I had gone to the Tire Choice on 21st, because my friend goes there, to fix an electrical issue on my 2016 Camaro. They totally messed it up. Bad. The negative review will be on their website as soon as I am finished with possible litigation. Nonetheless, Coughlin seemed (I.E. anyone good at their job makes it seem easy) to have no issue finding the problems and solving them. They did call in a specialist, which I wholeheartedly approved of, and fixed a car that I love to drive. The cost was minimal compared to Tire Choice, who not only couldn't fix it, but made it worse. I drive the car to Tire Choice, had to tow it to Coughlin from Tire Choice. I towed it to Coughlin and drove it home. See the difference? They also fixed it faster than projected. They were friendly, gave me calls for updates, and was honestly way cheaper than I thought. As of now, not only will I only go there for service, but when I want to buy another car I'm going there. Do you have that one product that you always buy, no matter what is on sale, no matter what new products come out, no matter what? For me it's Bic pens and lighters, Home City Ice, and now Coughlin on 21st. If I ever move out of Newark I will drive back to buy a car from them. With Tire Choice at the helm I spent over 10k (fixes, rentals, and a 5k car to get around), it was over 2 months of waiting, and I had to get it towed to Coughlin. Coughlin? About a week or so to fix (it actually got fixed sooner than they said they would even get to it), and less than 1k. That's including the specialist. 5 star review? Oh yeah. Lifetime customer? Oh yeah. I'll probably never go anywhere else unless I am stuck doing so. Well done by all your staff Coughlin, this is exactly how you get return customers.

when they give you a car wash it is not very good . i hope on there outher work is better.

Stopped by to check out a new Acadia. They did not have any new in stock. Looked at a 19 lease return but we are looking for a new vehicle. The salesman Jack was helpful and not pushing us in anyway.
