Just moved into town and needed a tire rotation and oil change. For my first visit the impression was really good. Maggie was very pleasant and knowledgeable at the desk and Kaleb did a very thorough job with the service. I drive over 2k miles per week and I left feeling confident I wasn't going to have unexpected issues while on the road. Whenever I am able to have my car serviced in Heath, this is the only place I will go now.

Was in and out service in less than 50 minutes. Taylor is super nice and the service techs only fix and do what needs done. Prices are fantastic less than $65 for an oil change and tire rotation. Clean and spacious waiting room with a variety of things to read, fresh coffee and vending machines as well. Even getting recalls done on my car a few weeks later was amazing as well. Can't say enough good things about Coughlin Nissan Update-1 star removed because Stevie wasn't very nice to me on the phone. But still highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking buy a Nissan or service for a Nissan you have

The staff was friendly and got my vehicle in and fixed quickly. It was the first 5000 mile check up and we found i needed 4 new rotors. They had the parts sent overnight and it was ready the next day. My experience with this dealership has been great from purchase to service. I highly recommend.
