I think it was my lucky day to be greeted by Chris. From the very first impression I knew I was in good hands. Chris was very patient with me, he addressed my concerns. He was able to answer my questions. I am not an easy car shopper, but Chris made it very comfortable for me to go through the process and buy my new truck. And when it came to delivery of my car he was very knowledgeable and explained all features and vehicle functions to me and always showed willingness to spend as much time with me as possible to answer all my questions. Chris is very knowledgeable, polite, professional. I also appreciate his follow up with me, answer some questions and he made himself available to me if I need help in future. If I ever buy the dealership next door to you I would steel him from you😀

Perhaps purchasing a vehicle from these clowns is a better experience but when it comes to getting your car serviced or reaching someone in the service department... good luck.. they don't return phone calls and do not set an appointment an online.. you will be very disappointed in a few months (how long it takes to get in) when you learn the online system doesn't communicate with the real world.. I wish I didn't have to service my vehicle at a ford dealership.. especially this ford dealership.

They went above and beyond on what customer service provides in all aspects. It’s one thing to leave feeling satisfied regarding a pleasant experience but I left feeling beyond satisfaction. Such a great positive experience from all staff, professionalism, generosity, integrity goes a long way today. Many people in general lack it in character especially the business world today. But Corwin Ford Reno, met all aspects that set quality standards on a higher capacity☺️. Overly satisfied and grateful.

We purchased a new car from Corwin Ford.We had to order it and then wait a couple months for delivery. Everyone at Corwin was very helpful through the whole process, from sales to finance. However, we know we really lucked out having Donovan Barker being our primary sales person. His level of care, follow through, and integrity was impressive.

I was happy with the sales process on my F-150 that I experienced with Jackie at Corwin Ford, Reno. She was attentive when I brought in a F-150 build it your own print out from the Ford website. She encouraged me to bring in my trades and said the “time is right” to get a good value for my trades. She showed me a new truck and had me test drive it. It was not exactly what I wanted, but close. I brought in my trades the next day, and true to her word, she got me a good value credit towards a new F-150. In addition, she was mindful enough of her inventory and my original print out, that when a better fit arrived from Ford that day, she was able to offer it to me on the spot. The truck had everything I wanted in the build your own, except mud flaps, a minor detail. They installed a bed cover on the truck that afternoon, which was a big plus to me. Also, after the sale Jackie found an important personal folder in one of my trade ins, she made sure to return it to me. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
