Bought a new 21 Ram 1500 Laramie. These guys are AWESOME. They didn't have a truck on the lot that my wife and I wanted. But our salesperson Terrance told us they would get us one there. And let me tell you they delivered on that promise. They found us the truck that we wanted with EVERYTHING on it and more. And we couldn't have even tried to beat the price anywhere else. This is our 2nd truck from commonwealth and I know well be back! Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to making my wife and I happy.

Hi. My husband has asked specific questions about a Charger three times now. He keeps getting messages back, but no one is answering his questions. He asked through the Internet sales dept. Unfortunately this is going to be a lost sale. He was ready for the vehicle.

The buying process is terrible. They try to rip you off right away. Okay games then they do not keep their word. They also refuse to sell me a car at supplier pricing only positive part of the dealer is the ladies working in the service department. Kind and professional

Jody and Rachel in the service department are simply the Best. Every time I go in for service they're very helpful and caring about all of your needs. Whatever my needs are they go above and beyond to take care of it and get me in and out as soon as possible. And I love them!

Friday June 19th 2015 I was told the vehicle ( 2008 Ford Mustang) I was looking at would go up on the rack on Saturday June 20th to be looked at for a noisey front end. I called to check on status today and was put off. I called back to find out the vehicle was sold out from underneath me with no call back no nothing. Rude and disrespectful to do that to a person. Can't even keep to a verbal agreement.

My charger was under the Total Care extended warranty. At 85k the "brain" of the vehicle died. The service people at Commonwealth Dodge went that extra mile. The part had to be manufactured as it was not in stock. I received a rental for 3 1/2 weeks at no charge, even though the warranty only covered 5 days. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and did a great job on the repairs. To save me money, they made sure and asked if there were any other issues the vehicle was having that would be covered under the total care so I wouldn't be charged the $100 deductible twice. They were very concerned about me not being inconvenienced and standing behind the Total Care Warranty. I would definitely deal with their service center and suggest it to anyone.

I recently purchased a used truck (my "dream" truck) through this dealership. I walked in knowing what I wanted and was "in-and-out" before I knew it. I had found a number of issues that needed attention before driving away and ALL were taken care of within 48 hrs (would've been sooner but the dealership had to overnight one part). Overall a fairly stress-free experience!

They sold me a lemon never fixed the problem the first time had to go up there 7 Times in 3 weeks with problems and service got worse every time we went back. Worst experience ever from dealer to the general manager

This is the second car in three years that I have bought from Commonwealth Dodge. After looking at many other dealerships; I returned to Commonwealth for the best deal and customer service of the day. After starting the day off at Bachman's Chevy and not being able to get waited on since all the salespeople were busy eating at a grille; I was greatly appreciated when I arrived at Commonwealth Dodge and was greeted before I could get out of my car completely. I will continue to buy my cars at Commonwealth Dodge and recommend to all my friends and family.

Just purchased a new 2013 Ram tonight and wanted to give credit where due, especially after seeing some of the negative reviews above. While I can't speak to the negative reviews above, I can say I had a totally different experience. Bob and Teyran were both very accommodating, helpful and worked until we got the deal done. No pressure, not aggressive but still just trying to get the deal done so we were all happy. I'll definitely be back......and one more thing.....think of all the other people who ARE happy with their experience at Commonwealth and just never took the time to speak up.

Called to see if they had the 2012 Charger SRT8 in Tungston color and I was told that the owner was driving it and they won't sell it until he's "done" with it. I have cash in hand and they refused to make a sale? Wow, times must be good for Commonwealth Dodge.. I will NEVER try to buy from them again...

Never have I felt so deceived as I am after our last purchase. They sucked us right into that "Will you buy if we get this payment?" Then when we got into finance, the interest rate was 2% lower and the payment did not change. They just gave less discounts than expected on their truck. We will be very happy with our new 2012 3500 Mega Laramie but they will never see it again!

While in the process of searching for a used truck our experience at Commonwealth Dodge was terrible. After negotiations the sales manager trying the pull the wool over our eyes and ended up walking out on us mid sentance. We felt sorry for the salesman who really liked but the manager lost this sale. I wouldn't have drove off in that truck if he payed me to take it. His customer service was apauling.
