Best car-buying experience ever. No pressure. They actually want to help you get the car you really want or need. I really enjoyed working with Ron White while buying a Ram Promaster City Wagon. The dealership was very resourceful in helping me get an excellent price on an excellent van. I really can't explain how amazing it was to go to the dealership expecting to get beat up by a sales guy and leave feeling like I had just found a partner who was there to help me get the car I wanted for less than I had try to negotiate. Service department did an excellent job installing excellent quality add-on parts. Very impressed with this dealership.

Firstly, upon entering the dealership, you can tell its upkeep is impeccable. Salesman Kevin Baker helped make my recent transaction the EASIEST car-buying experience I've ever had. The staff are friendly whether they're selling you a new ride or scheduling your oil change. I recommend Coppus to anyone - and I have been for nearly four years.

We don't have a Mercedes Dealership near us. We first took our vehicle to Coppus for some minor service needs. The first experience was very satisfactory so when our vehicle suddenly had a more major issue, there wasn't a question whether to return to Coppus. We are very happy to travel the 66 miles to this dealership.

Frank in service was great and Chris in sales picked up and delivered the MB! Great service, excellent customer service. I gave all five stars but the computer keeps dropping a couple of them to good. Don't like the computer program. All excellent!

They serviced my wife's 2008 XC70 Volvo, promptly. Recommended new tires and brakes, both of which are in need of replacement. They did not take any action without prior approval. They treat you honestly and fairly.

The way a dealership should be. No pressure, friendly staff, and fair pricing and value for my trade. This is my first time dealing with Coppus and I plan to do business with them in the future. I can see why they have been a respected business in Tiffin, Ohio for a long time. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car.
