There is a dealership where I live 5 minutes away, but I drive 45 minutes to Country Chevrolet Buick. The customer service experience there is awesome. EVERYONE who works there (management, sales, finance, service, office, etc...) is so helpful and accommodating, My husband and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The Service departmet has gone above and beyond the call to repair an electrical issue on my 05 Vette. GM at Bowling Green KY. ( the factory Techs) are grasping at straws even to resolve the issue. Love the service and attention I have received to this point.

Brad went above and beyond for our family. He was honest, direct, quick, and very helpful in deciding what vehicle was right for us and fit within our budget. Brad was very approachable and followed up to make sure all of our questions were answered. Typically the car buying process has been painful, takes all day long, etc. That was NOT our experience here. I HIGHLY recommend Country Chevrolet!! Friendly service! Didn't hover around like vultures and they worked with me through everything. I made an apointment ahead of time and they had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. After the test drive we arrived at a fair price without any problems. The business manager was friendly but professional and we were on our way home with our used car in record time!

I anyonehave had my 96 Chevy 6.5 turbo diesel in their shop three times, trying to diagnose a problem with the truck stalling after many gifts and attempts they charged me $2500. and the truck still has problems, I would definitely not recommend their service department to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.
