Very very happy with the service at Cortese! I am on my second lease now with them and will definitely work with them again in the future. I have been so happy with my Jeep. Going into a car dealership can be stressful and I really like that we were able to work a deal quickly and the transition from my old Jeep to the new one was seamless!!! They took care of everything with my insurance and registration and I drove it right off the lot without any hassle. I would highly recommend them! Thank you Anna, Samantha and John for making this such a pleasant experience!

Definitely hands down the best experience in buying a car. Derek was wonderful. Every time I went to look at a car I always been pressured by salesman. Not with Derek not one bit. Please tell him don’t change his ways. And my hemi is Exactly what I wanted and he told me that it would be. Great job to you all at Cortese. Thanks again!!!! 👍

I was visiting Rochester from out if state when my fuel pump was needing to be replaced. I was frantic and Tom from the Ford Department kindly directed me to Cortese Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. From the start everyone at Cortese, whether directly associated with the repair of my car or not, was kind and helpful answering any question I had. My service coordinator Rob was prompt in answering my questions. and so helpful! I can say, without hesitation, that this was the best experience I have had with a mechanic and would most certainly recommend their services to anyone needing them.

Joe H my technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He spoke in a manner I would understand about my vehicle. I appreciated him taking the time to explain some issues I'm having with my car. Lisa made scheduling my appointment effortless and got me in the very next day . She was a pleasure to speak with. The building is always clean.

I was looking for a Ram 2500! A friend recommended Cortese as she had just purchased a vehicle from them. I was very pleased as the truck we were looking at had just been sold. They had just taken in a beautiful RAM 3500! The salesman Derek was awesome. I couldn’t get in it without help! Derek went to the top and got me a chair so I could try it out!! It had to be a site to see!!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Cortese to anyone shopping for a vehicle
