I walked into Continental Toyota with the exact car on the lot that I wanted to buy. Aron was super helpful in making sure that I drove home in that exact car. He made the process as simple as possible and it did not take a lot of time. The 2020 Highlander is awesome! Aron was the exact opposite of a pushy salesman. My wife and I led the discussion and told him what we wanted and he made it happen. Aron was also an expert at working in the numbers. My wife is pregnant and he offered us a few things that would make us more comfortable and would be useful to us with two young children. Aron is also a Cubs fan so we got to talking a little baseball which made the experience more personable. We also worked with Dominick who helped us with the financing and helped us get a 5 in 1 extended warranty on the car to fit i. The monthly payment budget that we had. I absolutely recommend Continental Toyota for anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. Aron and Dominick made the process super easy for us and now we get to enjoy our new Highlander!

I've been going to this place for many years. I just traded my last car (sienna) that I had for 10 years to get the upgraded hybrid model. It's a wonderful upgrade but takes some getting used to. This is my 3rd car that I bought from this location because it's convenient, the service is great, and the the staff is knowledgeable. My sales person was Dave. He was very professional and right to the point. He made it convenient for me to contact him if i had any questions about my new car.. Although I came short on what I expected for my trade-in, the upgraded perks were definitely worth it. The extended warranty is awesome. I've had it in the past with my other cars but the upgrades that Toyota offered was/is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place and will continue to be a repeat customer for years to come.

My experience at Continental Toyota was fantastic! Bo was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. Bo was wonderful to work with. He answered all of my questions. He provided everything we needed to make the purchase. When we picked up the car he went over all of the features and options and help set us up. He was terrific and we were extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at Continental Toyota again! Purchased a new Highlander Hybrid and Stew, Andrew, and Mark were great! Stew was so helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions and we felt like we were being heard and valued. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and we really appreciated it. Highly recommended!

Gene Longsworth might be an actual angel! I was on my way to test drive and buy a Mazda after a long day of car shopping and being whipped around by sales people when I drove last minute into Toyota Continental. Gene greeted me right away and was nice and easy going. I wanted to test drive some Toyota corollas and ended up finding some used cars I liked. We test drove both and he was able to bring me a straightforward price and out of door price that was fair and transparent. He and the sales manager, Dave (I think?), worked their magic on numbers and even entertained and worked with me when I humored them with my trade in to make the price better. Finance, Chris, provided me all the info needed as well. I can’t recommend Gene and Dave more! They were kind, transparent and genuinely love their product and helping people fairly. I’d vote for Gene for president, go to him for a new or used car. He knows his stuff! Dave, you get my vote for VP don’t worry! Thanks for the pizza recommendations too!
