Service appointment made easily, drove right in, service advisor was personable and professional. Service was done promptly and correctly. Waiting room was clean and pleasant. Excellent visit in all respects. Great vehicle and great service!

I scheduled an oil change and 30,000 miles check. When I arrived, the representative said that they had no openings for the oil change and explained that the website defaults to the mileage inspection when requested service isn’t available. He then reassured me that he would get me taken care of, and he did. This was my third service appointment and I keep coming back. I’m always told what is needed after the inspection like wiper blades and the recommended time to do the replacement. I’m never pressured into replacing anything while the car is being serviced. When I leave, I’m confident that my vehicle is safe to drive and I know when I need to schedule the next service.

Very satisfied. Had a high pressure hose break on the power steering unit early on a Saturday morning. I was to depart on a 500 drive later that day. Call service, told them my issue and they took me right in. Quick inspection found the problem, ordered the part and fixed me up and has me on the road 5 hours later. Jamie Cottrill was the service advisor and kept me informed throughout the process. Great service!

Never buy any pre-owned vehicles from here. I am doing some routine maintenance on a pre-owned vehicle purchased from this location, and have discovered the absolute shoddiest work I've ever seen done on a car. Like things that prevent basic maintenance like changing out the tail lights.

Service department will charge $50 on top of whatever repair cost is "to look at it." Service writer looks shady af when bringing up that added charge too. Lacking integrity. I will never go back and unless you have to use the service department, I recommend you find somewhere else to take your vehicle.

I found the SUV of my dreams on cars.Com, unfortunately it was located 200 miles out of state from me. I called to ask some questions about the 2016 GMC Terrain and salesman Joey Davis took great care of me! He immediately sent me some pictures of the vehicle, answered all of my questions about it and even did paperwork over the phone before I made the 200 mile (one way) trip to test drive. Once I finally made it to the dealership to check out the SUV it was gassed up, shined up and ready for me. Joey, the management, and finance staff all treated us great and made the experience very easy. It was a long trip there and back, but worth it. I brought home my beautiful, crimson red, GMC Terrain!

Totally blown away at how well I was treated! I had a problem with my tire, and had a 4:30 appointment. I arrived at around 2:30 after work and was willing to wait, as I was not wanting to drive any more with the condition my tire was in. At a little bit after 3:00, they told me my truck was ready! So appreciative of them for working me in, and getting my truck done so quickly. I have had so many positive experiences with this great service department.

I had been thinking of buying a new truck for a couple of weeks. So one evening I thought I would drive to Chillicothe and go to Coughlin to see what kind of trucks they had on their lot. They had a wide variety of new trucks at great prices. I found a Z71 that I fell in love with. After working with Jamie (salesman) we came to great numbers on my trade in and also on their truck. Needless to say a drive to just check out a chevy ended in me driving one home. Jamie and the whole staff at Coughlin Chillicothe was exceptional to deal with and very friendly!

This was my first new car I purchased on my own and it could not have went any better. Carrie Waldron was my salesperson who walked me through all the ins and outs of the lease process. She was honest and straight forward and got me right where I needed to be with the car of my dreams. My Camaro and I rolled out very happy. If all salespersons were like Carrie the feelings people have about car salespersons would disappear. The rest of the staff I worked with including the finance person were also great. Of course the star of the show was my 2015 Camaro which was shined up and fueled up for my departure. Thank you Carrie and Coughlin for easy and professional experience. I will be back.

I was shopping for a new truck and decided to contact Coughlin Chevrolet in Chillicothe through their website with what I was interested in and within ten minutes Dave Grabb called me to see how he could help, so he was the Sales Consultant that handled our recent purchase. This is the fifth vehicle that we have purchased at this location and Dave has handled every sale. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and polite, and invested a lot of time with me making sure I understood the functions of my new truck (after all my trade-in was seventeen years old). He has called a couple of times to just follow-up on how I like my truck and to make sure this was a positive experience for us at Coughlin of Chillicothe. In closing, Dave's the best, I wish more Sales Consultants were like him...

Was shopping on Coughlins web-site for a Used Kia Sportage, I filled out the information needed to be contacted by a sales rep. Brity contacted me the very next morning. I was never under any pressure. Was very helpful,and even informed me that if I found what I was looking for at another coughlin location it could be brought here to the chillicothe location for me to check out. I informed Brity I had found my sales rep whenever I decided on a purchase. Thanks Brity ! If I ever make up my mind I will be sure to contact you!

Went to look at the 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab 4x4 listed on cars.com and was not happy with my experience. The salesman kept stating that it was $5995 As-is, a little too many times for me not to be wary. The test drive went great right up until it went bad. The truck drove nice and had plenty of power, 4wd work great. Stopped at the last light to go back to dealership and the truck started missing really bad. It felt like it was running on four cylinders. Mash the throttle and it would just spit and sputter and then surge forward only to spit and sputter some more. When we arrived back at the dealership the salesman acted like it never happened and ask nonchalantly "what do you think, $5995 As-is?". When asked if they could put it on a scanner to see what may have caused it to spit and sputter the salesman got an instant attitude and said that it has already been through the garage and been through the safety inspection and that is that. They are quick to give you the carfax which states it being one owner, but don't be fooled, the truck is not worth it. We were paying with cash and he was not willing to work with us at all. I wont mention the salesman's name but I will say that it rhymes with rabb. Very unsatisfied with my experience with Coughlin and the salesman.
