Tyler S. has continuously provided the utmost quality customer service since I purchased my 2014 Nissan. He is a big part of the reason I continue go to Coulter Nissan for my vehicle's needs. I have also referred friends & family to Coulter & always tell them to see Tyler. Tyler always goes the extra mile for me & has instilled a trust in me that when I go to Coulter, it truly is all about the customer's needs & not about meeting a profit quota as some other dealerships seem to strive for. After all, customer loyalty & referrals generates profit & to me that should be the goal of a dealership not trying to get the maximum of charges possible per visit. Keep up the good work Tyler & Coulter.Sincerely,Bill Gutierrez

The folks at Coulter Nissan have service down to a science. You are kept totally informed as to the status of your service and any recommendations they have to do additional items. Jeffrey Rupert was so nice. He did everything but put the sugar in the delicious coffee they had there.

Old man Mike SIMPSON is my go to advisor but I was heading out of town. And needed an oil change so I POPPED in for a quick change. Barnel did a good job but no fun to harass like the old guy.

I talked to Mollie and she was so great to work with! Had everything set up for me when I got there! Everything I wanted and what we had agreed on over the phone happened! It was easy and stress free for me. I will be doing business with Mollie and Coulter Nissan in the future! Sending all my Friends and Family their way.!

My experience with Mollie and the sales team at Coulter Nissan was exceptional when purchasing my brand new Rogue! They provided me options and deals that were unavailable anywhere else! I got exactly what I wanted for less then what I expected to pay! I highlly recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan!

$ as shown by Cars.com is not the real price. Dealer has hidden fees. Salesperson seems clueless.

I went in there to exchange my 2013 rouge for a pathfinder.i went to speak to Enrique and they said they can help me. When I get there they said they can't do anything for me. So I will never go there again ever. They give you false information and false hope. I advise everyone to do research and read the comments.

This dealership is the worst Nissan dealership I've been to. They are extremely rude, false advertise (Brian, the manager, even said "you wouldn't be in here if I posted the real price") and do not care worth a xxxx about customer service. They added on an extra $2000 for a "convenience package" that gives you some bs about oil changes and no2 in the tires. They don't give you an option to not have it and forcefully tell you that's the price. They are scam artists that only care about making money. I would never recommend going here. All they do is try to rip you off. When I called him out on his bs, he pretty much told me to go elsewhere. Not worth the trip and absolutely horrible people.

I came in with admittedly unrealistic expectations for buying a new car ($150 a month). I didn't want anything fancy obviously, but difficult considering my credit. I was looking at a new 2016 Versa, and we were pretty close to my budget, but not quite there. I worked with David and James, and they came up with a fantastic deal for me on a certified used 2015 Versa Hatchback. The warranty was better than what Nissan provides on the brand new cars, it has everything I wanted, plus it's adorable. Everyone that I dealt with at this dealership (David and James in sales, and Alan in finance) was just great. They seem like good-hearted, honest people who just happen to work in a car dealership. They were patient, informative, and very accommodating to my ridiculous expectations (without even insinuating that I was being ridiculous). I would hang out with any of these people in my free time, and I'm picky about whom I spend time with. They were never condescending or rude, certainly not pushy. They were so good to me that I overheard another customer getting a little uppity and felt defensive on their behalf. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Garrett was exceptional in all angles despite the fact that the vehicle we specifically wanted was not available. The entire team tried their best to procure the vehicle we wanted and I would just like to commend Garrett for his patience in dealing with our request. Although it was frustrating to have to return the next day, I still give them a 5 star.

Everyone from sales to finance was stream lined. They even waited outside for us to pull up. Scott MADE this deal from beginning to end.All the staff from sales to finance to managment were always smiling and over the top helpful. Coulter Nissan made me and my wife feel like all they wanted to do was help. Scott answered all my questions and was candid the entire time. I would definitely recommend them. Driving our new Armada we wear our Coulter badge with pride.Coming from a guy "in the business" Keep up the great work!

I dealt with Idrees and Brian and they go out of their way to make the buying experience superior. They stayed in contact with me and spent a lot of time making sure I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price. No pressure sales just good customer service. If you are looking for a great dealership experience and a great price, look no further. I drove down from Cottonwood, AZ and it was well worth it. Kudos to all of the staff there. Idrees is the best!!

Idress knows his stuff on the Nissan's. He is such a professional salesman!. When we arrived I knew I wanted a Murano and still wanted to look at the Maxima, car I always wanted, and Pathfinder. Idress was so considerate and patient with me to show us these 3 vehicles. Idress even says "would you like to test drive the vehicles" I said no it was fine just him showing them to me. He even took his time repeating himself a few times on how to use all those gadgets, which are all new to us, LOL. Idress stayed with us until we drove off in our new 2016 Murano, that meant quit a bit. Maybe Idress was salesman for the day and will be for Coutlter's 2016 Salesman of the year. Idress thank you, keep smiling and great salesmanship! The Arellano's

This is the worst experience I ever went through and I did not even buy a car! I would stay away. Somehow I got spam email from this place. They said I bought a car from them and were going to give me $500.00 bucks off another car. I called to see what this was about. I said I do not remember buying a car from you. I said do you know who my salesman was I live 2,000 miles away! They looked it up in the system and said I bought a car in 2011. I go I will not argue with 500 bucks off! Seems like they are not organized and do not know what they are doing. I had them quote me a car that was listed on their internet for $12,999.00 which was a Nissan Sentra S automatic. I was expecting to get for about $12,500.00 with the $500.00 coupon since they said they would honor the coupon. They raised the car to $13,999.00 when I told them AGAIN I lived 2,000 miles away. They also decided to not honor the $500.00 coupon which I thought was fine since I never bought a car from them. It gets worse. The car keeps going up. Now they added $1999.99 for a value package. I said I am not from there and I do not want it or need it. Now the price is up to $15,999.99. Then she said add 399 for a document fee. I thought 399 was high as I am used to paying 150-250. I go can you give me a different car without the value package. I go it seems odd my price keeps going up since after I said I am not from here. Mollie Arnold starting yelling at me and acting crazy and said all the dealers do this here. She told me to call other car dealers in the area because they do the same thing but they will beat their price after I call them. So I called 2 other dealers in the area and they did the same thing with a value package. Their value package was cheaper coming in at $1495.00-$1700.00. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They however did not raise their car one bit when I told them I was out of town and stayed at the internet price. The other dealers were also helpful, friendly, and tried to earn my business. I called Mollie Arnold back to give her feedback. I said yes you are correct they do charge a value package coming in at 1495-1700. However they did not raise their car price $1,000.00 when I told them I was out of town! Mollie started acting crazy again and started yelling at me. I go calm down you asked for feedback and said you would match their price. Mollie started yelling again. I go I can get a higher Sentra sv trim at another place for the $15999.99 before tax and document fee for your same price so lets quote another trim as the one you quoted at first is not going to work out for me. Mollie started yelling at me again asking for the total price. If she cannot add the numbers up I was telling her that is not my fault. I gave her feedback and gave her numbers. I go lets at least get the tax price correct on the next quote! 2.9% is not 1875.00 on a $1599.99 car youre charging me over 8.6% and my tax in OH at most is 7.25% so this needs to be corrected. All of the dealers I called said if you ship a car you pay the tax of the state you live in when it arrives. They said at most they will collect is 2.9% before they ship it. Mollie Arnold started yelling at me again. She said she was going to have a manager call. A manager never called. I called and asked for a manager and left a voice message saying how Mollie Arnold was rude and kept yelling at me for no reason and I needed a different car quoted. The manager called while I was at work and left a message. I called back at least 7 times and the manager avoided my calls and messages. Still have not heard from him or received my quote. I would stay away from this. I will most likely call Nissan corporate and tell them about my bad experience as they should know.

I had an awesome experience here! I was casually looking at Nissan Rogues online before Christmas and found a really good deal here. I called from work and was told to ask for a manager named Saul. He was waiting for me when I pulled up, even though I was early. He handed me over to Jason in sales. They brought the car out and we went for a test drive. Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a very kind demeanor and doesn`t seem like a typical car salesman. I had a trade in and the negotiating was pretty painless. I made a last request and Saul came out to seal the deal. They were both very professional. When I went to do the financing stuff I met with Dana, who despite the late hour, was very gracious and accomodating. She was very professional as well. It was very late by the time the process was over, mostly because it was pretty late when I first arrived. As Jason & Saul went over my car, they found a couple things they were concerned about. It was obvious they wanted the car to be perfect for me and they insisted that I bring the car back to get detailed properly, which I did. They treated me like royalty and I am so happy with my new car!! I would not hesitate to buy there again or send friends and family there.

My thanks to Jeanette, Russ and a highly skilled technical service department. I took my car in due to a realtively small rattle which occured when driving over small road bumps. Diagnosis was very difficult and required arranging for the service forman to ride with me to hear the problem, Even then after more obvious causes were looked at the problem still remained. The car was taken back too the shop, put on a hoist, and a very thorough evealuation was conducted. The skills and perseverance of the technitions paid off and the problem was identified and resolved. Thanks to all

After renting a Nissan Sentra last week on my trip to California, I found that is was really comfortable, roomy, fun to drive, and got really excellent gas mileage. As the weather turns colder, riding to work on my motorcycle is not a happy thought, so I called Coulter Nissan. I had already done a little research online and was very specific about my financial situation and what I was looking for. I was asked to come in and see Brian Pierce, the sales manager. When I arrived at the dealership, Idrees Soughar was there to greet me with a smile and introduce me to Brian Pierce at my request. After initial greetings, he appointed Idrees to show me the exact car I had already described over the phone. When I realized that I had forgotten to bring my cellphone with ID, he said, "no problem, we'll just take a test drive and go get it". I thought that was extremely generous. And that's exactly what we did. Upon returning with my wallet, I sat with Idrees as he helped me fill out a simple credit app and he listened closely as I expressed my particular needs. With compassion and understanding that goes far beyond what I have ever experienced with any other car salesman in the past twenty years, he helped me get the exact car I wanted for less money than I expected. The finance director, Dana Lee, was surprisingly pleasant and personable also as we worked through the sales contract and signed the appropriate documents. At no time did I feel pressured to buy additional packages or uncomfortable with the terms of the contract. In fact, just the opposite, every person I came into contact with at this dealership was friendly and intent on making my car buying experience as pleasant as possible. They really made me feel special. I got the distinct impression that they were pleased to see me so happy with my new car, not just increasing the number of sales. As any good salesman should know, the goal really is to listen... to determine what your need is and match you to something you will love, not just persuade you to purchase their product. At the end of the sell, I was given gifts as a new car owner, set up to have my windows tinted the next day, and Idrees personally helped me transport my other vehicle home. I call that above and beyond. I found all the staff at Coulter Nissan to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. I will definitely return to purchase my next vehicle from them and refer their establishment to everyone I know.

This dealership left me waiting 30 minutes to check in for an appointment I had, then told me it would be 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. They used the incorrect grade of oil ignoring manufactures specs, and managed to strip a lug nut while rotating the tires. This only cost me an additional $100. Save yourself the trouble and do not frequent this dealer.

My wife and I have been doing business with this dealership since 1994 when they were West Valley Nissan in Glendale. I have always had a most excellent experience with the folks here. We bought a new Sentra in 1994 and a new Frontier in 1999. After West Valley moved to Surprise under the name Coulter Nissan, we bought a new Sentra in 2013, and then we just bought a new Altima two weeks ago. Even though the dealership name has changed the expert quality of personalized care and service has never changed. It was indeed a pleasure working with Idrees, who was our sales person. He was at all times friendly, courteous and displayed expert knowledge of all the cars we looked at. He was very helpful and without hesitation, answered all our questions honestly and truthfully.

I have been looking to buy a car for about a month and dreaded it. I just hate dealing with sales people. The time spent on the lot and not taking no for an answer. So I decided to to try coulter and the Internet dept. To my surprise samantha contacted me and left it at that, none of the never ending emails or phone calls you would get from other dealers. A week went by and after doing my research I deciced to go "look" at the car that interested my and was met by ryan. All the nunbers were in line to my surprise. The value of the car, my trade in ect. So ryan, the assistant sales manager....sorry cant remember your name, and craig in finance thank you for making a new car experience somewhat pleasurable. No pressure no games and thats the way it should be

I own a 2007 350Z that on January 5, 2014 had the transmission replaced, flywheel, and clutch. Since then I have had continuous problems with the clutch hydraulics. While the work on January 5th was done at Avondale Nissan, coulter Nissan has yet to figure out the problem. I have paid to have the hydraulics replaced multiple times. The slave cylinder had been replaced four times and the master has been replaced three times. So today when for the last few day I have been having pressure problems again, I wanted a definitive answer as to why the hydraulics kept failing. Honestly, after seven parts to have been replaced I expected them to own up to some mistake or for the very least give me a reason for the parts failing. But what I got instead (today, 04/08/2015) was were going to charge you the increased labor rates which was 520 dollars versus, the 480 dollar expense I was quoted two weeks earlier for a part that I brought in myself, as the stock parts seem to be failing every five to six months.

I was in the market for Nissan Frontier crew cab SV-V6 w/ SV Value Package. Found my second choice colour on Coulter Nissan website with internet price $ 25,577.00After back and forth via email for about 10 days with Mollie and Cheyenne, finally I got the out the door price with an additional shocking $ 1,977.00 Coulter Value Package tacked in the itemized list which includes:* window tint with a lifetime guarantee* nitrogen filled tires,* window etch (security theft),* wheel locks,* and a 3 year / 36,000 mile service maintenance plan which covers your oil changes and tire rotations.I checked on official Nissan Website, the Nissan Frontier SV w/ SV Value Package comes with deep tint on the rear windows and front UV- reducing solar glass and it has Vehicle Security System.I asked to take the Coulter Value Package off from the list but they refused it.So they lost a sale to another Nissan Dealer.
First Time Buyer
Apr 3, 2015
I was a first time buyer, who had been to three different dealerships and not one of those dealerships could help me. I told myself I would give it one last shot and called Coulter Nissan. Spoke with Mollie in the Internet Department who was very knowledgeable and polite. She insisted I give them a try and promised they would not disappoint me, like my last experiences. I was told to come in and ask for her Sales Manager Brian Pierce, who was also very knowledgeable and genuine. I test drove five different vehicles, and finally decided on the 2013 Ford Taurus! Even with being a first time buyer, and no money down, Brian was able to get my payment to only $280 per month!! I will always buy and recommend Coulter Nissan to anybody! Thank you Coulter Nissan, I cannot thank you enough!

Went to another Nissan service department for years, and finally just had enough of the games being played with outstanding issues that never were corrected but always "charged" for. I called and made an appointment through Kristine in their service department. She was very kind and knowledgeable. I brought my Altima in 15 minutes earlier than my appointment and Tyler from service came out and knew about my situation which was a relief. The waiting area was really nice. Had a tv, free snacks, and drinks and I was greeted by several employees and acknowledged while looking around at the products on display. I was offered multiple times to be driven home while my car was being inspected. Tyler kept me updated throughout my wait on what they had found, and were doing. The pricing was very fair and the work that was done has stopped the issues I was having for the past year that the other dealership wasnt able to fix. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I am very pleased with the service. Definitely will be using this service center again and bringing my son here soon to buy his first car.

Wanted to purchase a 2015 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL, which this Dealer had in stock. Sales force and management are both very pleasant. Nevertheless, they are unable to make a simple deal. Every Dealer I've ever been to always asks, "what can we do to earn your business?". I showed the folks at Coulter a firm written offer for the same car, from another Dealer. Yet Coulter wanted $2000 more for the exact same car! I live in Surprise, wanted to give them my business, came back three times, with irrefutable documentation in hand, and still they wouldn't budge. I spoke to 2 different Salesmen, as well as managers Mo, and Kevin ( the decision makers ). The bottom line is.....I bought the exact car from yet a third Dealer for $3,000 less than Coulter's price. And I can prove it. They should either expand the Service area, or turn the Sales area into a miniature golf course, because they sure aren't getting the job done.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WERE GREAT. I BOUGHT A 2011 CHEVY IMPALA. I WAS JUST IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT AND TOTALED BY CAR. WHEN MY MOM AND DAD WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH IT WAS THE TIRES. IT MADE THE CAR SHAKE.. SO MY DAD ASKED IF THEY COULD PUT DIFFERENT TIRES AND THEY NOT ONLY PUT TIRES BUT THEY WERE BRAND NEW.. TO MAKE MY DRIVING EXPERIENCE GOOD AGAIN. THEY ALSO SENT SOMEONE OUT TO REPLACE THE WINDSHIELD BECAUSE IT HAS A FEW CRACKS... GREAT PEOPLE AND PLACE...

After dealing with 6 different dealerships I was ready get in and get what i wanted without stretching my limits in either direction and that is exactly what happened. The salesman was very friendly and not overly friendly that he came off as trying to hard to sell me a vehicle. Reasonable conversation with laughter and fun included. They didn't have to run back and forth a million times and bring 2 other managers over to convince me to buy. One time is all it took and I was sold. The only down part is waiting for the paperwork to get done knowing that the vehicle is yours. The financial person was very personable and professional. They explained everything to me in detail; being a first time buyer this was exponentially helpful. The rest of the staff were easy going and comfortable to be around. Definitely recommend Coulter Nissan for anyone!!!

I am in the market for a used electric car on a fixed budget of $16K. I exchanged emails with Dealer's Internet Director Molly ref their 2011 Leaf and my limited budget. I was told they are open to negotiation and have a summer clearance event. At their request on September 5, 2014, I drove over 50 miles to visit and test drove the Leaf. When discussing final price, etc with the Sales Rep I asked if this used car came with two Smart keys and was promised by the Sales Rep (Miguel Avila) that if not, they would provide the second key at no cost to me. Following further negotiation with Sales Rep and Shift Sales Manager Richard Lazo I received their best offer which was above what I had communicated to their Sales Director Molly. Anyway, after discussing with my wife that night,, I agreed on the higher price as long as a window tint was also provided. They agreed to do do so. Upon my second visit to sign the "papers", I was told that the promised second key would cost extra. Their shift Manager Scott was completely disinterested in the promise made by his staff and was the stereotypical Sales person that we all abhor - condescending and disinterested in his customer. I wont be buying from Coulter ever.

My name is Rudy and I live in Cocoa, Florida. I purchased a set of brake pads for my son's 2001 Nissan Maxima and when I got them I discovered that Nissan had switched rear brake calipers in mid 2001. So my Maxima carried 2000 rear calipers. I called Brad Martin and he immediately checked my VIN, then he ordered the 2000 model brake pads. The pads came in the next day, Brad sent me a photo comparing the old and new pads, then I confirmed that my Maxima carried the older pads. Brad then immediately shipped the 2000 model pads to me, trusted me to send him back the 2001 pads, and I put on the correct pads this past weekend. That is the best customer service I've ever had. Brad Martin is hands down the most courteous and effective representative of this dealership. This experience makes me want to do all my car dealings with Coulter Nissan. I wish that I lived in Surprise Arizona, I would buy and service all my cars at this dealership. I highly recommend Brad Martin to all Nissan owners and buyers, over and over again. This is my experience, and I stand by my recommendations.Sincerely,Rudy I.Khan

The Service Department was rude to me. I purchased tires from this dealership and three of the four tires have had bubbles on them tires are only 6 months old with good tread. This time they told me that it was not there problem and tire are not faulty it is road hazard. I had purchased car here and serviced it here regular basis till recent. The way they treated me was a reflection that they don't want my business I will find new dealership that wants my business.

I drove almost an hour and a half to see a used Madza Miata. When I called to set up the appointment and I made it clear that I was only interested in that car and asked Molly to be sure to call me if the car was not going to be available. When I got there the salesman (Mohammed) asked for all my contact information for the computer system then took me in the golf cart to see the car. Along the way he stopped to try to et me to look at several other cars which I had no interest in seeing. Only then did he tell me the Miata had been sent to the body shop for some touch up and would not be available till sometime next week. The trip to Coulter Nissan was a complete waste of time. They knew when Molly called the day before to confirm the appointment that the car was not going to be available. They have no regard for the customer and a shady way of doing business. I'm not convinced they ever had the car and weren't running a bsit and switch. Definitely undependible and I will never go there again!!!!!!!
The "Altima" Experience
Mar 19, 2014
Used the internet quoting process and was contacted quickly and with good information. Sales staff were knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured. They did not steal my driver's license or car keys like other dealerships have done in the past. They actually had the car that was advertised for the price listed on the website. There were however some dealer add on items that were not fully disclosed, like window tint, wheel locks, window etching, etc. I thought those prices were a little bit over inflated but probably inline with other dealers in the area. I was able to negotiate those prices down a little bit so it wasn't as bad as it could have been . All in all, one of the better car buying experiences, and I was there for a total of about 3 hours instead of an all day affair.

We were looking for a used, 2013, Chrysler 300C. After checking Cars.com, we found 3 or 4 that fit our requirements. Coulter Nissan was the first dealer we visited. After meeting salesman Marc Cone, we test drove the car. Well we wound up not visiting any other dealer, and bought the car. They tinted the windows and fixed some scratches. Drove it home that night. A pleasant experience, and I hate buying cars. Would recommend to my friends.

This is my 3rd car bought from Coulter Nissan , I have bought many more prior thru Performance Dodge owned by Coulter. Probably makes over 10 cars purchased thru Coulter dealerships never a bad experience on any of them . They are always honest , low pressure and the price advertised is the real price not a gimmick and yes they have the car advertised and yes they Will sell you that vehicle . I enjoy buying a car at Coulter Nissan because they treat you like family not a conquest and try to get you a good deal ! It is not just the salesman , but the finance people , even the guys that detail your car really treat you like a VIP. When you get to the actual financing of your vehicle they go over all your options low pressure and allow you to only choose what you want . What more can I say I have looked at the other dealers but always come back to the Best !

I took my 2013 Nissan Titan PRO4X in for warranty work. I understand not being able to duplicate the issue on demand made it difficult to repair but when they decided to replace my wire harness as a maybe and I was concerned. The wire harness did not fix the problem but they damaged the passenger seat and headliner and stripped the skid plate screws. I had to take the truck to another Nissan dealership where they were amazed that someone let alone aNissan dealer had caused such careless damage. I had attempted to have the service manager remedy the problems but he seemed like I was wasting his time when I spoke to him. I would tell anyone to stay away from the service department at Coulter Nissan.

Do not do any service with them if you have half a brain. This place is awful and have no problems lying to your face. I found the car I wanted there, drove 3 hours to go get it. I signed all the paper work, I had to leave the car there while they were fixing it, the check engine light was on. So I was going to have them fix that, tint the windows and they were going to deliver it to me. AWESOME! I felt like it was a pretty solid deal and was happy. Then two days go by and they tell me it will be done the next day for sure at the latest. That day goes by and I get a call saying it wont be done until the middle of next week because of a new spark plug. Since when does it take a week and a half to replace something so simple? Long story short, they brought me my truck back (which was the nicest thing they did) but still I was being lied to the whole time. They made promises that they would not deliver. I am incredibly upset with my experience there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!!

I just purchased a new car at Coulter Nissan and this was by far the best and least stressful car buying experience ever. My salesman was very friendly and helpful, the ladies in the finance department were equally friendly, and even the guy behind the "magic wall" is awesome. There wasn't any pressure applied like there is at other dealerships, just the facts and an overwhelming pleasant experience. I would recommend Coulter 100% to anybody who's in the market for a car. Not only will I take my car there for service, but they'll get the first look the next time I'm in the market for another vehicle.

Once again I am more than pleased with Coulter Nissan's sales staff , finance mgrs. and everyone . I purchased a New Nissan Rogue first part of September they had lots of rebate and Coulter markdowns thus making my deal possible due to a almost new trade in ! I really enjoy dealing with Coulter Nissan because of there low key approach , prices are always honest and very fair probably within a grand of the best deal price right from the start! On this purchase the original price of there car was the low internet price right up front no haggle , then my trade in was very close to KBB trade in value , with some haggling we struck a good deal . The finance manager saved me even more money by pro rating my tags on my trade in thus financing less up front . Even the back lot guy was great that prepped the vehicle for delivery (Was Raining ) He tried hard to have the car spotless for delivery . I would and do recommend this dealership often because of their honesty and integrity in dealing with their customers . On that note I called parts department just the other day to get some parts for flood lights , they took the extra time to research and find out I did not need any additional parts ! Once again great Dealership , great personnel , great prices and great service !

My experience with this dealership was less than favorable. I would like to let you know a couple things that were very disappointing to me. First of all, I took the time to drive up to the dealership from Tucson expecting to make a deal on a Toyota Tacoma truck. I had taken the time to research this vehicle on the internet and was excited about driving it home that night. I took a test drive with our salesman, Saul and after consulting with my wife, we agreed that this truck would meet our needs. We then spoke to Saul, who was very gracious & a pleasant man and we proceeded to inquire about the total cost of the vehicle. We discussed the price and at that point he brought Richard Lazo over to negotiate a price for the truck. Richard refused to make any negotiation at the initial conversation. He then insulted us by offering only $2000.00 trade-in value for our Ford F150 XLT 4X4 super cab truck that has been babied and pampered the entire time we have owned it. We bought our truck directly from Jim Click Ford in Tucson, which had low mileage and we were given a clean Carfax report. We have taken extremely good care of this truck and according to Kelly Blue Book, we could sell this for around $7,000. Also, according to Kelly Blue Book, the low value for this truck as a trade-in, with the low mileage and all the options was at least $4,300. Richard then insulted us by insinuating the truck odometer had been rolled back. We were extremely surprised to hear this! We have always taken our truck to the dealership for service and repair and we have never had any type of issues. We informed Richard that we were not going to trade in our truck and we were fully prepared to negotiate a deal for about $16,500 and he would not consider this offer. He informed us that Kelly Blue Book priced the vehicle for about $22,000 and would not consider anything less than $19,997. We continued to discuss with Richard for almost two hours, that we were wanting to purchase the truck and wanted our price out the door to be no more than $20,000. I fully understand that Coulter Nissan is in the business of selling cars, but I also understand that negotiations can take place. Richard kept bringing up the Kelly BB price on the Toyota Tacoma to our attention, but refused to consider the Kelly BB price for our truck. Now how ironic is that? It was also extremely uncomfortable in this establishment, as the sales people have private discussion in an open environment. During the time that we were there, we were able to hear personal, financial and private discussions in the cubes next to ours. A total of about 6 customers apparently were either not approved or Richard was unable (or unwilling) to negotiate deals, so they all walked out. The final offer that was made to us by Richard was $21,279 approx. out the door for us. We offered him an even $20,000 out the door and he adamantly refused to negotiate the $1,200 difference. How unfortunate... We were fully prepared to make a very good down payment (in cash) and drive the vehicle home that night. Luckily, having a very good credit score helped in being pre-approved for a car loan as well. Because Mr. Lazo was unwilling to budge however, we never got to that bit of information. Unfortunately, Richard refused our offer and lost a sale, as well as a potential returning customer. We certainly will share our thoughts and experience with our family and friends, so when they are in the market for a vehicle, they do not consider Coulter Nissan.

My experience with this dealership was less than favorable. First of all, I took the time to drive up to the dealership from Tucson expecting to make a deal on a Toyota Tacoma truck that I had taken the time to research on the internet. I was called two or three times by the dealership after sending an email to them via an online posting. So I was excited about going up to Surprise, purchasing this truck and driving home in a new vehicle. The truck appeared to have most of the items that I was looking for in a vehicle. I took a test drive and after consulting with my wife, we agreed that this truck would meet our needs. We then spoke to Saul who was very gracious salesman and we proceeded to inquire about the total cost of the vehicle. We discussed the price and at that point he brought Mr. Richard Lazo to negotiate. Richard refused to make any initial offer. He then insulted us by offering $2000.00 as a trade-in for our Ford F150 XLT 4x4 SuperCab. We bought our truck directly from Jim Click Ford in Tucson and it had low mileage and we were given a clean Carfax report. We have taken extremely good care of this truck and according to Kelly Blue Book, we could sell this truck for about $7,000. The trade-in value was $4,300! Richard further alleged that the truck odometer had been rolled back. We were extremely surprised and insulted that he would insinuate this. We have always taken our truck to the dealership for service and repair and we have never had any type of issues. We informed Richard that we were not going to trade in our truck, and we were fully prepared to negotiate a deal and he would not consider our offer. He informed us that Kelly Blue Book priced the new vehicle for about $22,000 and would not consider anything less than $19,997. We continued to discuss with Richard for almost two hours, that we were wanting to purchase the truck and wanted our price to be no more than $20,000 "out the door". Now, I fully understand that Coulter Nissan is in the car business, but I also understand that we should be able to negotiate a better price. As Richard kept bringing the Kelly BB price to our attention for the new truck, we brought up the Kelly BB value for our truck. It is ironic that one value is regarded as being set in stone, but the same reporting agency is dismissed when giving another value for something else. It was also extremely uncomfortable that in this establishment, the sales people have private discussion in an open environment. During the time that we were there, we were able to hear personal financial information and private discussions in the cubes right next to us. A total of about 6 customers apparently either were not approved or Mr. Lazo was unable (or unwilling) to negotiate deals, so they all walked out. The final offer that was made to us by Richard was approx. $21,000. We offered him an even $20,000 "out the door" and he adamantly refused to negotiate the difference. We were fully prepared to make a good and solid down payment in cash and having a very good credit score, we were already pre-approved for an auto loan. We were also looking forward to driving the vehicle home that night. Unfortunately, by Richard refusing any offers, we did not even get to those details. Therefore, Coulter Nissan lost a sale that afternoon and a potential return customer. We certainly will share our thoughts and experience with our family and friends, so when they are in the market for a vehicle, Coulter Nissan is not on their list.

My name is Vincent and I work out of town 2 weeks a month and I need a new car. So I contact Ashley Butler via the Internet sales and she was a great help . We did most of the sale via email, the price she quoted me thru the Internet was the exact price I paid when I was able to make it to the dealership. This was the best experience I ever had buying a car and I have bought more then my fare share of cars . So in closing if you are interested in buying a Nissan I highly recommended Coulter NIssan.

I recently purchased a new Altima from this dealership and I can't say enough great things about how I was treated and the price I was given. The price online is the price you will pay!! If you have no trade its simple to estimate an out the door price. They will not chase after you into the parking lot if you try to leave and they won't send in a "closer" to finish the deal. I had the pleasure of dealing with Saul and he was great from beginning to end. He is a great guy, knows everything about the cars he is selling, and is willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy. I have purchased many cars from many dealers over the past ten years and this by far has been the greatest experience of them all. If you are in the market for a new Nissan I highly suggest you give Coulter a chance to earn your business!! I believe all of the other Nissan dealers in the Phoenix area are owned and operated by Van Tuyl which will pressure you to death and pull all of the shady car buying tricks on their customers. Please give this family owned business a chance to show you that buying a car can be a pleasant experience. It's worth the drive.

We drove over an hour, each way, to buy a car from Coulter Nissan and I don't regret one minute. The pricing they quote is absolutely what they sell for. While I couldn't get an exact "out the door" price over the phone or e-mail, I was promised the only additional costs would be the $399 doc fee, taxes, tag and title - and that's exactly how it was. All the dealers charge a doc. fee (some much higher) and the rest was exactly just what the government requires. You can easily add it up yourself to know what to expect. And Alyssa, my patient and pleasant internet sales manager, did give me a ballpark percent estimate which was pretty darn close to the actual outcome. When we arrived, we briefly met but didn't work with my internet sales manager. Instead we were introduced to Miguel, who showed me the car we were interested in, took us for a test drive, and pointed out the important features. He showed me the details of the sales numbers, got some more information from me, had me sign some papers and we wrapped up his part quickly and easily. No push for a more expensive model, no hard sale for upgrades or extras - no pressure at all. He understood what we wanted and left it at that. The extra was pleasant small talk while we waited for a finance person to become available.Next was Ryan for financing. The financing department also provides the extended warranty information and sales. Ryan went over those options, thoughtfully pointing out the parts he felt most valuable, and left it up to us to decide to buy or not. It wasn't as expensive as I'd remembered from previous car purchases, but I decided to decline. Ryan graciously accepted our answer and moved on - no warnings of certain financial doom, or chastising for being so "foolish." The actual financing part was trivial (I used the online application before we went in), our credit is decent so standard rates from NMAC and no extra fees or charges, just sign a couple of papers. And that was it. About two hours total - including the test drive, a tour of the shop and some brief waits here and there. I have never had such a pleasant end-to-end car purchase. No hard sell, no games, no tricky wording, no lies, no salesman Jedi mind tricks." They've got a class act team and an exceptional way of doing business. I will tell everyone who will listen.

Let me start off to say that I am completely satisfied and happy with the purchase of my new Nissan Sentra! Anyone that has ever purchased a automobile knows the games that dealerships play, well NOT at Coulter Nissan! I have purchased from Coulter when it was in Glendale and was Performance Dodge and was Always very happy with the professional , easy sell, with no pressure , and always the best deal up front ! Well I purchase a new Nissan Sentra today and traded in another vehicle in the deal and once again the whole purchase was so relaxing and easy. No hard sell they gave me a fair trade in allowance 1st offer , the sale price was great and never changed in the deal . Roger Clark was truly great to deal with , soft sell with all the info I required to make the purchase. And then get thru the process and out the door quickly . So if your ever wanting to buy a Nissan or any car check out Coulter Nissan first you won't be disappointed and will make a great deal too!

My car buying experience was probably the best I've ever had at any dealership. I worked with a few different people and everyone was equally as friendly and helpful. They got me a great deal on the Bmw I purchased with payments that fit my budget. (Thanks Rene'!) I worked with Clay who is an awesome country boy from Texas. Nate who can run faster then a bull and Ricardo aka Richard. I'd definitely recommend this dealership over any other around. It's brand new, modern and very clean! Thanks again guys!

We experienced the BEST vehicle buying of our lives!! ( and we've bought alot of them) The facility is brand new and beautiful. The salespeople are awesome! Yeah Ryan! I don't think they know the meaning of pressure sales. They listened to us and delivered. We bought a previously owned 2011 Titan, and couldn't be happier! We're telling everyone we know about how wonderful they are. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Surprise. If you want the greatest vehicle buy experience of your life, this is where you go! They treat you the way you should be. Thank you!

Poor communication pr lack of. Went in on a Thursday, was told my credit would be looked at and would receive a call. Waited till Saturday, was told that they just happened to be working on it and that I would recieve a call back soon. On Sunday, I called back after no call was returned. Was told that the finance person doesn't work Sundays, so this must be the first dealership in the history of car dealerships that doesn't make sales on a weekend. Now on Tuesday, I call back and ask where we are at. I'm told that finance person lost a dog and went home early, not to mention that the car I went in for was sold and I wasn't notified. Poor operation, highly advise to go in pre approved or go elsewhere.

I have bought 3 cars from Coulter Nissan and from the 1st to the 3rd purchase my experience was the same. Excellent, excellent, excellent. The price advertised was the price offered. The sales staff is friendly and accommodating.F&I was fast and none of the high pressure to sell add ons, they respected my wishes the first time I told them I wanted no add ons. The delvery was great the car was spotless and ready to go on an odessey to Flagstaff. It's a real bummer they are moving way out west but change is inevitable. I guess I'll be going out to see them in there new location. Thanks Guys!

I would highly recommend this dealership for many reasons, but mainly because of the level of customer service they provide. I went in recently to purchase a used vehicle and this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone from the Fleet Manager to the salesman to the Finance Director treated me with the utmost respect and really listened to my needs. The next time I want to purchase a vehicle, I am heading straight for Coulter Nissan.

We have bought from Coulter Cadillac in the past and have always had great service. I had my doubts that the Nissan dealership would be the same, but I was pleasantly surprised. I shopped online and had other dealerships that would not give me an out the door price without coming in so they could sell me. Coulter however gives you the out the door price after incentives right up front. All you have to do is estimate tax, license and doc fee, and you know what you are paying. They truly had no dealer add-ons. All options like clear coat or extended warranty were offered, but not hard sold. We dealt with Enrique, who is in the sales department, and had no problems with Coulter honoring the internet price. Coulter obviously teaches customer service at all levels from sales to the internet department to finance. We bought a lower end Rogue and were treated like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. We are very pleased with the Rogue that we purchased, the price we paid and the service we received.

As I have mentioned in a prior review, I had a very bad experience at ABC Nissan. When I visited Coulter it was because the dealership was listed on Bank of America's site where I had obtained my pre-approval. But the experice far exceeded my expectations. Very friendly group- respectful and knowledgable. They met my needs. I had a definite idea of the car I wanted. They showed me that car-not something with a ton of bells and whistles that I didn't want. I don't know if this is common practice, and I know car dealerships must sell, sell, sell. But I did not feel pressured. Enrique my sales person was great. He even stayed and chatted with me while Ryan Coulter was preparing my paperwork. Ryan was also great to deal with. I appreciated the family atmosphere and would definitely do business with Coulter again.I will mention that I had stated I wanted a leather interior. Traci, the Internet fleet manager I talked to prior to my visit, told me I could order it after my purchase and that the price was reasonable. Enrique also mentioned it and managed to get it worked into the deal. Yesterday Katie for the Service Dept called to make sure of my color selection, since it was not the factory match. I so appreciated this and took her advice and changed the color. I was very surprised and pleased to get a call from her today telling me that my leather is in. I will leave the car tomorrow and Coulter will give me a rental for the day. I can't wait to write a review about the Service team too. This may sound like a lot, but I have not purchased a car in almost 13 years. My Pathfinder had 150,000 miles and while it was still running great I felt I needed to get a new car now. After the fiasco at ABC Nissan I was discouraged and not looking forward to getting this done. Coulter changed my opinion. Thank you so much to Traci, Enrique, Ryan and lastly Katie for all they have done for me!Kathy Pechman

I had a terrific car buying experience at Coulter. I was able to buy the vehicle thousands less than anywhere else I looked. Mollie and Amber were able to quote me a price right away without the nonsense that I was experiencing at nearly all of the other Nissan dealers. They didn't mark up the vehicle with the notorious desert protection package. The vehicle came with free window tint. They had just the vehicle I wanted. The person took care of me at the dealer, Nate, was great. He was even able to give me a ride to drop off my other car. Thanks to Ryan in financing, who made this quick and easy. Overall great experience from the first email to driving it home.

The experience was so amazing and a complete polar opposite from "The Biggest" Nissan Dealership in the valley! I didn't feel any pressure at all. The entire staff was professional and friendly, but most importantly respectful to my needs as a consummer. We were in the market to purchase two smaller, fuel efficient vehicles and bought the New Cube first and noticed they had a Mini Cooper as well in the used vehicle and came back the very next day and purchased that. Two cars in Two days is completely unusal for us, but because of the service it was easy to do. It's been 1 week since we purchased the cars and I have spread the word on my experience to just about everyone I know, the whole story from the horrid experience at the other guys to the I almost can't believe this is really a car dealership wonderful experience.Thank you everyone at Coulter, keep up the great work!!!!

Went to Coulter Nissan looking for a car for my son. Started out on the internet and received an immediate response from Mollie and Traci. They stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. They paired me with salesperson Brian who was very patient and facilitated the sale of a Nissan Altima. Dana in finance was also very helpful. She informed us of our warranty options and answered all our questions. Not once did we feel overly pressured, and we appreciated their willingness to make the deal work. You owe it to yourselves to include this dealership in your search before making a final decision on a purchase.

Mollie was very pleasant and made my experience as a first time car owner a very good one. The entire process was extremely easy and every step was explained to me. She was able to understand exactly what I was looking for and match me with the most accurate car within my budget and made sure that I was able to walk out with the keys the same day. She went out of her way to find me the best deal possible and even assisted me in finding the most beneficial payment plan. I would highly recommend this dealership and saleswoman.

I was searching for a new Titan for over thirty days, and found the best deal and experience at Coulter Nissan. Not only did the internet department answer all my questions correctly, they were the first dealer to respond to me. I shopped four dealers in Arizona, and Coulter was the only one who did not try to swindle me to pay for tinted windows, pin stripe, low jack etcI got free tinted windows and the internet price is what I paid!!!! I was SHOCKED by how easy it was to buy a vehicle from Coulter Nissan! I recommend everyone to contact the internet department at Coulter Nissan, you will be just as shocked and impressed as I still am!!

I began my search for a vehicle online and was soon inundated with phone calls from various dealerships and even multiple salespeople from the same dealerships and got the expected heavy sales pitch. Basically a typical car buying experience. I had two dealerships in particular who were going to get me pre-approved as I wanted no surprises nor did I want to waste my time or theirs. I did not hear back with anything definitive from the two dealers I had narrowed my search down to. I originally intended on purchasing a Nissan Sentra but during my search became completely in awe and in love with the Nissan Rogue. I thought perhaps it would be out of my reach and not possible but figured it would be a dream or a goal for my next vehicle. I started pricing them just for curiosity sake and that led me to Coulter Nissan. I had no idea that search would be such an amazing defining moment in my life. I received a response from Traci in the Internest Sales Dept and was completely taken by her personality and really just got a good vibe from her and I made the decision to go in and meet with her. Upon meeting her in person the good vibe became a great vibe and she was as awesome in person as she was on the phone, which only confirmed my gut feelings and also made me extremely happy and comfortable with my decision to choose Coulter. Traci introduced me to Brad Fraser who was actually the gentleman who had opened the door for me and had gotten Traci for me, Brad was beyond amazing, he was so genuine and caring and positive. I have honestly never had a car salesman treat me with dignity, respect, humor, kindness and sincerity, completely unheard of. We spoke of the Sentra and the Rogue, which I thought was not to be but Brad and his team of Finance people made it happen. I got an excellent price on the Rogue and a very fair price on my trade in, I was beyond happy. Ryan was my Finance guy and as humble and down to earth a guy you will ever meet, you would never know his last name is Coulter :) he and Rene (Finance Mgr) worked there magic and made my dream come true and managed to get me a much better interest rate than I had expected, things just got better and better. I have never had a car buying experience quite like this, I still cannot stop smiling, the only thing that possibly could have made it better, maybe, would have been to have someone rubbing my feet and someone else feeding me grapes. Two thumbs up for the amazing staff at Coulter Nissan! Call Traci, Call Brad, they will take great care of you and have you smiling from ear to ear, like me! Thanks for everything!!!Lucy Olibarria

I was searching for the best deal (like everyone else), I tried couple of dealership, found one but it was on wholesale already. They tried to pull it back but I found another 350z at coulter nissan! The best deal/purchase I ever had!Starting from the internet people (Amber), to the salesman (Len), then to the Finance Lady and lastly the Sales Manager...(sorry Im very poor on remembering names) But I wont forget Coulter Nissan! You guys rock, from pricing the trade, pricing the used 350Z! Overall buying experience is a blast! For some reason the airbag light came "on" after detail, but the sales manager took care of it. (he gave me a we owe to fix it)...I hope all dealership is like yours, I would be proud to work for you guys! Thanks for the good deal and again thanks to everybody who help me.

I would like to provide a little back story. My husband and I have a teenage son that we thought could have my car and I would get a new/used car. Our credit has taken some hits from the mortgage problems and health problems in the last year. However despite that we have enough income to support another car payment and have been considering stopping by a dealer. My husband and I noticed a car online that we were interested in. I called the dealer and spoke with Amber and she verified it was still in inventory. She was friendly and asked me if I wanted to come and look at it. When I spoke with her I told her that our credit is not looking real good but I would stop by.I stopped by and drove the car with Miguel, he was very nice and patient. I went home, picked up my husband and went back so he could drive the car. Miguel and Ron (sales manager) came out and spoke with us about the car. We left were there until the dealership closed looking around at other cars. The next day Amber calls and asks if she could send me an application for credit. I expressed again that if she can't do anything for us it is fine as we haven't applied for credit in over four years and I really didn't know where we stood. She said they have over 30 creditors and that they serve multiple demographics all the time. I filled out the application and she called me about a 1/2 hour later saying that financing said we should be able to get a car they just needed to get one of the banks to offer financing. We discussed the terms we were looking for and she said she would call back.A few hours later I was going to be tied up in meetings so I emailed Amber and said to please feel free to email me with either good or bad news as I was unavailable until 5pm but that I would be in touch after that. Shortly there after I received an email from Mollie stating "Hi - Thank you for your response. We are still waiting to hear back from the bank. Once we have a response we will contact you as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and I hope you have a great day!"24 hours went by and I had not received a phone call, email, smoke signal or anything so I sent another email. I expressed my disappointment to Mollie that they could have at least done me the decency of calling and saying hey you know what we can't get you financed right now, sorry. I mean a go to hell would have been better than being ignored. Eight hours go by, nothing. I called the dealership and asked for the email address of the manager. They tell me it is Terry Lee and provide me the email address. I email him a description of this above not verbatim but close, and it has now been another 15 hours and nothing from him. My husband was sitting here with me a moment ago and asked if the dealer ever called. I told him no. He said he called Amber yesterday and said "Hey, my wife never heard back from you guys." She took his cell number, gave a fake apology and said she would look into it. 12 hours later...nothing.I realize dealerships are not open 24 hours a day and that people have viable good credit clients coming in that they are helping but it is upsetting when you are discarded without a second thought. Wednesday is when I walked onto the dealership, today is Saturday. We vote with our wallets and even though right now we are apparently not worth the risk of offering an auto loan to we will be again and even though we love Nissan, I can tell you Coulter will not be where we spend our money.I am not about bashing people for making errors. It is human to error, but this is now three people who apparently don't care and I'm a little bitter about it.

I had a terrific experience with the Coulter team from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away in my new car!! I am a repeat customer--what does that tell you? This team GETS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT!!Mollie and Rich were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were interested in making me a happy customer at each step along the way. They more than went the extra mile for me each and everytime and I consider myself to be a very picky customer. Renee in financing also did an outstanding job. She was very friendly and did a tremendous job in getting me the best financing rate possible even though I thought I had already secured a great deal through my credit union. She is extremely good at what she does and made the whole process a breeze and fun. (Hard to believe I know--but it was)I truly felt like a member of the family by the time I got ready to leave. Ron J. was also great to work with and was not your typical high pressure manager/closer. You could tell he took great pride in his employees as well as making sure the focus was on the customer. Everyone I came in contact with had a great attitude and enjoyed what they were doing. I also experienced this same great customer service with the service department for a couple of custom installs!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! YOU ALL ROCK AS A DEALERSHIP!! I'LL DEFINITELEY BE BACK!!!THANK YOU!!!

Amber and Brian were great to work with. I was in the market for about a year and went a few different times to look at cars. They were not pushy and were very honest. I ended up buying a used Honda which I absolutely love! The air conditioner was acting funny the first few days I had it so I took it in and they reset my AC no problem. I also like their Tuesdays ladys day for oil changes! I would recommend this dealership all the way. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Was just a pleasure to do business with! Not at all what I expected. I would buy there again. My wife and I had been to several other dealerships and we were pressures at those dealerships. When we went to Coulter Nissan, we kept waiting for a manager to come in and try to bully us into buying a car like at the other dealerships.

I worked with two of Coulter NIssan's best during my transaction Amber Palmateer the Internet Fleet Manager and Mollie Arnold the Internet Director. They were kind and courteous throughout my unusual transaction of purchasing a vehicle from out of state. I live in Dallas, TX and that they were able to go out of there way to make this sale happen for me is beyond impressive, I have to thank everyone who I had contact with including Rich De Jesus the General Sales Manager, Ryan Coulter the Assistant Manager and Terry Lee the General Manager. These gentlemen went above and beyond for me and I would recommend Coulter Nissan without hesitation to anyone shopping for their new Nissan. I am very excited to get my new Nissan Cube so very soon and my sister Amanda and I are looking forward to having a much easier time of things in Dallas as well as be in a quality Nissan vehicle as we head off the the bus lines and into a safe vehicle for our work and many appointments we always have. Thanks so much for making this possible I really don't have the proper words for what this staff did for the quality of the lives of my sister Amanda and myself.

I had an amazing experience when I recently purchased my daughter a new Nissan Sentra. I spoke with Amber and she helped me locate some options. She was very professional and has fantastic customer service skills. I leased my Nissan Maxima through Ambers help and was very pleased with the entire experience. Amber and Richard are the reason I came back to Coulter, which by the way is a bit of a distance from my home but very well worth it. During my last visit I had the pleasure of working with Brad in sales. Again what a fantastice experience. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff at Coulter was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would not go anywhere else and refer friends and family to them when the opportunity arises. If you need more information I can be reached at 480-225-8727.Lisa Fletcher

Mr. Eric Dohrman has made my wife Kathy and I raving fans of Coulter Nissans and of himself for life. From the purchase of are Marono SL last March 2010, to the most recent purchase of our Altima SR this April 2011, we became fans for life. Most recently, my wife and I had an issue of being without a car since, my VW Jetta caught fire. That night, after we got home from the junk yard, we called Mr. Dohrman about getting a new car. This was on March 21, 2011. The next day we looked at the Coulter Nissan web site for new car. We found 1 car that we liked, Altima SL, but the color was not to our liking and we were not sure about the engine size. When we informed Mr. Dohrman on what we wanted, he took massive action and found us our new car. On March 28, 2011, Mr. Dohrman called with the Amazing News. He informed us that he found us an Altima SR, which has the bigger engine, with all the safety features we wanted. Not only was he able to get the car we really wanted, but was able to get the monthly payments we wanted too. My wife and I were not able to go get the car nor drive the car until April 2, 2011, that Saturday. When April 2, 2011 came we went to Coulter Nissan to drive and buy our Car. When we arrived we saw the car we talked about in the delivery area. A Black Altima SR. Thank You Mr. Dohrman, You made Raving Fans Once Again. From the purchasing the Marono SL, to purchasing the Altima SR, the customer services was Outstanding form start to finish. The Service Department Is Outstanding Too!

purchased thru the internet department, was more than satisfied with the professional way I was treated....would highly recommend Coulter Nissan to anyone wishing to purchase. I was treated with great respect, my needs came before those of the dealership, it was not a "hard" sell. Loved my experience with them!

My experience with Coulter Nissan was excellent, they were professional and friendly and helped me attain my goals. Jennilyn was my first contact and she emailed me the tools I needed to make sure that I was in a position to trade my vehicle and get a used vehicle. Then I made an appointment, she confirmed and I drove over 20 miles to this dealership. The sales associate Pete was great, really patient and answered all my questions, he made sure I liked the vehicle before trying to make any kind of deal. He was honest and direct about everything. We did not have to go back and forth for an answer to the amount I needed for the trade so it would make sense to purchase their vehicle. After we made the deal for the trade and purchase I was helped in finance by Lisa. She was great, she explained everything and worked with us to get the best financing available for us. The entire few hours was easy and not stressful, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure approach to selling vehicles. I really appreciated the customer service and the friendliness of everyone there.

I was looking for reviews of Coulter Nissan because I used to work for the Coulter Dodge dealership that was once at the same location and was stunned to see the review posted from 2000. How is that possible?? Coulter Nissan only became a Coulter Dealership in 2009! I don't know where that person bought his car but it wasn't at Coulter Nissan. That review is totally wrong and terribly misleading. I know this from 5 years of personal experience with Coulter Automotive. They are a low key dealership and stress good customer service. This site seems to have made a mistake when listing that review.
What’s more, Coulter Nissan of Surprise has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Coulter Nissan. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Coulter Nissan is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
