I look for another Toyota, I will look for MIke.

I wouldn't send anyone to this establishment. I received nothing but pressure from my salesman and insults from the GM DAN. They matched an offer on my trade from another dealer then acted like I owed them the sale. I told them I needed to sleep on it for a night and then DAN insulted me and said "if I wasn't smart enough to realize a good deal that the offer wouldn't stand the next day", so I left. I forgot my owners card and had to go back. When I got back he did a horrible job of apologizing. He said he wanted to explain that he "was upset when I held them past closing and then did not make a deal. He held up his end of the deal and you didn't hold up yours (me)" He then said "it showed you're not a man of your word and showed my true character" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!!! I have bought plenty of vehicles and this place will NEVER sell me one or any of my family members. I have never experienced anything like I did that day. Their service garage might be #1 in the area but their sales are in the gutter. If I was owner, this GM would be canned. I am glad to say I bought the truck from the dealer I had the initial offer from the very next day. Thanks to Dan for increasing my intelligence to what is a truly good deal. I wont mention the sales person I dealt with only because he was probably only trying to do his job. I can deal with pressure, but will not tolerate insults.

From the very beginning of searching for a car at Colonial Toyota I had been in contact with john Woodward, internet sales coordinator. He sent me an email within an hour informing me he will do his best to make the whole experience fun and easy going. He did just that. I drove the 45 minutes to the dealership the first time and spent a good two hours there while he found me exactly what I was looking for. After we found it he made it a point to get me as much as he could for my trade and also make the payments affordable for me. It was very easy going the entire time and non stressful which is great when it comes to buying a car. John went back and forth several times with the general manager to get me the best deal which then the general manager Marty made it a point to sit down with me directly to try to save me money. Which never happens anywhere else!!!My car came in, in a few days and the whole paperwork process was so easy. John showed my husband and I the car which is exactly what I had pictured. The whole process was very easy going thanks to John. I will definitely be back.

Ok - Keep in mind that my wife and I hate slimey car salesmen. Our previous purchase was at a local Ford dealership that we have regretted for the past five years. We were with our daughter two years ago when she purchased her new Rav4 at Colonial Toyota. In July of 2014 my wife and I began to think that we should at some point in the not-too-distant future begin to think that we should look to trade our 2010 Toyota Corolla on a newer Toyota. We were basically satisfied with our car, were consistently told by Colonial Toyota service managers that our car was in very good shape, and began to believe that Toyotas can run forever. Still, we became concerned that as our car neared 80,000 miles that it could totally lose its trade-in value before we were ready to deal. We also had the idea that we would prefer a new Camry. So we decided to call Michael Derr at Colonial, after receiving a letter assuring us that our 2010 Corolla was still very desirable. That night we stopped by Colonial Toyota just before closing time, only to take a quick look to remind ourselves what a new Camry looked like. Michael pointed to the Camrys and matter-of-factly commented that the new Corolla was a lot larger car than our 2010 model. We found a 2014 slate metallic Corolla we were impressed with and planned to see Michael the following day., still seeing ourselves more as factfinders than potential purchasers. When we returned, though, things moved so quickly and easily that within a couple of hours it became clear that the time was right and that the financial aspects of acting now were all positive The 2014 Corolla is a lot more car than the 2010, it has many high-end features, and we can tell already that the gas mileage will be very good. In other words, yes, definitely found what for us is the right car at the right price.

If you want to buy used, do your research. In doing your research (and I don't just mean on price) you will seldom find a better place to buy than Colonial. Jason Vaughn was a great salesman to work with. I walked away from the dealership three times and he never made me feel badly for leaving. He really worked with me to get the vehicle into the price range I needed and then helped me to figure out how to get into an appropriate monthly payment.

No sales pressure, no fancy words, no games. The vehicle I purchased had a minor problem with the brakes making noise and Jeff Williamson and sales manager Dan Parise assured me this would be taken care of and offered to hold the vehicle until this service was completed. I opted to take the vehicle home and return to the dealership for the service. When my wife returned for the brake service it was performed with no hassle, in a timely manner, and the brakes are now silky smooth (My compliments to the service department) I would highly recommend Jeff Williamson to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Colonial Toyota.

I was half heartedly looking for another vehicle and stopped at Colonial Toyota and several other dealerships on Sunday. I saw several that interested me. I stopped at the Toyota the next day as I had Monday off to get some info on the RAV 4. Mike Derr was in the showroom and I started to ask him about the RAV. There was one on the showroom floor. He started to explain the features of the vehicle. I got more interested and we took the RAV that I had looked at the day before for a test drive. Really liked the car and also Mike's informative and low key approach. We continued to talk about the vehicle and before you knew it, they had worked up a nice deal for me that I could afford. It was nice to go to a dealership that did not pressure you into buying. Mike was a good salesman. His knowledgeable and low key approach worked for me that day as I bought the RAV and brought it home later that day.

Fine! All was fine! The first thing that immediately impressed me upon my first visit at Colonial Toyota was the visit from Colonial greeter (Judy). Very professional and appropriate. Then along came...Sue!...what a charm. She quickly but without pressure found what I was looking for, although my humor did send her into skids, a few times...There are a number of qualities that require review, such as at no time was I pressured in any way. If I had been pressured, I would have walked. If I had walked, I may never have been introduced to the Tacoma that I purchased. (That in itself would have been shameful on my part.) Then, Sue's knowledge of her "trade" was beyond reproach...basically wonderful. She knew everything. She could be called a "know it all" in the best of sense. Enough...enough...just go see Sue and the crew. They are great!!!!

I stopped at Colonial Toyota Indiana to look at trucks,Tacoma in particular. There wasn't anything on the lot that I was interested in and I was ready to leave. But! Sue Cunningham my sales rep found one parked at a different location. We drove past that truck at a different location and immediately wanted to drive it. We called Sue on her cell phone and she set up a test drive. We took the test drive. Sue didn't just let us drive it. She showed us what a Tacoma will do. We loved the truck. Sue was very helpful and friendly. We got to know her and she got to know us.When we picked up the truck, it was in beautiful with a yellow rose on the seat. I had purchased a used truck from Colonial which had a few mechanical issues from the point of getting it home, I was very upset and they were having trouble getting the issues corrected. Trista showed us a variety of cars and even took us to the other branches of the dealership. She took the time to make sure that we would absolutely love the new car and that it would fit our needs. Colonial Toyota is an outstanding dealership all around. Jason and I had set up an appointment to look at the 2014 Corollas. We spoke for a short time so that he had a better understanding of what exactly i was looking for. After a test drive, he and i sat and discussed which model and what options i would want. Colonial gave me a good deal on my trade-in and after doing the initial numbers and discussing my payment window, Jason was able to get me where i needed to be. I cannot express enough the professionalism I experienced here. They are not a "robot" company - they actually WANT you to be happy with your purchase. It took about a week to find the car that i wanted, and Jason stayed in contact with me the entire time letting me know what was going on. When it came time to do the financial paperwork, Preston was outstanding. He explained everything thoroughly and made what some find a "stressful" situation very easy and smooth. There was no double-talk or "hidden agendas" as i have experienced in other Toyota dealerships. Overall, i would recommend Colonial to anyone considering buying a Toyota. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

Ladies, Gentlemen:I am writing to happily recommend Colonial Toyota! My circumstances for acquiring a used Toyota were strained and sensitive and Sue Cunningham and the folks at Colonial handled it all. First, I knew I wanted a Toyota as I have friends that work at the Georgetown plant in KY where they are built. Toyota is very "American" and the knowledge I have of the company, its employees, the team work, and integrity for quality are admirable, if not superb. Second, I wanted a dependable car for my elderly mother living in the country. Third, I wanted a great service team and my experience and invitation to meet the folks at Colonial did not disappoint. Great facility, very friendly people, organized and clean. Fourth, the negotiating and buying experience was to be a challenge as my mother had an old car for trade; in fact, I had it towed to the dealership. That could have been difficult because Colonial could have taken the attitude of having a captive customer, but they were very respectful, and gave us a fair and quick trade for a vehicle that was clearly headed for the auction. Two trips to talk with the GM and we had a deal. The closing was a piece of cake. If you want a good car, get a Toyota; and if you want a good car-buying experience, go to Colonial and ask for Sue Cunningham. Now, if you want to feel comfortable leaving your 87 yr old Mom with some folks that you want to take care of her as an elderly queen, introduce her to Colonial Toyota. I was looking around online to see if I could find a newer vehicle than my 95 Honda Civic that I liked. When I came to the Colonial website I found a 2007 Honda Civic Lx. I did my research on the car and found the price that they had listed was below KBB. I looked at the carfax and the car looked like it was in good shape and well taken care of by the previous owner. When I called to ask questions about the car, especially the warranty Mike Derr was extremely nice and helpful. He encouraged me to come look at the car but at my own convenience and not for his. I found this to be an extremely different experience than my previous encounters with another dealership out of Indiana where I had once waited all day just to get answers to questions inside their office. I went for a test drive and loved the car. He knocked a little more off the price and that day I bought the car. The whole process only took three hours from the test drive, to the financing, and then finally signing all the papers. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this team. They are friendly and they really make you feel like they're there to help you and not themselves.

We brought our 07 Toyota Tacoma to get the heater fixed and ended up trading it in for a new Toyota Tacoma with a Sport package. Trista was amazing. She went above and beyond our expectations. They even let us test drive a Four Runner to see if we wanted that instead of the Tacoma. Trista found us a Tacoma that had everything we wanted. She is super nice. I found the exact car I wanted on Colonial's online inventory and called the dealership to get a price as it's just under an hour and a half away from where we live. Sue Cunningham answered the phone and was nothing but helpful and respectful out of the gate.Sue's objective was to get us a price that would make it worth our trip to Indiana. The car was a little more than one I found closer to home and she not only met the price, but ended up giving us a very fair price on our trade. Sue went through all our options thoroughly. We happened to arrive at the dealership an hour before they closed. We wanted to be respectful of their closing time and Sue was ready for us and did everything she could to walk the line between making us feel like our business was valued and being respectful to her fellow employees. The business manager Preston Brida is a true professional but was not at all your typical business manager. He was nothing but personable even though he was staying late to help us take delivery that day. He had a very pleasant, relaxed demeanor, was also nothing but respectful, and made us feel very comfortable. Before I called Colonial Toyota, you should know that we live in the north hills of Pittsburgh. I knew I wanted a new Toyota Venza XLE in Barcellona Red and it turns out they're fewer and further between than one might expect. I found one 15 min. away from our home at a dealership in Pittsburgh. They could not even come close to what we wanted for our trade. I searched every dealer inventory within 50 miles and couldn't find another of the model in the color I wanted. Expanding my search, I found one at Colonial Toyota and another 3 hours away.Colonial Toyota's level of customer sales service is superior to any I've experienced in Pittsburgh over the years which includes Ford, Volkswagen, Acura and Mercedes Benz dealerships. Colonial Toyota is absolutely worth the trip to Indiana and I highly recommend them. Thank you Sue Cunningham and Preston Brida!

The overall sales experience was good though the work performed on the vehicle is questionable. The Tundra purchased had all new brakes and rotors installed prior to purchase, after driving home the rear drivers side rear wheel smelled like it was burning I thought maybe it's just the new brakes. Well no that caliper must be freezing up because you can see the rear rotor is getting more wear on the face of the rotor. I not happy that I need to return to the dealership for repairs that they just completed but I can say that I am seeing a common trend that just because you buy at a dealership doesn't mean that you are getting any better vehicle than buying from a private party, Just a higher price to cover the dealer repair costs and not the gas for me to bring the vehicle back after a weekend.

The reason we are giving the review as "Great" is because Trista Robertson, the saleswoman went above and beyond in helping us make a decision as to buy a Toyota Corolla. She explained, in detail, the ins and outs of the Corolla we purchased. She was informative as to all of the features, especially the 'back-up-cam' and the Bluetooth technology, she even helped me program my cell phone into the system!! Awesome!! She was knowledgeable about the many features and answered any questions we had, honestly. The financial guy, Preston, was very helpful also with all of our finance questions and made sure we knew everything before we "signed." I found Colonial Toyota, Trista, and Preston to be very professional and friendly. I had to even give Trista a hug before I drove off in my new red Toyota Corolla, she felt like a long lost friend to me, that's how comfortable she made us feel. The product of my experienceThe 2010 Dodge Ram. Yes, it does have a HEMI"From start to finish this was the absolute best car buying experiance I have ever had. Like most people today I have had quite a few credit issues in the past so I wasnt looking forward to negotiating a car purchase. My wife and I started our car search with several small less known dealers thinking an older higher milage vehicle would be all we could afford or even qualify for. The first dealer we dealt with almost sold us a 13 year old truck at a 22% interest rate. I know that sounds crazy however sometimes desperation can talk you into doing things you normally wouldnt do. The look on my wifes face as we looked down at the offer was more than I needed to politely decline and leave. I really did like the truck but not enough to sleep in it. After this I started reading up on loan types, financing, and what types of things to avoid when buying a used car. There are alot of articles out there on this topic and almost all of them portray car saleman as dishonest and if your not careful they will rip you off. They would also go on to explain what information not to give a salesman and what questions not to answer when looking at a car. After visiting several web sites and reading dozens of articles I felt I was prepared to get back to the car hunt with a better understanding of negotiation.There are several car dealers in Indiana and its close to our home so we set out the following Saturday morning with the intention of stopping at several so we could get better idea of what is out there as well as the best starting price. I was looking at auto trader on my phone as my wife made a b-line straight to Colional Toyota. We test drove a Toyota Tundra there years ago and she really liked it even though we ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee. At first I thought this was a waste of our time because I didnt see anything on the lot that I considered "something I could afford", but I decided to at least look around since we were already there.After looking around the lot for a few minutes Sue walked up and introduced herself and asked if there was anything she could help us with. As I said earlier there werent any trucks on the lot that I could afford so I told her I was just looking. She then asked what we were looking for. Now according to everything I read im not supposed to divulge any information on price or monthly payment but there was nothing I could afford anyway so I told her I wanted a full size truck and the most I could possible spend. Now im waiting for her to start laughing or faint but instead she said "OK, lets see what we can do". We looked a couple trucks on the lot but she wasnt showing me a truck with everything I needed because she could only work with what we told her we wanted. I decided that what I had read just didnt make sense, how could someone find us a truck with everything we wanted if we couldnt tell her what were looking for. Sue Cunningham was absolutely amazing once we sat down and went over exactly what we were looking for and the budget we needed to do it in. She knew everything possible about every truck we looked at or test drove and was able to immediately answer any questions we had. Even though they didnt have exactly what we needed Sue was able to find us a truck that had everything we wanted and more and had it brought to the dealership so we could test drive it. Sue as well as the finace team at Colional motors are second to none. I still cant beleive how far above and beyond everyone went to help us get what we wanted and still stay in budget. I know this is more background than just the events at the dealership but I think regardless if your looking for a new or used car the buying experiance starts when you decide to start looking, not when you walk onto the lot. Before you even leave the house you have a general idea what your looking for and at least a reasonable monthly payment figure. The best advise I can give if your in the market for a new or used car is to stop in at Colional Toyota look around. If you are honest and let them know exactly what your looking for and your budget they will absolutely do everything possible to get you into the car you want that will fit your budget. You dont have anything to lose, there is no pressure to buy or sign anything. It may just turn into a great car buying experiance for you as well.

From the moment I entered colonial Toyota the greeter, Judy nipps, welcomed me and turned me over to sue Cunningham, sales rep- she was 100% well rounded with her knowledge of the car I was interested in. She did everything possible not to be pushy. With the help of manager Dan Parise, we worked out an agreement that suited both our interests. I visited a number of different Toyota dealers in the Pittsburgh area to obtain bids on a 2013 Toyota Prius 3. They were all within $200 of each other. I decided to visit Colonial Toyota in Indiana, Pennsylvania since they were under an hours drive from home. We stopped in to look at the RAV-4 because our two sons own Toyotas and like them. We wanted to compare the RAV-4 to the Equinox. At first we thought the Equinox had more cargo room in the back, but the tape measure I had in my purse showed otherwise. We like the features on the car, especially the backup camera. Sue was great. She explained all the features of the RAV-4 and listened to what WE wanted in a vehicle. Love the RAV-4 so far.

I recently found myself in the market for a new SUV and was highly interested in the Toyota product, and in particular the 4Runner. I found my experience at Colonial to be absolutely top notch. My main point of contact was Trista Robertson, whom I found to be personable and well aware of the product she is selling. If she didn't know the answer, she found it, and I really appreciated that she didn't try to "fake it". She is definitely in the right job and clearly enjoys her work. There was never a moment of pressure, and she was quite patient with me as I asked question after question. Her follow-up across my experience was spot-on, and I was kept completely informed as they searched to find the exact vehicle that I wanted.I also had the chance to speak with Dan Paris and Marty Hemmes. On my first visit to the dealership I felt that I was presented with a very fair initial deal (based upon internet research for the car and features I wanted). I was clear that I wanted them to give me their best bottom-line price up front to avoid a protracted negotiation. Not prepared to make a deal on my first visit, and totally unprompted, Marty offered that they were only profiting by about $700 on the price (I never asked the amount of profit). I mention this because I was very happy not only with the initial deal, but that Marty was fully honest with his statement. When I returned the second time to Colonial Marty wasn't present, but Dan presented me with an even more attractive purchase price on the same vehicle but with different options. In short, without any back and forth negotiation, these guys hit it out of the park and established their integrity after the first visit.By comparison, i visited another dealer in the Pittsburgh area and issued the same challenge: give me your best price on the initial offer. That offer was several hundred dollars higher from what i was offered at Colonial. When I suggested to this second dealer that I thought there was significant room to offer a better price I was told that they were already not making money on the vehicle - something that I knew was not accurate. I don't play the game where I run from one dealer to the next trying to lower the deal price by saying, "well, this dealer has offered me 'x'". I use the above method to get a feel for the integrity of the dealership, which to me translates to how that dealer will operate after the sale, and in the unlikely event that there is a significant quality problem with the vehicle. Needless to say, I did not return to that dealer.I am completely happy with every experience at Colonial. In fact, I had a ton of fun across the entire experience. I highly recommend that you visit and ask for Trista, she really is great. And she is supported by a great team (Marty and Dan).Thanks guys, for a great experience!

We have owned a Toyota Sienna for 9 years with next to no problems. I wanted to downsize since the kids are leaving so I was originally looking for a Matrix. My wife and I visited Colonial Toyota to drive several pre-owned vehicles that we saw advertised on the web. We had the good fortune of dealing with Mike Derr. Mike is very familiar with Toyota vehicles and was able to answer all of our questions and offer some valuable opinions which I appreciated. Mike is and easy-going, helpful and pleasant person. Most importantly, there was no high-pressure sales tactics and no foolish gimics like we have experienced at other dealers. After the sale we received the same excellent treatment from the Business Office. Our overall experience at Colonial Toyota was indeed the best experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle, I will certainly return when the time comes. If you can find a better sales consultant than Woodstock Sue, please let me know. She offers a refreshing, no nonsense, bottom line approach. Time is our most important asset in life, and she doesn't waste any, as most of the others in the profession do. The mark of a true professional. One stop shopping at its best! After 40 years of buying a car about every year, as we drive 70,000 miles yearly, I haven't found anyone or any team better. Of course, this is always subject to change, depending on the outcome of our next go round, but for now, I can assure you, you can save money and more importantly precious time dealing with Sue and the Colonial dealership that she represents versus the other 99%. (I am still looking for that other 1%) Looking forward to the next go round, as I don't recall ever buying 2 cars in a row from any other dealership. Trista was very friendly (as was the others). She answered our questions, and gave us time to digest the information; she didn't try to overwhelm us with a lot of facts and figures (which was very much appreciated). As we looked at three different Tacomas, she didn't try to push us into any certain one. We feel she did her job quite well and left us on our own to make a decision. I was very pleased with the process of purchasing my 2012 Toyota Camry. Mike addressed all of my concerns, answered my questions, and was always friendly. I was happy with the how painless the process was; from the negotiation of the price, financing and the paperwork. I didn't have to sit around for 5-6 hours to make a deal and do paperwork. I only have one recommendation for the Toyota Camry going forward...All of the window and lock buttons should be illuminated for easy finding at night. The Camry has all of these other outstanding safety features so the driver can concentrate on the road except for something as simple as illuminating these buttons. I am pleasantly pleased with my experince with Mike Derr and I am loving my Camry!

This dealership was fantastic. At the time, I wasn't in the market for a new car, but I was very curious what a Prius was like and if it really was like everyone said. I dealt with Sue, who was one of the kindest and most honest people I've met. She took me right to the car and started explaining the differences to me and the advantages; before I knew it, we were actually out test driving the vehicle and she showed me what it really could do. Sue worked very well with me through out the purchase process along with Marty and Preston. They were able to offer me a great deal and get me right to where I wanted to be with my payment and everything. I know I plan to recommend this dealer to friends and family as well as make future trips back here for any cars I may get. I couldn't have asked for a better or easier time. We first met Mike Darr more than a year ago, but for various reasons decided at that time that we were not ready to trade. He was very gracious regarding our decision and did not continue to hassle us by phone or email, simply indicating that he would be ready when we were. Last week we returned and again found him to be informed and helpful regarding the Toyota Sienna in which we were interested. He was not offended by our determination to consult a second dealer for a price comparison and did not pressure us in our desire to give the purchase extensive deliberation. In the end we found his offer attractive, and without further bargaining concluded the purchase. We found everyone at Colonial Toyota to be kind, helpful, and courteous, not at all the experience we have had with some other firms whose sales staff came across as vultures in pursuit of fresh road kill. Sue Cunningham was particularly helpful and supportive, even though she was not the primary sales representative. Mike even adjusted his schedule to work late so that he could assist us in setting up the sophisticated telephone Iphone system and update the apps on our phone for better compatibility. All in all, this was a very atypical experience in car buying. Even the showroom and lounge area were exceptionally clean and customer friendly. We would ceertainly recommend this dealership to other folks who dread the ordeal of buying a new car.

I LOVE THE PEOPLE THERE!! I have a 2008 Toyota Sienna handicapped accessible van & this the ONLY place I go for service. The people there are so fantastic that when my son needed another vehicle, this is the ONLY place we went. Sue went above & beyond great to find the vehicle we wanted (a used 2004 Ford Ranger) & it was in our price range. Tom in service is super. He knows that my van is the ONLY means of transportation that I have for my disabled son & he always makes certain that it is in perfect running order for my many trips to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Preston in finance is also a jewel in the Colonial Toyota crown. He did everything he could do to make the purchase of my son's Ranger a smooth & enjoyable transaction. Each time I go in for service on my RAV4, I look at new cars. I have been looking at Venzas for two years. Sue would not push me and I guess she waited me out and did not chase me away. I was made an offer I could not refuse, and am an the owner of a 2013 Venza. I could not recommend Sue Cunningham more highly. Sue makes sure that everthing is just so and adresses every concern. During the five + years I had the RAV4 I have been pleased with the service I have recieved. I would give the service department a high rating also.

We were pleasantly surprised throughout the purchase experience. Jeff explained everything and even arranged to use our motorcycle as a trade. We were slightly disappointed after driving off the lot when the check engine light came on and the car was not running as great as the test drive. We called Dan the next morning and he apologized and had us bring the car back. They fixed the car and was very friendly in the process. These guys are good guys and we would definitely recommend them.

He was patient with us and made me realize that I was really after a vehicle with great gas mileage - we ended up purchasing a used Prius. Now that's a salesman! From the time we pulled in until we pulled out everyone was very nice & took the time to talk to us. It was actually a fluke that we stopped at Colonial, we made the trip to Indiana to look at a Kia at Bud's, but they didnt have it at that lot and decided to stop on the way past. I'm glad we did. I am very happy with the Prius & getting excellent gas mileage!

We first visited the dealership on a busy day when no sales person could see us. Much to our surprise Sue called us back and made an appointment for my wife and I to see her. Sue is a personable salesperson; not your typical car salesperson. She explained the vehicles features and operation even though we are prior Toyota owners. She took the time to make us feel like family, never pressuring us into the sale. She was very thorough in her presentation and introducexd us to other members of the Toyota team. We bought our first Toyota at another dealership but Colonial has performed our service. We are very happy with every aspect of the Colonial dealership; which is why we purchased our new RAV4 from them. One of the most pleasant automobile dealerships I have ever experienced.

My overall experience at Colonial Toyota could best be described as sloppy. The salesman and the Sales manager seemed to have minimal knowledge of the products they were selling. Many small mistakes were made, making the overall experience unfavorable. For instance: the salesman did not contact my insurance company as he indicated he would, he told me that the notary was not ready to process the paperwork (which led me to entertain my 2 small children for over an hour) when she was actually waiting on us, he forgot to transfer my plate from my old truck to the new one, the sales manager had no idea how bed extenders were installed and was misleading in his advice to me. The sales manager called to apologize for these oversights, but then requested that I rate my experience as excellent on the Toyota survey. Frankly, I should have gone to a different dealer, as integrity was sorely lacking at Colonial.

My purchase experience was great except that I don't like the persistentsales pitch concerning the extended warranty. I felt extremely pressured to purchasethe extended warranty. I would not consider the purchase of another vehicle at this dealership if they insist on presenting the high pressure extended warranty sales pitch.In the future I will advise them that I'm not interested in the extended warrant and if they insist on presenting it I will walk out. I spoke with Dan Parise and Mike Derr about this and they said there will be no problem as long as I advise them.Mike is a competent and knowledgeable salesman, I would recommend him if considering purchasing a Toyota from this dealership.

Working with Sue was fine. The issue ended up being the vehicle itself. ABS light stays on all the time. Had a factory recall that the service dept. missed. Drove ten miles from lot and check engine light came on. Four days after purchase the vehicle would pass our state emissions test and it was not just a gas cap issue, check engine light remains on even after going right back to the dealership and being told it was the gas cap. Brake warning light remains on as well. They did give me the info to set up an appt. with their other dealership which is a Nissan dealer to attempt to rectify these issues. I have to drive the two hours from my work next Thursday (Aug. 23rd) to get the recall issue fixed and hopefully the other three warning light issues resolved. I have to take two hours off of work to accomplish this. In the interim even though I just picked the vehicle up 4 or 5 days ago, I cannot use it due to concerns about all the warning lights. I guess time will tell if this was a mistake or not. Vehicle only has 37,000 miles on it. Sue was very nice to deal with though and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with her again. Not so sure about either the dealership or the service dept. though. They had a week to prepare and fix whatever issues were wrong with vehicle but yet the ABS light was left on as it was when I first looked at the vehicle and the recall notice was missed.

this is the 2nd car we have purchased from colonial toyota. there are no misleading sales pitches and we needed a vehicle quickly, but even so, feel like we got a fair price on this truck. there were a couple things we would have rather had on the truck, like the 16" wheels, and painted front bumper, but that was not the salesmans fault. that is the package we purchased and thats why it pays to read the printout specs. (heh)however, the differences between what we test drove and what we were purchasing kind of confused us as we thought the xl had bigger wheels and painted bumper. Also, even though the truck came with running boards, and we agreed to that, once my husband drove it he kept hitting his legs on them and colonial gave us almost all the cost back anyhow. which was very fair. we will buy again from mike. he is very professional and it is painful enough to spend that kind of money. the sale should at least be pleasant. Colonial toyota and working with mike derr makes us not want to buy anywhere else. also, the rav4 we bought last year from colonial toyota is awesome. the service is excellent too. :o)and thank you mike.

It was one of the most enjoyable car dealings I've ever had, even with the power outage. Jeff did his best even working with a flashlight. I do think you need to buy more flashlights as there seemed to be only one in the building. Jeff even laughed at some of my not so funny comments. I enjoyed the experience so much that I reccomended the dealership to my friend and he ended up buying a Rav/4. He said it was so different dealing there than any other place he has dealt before. Most of the negotiating and sales questions were done through email or over the phone which made for a very easy transaction for me as it wasn't easy for me to come out to the dealership to look at the vehicle I purchased. The ability to make an offer on your website without having to step into the dealership was a huge time saver. Your dealership and salesman (Mike Derr) basically allowed me to make a purchase over the phone because of the prompt responses to my questions and concerns. I realize that it is not often that you have three trade ins but I had them so that is what we did. Overall feel like my trades came up short around 4850. I do like the new car and working with Sue and the colonial staff. The were no rebates like Nissan has currently and the lower trading values did keep my rating on pricing lower. We did get the extended warranty and the undercoating and interior treatment so we made a commitment to keep and enjoy this automobile. I challenge the entire dealership to prove to my wife and myself that you are worth the extra dollars that we provided for our first Toyota. We had a pleasant experience purchasing our new Sienna. Everyone was very friendly. We are excited to begin our Toyota experience. We are; however, concerned that we have to wait 4 weeks before we have the Enviromental protection applied. We have always had this type of protection applied before leaving the dealership with our new vehicles. We are keeping our fingers crossed nothing happens in the next 25 days that will cause problems applying this protection.

Everyone we talked to / dealt with at Colonial was friendly, helpful and polite. Mike was very thorough in all the services that the dealership offers as well as the services from Toyota ie)Toyota care etc. He responded to email and phone messages in a timely manner. Mike was great to work with, he made us feel comfortable and didn't pressure us to buy something we didn't want. We love our Highlander!!!

My wife & I have been car shopping for quite a while, looking for a new SUV.Out of curiosity, I sent out an on-line request for information on Toyota Highlanders and Jason Vaughn from Colonial in Indiana, PA responded in 5-10 minutes! He was very helpful and informative and quoted us a price that was worth the 60 minute drive to check out. Before we even walked into the showroom we were immediately met with a friendly greeting and then introduced to Jason. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and made us feel relaxed and at ease while making our decision. We were extremely impressed by the overall facility (cleanliness of the showroom and parts & service departments, hours of operation, and friendliness of the staff). We purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited that day and even though we live out of town are highly considering using this facility for service in the future. This was one of the easiest and most "painless" car purchases we have made. We will recommend Colonial Toyota to anyone looking for a honest, hassle-free vehicle shopping experience.

In the last year both my wife and I purchased new vehicles. We could not have asked for better treatment than from Sue Cunningham. I purchased a new Tundra, which turned out to be a special order, due to my requirements. Sue, along with Marty worked very hard to make this purchase possible. My wife purchased a Rav4 which was on the lot. She was also very satisified with the treatment we experienced from Sue. Lookin for a used Highlander,we found a 2009 here.We took it for a test drive and Jeff was very helpful in our decision.We walked in the showroom and my wife fell in love with a new one.Jeff and Marty worked to get what I thought was a good deal so we went with the 2012 model.We were very satisfied with our experience here.

Jason was very helpful, friendly and NOT pushy about sales. He respected our decision making process and didn't try to talk me into anything.This means a lot - I just don't go anywhere that gives any type of hard sale or trys to get me to buy the first day there, etc.So - keep up the easy approach, let us make mature decisions about spending our money and your customers will feel you respect them and keep coming back.We'll be back I'm sure.

From the time of entering lot sales personnel were active but not over bearing or pushy. When asked, gave space needed. Never pushed aspecific vehicle or package.No false claims when asked questions. Straight forward sale.

We stopped in to start what we thought was going to be a lengthy process of searching for the perfect truck. My husband already new what he wanted--the Toyota Tundra--although he was not fond of the black or red--when Sue showed us the blue truck, my husband was sold. Sue's knowledge of the truck's past and the details of the making of the Tundra was a sense of security that we were making the right decision! Preston worked his magic during the loan process and helped to make the payment fit our budjet--I would not hestitate to recommend your dealer ship to any of our family and friends!And by the way Gary loves his truck!P.S.I am enjoying it too :)

My experience at Colonial Toyota was pretty good. I purchased a new 2012 Toyota Camry SE from Mike Derr. Mike was very knowledgeabale about the car and took the time to go over the features as well as show me some of the used models on the lot. He was very friendly and nice, definitely not pushy like other car dealers I have come across. Negotiating isn't my strong suit but I think I got a good deal.

My experience at Colonial was one of the best no pressure easy deals I have had at buying a new car. I told Mike Derr what I was looking for and what I could pay. They just made it happen. No running back and forth between different managers and no waiting around for hours. I have visited Toyota dealerships in Monroeville, Greensburg, the North Hills and other locales and refused to buy a car at any of them because of the attitude that the salespeople and management had. It wasn't until I went to Colonial Toyota of Indiana that I found a salesperson, Mike Derr, who was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. After working with him, I knew I was at a dealership that cared about its customers, not just selling cars. It was because of this excellent salesperson that I purchased a Toyota Highlander. The experience continues to be positive as I have had my car serviced there on two separate occasions and have found Colonial to be the best. I have bought 6 cars from Mike. I will keep buying cars from him. He's down to earth, non-pressuring, knows what I like and how I am and always does right by me. he knows I don't like waiting, so he has everything ready to go when I get there. He's very prepared. He even programmed my new phone to my car when I just dropped in! I have referred many friends to him as well.

Excellent vehicles, excellent staff, excellent service. Over the past seven years I have purchased four Toyotas from Colonial Toyota - two Highlanders, an Avalon and a Camry Hybrid. The deals were the best... the employees treat you as a friend or neighbor not just a "sale"... service is excellent - quick, clean, accurate, and ON TIME. Mike Derr, the sales representative I work with is super!! Straight forward with responses to my questions, listens to what I say so that he finds the car that I want, very helpful.... and very friendly. I wouldn't buy a car any where else.

I recently purchased a Prius V III with the help of Colonial Toyota sales person, Mike Derr. It is the second car( 2005 Prius) I have purchased from Mike. He was really helpful in many ways. He worked with me when I was out of state. Made sure I was aware of my options.And kept me up to date on the status of this new version of the car as it developed.Mike is friendly without being overbearing. Manages to stay in touch without pestering. He supported my style of decision making by providing all the info I requested to help me decide what car I would choose and where I would get it.Buying the car from Mike was a good overall experience witnessed by my coming back for a second car. I have had previous experience with other car sales styles that made me wonder 'why a dealership would think that annoying me would encourage me to buy a car?'. I have always walked away from those settings.I found none of that at Colonial Toyota with Mike.The car is so new I only have 130 miles on it. It is going to take a while to get to know it and to see to see if I love it. The price was ok. Of course, I wish I had gotten more from my 'old' Prius.... (Not up to Mike).Over all I will be back when this Prius needs to be replaced unless of course the car lets me down. Mike has not.

The worst dealer experience I have EVER had. I would NEVER buy anything from these people again. when you think of sleezy car sales people, these are the people you are thinking of. they will tell you anything to "get the sale" once the sale is done you are on your own. they lied to me, cheated me, and then were rude. I've had better treatment at Mcdonalds buying a 1.99 burger than I did spending 20 thousand dollars at this horrible dealership. toyota should be ashamed people like this sell their cars. Please do your self a favor and stay away from this dealership, or any dealership related to these people. BAD BAD BAD NEWS. note to dealer owner: if you want to stay in business CHANGE YOUR STAFF, they are the worst.
