I made an appointment for 11:30 AM. When I arrived no one came out to the service lane to greet me. I went to the service desk and I was told by the advisor everyone was about to go to lunch at noon and it would be an hour and a half wait time. If I had known all the service reps were going to lunch at the same time I would have scheduled later in the day. I asked how long it would be if I came back after lunch and was told an hour and a half again, because there would be other customers coming in. I decided to wait. After the car was brought up I was given the bill. The amount on the bill was TWICE what I had been expecting. I told the cashier I had a MANAGERS SPECIAL coupon and she went to the advisor who had the coupon. She adjusted the price. I then noticed the only work done on it was the oil change. I asked about the tire rotation and she said they'd have to send it back. I never did get a Multi Point inspection report and the receipt did not indicate that the lube job was performed. My washer levels were not filled even though the low fluid levels light was on and the 'Service Engine Soon' in message center was on but it did not go off after the oil change. The one nice thing was the free car wash card I got.

Great work.. fast service… all staff are nice and helpful… especially JOSE.. I would give him 👍👍… I would have given him more thumbs up if I had more thumbs.. does toe count as thumbs🤷🏻‍♀️..? Keep up the great work to Jose and all his coworkers…

Got off on the wrong foot with Carlos, but he was absolutely correct with his “doom and gloom” prognosis, which I doubted! Suffice to say my 2014 Volt is now running as if I just now bought it. Thank you all at CC. I love the mechanic I have used for over 20 years, but he could not deal with the issue, so I came to CC. Thank you . You will be seeing me again.

Everyone here is very friendly, but Bob was the best. I got to check out a bunch of cars and ended up with one that was perfect! It was an easy process.

Bought an HHR here in 2008, service dept was excellent throughout the life of the vehicle. A quick and thorough oil and filter change for my new Colorado this time around
