I drove 4 hours to pick up a paid for vehicle that was never run threw service and prepped. The rt. Qt. Panel has damage and was never addressed I had to point it out. Who is going to pay to fixe it? I told the financial manager I did not want gap insurance but I was charged. I was also told they won't sell me the truck unless I finance threw the dealer. The rate is unresonalble to say when your credit score is over 800. I was told 4.5 and was charged 4.75. There was a large bag of wires in the rear that no one new what was for. The running boards were never installed. Worst delivery ever. But yes it was detailed poorly and was told they didn't have time to prep it in service. So let's get real the dealer has basically 7 new cars on the lot and you tell someone 4 hours away it's ready. And one more thing my personal information was taken over the phone without written consent. Against the law. I will be contacting Huntington and GM. Good day.

The service department at Coughlin Newark GM is excellent. All of the folks who work there from the Service manager to the person who checks in the cars initially are friendly and competent. We have worked with Brad often and he is exceptional. He explains everything thoroughly when we bring in our cars in for service. We keep our cars for a long time and know that good service and maintenance is important for having dependable cars no matter what the vehicle age. Everyone there should receive praise but a special shout out to Brad. Deb Hamilton

After searching for weeks for a newer car and not getting anywhere with other dealerships, on 03/15/2021, two people reached out to me regarding a Subaru that I was interested in. The first gentleman that I asked for was not available when I arrived at that dealership. But I was helped by another sales staff who was extremely helpful. I ended up test driving two cars. Buying a vehicle from Coughlin was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Great customer service. Very honest and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help. Keep up the excellent work.

Mike was excellent from starting point all the way to ending point, he was straight forward with us and we left there with what we wanted.. We went from Michigan and it was a 3 hour drive and he reached out to us to see how far we were so he can have the truck ready, and he sure did! Truck was clean & full tank!!! He made everything so fast for us, which was good because we had 3 kids with us. Highly recommend!

Thanks to the body shop employees at Coughlin Cars of Newark, I am proud to resume driving my 2010 Corolla with the new parts... It operates fine and I appreciate the fast efficient work, including the wash and vacuum enhancements... I hope Ron Matheny is recuperating after his hospitalization; his estimate was right on the mark!
