Ted was amazing!! My lease was up on my Jetta and I love the car so much I wanted to buy out my lease. Ted made the whole process such a great experience. He took care of everything and reassured me that my choices with extending my warranty and buying the car out were in my best interest. He also made sure that my upcoming service appointments were scheduled with dates and times that I would be able to take a lender vehicle for my convenience. He followed up to make sure everything worked out with my service appointment while he was on vacation. He is the definition of impeccable customer service! We had a great experience leasing a car recently from Colonial Volkswagen. The price was outstanding and the leasing experience was quick and easy from start to finish. Tamara was our sales executive, and she was fantastic: extremely professional and knowledgeable; very patient in working through the particulars with us; kind and courteous throughout...and she stayed late to make sure we got it done same-day. Bill, the sales manager, was equally terrific, as were the rest of the team we dealt with on the Finance side. Would highly recommend!

My experience at Colonial Volkswagen was phenomenal! I am very excited about my new vehicle. Walter made finding a new car such a seamless process! This was my first time purchasing a VW. Walter was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I did not expect to buy a car that day but he helped me find the perfect one that checked all my boxes. He was very professional, kind, and a great person to work with. Lorraine was also wonderful in helping us with the financial side of things!! I could not recommend Walter, Lorraine or Colonial VW/Subaru enough!!! 10/10

My family and I have been a loyal customer to Colonial Volkswagen and Subaru since 2012. We have purchased vehicles here on multiple occasions, scheduled every service and recall repair. We felt comfortable having our vehicles serviced here until a couple years ago. Service management is an absolute disgrace. I have to call multiple times a day and multiple days in a row to receive an update. This time, they held onto my vehicle for 3 days for a list of warranty repairs. After failing to reach the dealership for the 3rd day, I showed up to pick up my car to take my business elsewhere. They were "sorry" that they were busy and failed to update me on multiple occasions that they haven't even diagnosed my car. 3 days, no updates, no call backs, no contact. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance to be sure I wouldn't run into any issues before leaving on a long road trip. Thank you Colonial, For Wasting my time Failing to provide me with any updates whatsoever And being "sorry" that you didn't even pull my car into the garage in the 3 days you had it in your possession.

I decided to give them another try after I met Erin Smith from the Trade Up department. She convinced me to give them another try, which I did. What a huge difference. I had my rim worked on to remove some scrapes, and it truly looks brand new. The service reps were also amazing. Ivanna was great and very attentive. I'm glad the Erin Smith convinced me to give them another chance. Because of Erin and Ivanna, I will be a loyal customer. I went back again to have my other wheel done, and it is truly amazing how good they look. Dana has been great at the service desk. I would definitely recommend Colonial for all of your service.
