Went here to get my boyfriends car a year or so ago, and today went in with my dad to get a truck. Reasonable price, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great services. Excited to go in and trade my car in soon and shop around for a new car the sales guy Adam did a great job found exactly what we needed and made the process as fast and painless as possible. I highly suggest this place.

We had an awesome experience at this location. Adam immediately approached us outside while we were looking inside. He listened to what we needed and brought us a vehicle that had exactly what we wanted. Adam was super friendly and transparent about the entire process. The service department left my oil filter loose and my car leaked oil. They gave me a gift certificate for a free oil change but when I went to use it they declined to honor it. This is how they treat a loyal customer of over 20yrs and numerous new vehicle purchases. Decided to change my own oil and discovered that the oil filter was loose a second time after being serviced by cooks. Beware of the service department at Cooks. Zero customer service and can't get an oil change right after two attempts. Do not recommend taking your vehicle there for service.
