The owners were genuine and did not come across as “salesmen” because of their honesty and friendliness! They really cared about our overall experience. We were offered beverages while outside looking at vehicles and they made sure we comfortable inside while during the paperwork! Great customer service!

I recommend anyone to go see Peter at COPTIC AUTO in Wilson, NC. He is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his costumers. They are very trustworthy there, so go check them out. I'm glad I did. I'm sure that they can get you in a used vehicle that you will love!

I’m gonna be completely honest on this review. I had issues with the car the day i left but i notified the dealership and they were willing to come out an hour away and help. They fixed the vehicle free of charge because they understand that we all work hard for our money and they aren’t bad people. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed compared to other dealerships. It was my first time buying my own car and they were willing to work with me and explained everything to me in depth. Personally if you’re a first time buying or someone who doesn’t wanna deal with the hassle this is honestly one of the best places to go. I will most definitely come back if i ever need another vehicle.
