Josh Miller was my salesman and did a fantastic job providing all the information I needed to choose my 2016 rogue Nissan . He explained everything in terms that I could easily understand and showed me how to use some of the new features that were not present in my last rogue-a 2013 model. He did a great job explaining the services available such as regular maintenance at the coon Rapids facility-extended warranty etc. we had planned on looking at several other Nissan dealerships but josh did such a great job and the price was right so ended up buying my vehicle at stop number 1-the coon rapids Nissan. I started searching in January for a new car. I knew I was going to get an SUV but which brand was still a mystery. My plan was to get a car later in the year or even next year but due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to look for a new car in less than a week. I started at the Coon Rapids Nissan dealership and met Jacob H. He listened to my plan and how I was going about looking for a new car. I initially sat in the Rogue because that was the stage that I was at. A few days later I walked back into the Nissan dealership telling Jacob H that I was going to get the Rogue. Everyone who I talked to that night was very helpful to get my new car. I drove a Nissan well over a decade ago, so it's nice to come back "home" to a Nissan.

I purchased a Used Mitsubishi Endeavor. That went well. With that purchase you receive six free oil changes. The express oil change is as you would expect. Just show up and they take your car and change the oil. In/out, at least that's the theory. The last two times. I was left waiting for more than an hour. Both times it seemed to be taking a long time. People that came in after me were getting called that their work was complete and getting sent on their way. Getting restless I wandered around and saw my car sitting out side. I had to go find someone and ask if my car was done yet. Two visits in a row it was and nobody closed out the job and let me know. They offed me the last one on the house, since I had waited an hour and a half, and it wouldn't count against my six free changes. I told them it didn't matter as I wouldn't be back. Even for a free oil change.

We first went into Nissan on a general look through. We were lucky enough to be matched with sales person Bobby Plugh. We returned to the dealer several times over a two month period. Bobby was excellent to work with. He kept in touch but never pressured us. He always took time to answer our many questions. He knew we were looking at other brands but never ran down another vehicle. Instead he discussed the differences logically. In the end we surprised ourselves by selecting the Nissan Rogue. I went to SEVERAL dealerships and nothing stuck out to me until I found Nissan Coon Rapids. I worked with Carl Haider and it was actually super fun, his enthusiasm and passion was contagious unlike the other sales reps at the other dealerships. Being a female walking into the dealership can make you feel leery of the old school car salesman coming at you with the hard sale but that was not the case at all with Carl. He educated me and it never felt like I was being sold. I went in there wanting a certain payment and left with that payment and the Murano which I am SO in love with. He cared more about my needs then putting me in a higher priced vehicle. I was amazed I was able to get the amazing Murano at my price point. I felt like a kid in a candy store test driving cars with him. Will for sure be back when I need my next car!!

This dealership continues to take care of my family month in and month out. My wife and I had leased new Nissans in September from Rob and now we have the dreaded 16 year old driver and needed a vehicle for him.I called Rob Hermann and told him my predicament, needing affordable yet safe for that first time driver. He recommended instead of spending the 4-5k on an older late model that we lease something for him. The advantage of this is no worries about safety or anything going wrong since it's under warranty. We talked it over and decided Rob was right. Rob was waiting for us to arrive with a Altima that we drove upon arrival, the car had some comfort features but wasn't over the top with options which is exactly what he needed. We took delivery less than 2 hours later.This dealership has helped my family time and time again. If you need a vehicle you have to see Rob Hermann for all your needs. My husband met with Rob Hermann the week before and leased a new 15 Rogue, after driving the car for a week I decided we had to get another one. So we called up our sales consultant Rob and he worked effortlessly to find one just for me. The one I got has the options I truly enjoy including the Bluetooth, XM radio, spoiler and some other upgrades. The one thing it was missing that I have to have due to the cold is heated seats. Rob assured me he could put heated seats in this one at no trouble at all. I was ecstatic at this point and we did the deal, Rob took the time to explain my trade in value and why they were giving me what they were and I felt it was a fair offer. The night I picked up my new Rogue it was pouring rain so Rob brought the car inside so we could transfer our stuff and then he took the time to link my new phone and teach me all about the high tech options. Rob has really met our expectations when it comes to his service, professionalism and he truly made the process simple for us. My biggest regret is we won't need a new car now for a few years when these leases expire. Rob has made us a customer for life and I will tell everyone in the market for a vehicle to come see him.

I had spoken to Rob Hermann on the phone about trying to unload a Jeep that had a lease payment on it I could no longer afford. Rob assured me he could get my payment down and still get me a great vehicle.I came in on a Tuesday night and Rob had the vehicle gassed, washed and ready to drive. It was a 15 Rogue, we went for a drive and he showed me all the features and how they work so I could try it all out. I came back from the test drive and he gave me a fair offer to trade in my Jeep.Rob and I did some paperwork and then Matt from finance brought me in and signed me out. He lowered my payments 250.00 a month and I still have a brand new car!! My son and I were met with a pleasant greeting by (Sales Associate) Rob Hermann "Can I help you?" out in the car lot of the Coon Rapids Nissan dealership. It was late afternoon/early evening and time was of an essance for both my son and I. We had done our research and were in search for a Nissan Rogue, information my son shared with Rob, Rob invited us inside to his work station and coversation regarding our needs took place. Following the conversation Rob took us out to the Rogue he felt would best suite our needs, explained in detail the proformace and features, then we went for a test drive. Rob did an amazing job at listening to "Our" (the costomers) needs, answering "Our" questions and did his "Best" to fulfill them, not those of the dealerships or his. And... due to this "Best" costomer service of "Rob and his Team" we left that evening with a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Thanks Rob Hermann (Sales Associate) for helping me provide the perfect Anniversary gift for my wife and executing a flawless surprise! I spent a lot of time at other dealerships talking with sales and when I told them of my plan to surprise my wife with a car for our anniversary I felt as if they were not that interested in helping because they didn't believe I was serious. A couple dealerships kept trying to push/steer me towards vehicles that I wasn't interested in. When working with Rob he first asked me questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for and most importantly he paid attention to what was most important to me and helped point me in the right direction while educating me on not just the positives, but any possible negative in regards to "what's important to me" I had also tested him by early on mentioning that a sunroof and navigation system wasn't important and even near the end when I was close to making a purchase he never tried pushing the upgraded vehicle on me. The day I came in I made the switch on him to his surprise and purchased a Platinum Nissan Pathfinder. My wife loves all of the extra perks that the upgraded version has and for the little extra cost over the standard model it is well worth it. In order to make the surprise work I had to make a couple of odd requests, but not once did Rob hesitate and found a way to make it work. Saying that he provided Great Service would be an understatement! He is an exceptional employee that Coon Rapids Nissan is lucky to have. We have been very lucky to have great service at the Coon Rapids Nissan dealership! Nick (now in loan processing) is AMAZING! He was there for us when we found out that we recieved a lemon from a different dealership. He was not pushy nor was he overwhelming with information. I was not prepared to have to purchase another vehicle so soon but he made it so easy for us! I really felt comfortable every step of the process he was so nice and easy to work with. From the minute I responded to an email from the dealer about looking into trading up to the time I drove away with my brand new 2015 Rogue Select, I received nothing but the best from the staff at Coon Rapids Nissan. Everyone was friendly, courteous, NOT PUSHY, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and answer my questions. Rob Hermann was extremely helpful and personable discussing the various options available to me, determining what kind of vehicle was right for me (although I had my heart set on another Rogue from the start) and finding me my new car in my favorite color! :) I had a ton of questions and Rob got me a ton of answers. I bought my Nissan Sentra a week ago, this is my second from coon Rapids Nissan! I have been to other dealerships in my life, and I can honestly say I do not feel like a dollar sign here. I felt welcome, and like I am among family and friends. I have never felt nervous or pressured here. All the people who work here make it feel like a comfortable and caring environment. I was so lucky to have Wade Gilbertson, again help me get my second car from coon Rapids Nissan. He's is Not the stereotypical car salesman! No creepiness, pressure,dishonesty, pushyness, or games with him! He is extremely knowledgeable of Nissan vehicles; answered any and all of my questions with ease and confidence, cleared up any confusion on my end (wrap insurance, how the Sentra is different then the Versa). Listened to everything I needed, and my price range, and delivered! Before I drove off the lot he explained/showed me how everything in/on my new car works, car is a Huge step above my old car. The process from start to finish took a little over 5 hours, and the entire time he was honest, patient, and communicated ( no sitting around alone wondering) everything that was going on with the process. Andrew in financing was wonderful as well, he did a spectacular job at keeping me in my targeted payment range and also explained everything to me! During the waiting period Wade held conversation with me, which really helped settle the stress. I was treated like a friend, not just a paycheck. That is why I will be going back to Nissan when the time comes for another car, and I will be refering others too!!

I went into to coon rapids Nissan and from the beginning was surprised how nice and friendly everyone was. I was looking for a specific used truck (2013 frontier pro 4x) and they had it is why I initially drove from maplewood to coon rapids. But I will tell you now I would drive there just for the great service. Josh Hartigan was really friendly and easy to deal with, not pushy at all let me make my decision and didn't try and get me into something I didn't want. They unloaded a non-Nissan used vehicle on me. It had at least two glaring issues, one was pointed out during the test-drive and never addressed, one was never mentioned to me and I only found it once I had bought the car. They were not interested in standing behind the vehicle and told me to "take that $100 I saved on the purchase price" and get the issues fixed.I'll never go back to Carl Haider or Coon Rapids Nissan. We stopped at the Coon Rapids Nissan to shop for a next to new Nissan Rouge and to do a test drive. We checked out the lot for some time before anyone came to see if we had any questions. That was real nice to compare on our own before a Salesman came by. We met Rob in the parking lot and told him what we were looking for and our price range. He brought us to three used Rouge's, there we compared prices and options then took the one we liked the best for a test drive and was sold. We love it. The whole staff was very friendly and the one price works for me too. The free oil changes was also very nice.

After stopping at a couple other dealerships in search of a good used vehicle for my teenager, I landed at Coon Rapids Nissan. I was dreading more of the "used car salesman" experience. I walked in and Rob Hermann greeted me. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a few options. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles. During the test drive of a Nissan Altima, Rob went through the details of the vehicle's features and specifications and it seemed like an excellent fit. At no point did I get the "hard sell", it was more like I was just having a conversation with a buddy. I ended up buying the car for three reasons; Altima's are very well regarded, it was priced very well, and last but not least, I appreciated Rob's professionalism. I would suspect that when I am in the market for my next vehicle, I will start (and end) with Rob at Coon Rapids Nissan. Thank you for a nice experience.

Went to Service center told me part would be ordered would get call upon its delivery. Waiting 4+ weeks now. I called 2 weeks after 1st visit. Part never been ordered - they didn't recall what I needed. It's been another 10 days with nothing. No follow up. Extreme disappointment with Coon Rapids Nissan's lack of service.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Josh Hartigan at Coon Rapids Nissan. I spent a number of months mulling over my purchase and waiting for the right time to buy. Josh never pushed me through that process. He gave me all the information I needed, occasionally called and made sure he would only call when I wanted a call back. We are on our 2nd vehicle from coon rapids Nissan. Honestly some of the sales people there are the type to just say what you wanna hear, but not Josh! He was amazing to deal with. I love the honesty from him and non pushy also. Jake originally sold us our first nissan and we were thrilled that he is now one of the finance guys. He treats people so kind and try's his hardest to make things work. We needed to get out of our lease car much earlier than the time frame and he work so hard to make it work without our payments going through the roof. I was car shopping all week. I knew what I wanted. I had been to several places. I wanted a Toyota Rav 4 with a sun roof and automatic start and white or black. I had been to tons of Toyota dealerships. I was not very happy with my results or the customer service. I thought I would try Nissan, as I have friends that work for them at other locations. I was very pleased to meet Josh, he was very outgoing and very knowledgeable on the cars. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted! It was meant to be. I initially contacted Josh to ask some questions about buying a car and he gave me some really helpful information. He also mentioned that his dealership had recently gotten in a Durgano that we might want to take a look at. I believe I called him on a Thursday or Friday and we went to check out the Durango on Monday. And then we left inthe Durango on Monday. We had some initial problems getting my boyfriend approved for financing but Josh was very patient and helpful and answered all of our questions. I had a great experience at Coon Rapids Nissan. I am driving a 12 year old car and feel that it is aging. I still had quite some time to buy a new car before this one would give up the ghost and I hadnt planned on buying another vehicle until next year sometime. This was our first day looking at cars and we had gone to 2 other dealerships that day. We drove to the Coon Rapids Nissan lot on a whim. When I saw an Infiniti EX with low miles and the perfect color sitting on the lot, it was as though angels came down from heaven. I have always wanted an Infiniti FX or an EX so we test drove it and it was perfect for me. It was clear someone had taken VERY good care of it. We were not prepared to discuss any details, we were just looking. After talking about financing the car I backed out and had to think about it for a day or so. My sales person, Carl and the business manager, Blake were VERY understanding and patient with us. It wasnt an exceptional deal but it was a fair to good deal. I came back to get the car the following business day (Monday) because I dont think I wouldve been able to find another car in the future with the same specs. When doing business with people I find that it is very important for me to like the people that I do business with and everyone at Coon Rapids Nissan was exceptionally nice. We had been to other dealerships that day and when I told them I wasnt quite ready to buy the sales person would visibly lose interest. Carl at Coon Rapids Nissan treated me VERY well and put up with me being very indecisive. What ever I wanted to look at he made it happen. When I asked if another Infiniti car had a certain feature he said lets go look at it. I realize this is his job but he couldve just stood there and said I dont know. Coon Rapids Nissan is a best price dealership so there is no negotiation. We will go back to buy cars from them in the future.

I went to Coon Rapids Nissan about a month ago to start my car buying process. Terry Small greeted me out in the lot and showed me a few different models. I eventually made my mind up on a Murano, but the dealership didn't have one that fit my preferences. Terry worked with the owner and found a Murano at an auction that was exactly what I wanted. I spoke with Blake Simmons and Scott Thompson about financing issues, and both were able to help me make the car a bit more affordable. The owner also gave me a fair - and borderline generous - trade in value for my 2000 Lincoln with 200k+ miles on it. I wouldn't exactly call the atmosphere "no pressure," but it was definitely relaxed and friendly. Throughout my experience, Terry was great about keeping me up to date with calls and emails. I don't think it could have gone any better, now I just hope my Murano lives up to expectations!

I have had nothing but problems. The dealership has left my car a mess on numerous occasions, they have damaged personal items and not done anything about it. The air filter was changed and the vents blown out but all the dust, dirt, and debris was left on the floor of the car. After the heater box was replaced, I not only found a pair of sun glasses wrecked, but there were greasy prints left all over the inside of my car including the steering wheel, the windshield, the drive selector and the windows, the car was returned to me with the heat not working and I had to bring it back so they could get my heat working again, I also noticed that the plastic casings over the drive selector letters are all scratched up like they were slid across a floor. Sure, they made it right on some of the issues, but it wasnt all of them and it required me having to bring the car back in and wait for it, or drive another rental car. They should have just done it right the first time!I have had issues with the car since I bought it, it has been in the shop more times in 2 years than my old car was in the 12 years I owned it and now it has been decided that despite purchasing an extended warranty when I bought the car and still being within the standard warranty, they are now being instructed to no longer perform warranty work on the warranty issues I've been dealing with for two years. (Nissan Consumer Affairs was just as useless in helping me resolve these issues.) The drivers side window malfunctions every 2-3 months, the doors lock on their own, and there is a horrible smell coming from the A/C. I was just informed by Nissan that they can't figure out a reason or a solution so these will be considered "normal operations" of the vehicle. Also, when I purchased the car, they came down on their price to match what another dealership was going to give me through a vehicle buying program, on the day of signing papers, they informed me that they really "lost money" on my deal. So inappropriate to tell a customer.

A couple days later he followed up with a phone call and thanked us for doing the test drive. He told me to let him know if he could answer any other questions without any pressure to buy the vehicle we test drove. A couple weeks after that, I contacted Terry myself (he didn't keep on bugging me, which I appreciated it) to schedule another test drive. We did another test drive, after which we walked around the lot and picked out the color of the vehicle we wanted (which the dealership happened to have), and completed our purchase of the new Nissan. The purchase process itself was very smooth and painless. We took delivery of the vehicel the same day (just a couple hours after arriving at the dealership for a test drive). I will definitely recommend Terry and Coon Rapids Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

We did a lot of research on new cars. We drove the Ford Fusion, Buick Regal (verano was to small feeling), Chevy Malibu, Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Sonata and of course the Nissan Altima (which we bought). The Altima SL V6 had the sportiest look in addition to the most comfortable front seats and the best color combinations. We then went to several Nissan dealerships to see how the staffs "fit" for us. Coon Rapids Nissan quickly became our favorite, because of the NO PRESSURE atmosphere. We talked with several people there, including service and finance people, and all were friendly and low key. Jacob Nicholson was "our guy" when it came to the final details. He was knowledgeable and professional, making us feel comfortable, and that he wanted to help us rather than just sell us a car and be done with us. Coon Rapids Nissan also gave us by far the best deal on our trade-in, beating some other dealers by as much as $2000! After buying, we came back, and Jacob went through all the electronic things with us, especially the Navigation system. After extensive research, I had decided that I wanted to buy a previously owned Nissan Maxima. I saw that Coon Rapids Nissan had the exact vehicle in stock that I wanted, so my wife and I stopped in to take a test drive. We worked with Josh Hartigan, and he was great. Josh took the time to answer all of our questions, and when we were ready, we went out for a test drive. It didn't take me long to decide that was the car I wanted, so we went back to the dealership and started the process. Josh got the paperwork going, and we then worked with Scoot Thompson on the financing. Scott was also very good at explaining the different options to us, which helped us decide which financing was best for us. I really liked the fact that Coon Rapids Nissan had a set price on the vehicle, so there was no haggling back and forth. I absolutely hate that part of buying a vehicle, so that was a pleasant surprise. From my research, I knew their price was very fair. Overall, it was a very positive car buying exxperience; something I had not anticipated. Everyone we spoke to there was extremely nice, and I have had both a follow up call and email to make sure I was happy with the car, and that there were no problems. This review is being written two years after buying a vehicle here and returning to buy another vehicle. I worked with Jake who was great! He was responsive and professional and answered all questions prior to my visit and did what he could to make this deal happen. When I bought my first car here, everyone was great and stood behind their vehicle. Unfortunately, after driving 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday with 3 young kids to see if we could make a new car work here, I encountered the finance manager Scott Thompson bad mouthing me to another employee in a wide open area. He obviouosly was not aware that I was there, but using my name there was no mistaking who or what he was talking about. I was and still am furious about this. I understand that sometimes deals and financing take a little extra work, but not three weeks ago I bought a new car for myself at VW of Invergrove Heights and everyone was fantastic and I have since sent and am in a position to send more of my colleagues here to purchase their new cars. The customer is the reason we have a job! My trade in was valued $1,800 less than a dealership I was at a week previously so the deal did not go through. Regardless of this, I will never return to or buy another vehicle from Coon Rapids Nissan. At no time during my 1 hour there did Scott ever come up and apologize. Super Unprofessional!!

My first impression was wonderful. I was able to look through the entire lot without being hounded and asked a million questions. My favorite vehicle had just died and I needed it replaced but was not in a rush due to owning a second vehicle. I am extremely particular about the size of the car I am looking for and also the interior comfort. Josh greeted me with a smile when I walked into the dealership and let me explain to him what I was looking for versus directing me blindly. We did take a test drive and during the trip I realized that the car I was looking for was just not on the lot. Josh didn't push me into continue looking but simply thanked me for stopping in. I did see a vehicle that would be perfect for my in-laws and will definitely be sending them to check out the lot and ask for Josh.

This is my second vehicle from Nissan and I have loved both of them so far. They are very reliable, do not need much maintenance and they are comfortable and look good. The salesperson was fine but the manager was very rude. It was obvious he only cared about making a sale, not keeping a customer. They charged outrageous extra fees for "processing paperwork". I only went through with the sale because my kid was crazy about the car, and I had been looking for something for him for quite some time. It was not a great deal on the car either- in fact, it was priced slightly above book value for a car in "excellent" condition, and this one had minor damage to the exterior and interior. However, they would not even discuss price-I have never had that experience in 30 years of car buying and were quite snotty about it. I would not purchase another vehicle here and would not recommend this dealer to anyone else either.

I have had my 2006 Pathfinder to this dealership several times and have had nothing but pleasant experances each time. The service writer, Bruce, has always been friendly and helpful. Jon has found me in the lounge when he's been reparing my car a d has spent 5 to 15 minutes with me answering questions and making suggestions on repairs. I have told them that I plan on driving my pathfinder long into my retirement,and with the excellent quality of their work and their willingness to share info with me so I can tackle some repairs myself [I'm a retired mechanic] this will be my one and only Nissan dealership as long as I am able to continue driving!

He truly listened to my needs and wants and therefore got me into the right car. He made sure I understood all of the features of my new Maxima. Buying a car here is the dream experience - easy, no pressure, helpful and honest. More specifically, Ben Rost was simply amazing. I never really felt like he was out "sell" me something - rather he was about getting to know me, what I wanted (and didn't want) from a car, and then helping me make it happen. I especially appreciated that he never presumed that since I'm a women that I'd be more interested in the vanity mirror than the V6 engine. He even picked me up at home on his way to work to help me pick up my new car. He's more like a "car coach" than a car salesman.

Great car buying experience, their no hassel best price policy was truly that. I changed my mind twice but never felt pressured to buy either one. I drove my second choice home but during the night I changed my mind again and e-mailed them. As soon as they opened my salesmen (Jake Nicholson) called me and and had my third choice waiting for me, but after test driving this one I decided to keep my second choice and that gave me peace of mind that I made the right choice. I got pre approved on financing with my bank of over 25 years in which my mortgage and all my loans are at. My bank scoffed that a car dealership could secure me a better rate, they were wrong, Coon Rapids Nissan secured a lower rate plus no penality for early pay off vs my bank. My car fax confirmed everything my salesmen told me, the car fax also stated that my purchase was below blue book value. They not only sold me a car they sold be a relationship!

We purchased another Nissan Altima a couple of years ago and considered Coon Rapids Nissan at that time but found a better deal at a competitor. However even at that time we were impressed with the used inventory that CRN had for sale. It was for this reason that we came back to Coon Rapids looking for another Altima. At this time we were equally impressed with the inventory but also the polite gracious manner of the salesman we were fortunate to enough to meet. Jake took the time to explain the various features of the CAR and the differences between our particular Altimas even though they are the same year. He was most helpful in fulfilling each and every one of our requests. Our service overall was fantastic!!!!! My husband and I were so pleased and impressed with the customer service and knowlege at this dealership we will recommend to anyone. Dave knows his stuff. I was looking at a new 2012 Altima and he was showing me items on my intelligence key I never knew I had. That I can blame on Morrie's Nissan in Brooklyn Park. When we got our 2009 Altima we spent the whole day trying to deal with them and then they sent us on our way with no information on the key status at all. That was not the case with Coon Rapids Nissan and Dave. I rate this dealership and the customer service AAAAA+++++++++.

I can tell you up front that I am the worlds toughest customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the vehicles they have sold. I bought a 2009 Nissan Quest back in April and I have been having some recent difficulty. Despite the fact that my vehicle is out of warranty and the items I am having issues with are not covered under my extended warranty, Scott has gone above and beyond to resolve them while at the same time helping me out with other considerations. Without hesitation, I will look to purchase my next vehicle here. It is one thing to be great at Point of Sale time, but to make sure your customers stay happy is IMPRESSIVE. My great experience began from the minute I purchased the vehicle! Also, kudos to Bruce. When I initially brought the vehicle in, I could not duplicate the problems. Bruce shared with me that he would "rather earn my money than take it" and if he did the diagnostics, at then ed of the day the only result would be me being out of pocket $100+ dollars. Jim was not overbearing or pushy and he really made sure he got me the car I wanted stressing the price range I wanted! He was very informative and let ME make the decision. He gave me my options and no matter how many 'stupid' questions I asked, he was patient with me. I even changed my mind at the last minute on the exact car I wanted and everything was fine. Because of the horrible treatment we received from Wayzata Nissan we went to Coon Rapids Nissan with the hopes that we would be given the respect and Customer service expected. That did occur the second we walked in the door. Both Dave Schneider and Jake Nicholson welcomed us with open arms. No hassle regarding our trade in and monthly payment request. They both were very positive and let us know that they would do everything in their power to get us the vehicle we so much desired unlike the 10 minutes the other dealership had given us. Jake Nicholson provided the best car buying experience we have ever had!! Jake has a love and passion for cars and it shows with the information and service he provides. We set up a time to test drive and he had both vehicles out and ready to go. During the test drive he provided an amazing amount of information on the features and benefits of both vehicles. He not only answered all of our questions, but did so in a way that helped in our decision making process. Jake responded to calls, texts and e-mails extremely quickly and professionally. Once we made our decision, Jake had the car ready for pickup in less than 3 hours. When we arrived at the dealership he had everything ready to go, including programming the NAV system for us. Buying a car at Coon Rapids Nissan was a 2 day experience. We met a very helpful salesman, Wade Gilbertson. He gave us all the info we needed and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. We told him we would "stop back" and we did. The second day we bought a new Nissan. Wade is one of the very best sales people we have met and this is our 65th car purchase. It just wasn't Wade, it was the manager who appraised our trade-in and then it was the friendliest finance man we have ever met, Scott Thompson. He was fantastic. My wife and I went to this dealership looking for new cars and to trade in our existing car. The sales staff, finance staff, and sales manager were all wonderful to deal with. They went over all the details as necessary for us to make our final decision, and kept the dealership open late to detail our new car so that we could take it home that evening. Sales staff was not pushy at all, and the overall experience was great. We purchased some accessories for our Juke that had to be ordered in, and the service manager was great to deal with as well when scheduling the installation of those accessories. Have not had a long term experience with this dealership so far, but the initial buying experience was good.

We were in the market for a mini-van, test drove several vehicles, prior, specifically at Carlson Toyota in CR & Honda Buerkle in WBL. At Carlson the rep was not knowledge about the products, at Buerkle extremely pushy, arrognant, borderline rude. Nissan sales people do not work on commission so there was no pressure.Although there was a long wait to see Shaun in the Credit Department, he seemed to really know what he was doing and handled everything with a professional manner.
