Just purchased a Porsche from out in Florida that is being shipped to me now, want to purchase a Corvette to place in the collection but when I got to this company’s web site it tells me I’m locked out. What kind of business sells a product but locks their customers out of their web site? Oh well, literally thousands of vets for sale on unlocked web sites.

Had a verbal deal. Then they realized it was too low. They canceled the deal with tons of excuse until I cornered them and they just said that the owner canceled the consignment. Guess what? Checking their website more than a month later the car is still there, for sale, and now just simply listed as off site. They do have some rare cars. So, there is still an incentive to do business with them. However, make sure that you have everything in writing and, as per another reviewer suggestion, don't buy the car without having an independent professional check it first.

I had no Idea what to expect when making the 2+ hr drive to Corvette Mike's , but I must say it was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life. It was a moderately warm day and we were able to bring our Black Lab into the dealership and she was treated warmly. Going there was like stepping back in the past all the amazing cars there not just for sale but on display. Sales was extremely helpful and well informed. Easy to deal with absolutely NO PRESSURE just a great experience. If you are looking for a Corvette Mike's is the place.

I bought a 1969 Corvette from Corvette Mike without seeing it and was made comfortable by them that I wouldn't have any problem and don't need to come see the car. I was admittedly foolish enough to buy my car without checking it out first because I thought that I could trust that Corvette Mike (a well known Corvette Dealer) wouldn't misrepresent anything significant. I asked for lots of photos, asked tons of questions about the condition, and they even made a video of the car that they posted on Youtube for me. They also told me that they sell cars site unseen all of the time and never had anyone complain (I guess until me). What I found upsetting was after getting the car there were items that they specifically didn't photograph or point out to me before I received it. Additionally, immediately after receiving the car, I brought it to a Corvette Specialist to go through the car and they found around $3,000 of fixes that needed to be made. I paid a good amount for the car and don't think it is reasonable to have over $3k of non-disclosed issues Day 1 on a car from a "Corvette Dealer". I have been speaking with the salesperson at Corvette Mike that sold me the car for the past 3+ weeks since I got the car, and was hoping that they would provide a fair resolution. At the end of the day they are not willing to do anything for me. I know that all of these items are fixable and that it is a very nice car - this is not the point in my mind. The point to me is paying a price for a car from a dealer that misrepresents some significant items. These were the non-disclosed issues in no specific order:1-Windshield wipers don't work (vacuum is leaking)2-Convertible top doesn't latch to rear lid (strikers are missing). One of the photos they sent actually had the top not latched in the rear and I asked about it and they told me that the previous owner never snapped it down because he didn't want to scratch the paint (there are scratches all over the rear lid and clearly they knew the strikers were missing too)3-Parking Brake doesn't work (needed adjustment but sold to me with no brake gripping at all)4-Driver side window needs a new motor5Steering box is leaking/drained and covered in grease and coupler as well.6-Lower control arm bushings on driver side are deteriorated and other 3 are dry rotted and cracked.7-Rear differential is leaking8-Snubber bushing dry rotted and cracked9-Shocks were completely shot and compressed10-Front hood doesn't close properly and pops open when driving if you go over any kind of little bump11-Multiple chips all around the car of varying depth and size (note that they didn't mention any chips or scratches or take any photos of those spots). The two most significant chips/scratches are the following: 1 chip around 1.5 inches long completely through the fiberglass to the left of the hood on the driver's side quarter panel; another 7 inch wiggly scratch on the passenger side front quarter panel.12 - No jack in the car13 - Chrome peel on front bumper14- Ignition column lock disconnected (no big deal at all)I told them that I thought it would be fair for them to cover half the cost - that went nowhere. Some of the above issues are maintenance issues but shouldn't have been needing to be done "now" if they weren't disclosing them. I spoke to so many people from individuals to other dealers around the country before buying this car, and most of them volunteered without my even asking, photos of any issues on the paint as well as would list for me maintenance or repairs that should be taken care of. I am going to be a vette owner for the rest of my life and will be hopefully a multiple vette owner - clearly I will not buy one from Corvette Mike. Corvette Mike was going to install Vintage Air for me with a labor cost of over $2,000. Just had it installed for less than $1,000 for labor from a Corvette shop. Real nice to rip off someone for labor on a car you just sold to them.
