When I tell you I had the best experience at this dealership. The awesome feeling I could not describe to you in enough words. Jim the salesman was such a wonderful person to sit down with and he made the sales part of the buying experience such a pleasant & enjoyable moment. I have always had this bad idea that salesman would sell you anything just to get a commission. But that was not the case. It was like sitting down with someone that understood what I wanted & not what they warned to put me in. Not too mention I was Jim's 1st sale. Jeremy the Manager was a pleasure to meet as well. Marty the party finance guy. He had my husband & I laughing the entire time we were there. I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership. They were a great group of people to buy a car from. Thanks to everyone who made my experience a lasting impression...

Our salesman Mark Hixon made the process painless, it took a little longer than expected to finish the paperwork but we were told they were getting used to a new system. Not a huge deal. Signing the papers took about 10 minutes, absolutely painless!!

After an earlier appointment to look at a blue 2013 Ford Focus hatchback at another car lot went sour, we decided to drive through the Coughlin Ford lot. Found a 2014 Ford Focus hatchback in the color I really wanted - red! I named her Ruby! Many thanks to Barbie for giving us a great deal and for the happy ending to our car search!

I was turned down at the Pataskala, OH dealership! No one even wanted to talk to me or bother with me. I was very, very discouraged and needed a newer vehicle. Will NEVER contact them or send them any of my business. Please go to the Circleville dealership. They treated me with the utmost respect, and looked for me the cheapest finance rate. Contact Doug Huffine for all your needs. He treats you with respect and was very caring and listened to my needs. Matt found me the cheapest rate and I drove home in a 2013 Dodge Avenger! Just love it! I will definitely go back to this dealership in Circleville, and will send all of my family and friends to Doug and Matt. Dafney was absolutely wonderful ! She did a wonderful job showing me all the cool things my car can do! Called the internet phone number and spoke with tim birtcher, gave him a credit application and got approved. came in the next morning and bought the mustang. We found a used vehicle online. We called to see if it was still available since we were going to drive a hour and a half away. Cindy Smith said it was and would have it pulled up and ready to test drive. Thats exactly what happened when we got there.
