Very easy process from start to finish. Had been looking for a new highlander at a couple dealerships. Even though Columbia Gorge Toyota didn't have exactly what we wanted they were able to get it from another dealership in a timely manner. Al was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. He kept in contact with us through the whole process. Al made our first purchase with this dealership a positive one. Very happy with our new car and Columbia Gorge Toyota.

I can definitely give 5 stars! Israel helped me find exactly what I was looking for (I'm pretty sure he read my mind). I really appreciated how professional, and courteous everyone was, and it barely took any time to get the paperwork completed. And the best part, they were able to deliver it to our house after it was done being detailed. Probably the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Since I know you read these out loud...These thousand tricky tongue twisters trip thrillingly off the tongue. Thanks for everything!

While the purchase process was not particularly speedy it was thorough. Al spent the time to make sure that we drove away in the vehicle that met all of our criteria at a price that was acceptable. He was very patient as we switched what we wanted several times. I recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable person to help with a vehicle purchase. The finalization of the transaction was quick and professional and with new technology we left without writer’s cramps in our hands. Overall it was a good experience and we will return to Columbia Gorge Toyota for service and future purchases.

My wife and I were both in for routine maintenance, as we were waiting. I decided to go for a walk and check out all the new innovations that Toyota has implemented into the Highlander and Tundra. Spoke to Al a salesmen he was very nice non pushy and there for us as we had questions. We went for a test drive in a Tundra and my wife and I were ready to let go of our Tacoma. AL worked with us through the whole process and made things very smooth. Not once did we feel uncomfortable. We would recommend Al to all friends and family the overall experience was great. Even after the deal was done he was kind enough to reach out and make sure we were still happy. He's a great guy to do business with. I look forward to doing future business with Al. Thank you for your time and patients and being available as we requested and not pressuring us.

Shout out to Bridget Jones! She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience at Columbia Gorge Toyota! Any time I had questions or concerns she was right there to answer them or point me in the right direction! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to place their trust in Bridget! She made sure I was well accommodated and even went out of her way get the blacked out emblems for my new car!
