Absolutely a great group to work with! Justin when all-out in search of a new 2021 wrangler to fit what I was looking for. After multiple phone calls and days of back and forth we found it! He is an awesome guy to work with as well as the rest of the group! Highly recommend and will definitely be doing more business with them in the future!!!

I had done quite a bit of shopping online and found a car I liked at Cornhusker. Initially, I was very impressed with the customer service at the actual dealership. However, once I "decided" on a car, the salesperson I was working with left before I had even signed all of the paperwork, and while he moved on to the next customer, I sat waiting in the office. I did go through with the purchase and after buying a car, I got home that night to realize I was charged more than the car was being advertised for on the Cornhusker website. When I asked about it the next day, I was told they would send me a check for the extra, but that never came. I was also trading off a vehicle, but didn't have a way to get it to Norfolk at the time. Then, I was told to bring it to a salvage yard, which meant I only got a fraction of the cost and was asked to send a check to make up the difference. I understand the value that was taken into account for the trade in, but I felt like I was required to be very flexible throughout the entire process, while Cornhusker Auto was not. Had the time line for the trade-in been more upfront, I may have skipped that to finance the full price of the car. Overall, I felt very taken advantage of and that making a sale was the most important thing for the dealership.
