My 2013 Ford Focus had two recalls. I contacted Columbia Ford a week in advance to make an appointment to bring it in. The service guy told me to bring it in on a Wednesday before 9am. As I was driving there that day the low tire pressure light came on. I arrived at 8:30am and decided that along with the recalls, I would also get new front pads and rotors, and to check the low tire pressure light. I understood this may add more time to the wait but I was never told what time to expect the car finished. My mistake was assuming since I had an appointment, it would be done same day. Before coming in, I was prepared to take their free shuttle home while I waited for the car. This was a convenient service. After dropping the car off I was told to wait and I will be notified when the shuttle gets back. This was my first time here so I was unsure of the process. I waited almost an hour when I asked another service advisor if I can expect the shuttle soon? He went to call the driver when the shuttle coincidentally arrived at the same time I inquired. I would have appreciated a little more transparency while I waited. The shuttle ride home was pleasant. I received a phone call at 2:52pm from the dealer. I was told my car hasn’t even been brought into the shop yet and if I could leave it overnight. I was disappointed but I had no problem waiting a little longer. I asked what time tomorrow can I expect it to be finished? The service advisor told me by noon. The next day I received a call at 11:22am. Thinking my car was finished, I excitedly answered the phone only to find out it was not finished, but just being brought in and it should be done “in an hour or two”. Finally, I decided to call the dealer 3 hours after they told me it would be finished in an hour or two. I was conveniently told it was actually just finishing up when I called and the shuttle can come pick me up and by the time I get there it’ll be done. Then the shuttle driver called me confirming where my house was located. He couldn’t find me so I asked for landmarks and what is around him. As we talked I realized he’s not even in the correct town. The service advisor sent him to the right address, wrong town. The town he was in was 40 minutes away. I finally arrived back at the dealer a little over 60 minutes later. Back at the dealer I was handed the invoice and paid for it. The price was surprisingly slightly less than I expected. The service advisor did not explain in detail what all the charges were. He did say one of the recalls the website was down so they couldn’t confirm if my car needed repairs or not. He said he entered all the information so if he finds it does need repair, he will contact me. If I don’t hear anything, then no news is good news. I asked if he could please contact me either way so I can confirm things, he obliged. It’s now been 8 days and I’ve heard nothing yet. The brake pads and rotors repair does seem adequate and the tire had a slow leak that has been repaired. Overall, I did not find my experience pleasant. I can safely say I will not be recommending this dealership service to friends and family, and I will not be returning.

My experience at Columbia Kia was great. Quick service, friendly team, impeccable dealership...they were more than happy to help me get into the vehicle I've been looking for EVERYWHERE. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Johnathan was my sales guy...gave me up front info and made the buying process quick and painless. Alysa helped me with a tutorial of my new vehicle..no rush..no pushy sales gimmicks.

I have recently bought a Ford F250 pickup Truck. Andy Caldwell was my sales man. Andy was a excellent and professional at his job. Andy answered all my questions and if did know what he would look them up and answer them after he has checked into it. Andy has done everything that he said he would and more. I will use Andy again in future purchases. I would recommend that if you ask for Andy . He goes the extra step for you. Thank you Andy

Bought two cars from here. First experience was fine. Second time not so much. Went to look into maybe trading in my car. Well I did. Was basically told not to wait until the next day to see about a better interest rate. The salesman. Told me he would take 3000.00 off the price if I took the car off the lot that night. So I did. Go to refinance. Nope I was 3000.00 dollars upside on my loan. My problem. But never again.

Had a great experience without complications! Everyone was friendly and not pushy; I was able to drive off the lot with Hector's help. He stayed late with me and made it an enjoyable time, we had some very nice conversations. The site was phenomenal with a waterfall at the entrance, complete with koi fish! I highly recommend, if not just for their food station :)
