Concordville is the best Subaru dealership in the tri-state area. They have beat the prices at other dealerships by thousands of dollars. I have referred several people to Concordville and all have been satisfied customers. Jill is a great salesperson and Moe is an awesome, down-to-earth general manager. I'm looking forward to their spacious new facility! June 2020 Update: I leased a 2020 Outback in January and my sister just leased a 2020 Forester. Once again, the whole process was easy and the deals were spot-on. Moe and Jill are really good at what they do!

I brought my Subaru in for new tires and maintenance work. The service team took excellent care of me from the time I booked my appointment. They called me back with estimates on tires, advised me on the pros and cons of each brand, and then applied a rebate on the tires I chose. A service member also provided cost breakdown of the maintenance and asked me how I'd like to proceed. He gave me suggestions on which items needed to be replaced immediately and which could wait. The process of getting a loaner vehicle while mine was at the dealership was easy and stress free. Concordville Subaru has always been upfront, respectful, and honest with me. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been going there for 4 years. Their service is fantastic. The front office where you drop off your car could not be nicer or more helpful. They make you feel like you are the only customer they have. Special shout out to Melissa. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

A smile says so much about how well your striving to delight your customer. When someone genuinely works for you to come back it also guarantees the best is spoken about the dealership. John Boruk makes it his business to satisfy his customers by delivering that adventure we all seek as we drive away. It took a lot if patience on my part waiting for my car to arrive but when you don't settle it's the best feeling. When it's a positive experience the journey continues with friends at Subaru. Thanks John for giving 110% to make this happen. I'm ecstatic and elated. You can't go wrong with Subaru, they take pride in giving their customers the royal treatment.

We recently bought a Subaru Ascent from this location and we love it. Overall, our experience was fine, and pretty much what you would expect buying a car from a dealership. My lower rating is purely around communication and setting expectations of customers purchasing a new vehicle not on the lot. Due to a shortage of cars, we put a deposit on a vehicle that was listed as "in transit" in their system. Due to the lack of details the sales staff has in this system, they could only guess the actual status on the car, and we waited nearly a month before deciding to purchase another Ascent on the lot. In the end, they took care of us, and we are happy. Thanks
