I contacted CAW because my car died & I needed a new one for work ASAP (as I travel a lot). It was late in the day by the time I got there, but Malik did everything he could in the time he had to find me a vehicle. They allowed me to take a vehicle overnight to test drive & to show my husband. I later decided to go with a different car, & they were more than willing to let me test drive several others until I found the one that fit my needs. I didn't feel pressured at all, the paperwork process was quick & painless & I am beyond satisfied with the car as well as the customer service. I delt with Ryan Desper during my purchase, and he was very low pressure and reasonable. He let me take time to make my own decision and was very accommodating. I bought a bike, which was a trade in, and he let me start and drive it in the parking lot. Because it is a car dealership, they don't deal often with bikes but they were still very friendly and honest. Ryan even texted me over the weekend to check up on the status of my decision, but was not pushy or overbearing.

There are a lot of dealerships that offer credit to people with less than perfect credit, this dealership is true to its word. Chris McCauley and the financial department made it so i was able to drive away in a 2011 Camaro and i cant thank them enough for all the time that they put into helping me with less than prefect credit. They never held my past financial problems against me they just encouraged me and got me the loan i needed.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from CAW. Five years ago I bought the first vehicle needing reliable transportation with less than perfect credit. Over 70,000 miles and just over a thousand dollars maintenance the truck still runs great! My family had outgrown the bench seat so I began the task of seeking something more family friendly. With my credit now in a far better state I started my search at other dealerships in the area and soon found that there are some really shady folks in the business. I returned to CAW and talked with Vlad about what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. When I called this dealership, I had the pleasure of speaking with Chris. As I lived several hours away, I had expressed that I wanted to get all the "leg work" done via phone to avoid excess travel. Chris was incredibly accommodating and got everything done, except for the test drive of course, via phone contact. Throughout this process, Chris kept me well informed. After four days, my husband and I drove to Staunton, viewed/test drove a Volkswagen Jetta, and fell in love! I loved the service. After i had put down my 200 part of my down payment, I had changed my mind on what vehicle I'd wanted, and they let me change my payment to something else. They understand my situation and helped me work out payments that weren't too scary. I loved my car, good gas, affordable. Until I looked in the glovebox and saw that the papers from the person who'd had the car before me were still in there. Between purchase date of October 2013, and the summer of 2014, the person had put about 10,000 miles on it. And his vehicle purchase price was 6,995. Mine was 7,995. I don't appreciate knowing that there was a good chance he got some kind of deal, simply because he worked in the service center.

Being a "First Time Car Buyer" at 19yr, (after having the engine blow up in my first car) had me nervous. No credit, not much money to put down. I went to CAW after visiting another used car lot in town that I had test driven two cars that basically fell apart before getting out of the lot. Kiki came out right away to answer any and all of my questions, friendly and sweet as could be. I needed something Affordable and Reliable! I just finished my dealings with this poor excuse of a dealership today, 6 months after buying my car from them. Since I bought my car, I have tried to get the second key I was initially told I could have. Some time went by without anything, and multiple times I called and even went into the dealership. Almost every time I was told they were working on it and that I would be called later that day or by the end of the week. I never was and would always have to go back there in person. After pressuring them for months, I finally got my key yesterday only to discover that it wasn't programmed or even cut. I had to make yet another trip into that place today to tell them it doesn't work. Chris, who initially sold me the car, informs me that I would need to go to a locksmith or the manufacturer'a dealership and pay to have it programmed. Long story short, I've never dealt with so much incompetence and such a clear nonchalance about other people's time, because they clearly didn't care about wasting mine. They show no concern about customer service or retention whatsoever, but then again, why would you when you know every negative review about your performance will be removed from the ratings? I'm interested to see how long this review stays up. If you want service after signing, don't go to CAW.

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle when I received an email from Chris. I gave him a call and he did some checking, called me back the same day to let me know he could help us get into a nice vehicle with no money down, which was great. We live about 2 hours away from the dealership and Chris was really terrific about making sure the financing was in place before we ever made the drive to the dealership. When we got there all we had to do was pick out which vehicle we wanted. Andrew was great about guiding us through the steps of the financial end of things an making sure we were in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible so we wouldn't be real late making the drive back home. Over the last few years I have worked with KiKi on several car deals. First was my 06 Corolla which they got me in when I was in desperate need of a vehicle. Then we had a vehicle break down and they got me in my 08 Trailblazer also. Earlier this year they helped me refinance both vehicles and get them with one company also. Then last week, my husband and I decided it was time for a family vehicle that we could all fit comfortable in. Yet again without any hesitation I called KiKi! They have never let me down and we traded our 06 Corolla for our new 2010 Grand Caravan! We wanted to trade in our van on a vehicle that would be cheaper on gas and a cheaper payment, we had visited a few dealerships and they couldn't even come close to what consumers auto warehouse did for us got us in a nice vehicle that was reasonable priced and better on gas mileage too. When we first called we talked to Kiki who was very friendly and right away took all the information about what all we were looking for in a car. She called back when she said she would and then let us know who we would be working with when we came in. When we did get in to the dealership, we were met by Vlad who was very friendly and informative. This was the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from CAW. Vlad was great to work with, very polite and worked hard to get us the best deal available. They will get you the best loan available. I WILL buy another car from this group of people. Andrew has got a great team together at CAW and a with the first 2 vehicles I purchased this one delivers on everything they promised and more. If you need a great used car regardless if you have great credit or if you have hit a few speed bumps in the past with credit, these people will work hard to make sure you get the car you want. starting with a phone call over 6months ago, KiKi was the first voice that I encounted. She was very professional, very helpful, and very honest with me about where I stood with my credit. Don't get me wrong I also knew that my credit was very bad, but with her she made no up front promises to me that would have me gussing where I stood with it. As the process went on I ran into other issues that slowed up the process , but she never once became pushy or frustrated with me ! That meant alot to me.....Once I got into the store the process went very smooth, she explained every detail, from beginning to the end. She showed me the car that that I had been approved for, at first I didn't want a car with 100,000 miles on it, I have had bad experinces with them before, but I tried it out and LOVED it...I had to finally realize that the cars CAW sell are higher end cars and they stand behind everyone that they sell !!!! I took the care clinic because I wanted to learn how to do some of the basic things a car needs that I was never taught how to do. I traded in my Honda that was in bad shape. It had over 200,000 miles on it everything was going wrong. I knew I needed to hurry up and find a more reliable car asap. From the initial contact with Sonny, the experience was positive and friendly. His attitude was informative and not "pushy". I had been to several dealerships in the area and by far there is no comparison as to the friendliness of employees and attentiveness.

I had been stuck with my broken down volkswagen golf for over 2 months. It had extensive transmission problems that were extremely difficult and expensive to fix, especially in this rural setting. After several coworkers encouraged me to see KiKi at CAW, I finally gave in and did it. I had been hesitant because a few other dealerships were flat out rude and not at all helpful about my situation. but CAW was EXACTLY OPPOSITE. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I knew that Kiki was doing everything in her power to help me. I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Pontiac Vibe. They took my Golf as part of the down payment, which no other dealership would have even CONSIDERED! The customer services and help was superb, not to mention the follow-up!!! (I left a few personal items in the car and Kiki ensured that they were returned to me, even went out of her way to MAIL an item to my home!!!) It was an excellent experience. I have told everyone about it and I would DEFINITELY do business with CAW again!

My past credit problems have me embarrassed and not wanting to face a dealership. My mother-in-law suggested Consumers. I looked at there website for over 6 months and even requested paperwork from them on how to improve my credit before I applied. Last week I finally found the car for me and applied. I couldnt be more satisfied. I have never in my 4 car owning days experienced such a friendly, caring car salesman! Sonny made me feel at ease and talked to me like a person not a commision check. He made it so easy to purchase my car. And the finance manager bent over backwards to put me in my car. I just cannot express enough what a great group of people they are. And I cannot thank them enought for what they did for me and what this will continue to do for my credit.

Very pleasant experience. They kept working with me even with a low credit score until they were able to find a bank to finance me and made the buying experience an overall pleasant one. When everyone else said no and was not willing they were willing and went the extra step to make it happen.

She was very nice and I did appreciate her taking the time to help me find my first car. It also was raining outside and she still showed me the cars and i really did appreciate that as well. As i was in a stuck situation with my vehicle breaking down going into work i was very unsure if a new/pre-owned vehicle was even possible. With credit being an issue to this matter i didnt know where to begin. I certainly didnt want to play the pick a car, run the numbers, and than do pick number 2 and so on.We walked into the "showroom" area where we were politely and professionally greeted by Salesperson Sonny Galvez.I than asked for him to do what they do,as in where to start in making a process simple. he took us through each step,and while the credit/financing was being handled, Sonny gave promp satifing answers to every question i had. I took a walk out on the lot, picked 3 units to inquire opon.Quickley we were told that financing was possible along with every detail with it.The picking out a vehicle took me more time than anything Sonny was responsible for. I decided on a 2008 Ford Focus coupe ses and in very little time we were done.NO TRIP to D.M.V ,no runarounds, I left with a tagged and insured ride and EVERY piece of imformatiom on the credit needed.Road side assistance tempoary plan at no charge,and first oilchange free "coupon". I LEFT VERY SATISFITED, AND STILL AM. This was a very easy expierence thanks to the proffesionalisum of Mr.Galvez,and the Credit manager. "Herbie Roberts"

This is my 3rd purchase from CAW! I think that says plenty in its self! Ten years ago I bought my rodeo from Lou and I'm still driving it today. I just bought my 3rd car from CAW and Kiki was my sales person, Kiki you are wonderful and thank you! Thank you also Andrew for your help and I will be by so you can SYNC my Ipod! Consumers Auto Warehouse was wonderful to buy a vehicle from we told them what we could afford as a down payment and what monthly payment we could afford and they put us in the vehicle we were looking for to meet our needs. A nice, dependable, low mileage van exactly what we wanted. Our sales lady Ki Ki was awesome and made us feel like she really cared and wasn't just trying to make a sale. And Andrew made the signing of the paperwork as easy as possible. Everyone that we had contact with there was very friendly. I needed to upgrade my vehicle and didn't want to spend a huge amount. KiKi and Lou worked hard and and now I have a "new" car. Payments are reasonable and affordable. I was very pleased with all the help the entire staff gave me. They were so friendly, which made the process pleasurable. When my car died on me on the way home from work one afternoon I wasn't sure what to do. I had heard of Consumers and was tired of putting money into cars that weren't lasting me. I went with my parents to Consumers just to look around and see what my options would be (if I had any). Trish was amazing!!! She had me in a new car in about 2 days. The payments were perfect. Since then Trish has left and Sonny has been wonderful as well. They are very helpful and kind at Consumers. I tell people looking for new cars to go there all the time.

I walked through the door early Monday morning and Dana greated me right away. She helped me through every step and even had conversation with me that wasn't just about selling a car. I was upset because I had to part with a car I held dear for something more reliable and was stressed out. Dana eased me into the perfect car for me. Unfortunatly the car had some troubles with the AC fan the very next day. I took it back, and they fixed it free of charge. When it failed again, they helped me again, this time getting to the root of the problem. Although it wasn't the picture perfect senario, Dana stuck with me and made me feel at home. This is my second experience with them, and I would most definetly go back again and again!

Dana is super to work with, (she even offered to put the license plates on the car for me!). I had looked at other dealers but chose CAW based on reviews, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they live up to their friendly reputation. I'm loving the car I purchased and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Andrew went through all my paperwork, explaining it in a way even I could understand (I haven't financed through a real dealer in many years). I could not have asked for a better experience than what I recieved at Consumers Auto Warehouse. Sonny Galvez was straight forward with all information and very pleasant to work with. Most car dealerships pressure you into a sale then you find out after it is said and done about information that was not disclosed before the sale. Sonny disclosed all information before I even made the decision to buy. Working with Andrew Wiley was also very pleasant to work with as well. I love them and I trust them. Old school customer service at its finest. What more does one need to know when it comes to buying a used car? Oh wait....EASIEST, SMOOTHEST, FRIENDLIEST transaction ever. I'm on my second CAW car, I expect that with a 15 year old in the house we'll be getting a third in about 2 years. Consumers Auto Warehouse provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership! I bought my car from them in 2008 and had a wonderful experience! They were all very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was happy! Because of this, I returned to them in 2010 when my family grew and I needed a bigger vehicle. They were quick to find me a van that fit my needs and make sure I was happy with it as well! They're very community-oriented and always willing to help you out! I recommend them to everyone!!
