So much better than any car buying experience I've had in the past, whether new or used dealerships. There was no pressure, the entire staff was very friendly and courteous, even to the point of staff and other customers chatting about cars, corvettes and socially. They went out of their way to do extras as part of their service to customers. The quality of the cars they offered were more than my expectations. Many thanks to Elaine, Jason and Gail.

After a recommendation from a friend who has purchased and sold 3 cars through Corvette Mike New England we decided to stop in while in the area to check out the dealership. The staff was friendly and helpful with no pressure. We were allowed to check out the cars without being bothered and when we chose one we wanted to look at closer the staff immediately moved several cars to get the car outside for us. I asked for a trade value on my current Corvette and was quickly given a very fair trade in price. Once we test drove the car we were interested in it took about 5 minutes of informal negotiation to arrive at what we felt was a good deal. After this there was still no pressure to buy the new car and we were told to go home and think it over if we wanted to. We decided to buy the car and the paperwork was handled quickly by the staff. Prior to taking delivery we were given a thorough explanation of all systems in the car and all questions were answered. We were impressed with our salesman Jason and his knowledge of the car. We then drove off the lot in our beautiful two owner car. In my opinion the cars at the location were excellent in condition with quite a few to chose from. I can't speak if the prices are higher than average however in our situation we believed the price to be fair for the car we got. If the purchase price was higher initially than some others may ask I felt this was negated by the trade in price/negotiation on purchase price. The 4 star rating on the buying paperwork part is due to them not being able to process RMV paperwork there making it necessary for a trip to the RMV. This isn't a big issue and they had all paperwork done quickly and properly so there was no issue once I when I went to the registry. We recommend others looking for a Corvette shop this dealership.

My wife and I walked into Corvette Mike's on 5/26 and spoke to Elaine and told her I was interested in buying my "first corvette". Well they truly meet all my expectations with the way they do business. I now own a car I have wanted since I was a KID. Corvette Mike New England is the place to go if your in the market for a corvette. Elaine, Gail, Mike, and Jason will make your dreams come true. They are the BEST!!!

bought a five year old corvette over the phone fair deal recommend to anybody.Mike and Jason were very easy to deal with. I arrived with my 2009 Corvette trade in, picked up my 2010 Corvette and was on my way home in an hour.

I recently purchased a 2013 Grand Sport working with Jason at Corvette Mike's. He was excellent to deal with, knowledgeable, pleasant, responsive and personable. On a couple of occasions when I was there, I did chat to some of the other guys and everyone was very nice. In addition, the car that I purchased was pristine, and well priced. The buying process, including the completion of all of the paperwork, was very good. We recently moved here from Canada so the paperwork would have been intimidating and Jason helped us through every step. Before making my purchase, I had spent months on the internet researching prices, locations etc....I know now that when I make another purchase, I will go straight to Corvette Mike.

I am writing to to let you know of the disturbing conduct of Mike at Corvette Mikes New England. I recently bought a 1997 30th anniversary Z28 Camaro. Definlety not the highest end car this dealer has ever sold. But I would think you would treat all of your customer with equal respect. A customer is a customer. This is the first car I have bought with them and at this point my last. I am a gm collector. No huge dollar cars but I am only 31 years old. I have a 1967 chevelle ls powered project, 1964 cutlass convertible, 65 442 clone coupe and now a 1997 Z28 I bought for my wife. It is a 13k mile overall very nice car.So here is my story. Corvette Mikes listed the car on ebay at "No Reserve" starting bid $10k. No one bid on the car so Mike and I negoiated back a forth a few times. Finally agreed on a price . I thought it was a good deal on a nice car. I live in Michigan so I set up a shipper myself and had it shipped on my dime. At this point all was good. The car was shipped to my work so I could see it right off the truck and give it a good look over with out having to take a day off. Still all is good. Of course my car was all the talk that day at work. A co worker of mine said to me "my brother in law has a car just like that he was talking about selling soon." The car ended up being a 1997 SS 30th t-top 6-speed 17k miles. "the real deal". So me and my wife talked and we both agreed That if i can sell the Z28 at a wash for the SS it would be a no brainer. So I relisted the Z28 on Autotrader, Craigslist and Ebay And asked the seller to give me a week before he list the car.Then today I get a Nasty email from Mike."JAY YOU CRIED LIKE A CRY BABY TO ME THAT YOU WERE BUYING THE CAR FOR YOUR WIFE AND BEAT UP ON THE PRICE AND THE SHIPPING? TO FIND OUT THAT YOUR A DEALER AND NOW ITS SUCH A GREAT CAR YOUR LOOKING FOR MORE THAN YOU BOUGHT IT FOR? THOUGHT I WAS BEING A NICE GUY TO HELP YOU OUT TO GET YOUR WIFE A NICE CAR? GOOD LUCK IF THIS IS HOW YOU HAVE TO GO THREW LIFE LYING TO PEOPLE." This is cut a paste from my ebay account. This is so outrageous how they talked to me for doing what they do evey day. Yes I got a good deal on a nice car. Yes I relisted the car for more then I bought it for. No I am not a dealer They put my wifes name on the title, and all other paperwork. I bought a car and found a better car at a better deal days later. This has happend to other before im sure. I just wanted to share this everyone.

I bought 4 Corvettes and 1 truck great cars and great price any problems that were discovered were fixed promptly and it did not feel like any presser was but on you to buy.

I went to corvette mikes intending to buy a 2005 vette, but upon arrival was told it was sold. I really was disapointed. I looked at a 2007 convertable, not believing I would own the vehicle. Jason appraised my vette and Mike came out and went over my car. A offer was made to me in trade for the 2007 vette. Both Mike and Jason treated me very, very fairly in the purchase. There was NO hasle or running to the manager for approval on the deal. In all, it was a real pleasure dealing with both Jason and Mike. I sincerely thank them both. Bruce Trombley
