Rob and Steve are the best. You will not find a more honest and straightforward pair of people in this business. It's apparent that they understand the value of customer service in developing a loyal customer base. This is not a high pressure sale at all. From the time you drive on their lot it's clear that they offer high quality used vehicles at fair prices. They let the cars do the talking for them. I am in the process of transitioning to a new job which precipitated this search (my old job had a company car). I popped in to test drive one that I found on cars.com. I loved the car. Had a great conversation with Steve about our employment histories, and ultimately left a deposit for the vehicle. A day later I got a call from the recruiter for my new job, and she told me that she was able to negotiate a company car into my new compensation package. My first call after was to Continental. I spoke to Rob, and explained what had happened. Told him that I may still want the car as my personal vehicle, but wouldn't be able to pull the trigger on that for another month or so. He could not have been more understanding. Said they will continue to market the car, and if someone else expresses interest, he will call me to give first right of refusal. How could you be more fair than that? Even if I don't ultimately buy this car, don't think I would shop anywhere else for a used vehicle, and I live 45 minutes from their lot!

I've spoken with and shopped at several dealers and Steve at Continental impressed me the most. Even though I've not yet made a purchase, I'm very comfortable with the thought of buying through Steve. He impressed me as being very honest and a reliable person with whom to do business.

So happy with my purchase from Continental Auto Sales. Steve and Rob are excellent to deal with, superb customer service. I know I have bought a quality used car at a great price and will definitely check with them when it comes time to buy a new vehicle.Car was fully detailed at pick up which is something I really appreciatedHope Steve is feeling better!

We went into Continental not sure of the type of vehicle we wanted to buy. Steve and Rob allowed us to test drive 7 different vehicles, ranging from SUV's to Sedans. The atmosphere was relaxed, no pressure. They were up front about pricing, which was lower than Retail across the spectrum of cars. The quality was high, with low miles and excellent conditions. All the while, they were gracious, patient and informative. . They made what is usually an anxious process feel comfortable and satisfying.

I meet Steve and Robert in April of 2016, I came across a truck they were selling on line and called first to set up a time to look at the truck. I value their friendship more then the truck I bought from them, I have never come across great guys selling cars for a living..... But right from the start you felt you could trust these two guys. Never have I had a experience as the one I had with them buying a car, total respect and genuine thoughtfulness for you, that's how they treated me..... I was so glad that I meet them and bought a truck from them. Great place, great guys, great prices. I will be calling every now and then to check for a car for my wife, it's the only place I'll go know for a used car..... Greatest time I ever experienced buying a vehicle in my life..... After searching and reviewing Honda Crvs all around my area, I came across Continental and I couldn't be any happier with thier service, expertise and the amount of patience Steve and Rob had for me being a first time buyer. I would definitely refer them to anyone. I can't thank them enough and the vehicle (2009 Honda Crv) is exactly what I was looking for.

During the course of my career, I have bought numerous cars - both new and used. The recent purchase I made (Mercedes Benz C280 used - 2007) was possibly the best buying experience ever. Rob and Steve are not only extremely knowledgeable about the cars they sell but also make it a fabulous buying experience. I'm extremely satisfied, no, thrilled about my purchase and they will always be my first choice when I go shop my next car !

Just bought a car from Continental this week. Everything surrounding the purchase process was fantastic. Emailed the dealer and heard back within 24 hours that the car I was interested in was available. Headed down for a test drive where I met Rob, a standup guy. Test drove the vehicle, told him I would be in touch. He called me once to follow up and give me some details on the car. I thought about it for a couple days, called him back, got in touch right away. He allowed me to take the car to my personal mechanic, 45 minutes-1 hour away, for nothing but a 100 dollar (fully refundable) deposit. Upon approval from my mechanic, we initiated purchase discussions, and I worked in concert with Rob and his brother Steve, presumably co-owners, to make a deal. They always answered phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, and carried themselves in a truly friendly and non-intrusive manner. Could not have been happier with my experience, it was like buying from friends I'd known my whole life. I implore anyone looking for quality automobiles and a stress free experience to give Continental a chance.
