41 years ago, I sold my Corvette because my sons got their driver's licenses. I have been wanting another one before I was too old to appreciate it. Since I was on a limited budget, I was looking for a long time to get a Z06. When I saw this one, I could see it was well cared for, and the price was right. The entire experience was casual, no pressure, and lots of time to browse and consider my options. I'm happy with the car and with Pauly and JD.

Terrible customer service from the start. Went to the warehouse looking at a specific vehicle. I called ahead 45 minutes to let them know which vehicle I was coming to look at. When I got there, "Pauly" told me to take a look around the warehouse and he could come get with us in a bit. There were no other customers around. He told me that the Corvette I called about was out there. The car I wanted to see was on jack stands and there was a guy beside it who was working on it. He told me he was painting the brake discs black. He proceeded to tell me to get in the car to take a look. The radio worked but the screen wouldn't come on. The guy working on it told me that someone was coming to fix that on Monday. Pauly comes out after about 15 minutes and asks if I had any questions and I ask about the radio screen. He then tells me that it works and that I should not have gotten in the car since it was on jack stands. I didn't care to get the employee in trouble because he was actually being helpful and honest about the vehicle! I ask Pauly to show me that the radio screen works. He takes us to the vehicle and wouldn't you guess, it didn't work. He proceeds to tell me that it doesn't work because it is on jack stands...at this point I'm still not caring to be confrontational and moved to look at other vehicles in the warehouse. Pauly goes back in the office and as I'm getting ready to leave, he asks if I have any other questions. I asked if they do test drives which he says "only if you are going to buy the car." I told him that I wouldn't buy a car without driving it and still don't feel very comfortable about the screen not working on the radio. He again tells me I should have never gotten into the car because it was on jack stands. At this point I tell him that the guy working on the car allowed me in the vehicle. He told me that his employees know better and that the guy working on the car doesn't speak English. His tone and attitude toward someone looking to spend $30,000+ was exceptionally rude. I told him he would not be getting my business and asked another employee who the manager was and Pauly tells me that he is in fact the manager. If customer service and transparency are important to you, this is not the place for you. No matter how good the deal looks, they will not be getting my business and I highly recommend others avoid this establishment.

Paul told me if I was happy if I would write him a review of his service. WE went looking for a corvette at corvette warehouse . Car buying is so hard usually and I hate it. Took an hour to get someone to help us because they were so busy but after dealing with PaulE for two hours and him answering all our questions I was completely satisfied. They could not get us financing because of the year of the car but they coordinated with my credit union instead. he was very courteous and professional and gave us his full attention. He also stayed an hour past closing time to help us while his wife kept calling h is phone to go home! Happy to write him a positive review.

Corsa exhaust was priced $1300 online and Corvette Warehouse sold us the same for $800. We bought our car there and are very happy with it. Needed brakes and they fixed it before we took it.

Last summer we bought a corsa exhaust from Corvette Warehouse. We were treated well and got a good price. Bought our corvette from a corvette club member so cannot attest to their sales values but with performance we were treated well

I went to look at a corvette at another dealership and ended up not buying b/c service was terrible. I came to corvette warehouse and JD was very helpful and answered all my questionsd. I purchased a 08 red convertible with low miles! The process was quick and I was able to take my car home that day. I am glad that I gave them a try because I found something better than what I ws looking for.

Buying a car is always such a pain. I bought a 2006 corvette from these guys and it went very well. Allot better than I expected. We were searching for a higher mileage z06 there was hardly any available searching 1000 radius from my house. Found these guys and bought it online dealing mostly with Doug. He shot me straight and answered my calls/text 80 percent of the time. Good - Prices are fair. Mostly average I believe , the bad - DOug would not negotiate at all with me and that erked me. Never bought a car where didn't get some kind of discount or concession. I shopped and bought with him. Smooth overall experience.

My husband and I bought a 2012 C6 Corvette from this dealership a few months ago. We were told that the car had a clean carfax and that it was never been in an accident, but when my husband did an oil change at the Chevy Dealership, he was informed that the car was in an accident and the dealership showed it to us on the carfax. With that information we went back to Corvette Warehouse. Everyone at Corvette Wearhouse claimed that they had no clue that the car was in a car accident and that we should have inspected it before we bought it, they seemed upset with us and treated us like we were the worst criminals out there. I guess, this was our own fault, we trusted this place and that was our mistake, but we wanted to warn potential new buyers to be very careful if buying from this dealership. They will not take care of you, we never got a call back from the owner and they never gave us an option to even trade it in for a car that was not in an accident. Their cars are parked strategically closely together so that people would not be able to see all the small imperfections or touch up paint jobs. Like I said, if you decide to buy from this dealership, please be aware, dont be afraid to pay for your own inspection or for your own carfax and autocheck report.

January 2015 Spoke many times with Paul on the phone about the 2008 Jetstream matalic blue corvette 11,625 miles. They are a no haggle dealership, we found that searching the USA for the specific details of this car we kept coming back to this one. The price was fair! We flew in from Florida they picked us up from DFW, the girl was very nice. The car was ready and waiting when we got there.."ABSOLUETLY BEAUTIFUL" it was all that was promised. Paul was sooo helpful and full of knowlege about the car and how things worked with sooo much electronical stuff! Jd did our financing..just go over your numbers and add ons to be sure they are what you want (like you would anywhere else) he took off the things we didn't want and all went very well. We drove all the way back to Stuart Fl, approx 1350 miles (took scenic route) it was FABULOUS! Not quite one week home we needed to get a new battery, hey its a 2008.. I was thrilled it was just a battery. I have been having a blast with my new car and would absoluely recommend the CORVETTE WAREHOUSE to my friends and would do business with them again anytime!!

Over a month ago. I bought my c5z. I had made an appointment with JD to come look at a silver c5z. I walked in and met JD. He was very laid back and not pushy at all. He pointed me the way into the warehouse and off I went. I had a friend with me at the time. After about an hour looking at several c5z's. I decide on the 01 millennium yellow z. JD made the buying experience to easy!! I recommend anyone shopping for a corvette, come check out "Corvette Warehouse" Two thumbs up from me!!

Bought my 2010 Ford Mustang GT500 from Corvette Warehouse. It was a pleasant experience. He was very professional, courteous, and did wellcommunicating with me in the days prior to my purchase. They would not discount the vehicle but the model I was searching for is in high demand and the vehicle advertised had 244 miles more that it was advertised at; he still wouldn't discount but it was a fair price for the car and we had been looking for a long time for this particular vehicle. The salesman chalked it up the 244 miles to someone at the dealership driving it and service people checking out the car. Paul also promised to get a curbed/scratch mark out of the front driver wheel and he made good on his promise.

Two weeks ago we bought a 2008 Black Z06 from Corvette Wharehouse and it has 6000 miles. For the most part I was pleased and satisfied with them. It didn't start too well to be very honest we were lost on a Saturday afternoon looking for the place we called 5 times and nobody answered the phone. Then we finally found it on our phone and there were 20 customers at this place and only two people that work there. Come on guys its 2014 get more people to help your customers. Then I had to wait for 30 minutes to get the Saleman Paul to help me. Now, with all that I gave him a piece of my mind, what did he do he told me a joke and had me laughing and we got off to a good start. Paul showed me around and spent an hour with me showing me the z06 while other people were waiting on him. the car we got was priced well below dealer market value and was in really nice shape. Before this visit we had look at numerous other corvettes and would up there because the prices were really fair. Actually we flew to New Jersey to look at a corvette and the dealership failed to mention that the car had HAIL DAMAGE , yes HAIL DAMAGE on a corvette I didn't know that was possible. On the other hand, The car we got a corvette wearhouse was accurately described on their website and in person looked just like the photos on their website. Finally , the same night I couldn't get the gas cap open so what did I do , I called Paul on his cell phone and complained told him how unhappy I was that my gas cap did not work or open correctly. He told me he would meet me Sunday afternoon and have his guy look at it, he talked his ear off and complained for ten minutes and he took it like a champ. The next day on Sunday the poor guy met me at the dealership and stupid me ,,,,,, there was nothing wrong with the gas cap I was clicking on the wrong button to get it to open. He smiled made a couple of good jokes about me then he gave me a nice car cover. Overall I got a really good price on my car I am very happy and I want to say thank you to Paul for putting me up with me and my silly complaints and being nice to me the entire time. The wife, the dog, and me love this car and I am completely satisfied. I hope you guys make a million bucks!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a used car from the Corvette Warehouse. The vehicle was used and sold for $1295 +ttl. I asked Paul questions about the vehicle, as I was purchasing the vehicle for my 18-year-old daughter for college. Paul assured me that the vehicle was a good car and that he had recently driven the vehicle over 200 miles with no problems. Well after purchasing the vehicle, I drove approximately 25 miles and the engine started stalling, the car started spewing coolant all over the engine. The vehicle ran hot and I started having problems in a matter of 30 minutes, which is the amount of time it took me to leave the car lot and drive home. I immediately called Paul to ask if there were any problems that he was aware of, and he "of course" said "no" and that the car was sold "as is". I informed Paul that this was very disheartening, as I spent my last to purchase the vehicle for my daughter for college. Paul said that he would have the owner to contact me regarding the matter, as I had just purchased the vehicle and had called back with an overheating problem within the hour. I never received a call back. I am in awe over this situation, and don't know what I am going to do to solve the overheating problem. I can't allow my 18-year-old daughter to drive this car. I trusted Paul and I was duped. Do not buy a used car from this place, they only want your money and after that they are done with you.

We purchased a 1998 corvette & their extended warranty. When we drove back home with the car we realized the key fob did not work or the passenger outside mirror & the ac would not blow cold air.The next day it rained & the passenger side was all wet. The targa top gaskets were bad. Also the car would not start. Apparently due to a bad seat motor that was draining the battery.we relayed this to them & was told that they buy their cars "as is". Therefore we should expect the same even though they claimed everything functioned on the car. The warranty company would not cover anything due to it only being a week after purchase! They said it was corvette warehouse responsibility to address these multiple issues. Would definitely not recommend this place "at all"!

I was looking for a Black Z06 and Corvette Warehouse has been modified. I love the car and Paul was great to deal with. It took a while to test drive the car because it was way in the back in the warehouse. But overall a good experience.

I can't be any happier with my experience with the guys at Corvette Warehouse. I bought my '01 Corvette from them on 2/24/14 and the entire process was relaxed and fun. You should have some fun when buying a Vette, right? This place is top notch all the way around. No hassle sales, great service department and knowledgeable staff that can answer any questions. The best part of the process was the fact that they fixed a couple minor issues on mine before it left their lot. They could have easily let me leave, but they made sure the car was right. That's something you don't see everyday, especially these days. They stand behind their cars and their customers. Thanks to JD, Martin and everyone else Corvette Warehouse for a great buying experience.

I chose to visit Corvette Warehouse in Dallas, Texas because they had the best quotes for top quality and conditioned corvettes in the area. I was not disappointed when I stopped by. The salesman, Paul, was very open and honest about the different cars on the lot and was very easy to get along with. I test drove an 08' Corvette with about 15,000 miles and found it to be in perfect condition with one exception. I noticed that it had a slight jerk/bump when making very tight turns. I immediately informed Corvette Warehouse about this issue when I returned to the dealership. Paul had the mechanic take the car out to see if he noticed the same issue, and sure enough he did. I took it as a great sign that they were honest enough to say that they did notice the issue, especially since it was so minor and practically unnoticeable. We investigated the issue and noticed that there was a minor bulge in the front passenger side tire. Corvette warehouse replaced both of the front tires and did a realignment. I chose to still purchase this vehicle despite the issue, which was quickly and efficiently resolved at no extra cost to me, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend stopping by Corvette Warehouse if you are in the marked for a corvette in the Dallas area.

I am a returning customer and I have purchased two very nice vehicles over the past four years, a F150 and a 2003 convertible Corvette. Both vehicles were extremely clean when delivered and I have been very impressed with the service that I received. I worked with Olivia Wilson when I purchased the Corvette recently and she was very helpful and made sure I was happy through the deal process and followed up a week after my purchase. I would highly recommend Corvette Warehouse and Olivia.

After being unable to locate the "right" Corvette in the Seattle area, I began looking around the Western US via the internet. I found Corvette Warehouse had an excellent selection of Corvettes including one that had all the specific options I was seeking. On my first call to their Dallas location, I spoke with Olivia Wilson and was impressed with her knowledge of Corvettes in general and more specifically, her company's inventory. With her help I was able to zero in on a beautiful Monterey Red 2005 from their inventory. Negotiations went smoothly with Olivia supplying answers to each and every question that I asked. She assisted with the financing and coordinated with my insurance company by providing the information need for insurance. Finally, she personally picked me up at DFW airport and arranged for the dealership to stay open late to accommodate my arrival. On inspection, the car was everything I had been promised, the paperwork was ready for my signature and Olivia even made sure the car had plenty of fuel and was ready for my trip to Seattle. The trip home was uneventful other than me smiling all the way! If you are looking for a good deal on an excellent, high quality, late model Corvette .... I highly recommend Corvette Warehouse and Olivia Wilson. ---Chuck Posey, La Conner, WA.

Corvette Warehouse's website is great. It is loaded with photos and information which allowed me to finance and buy the car; sight unseen. JD and Phil couldn't have been any nicer. They offered unlimited assistance, even after the sale (Phil doesn't like the mechanical aspect). The location is perfect, offering a quarter mile stretch of limited-traffic roadway, so that you can test the Corvette's true capabilities.

Phil and J.D. at the Corvette Warehouse are true professionals. The car I purchased was in fact as they described it. High marks for integrity. The car was in very good shape. The price was right.....I was happy with it. They know their price points. So, we did not have to haggle over the price. They have 40 Corvettes to choose from, including every price point from high(low mileage car) to Low(higher mileage car), and none of the cars have issues. Now, I could see on the car I bought that it needed rear tires and the front brake pads were thin. I already replaced these, and the local Chevy dealer checked it out thoroughly and the things I could not see have all checked out(engine and drive train). I am a very happy Corvette owner. None of the usual car salesman tactics; at the Corvette Warehouse we had a very enjoyable afternoon, no pressure. Phil and J.D. are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will be bringing my friends to the Corvette Warehouse.

This was my first time to work with Corvette Warehouse, and my first time to buy a vette. Please understand who they are... they are a used car dealership. They buy cars from individuals and auctions just like any other dealership, but they specialize in vettes. When they buy cars from the auctions they do not have they luxury of test driving them or getting a lot of the information about the car, besides a carfax and the auction rating of the car. They do their best to provide their customers with car fax reports on the cars and they check the car for obvious problems. They also prep the car for resale. The reason they don't let tire kickers test drive the car, is that they clean the car from top to bottom and so they look absolutely beautiful under those bright lights. Do your research on options and reliabilty on each vehicle year. Check out cost of ownership per year. Understand if your buying a higher mileage vehicle its going to need things replaced, and there's a real possibility it might be a few days after you buy it. Understand, if you can't afford buying a vette, dont buy one. Depending on what year you buy and it's options, cost of ownership might not be that bad. Understand "as is" is as is. Phil and I got along great. He wanted to sell a car and I wanted to buy one. I didn't have unrealistic expectations buying a used car with high mileage. Their prices are great, my experience was great. I will be back.NBKeller, TX

Phil Lyon worked very hard to make sure we had all our questions answered and that we understood everything about the operation of the vehicle. He was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He made it a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. Never once did we feel any pressure in purchasing the vehicle. I wish more dealerships were like Corvette Warehouse. Even when in finance we did not have " additional deals" being pushed on us. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Buying a card can be stressful enough...but Phil was the most patient and giving salesman I have ever worked with in buying a car. We wanted to get some information on a Corvette that was for sale in Dallas that had been pictured online on another site. Authough, I had read several of the previous reviews regarding customer service with some of the dealerships it wasn't great, calls was not answered and no one ever returned their calls. I decided to call anyway. I called Corvette Warehouse and a man named Phil answered the phone, his voice was pleasant and he was very informative when it came to some of the questions I had. Being out of town, unable to actually see the care, unsure about what I really wanted or what they had available, he answered my questions and directed me to their website. I call him several times from that point on and he always answered my calls or called me back. We drove over 300 miles to Dallas to look at a Corvette and we met Phil and the staff. Our time there from beginning to the end of the purchase of our Corvette was smooth and non-stressful. We love our car...we wish every dealership had a staff as polite and professional as Corvette Warehouse of Dallas, Tx.Lubbock, Tx

Very nice place. Everyone is really friendly. You instantly feel welcomed when you walk through the doors. They made finding a car easy. You were able to walk around and get in the cars. Even given carfax on the cars there. If you are looking for a corvette, I recommend this place.

This dealership really impressed me from the moment I parked in their parking lot. Phil Lyon made me feel comfortable right off the bat and he told me to make myself at home and look at any car I wanted. He said feel free to open the hood, sit inside the car and we'll get the keys if you're interested in one. When I found a car I was interested in, they gave me to keys so I could start it up and test all the electronics and mechanical condition. I asked if they could get me financed and within 10 minutes, I was approved and with a much better interest rate than I expected. These guys are true professionals and you can tell they know what they're doing. They even told me they never let anyone sign papers until they have test drove the car and are very comfortable. They were completely honest with me and told me everything, up front, that they knew about the car. I didn't have to pry any information out of them. I've shopped at a lot of dealerships in my time and this dealership ranks very high as one of the very best.Thank you Phil, and J.D. for making this a very easy and pleasurable experience. I highly recommend you check these guys out if you are interested in a Corvette or other sports car.John

I was searching for a corvette for awhile in my price range and corvette warehouse. Worked with me on a 2006 C6 corvette it had 88,000 miles and they sold it to me for 23,500. With a 3 year unlimited mile warranty, they also showed how everything worked on the car and let me. Take it on a test drive with my friend, plus they gave me a decent trade in value. For my mustang so I would say corvette warehouse is a great place to buy a car if your on a budget, or not because they have newer corvettes. For the price range that you are accustom to seeing of 40,000 or more so if want to spend a lot of money and get something new like a 2010 up, or if you want an older corvette for a lower price corvette warehouse is where to go

I am giving Corvete Warehouse and Phil high marks. Everything they advertise is exactly what you get so pay attention here. There is "no haggle" pricing, as stated in their adds; so do not even try. The sales folks are very firm and friendly about this. The cars are very clean, and to the best of their knowledge; in good running order. There is no warranty. What you see is what you get.As soon as you enter the showroom you are greeted professionally and they will take you to the car you are interested in and then leave you with it and return only when you need them. You can start it, listen to it, sit in it, whatever you need to do to be comfortable with the car. If you are a "serious" buyer and not just a tire kicker, they will let you drive it.I purchased a 1994 Aqua Blue base vette and took it to my personal mechanic for a bumper to bumper evaluation and it came back with an absolute clean bill of health. He was impressed with the car and how sound it is. My mechanic is also familiar with Corvette Warehouse and gives them high marks as well. Please remember. After you purchase the car and you drive off the lot, the car is yours; plain and simple.

I have purchase many cars. This has been by far my best experience I have ever had. Every thing was smooth, they were the most friendly group of people. I found the car I purchased from them online while oversea's, I was not due home for almost 30 days. I called the Corvette Warehouse and spoke with Phil about holding the vehicle until I returned from the deployment, he gave me his word he would hold it. When I came home the car was there, and the purchase process was amazing. Great experience !

we were looking to buy an Escalde from them and the service was horrible worst I Have ever seen . I stopped by the first time because add said all trades welcome. We have a nice car and the guy would not even get out of chair to help me. I then called for round two and it was equally as bad and I told my wife sorry if it was this much trouble to buy from them imagine if we have a problem. Wife begged to try again so she called and they guy was a complete pain to her as well and she said never forget it even thought it was exact match to what she wanted. Sale was lost and a customer is now gone.

I did my research for a Corvette Blue Convertible and I found one that I liked at Corvette Warehouse. I called and talked with a older saleman phil. He scheduled a time for me to come in and look at the corvette, He explained to me that the had no haggle prices. Phil was hard to get a hold of but when I did talk to him he answered all my questions. Once I arived at the dealership he let me walk around a browse with out anyone around me. I enjoyed the whole experiance even though they were hard to find and would have liked some tires because they needed to be replaced.

My wife and I went in today we drove 1 1/2 hr to go see a few cars we saw online. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Phil and he was very polite. He showed us a few in the front showroom then took us back to the garage and pretty much cut us loose. We looked at every car in there and we were not pressured at all. Phil would come and check on us every now and again and was very helpful and polite. When we were ready to leave we told Phil we were going to talk about the purchase over lunch and he didnt seem to want to hear that and he was very curt with our departure, which I understand we were there for quite awhile and didnt buy but were basically looking and getting an idea of what we wanted. Phil was very polite and we will for sure go back to see him when we are ready to buy. Overall a very good a good trip up there.

I called Corvette Warehouse because I had found a yellow 02 Corvette on their website that I was interested in...Had to call a few times to get a salesman then I finally talked with Phil. He answered all my questions and we scheduled a time for me to come out the next day. When I got to the dealership Phil was with another customer but he showed me to the car so I could take a better look ( I had to change our appointment time due to business that I had come up). The vehicle had a few things that I needed to be address so it wasn't perfect but what 10 year old vehicle is so when I pointed out things to Phil he was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to ease my mind. I went there ultimately because I really wanted this vehicle and had been looking for a few months and they were priced lower than another dealership in the area but this car had slightly more miles but was in better shape than the other I looked at. There was no back and forth so that was good and I got my car...Thanks!

I went to Corvette Warehouse to look for a C5 corvette. They had alot in inventory to choose from. The salesmen was very helpful and answer all of my questions. They let me look as much as I wanted to without having any pressure to buy. Even though they have no haggle prices there cars are priced fair. I am looking to purchse in the spring and when I am ready I am definately going back to Corvette Warehouse.

I paid cash for a 2006 Corvette C6 ($26,000.00). They allowed me to drive it around the loop outside their office, never got it over 50 mph. When I got home after driving home slowly in the rain, I noticed it shook a little over 70 mph and started nosing at 100mph, so I took it to the local Chevrolet dealer for a wheel balance and alignment. Dealer called: warped front wheel ($1000.00) the car had been wrecked twice, once on the right side and once to the nose. The entire front end had been repaired with bailing wire and pull-ties. Left rear tire had a circular cut on the inside all the way to the cord of the tire, aluminum framework in the noxe was bent and broken at the welds (someone had attempted to use screws to get it in a sellable condition, even the front lower right control arm was bent beyond repair. Cost of parts to repair $1000.00, labor $1000.00Called them to see if they would help out here "Nothing we can do" Corvette Warehouse has mechanic work going on daily in the shop. They told me the car had a clean carfax and that it had been given a 4.8 out of 5 rating. No proffessional dealer (as they claim to be) could have missed all this. When I called the previous owner, he knew nothing about the car ever being wrecked. I highly suspect Corvette Warehouse knew about all this and simply dumped the car on me. They are the most friendly people you would ever meet, getting you sold. Don't expect anything except the "finger" after that. Possibly some inuendo about they had the car on consignment. They refuse to reveal who the owners are. Yes, I will find that out and I do plan to sue them and I will be turning them over to the Attorney General. No one like this should be alowed to continue to break it off in everyone who does business with them. If there are no laws which protect consumers from vultures like this, there should be.

On 7/17 I called Corvette Warehouse and for their 2006 Yellow Corvette and I spoke will Phil. He said the car was available and I scheduled a time to visit the dealership. Phil was very friendly and straight forward. I was a little apprehensive because of a few review that I read but my experience was great. There was a few things that had to be reparied on the vehicle and they were done to mt satisfaction. I obtained financing there at the dealership and I very satisfied with the loan that I received. I woould definatly recommend Corvette warehouse for sales and finance.John

Bought a WS6 TransAm 04/2012. Drove the car for a week when the transmission quit shifting. Phil told me to bring it in and his mechanics would check it out. I had to haul it to him because it was no longer driveable. After keeping it for two weeks, Phil told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I hauled it to a transmission shop and spent 1800.00$ getting it rebuilt. They said that the tranny had been tampered with just to get it sold. Had some trick shift and other junk poured in it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THESE REVIEWS THEY ARE CROOKS. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure they sell no more cars.

Will not recommend this dealer to anyone. We purchased a 2004 Corvette from them on 4/9/12. It has been in the shop since 4/16/12. We were aware that we were purchasing a used vehicle and that we could expect to find it had some issues. We have now been told that it has a major issue with the gas tank. There has been a bulletin on this from NHTSB. We called Corvette Warehouse to speak with the owner. Phil refused to provide us with contact info of the owner and said that we had to go through them. My husband tried to explain the problem and Phil told him it wasn't his problem and hung up on him. Some of the worse customer service we have ever experienced! We have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. There is no way that they could not have known about this safety issue. I have also contacted GM to complain about them too.

Lets start off with I found what appeared to be a nice Trans Am WS6 for sale at corvette warehouse. I am from houston so I called to get some information about the vehicle. The salesperson Phil answered the phone and was very rude about any question I had on the vehicle. The Trans Am had some internal engine work done on it so I wanted to get some detailed information about these modifications. Phil informed me that he had no idea what was done to it concerning the specifications. I asked him if he could find out as this was very important when concerning internal engine work (heads and cam). He told me he would call me back about it. Phil informed me that he calls all his customers back at the end of the day. Definitely not the case. I never got any return phone call. I called and asked to speak with Phil and he was always busy. I called them for a week and was always told the same thing, "let me get your name and number and I will have someone call you back". When I finally got a salesperson on the phone, not Phil, they informed me that the car had sold that day. I dont know if they would rather not deal with someone from Houston or just dont want to answer questions about the vehicles. If this is how corvette warehouse takes care of inquiring customers I cant imagine them taking care of you if you purchased a vehicle from them. This place does not seem to be on the up and up and I would never purchase or recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

Bought a car for my son and wow what a lemon. Called Corvette Warehouse the day after they brought it home as it was not running to ask where to take it and what to do. Got all sorts of run arounds. No returned phone calls to me or my son. Needless to say very frustrated as the problem that was wrong should have been caught before the car left the warehouse. So three tows later and almost $3000.00 in repair bills we finally have the car running half way decently. Won't do business with these folks again. Also no inspection as they forgot to do it so had to take the car back to the warehouse to get it inspected. These folks had plenty of time to get this taken care of before the car was picked up. Very frustrating experience. Felt like after car was driven out of the warehouse these folks could cared less about the quality of car they sell or the customer as they had their money. Was told the mechanic checks out these cars before being sold. Obviously missed this one.
