I had such a great and easy experience working with Copper Country Ford. Very quick and painless. They are personable and had me laughing the entire time. My front plate did not fit on the car, and they were so kind to order me a front plate mount so I can still use it! They also took the time to explain every detail of the vehicle, after they were closed since I couldn't get there earlier in the day. This is the best Customer Service I have experienced with purchasing a vehicle. I will never go anywhere else! I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/trade!

We are on vacation and needed an oil change. The crew here provided cheerful and excellent service including cleaning tree sap off the windshield. Thank You Copper Harbor Ford. If we are ever back in town you have our business!!!

They helped me out when I was on vacation. I ended up having a 2nd issue likely related to the first (not their fault), they had a part in and squeezed me into the schedule so I could make it home. I was even allowed to use a car so I could make use of my day. Work was done correctly and price was on par.

Did not inform of extra wrk until after done, didn't put on parts given, quotes/prices were not generally what said. Said they were going to give us a great deal on the recent wrk because we had just spent 9000.00 even though this wrk should of been already dealt with they gave us only a small % off so needless to say almost 11000.00 spent. With all that being said, they provided just with decent loaner cars and the staff was actually quite polite, helpful. Always room for improvement.

Bought a good vehicle on lunch break, signed after work and drove off same day. They have great deals and great staff.
