Recommended by Autozone to have my car further diagnosed because they were unable to see why all my lights came on at once while driving from out of town to London Ohio. Caleb Burton and his team were kind and professional explaining the diagnostic process. Because of them, I went ahead and did an overdue oil change. I know, should I need anything done to my car while I visit London, Coughlin will be my number one choice.

Brought my husband's 2009 Colorado in for oil change and tire rotation. They called and said it was ready. We went in to pick it up and I dropped my husband off to get it. When trying to pay the front desk did not have the paperwork.. he went to service dept and got the paperwork and went up front to pay. No one there. Finally counted out exact change. Got in truck and could go nowhere as the person broke the seat mechanism to adjust the seat. JC tried to help but could not fix and my husband brought the truck home and worked for over an hour to be able to drive properly adjusted seating. That tech should have been aware of what he did and I do not ever want them to work on our vehicle again. Never even told anyone he knocked it out of the track to adjust.
