I purchased a really nice used vehicle with under 100k milesfrom Coughlin Marysville 2 weeks ago, I informed the salesman that I was a few minutes away and the vehicle was running when I got there. I test drove it and the car ran well. I decided to purchase the vehicle and didn't finish the paperwork until late that night - I drove the car home and everything was fine.The next morning, I started the vehicle and there was a bad vibration coming from the front of the car for about 2 seconds then everything was fine, it did it again when I went on my lunch break, but didn't do it the rest of the day. Over the new few days it developed a pattern of doing thing intermittently. I called my sales person and agreed to get up early Saturday morning and drive 25 minutes to the dealership. Unfortunately it didn't makes the sound while I was there in the few times we tried and I drove 25 minutes home completing the 50 minute round trip (salesperson wouldn't even ask for a precessional to look at it).Upon some research I discovered it was a faulty VTC actuator, and it only makes the noise upon cold starts when the fluid has leaked out of it - apparently there has been service bulletins sent out about it from Honda, but no recall yet because they have not came up with a permenent solution to the problem yet (the fix is to put another Actuator in it). I informed the dealership about it and they keep saying they will call me back, but never return my calls. It's my understanding that the dealership could fix this issue with little out of pocket cost, maybe $100 for the part and them paying their technical $15 for the hour it would take to swap it out. Instead I am stuck being charged $500 to replace it 2 weeks after I purchased the car, and was told "this car is perfect, mechanically". I won't be going to Coughlin for the repair, I'd rather eat dirt then let these sleaze balls profit off me again. I will be screaming my story from the rooftops and on all review boards for the next few months to prevent good, honest, hard working folks from dealing with these people. Not to mention, the added fees and charges they add onto the purchase of the vehicle is insane - I have never seen anything like it.

I was referred to Darryl Pace at Couglin Marysville by a good friend. I was very impressed with Darryl and everyone I met. Darryl made me feel very comfortable during the looking and purchasing process. He and Randy Trott worked hard to find the car that suited my needs and the best value for the money I was able to spend. I would and will recommend Couglin Marysville to my family and friends.

Hi, I've been looking for a 2013 or 2014 Dodge Quad Cab 4x4 for several months now and hadn't had any luck finding one that I liked. Friday evening, November 13th, I stayed up late on the computer looking all over Ohio for a truck, no luck. The next morning I got up at 6:30 and was back on the computer to resume my search. After a couple of hours I felt I had found two trucks to choose from at the same dealership. YES!!! Oh, by the way, that dealership is Coughlin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Marysville Ohio. I immediately got to work cleaning my truck out just in case I made a deal later that day. When I arrived at the dealership I was really impressed with the landscaping, building and HUGE inventory. WOW!!! Little did I know the sales staff would impress me even more! The first person I encountered was the General Manager Randy Trott, a very pleasant man to begin my experience with Coughlin. He welcomed me to the dealership, shook my hand and told me he would find me a salesman. I looked to my left and it was like magic, a salesman was already standing there eager to assist me, his name is Shawn Wood. Let me say this about Shawn, he didn't waste a minute of my time, he was very nice, he was quite knowledgeable of the inventory and the business and I could tell, he truly loves his job. He loves helping people find what they're looking for and in my case a better and newer truck than what I thought I could afford. Shawn along with Randy and much appreciated information from Jerry Atkinson made my experience at Coughlin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram my very best by far experience at any dealership in the thirty eight years I've bought vehicles. I would also like to mention another great guy in the Finance Department, David Temple. He did a super job in getting me through the paperwork. He explained everything to me as we moved along. He answered all my questions and was very nice throughout the whole process even though it was way past their closing time. Good job David! With the paperwork finished, I was ready to call it a day. As I walked out of the Finance Department, who was still there to thank me one more time and see me out? Shawn Wood, the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Thanks again Shawn! As I drove off in my brand new 2015 Dodge Ram Crew Cab I called my wife and told her how great the people at the Coughlin Dealership were, how beautiful my new truck was (I really did say beautiful) and that when she was ready to get a Jeep we were definitely coming back to Coughlin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Marysville, Ohio. Thanks to the whole crew and I almost forgot, thanks for washing my new truck and filling it up with gas! You guys are definitely the best and that's why you get a FIVE STAR RATING from me! Jarod is the best at what he does for the service department, I even let him take my car home so he could drive it and listen for a problem I was hearing that's how much I trust his opinion. He is always friendly and willing to make our experience easy with any service or repair and I am always glad he is working when I need to bring it in for service. Excellent customer service skills and all around fantastic person.

I spent weeks searching for the right Ram diesel, I contacted Coughlin Chrysler about a used diesel they had online and the internet manager Denny Swanson was quick to reply. I am very picky when it comes to my trucks and he took the time to go over the truck in detail, take some additional pictures when I ask and also forwarded the used car inspection that they had done. After getting all of this I made the 5 hour drive to the store where everyone I met was great! The store is very clean and easy to find. The finance manager Dave was very nice to work with, all of the numbers were as agreed on over the phone and I was out of the store in about an hour. I am always hesitant about driving that far but I could not have ask for more, thanks again!

I thought I would write a review to save others from being scammed or ripped off and lied to. I made a 14 hour drive (round trip) from Chicago to thid Coughlin stealership this past week to purchase the 2004 Dodge Cummins manual they had poorly misrepresented online. I had spoke with Denny Swanson prior to making the drive with very thorough specific and detailed questions to ensure everything was acceptable to standards to ensure I was not wasting one of my valuable vacation days through work. I was told by Denny that everything mechanically worked as it should with no leaks or any cause for concern on this truck. I was assured "this is a very strong running motor no problems mechanically at all" "Our Diesel techs have checked it over blah blah blah". Upon my arrival to your dealership I saw the truck parked outside.... Now I know why the photos online are slightly blurred. The wheel wells and whole bed of the truck were plagued with rust. The Fuel tank was being held up by an orange tow strap that you would buy at a Walmart or farm and fleet. Oil and transmission fluid caked over every square inch of the undercarriage of the truck from worn seals all over the truck. The 4x4 shift lever located on the floor was not even connected to anything, when I was guaranteed by Denny "Yes the 4x4 works".Even though with my vast knowledge of cummins and other diesel motors I decided to take the truck for a test drive. During the test drive the truck felt like it was minutes away from being dropped at the junk yard. Sure enough the motors valves begin to dick and boom truck shuts off on the highway with no emergency shoulder and drops a valve seat. Which left me stranded 10 minutes away from the dealership but somehow after notifying them of what happened it took over an hour for an employee to pick me up on the side of the road. Glad it happened on the test drive since Denny said "Strong running motor no problems making the drive back to Illinois". Lucky for Denny it was conveniently his day off. I did not receive so much as an apology from Denny or have the manager come and apologize during my visit after the truck broke down. In fact my friend who had also inquired about the truck before my visit received an email from Denny the day after my visit when the motor had blown on my test drive with Denny trying to scam him "The 4x4 just went out today we are working on getting it fixed, when it is when do you think you could come in for a test drive". Little did Denny know he was sending it to my friend who forwarded the email on to me. I sent the evidence of what took place to the Manager, yet the shady xxxxxxxx is still employed there. NOT EVEN 24 HOURS AND HE IS AT IT AGAIN. It is disturbing that managers promote this sort of behavior and did nothing to correct it.Now I would expect this from a shady dealership that has a trailer as their office and a couple cars on the lot. BUT NOT FROM A "REPUTABLE" DEALERSHIP.I am looking to escalate this higher and contact corporate.

This was the third new car purchase I had made over the past three years. I was pleased with Jim Music and his response to my interests. The pricing was competitive and the process was not high pressure . I found a vehicle I really liked except for the color. Within minutes an exact car was located at another dealership with the color I wanted. Within two hours the vehicle was brought to Marysville and sold to me for the price of the on lot vehicle and I got the color I wanted. This all happened without hassle and in a timely manner. I drove the new car home the same day.

We purchased 2 new Chrysler Town & Countries with trade-ins. We let Jim know the price range we wanted to be in, and he was able to find the vehicles with the options that satisfied us and met our price goal.Very friendly staff, and a joy to work with. We had dealt with their service department before purchasing these vehicles, and they were the best priced service department in the Central Ohio region. Worth the drive from the Columbus area to work with the sales and service team. Hope to start a family tradition between ours and Coughlin Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep of Marysville.

I found the 2014 Jeep Cherokee Sport in the newspaper on Thanksgiving. I was contacted the next day by Jim and I was driving the Jeep home by that afternoon. He is a great salesman and made us feel at home during the entire visit. I live in Dublin but would gladly drive to Marysville to purchase another new car from Jim in the future. I highly recommend Jim Music for any of your new or used car needs.

I lost an allen wrench for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that was a special tool for my luggage rack- a Mopar part. My local delaer said I would have to buy a whole new rack for $260.00 to get another wrench - they don't come seperately and are a custom tool. I called Chrysler in Michigan for help. They called all their Columbus area dealers. Only Coughlin could help and they gave me a wrench free of charge. I am not even their customer. Very friendly and eager to help a customer in need.

The entire experience was exceptional. The sales associate was friendly and efficient. Both the sales associate and the business manager were very careful to explain the entire process and obtain the best price and terms possible. One comment though. Filling the gas tank of the vehicle after the sale would be a nice touch. Especially since the car I traded in had a full tank.
