Took our 2013 truck in because of a jerking feeling when backing up or turning. They found that the transmission pump was not functioning properly. Explained the problem in depth to us. We were given a loaner vehicle and the repairs were made promptly and properly. Always good, fast, friendly service from the employees at COURT STREET FORD in Bourbonnais, Il.

Hi my name is Sheri, I brought my car for the annual oil change and tire rotation as well as a noise in my tire(s) or wheel. And as always I was happy with the service I received. Although I thought it was taking too long, I was never left to wonder too long because the staff let me know why it was taking so long and I was happy with the final results. Went in for a wiper replacement and full service oil change on 1-9-2016 with my 2006 Mustang GT. Excellent place to get your car/truck fixed. They can't do enough for you from the time you get in, to the time I left. I called ahead and made the appointment, got there and was greeted well, handed them the keys and sat down in there waiting room. MInutes later a service agent came to me, showed me a concern on my engine, talked to the man who was going to fix the problem in the work area and had everything done within 15 minutes. You don't see this at other dealers, usual wait is 2 hours. Highly recommend other's to give them a chance and see the difference. Thanks you, Jack

My salesmen, Christian McClaren, treated me with the utmost respect. I had many questions about financing and was worried about my credit score, but Christian was kind and patient, and answered all my questions. He introduced me to all the staff, which made me feel like he valued my business and wanted me to return. I saw a few cars online, and spoke with Christian before coming in. He talked to me about the vehicles I was interested in, and had me test drive the cars. I decided on a 2015 Ford Focus, and I am very happy with my decision. Christian never made me feel pressured or rushed to buy a car I couldn't afford. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car.

I recently purchased a set of tires for my Ford Explorer and also had a wheel alignment. The price of these services was $896.96. The service was excellent and my vehicle was ready for pick up in under 3 hours. The service engine soon light had came on recently and I wanted to have it checked out. I asked to have it checked after the tires had been put on and the wheels had been aligned. To my surprise, I was told that there would be $100 diagnostic charge. This was a little disappointing seeing as I had just spent nearly $900, and would have had any repairs needed performed at this dealership. I've had my vehicle serviced here for 10 years. It would have been nice to have had the diagnostic fee waived.

Now 2015, my 2005 Ford Focus was "keyed." Due to the expense of the repair the car insurance company decided to "total" the car out! This was a shock as I had paid for the car, the body other than the keyed places was in excellent shape. I was not expecting to purchase or lease another Ford until June 2016. When I expected to accept an offer for a F.T. professional position. Then I would save up 2-3k for a down payment to bring my 24 month lease payment to under $200. With the trade in being my 2005 Ford, I could then have my 2016 dream "loaded" car. Well, Brad Marcukaitis, sales manager at Court Street Ford, accomplished a miracle for me by preparing a lease package, obtaining financing, and putting me in a new 2016 Ford Focus with in 3 days!! I can continue school, and job hunting through the winter with a remote start option installed that I need for medical reasons that Mr. Marcukaitis also arranged a special accommodation for me to set. I so honor this dealership and Brad. Thank God!

Court Street Ford 558 Latham Drive, Bourbonnais, Illinois 60914 Good day, I would like to share my displeasure of purchasing a used vehicle from you. On 11-27-2015 I was out to buy a car. I had three in the area that were to my liking but had not looked online at your selection. I needed new wiper blades for another Ford I own so stopped by buy those and look to see what you had. Salesman was great. Quick to meet with me. I told him what my limits were and showed me the car I eventually bought. Now the problem comes into effect. There was a noise coming from the engine on a cold start up. The service manager came to look at it and told me that If I bought it, he would fix what was wrong. I went ahead and made the purchase, they took the car to find out what was wrong. It needed a Air conditioner compressor. The part was not in stock and would be the next week before it would be in your location. I was told that Wednesday would be the day it would be repaired. I stopped back the next day to ask if it was possible to have the car delivered to my place of employment. I was told that it would. I was given a key. That Wednesday turned into late afternoon and had not heard from anyone about the car. I called and talked to the salesman. He was confused on who was to call me. He thought the service department was and not himself. He would go and find out what state the repair was in and call me back. After the call back , my car was put off as Bourbonnais Ambulance was needing repair and took priority. It would be Thursday before they could get to it. Again, Thursday came and not heard from anyone. I called and talked to the service department to find out that the wrong part had been ordered for my car and not one in the area, so now it would be Friday now. How can a Ford dealer order the wrong part for a Ford. You have the car and the VIN number? Friday morning I called and was told that the part had not come yet and it would be afternoon. I came in Friday afternoon to check on the car. I was told the part had come in but not installed as yet. He went to talk to the person that would be installing it and said it would be two and a half hours. I waited. It was three. Not a big deal, but overall, a week to get the car? Now I get it home and try to update the Sync system and find out that there is three recalls on the car that have not been done on it. I do not understand how you missed the Air conditioner problem on first inspection. The car was not detailed well. Small things inside and under the hood was not cleaned at all. Ordering the wrong part. Not giving it priority when the part did come in. Not fixing the recalls. And not even a word about taking a week to get the car to me! To me, this seams like very poor Customer service on your part. I now have to decide where to get the cars recalls preformed at. I will not be coming to Court Street Ford for any service work, rest assured. Not a happy Customer.

I have been purchasing my vehicles from Court Street Ford since the mid-1980's. I have also used them for both service work, as well as their body shop. I have elected to do so because they have demonstrated a level of service that has "earned" my trust. I have had some trying experiences over the years and Court Street Ford has responded beyond the call of duty. Such as the time I had a breakdown with a car full of family and Thanksgiving food. My sales person sent 2 employees (and 2 cars). They told me to take one of the cars and go on my way. They took care of getting my vehicle to their dealership and completed the repair - besides the free use of the substitute vehicle. I can best describe them as fair people to do business with. Or, in a single word......trustworthy.

It's nice to be able to set your appointment online and not be told they are booked up for two weeks. Most places are closed by 5pm -so it's easy to set an appointment after work and it doesn't take long. The person who went over my car didn't try to push extra services on me like other places.

We originally came in for our appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation on our 2009 Ford Sport Trac. I had contacted Anthony Boudreau a Ford sales representative at Court Street Ford, who had been highly recommended by a good friend who has dealt with Anthony on several new cars with trade in's and couldn't say enough good thinks about him. I asked to see if he could get us a 2015 F150 2.7 Eco Boost for a test drive. So we dropped our truck off at the Quick Lane and went to look for Anthony, he was busy with another customer but called for someone to bring a new truck up and told us to take our time and we did. After we returned from our test drive we all sat down to talk about what color, and options we would really liked to have and Anthony put together our dream build sheet. After we finished Anthony did a search but nothing was just the right so he suggested if we weren't in a hurry to just order a 2016 and get everything we wanted, and that is what we did. Even though we didn't quite get to my trade in price for my truck, we made a win win deal, they shot me my their best price and told me it was good till my new truck arrived sometime in January and I can advertise my Sport Trac and test the market for a sale. Well if your still with me, I have been buying cars from Court Street when they were on Court Street I have 3 Fords now and 2 of them were new from there but never has it been this easy and I could even go as far as to say friendly. My wife was dreading car shopping with me and hardly ever goes, it can take days, but Anthony and the rest of the sale staff made it enjoyable. I have been purchasing vehicles from Court Street Ford since the late 1980's. I have also used them to service my vehicles. Because of the quality of service they perform, I am able put a lot of miles on my vehicles before I trade them. I drive 20,000 miles a year and usually trade cars at about 125,000 miles. They have always taken a personal concern with my vehicle repairs, as they know I commute and can not be stranded without a vehicle. One day I was driving my family into town (with the main dish for a family dinner with relatives) when my car broke down. I called Bob Crane, my salesman at Court Street Ford, for assistance. The next think I knew, Bob had arranged for a Court Street employee to deliver us a vehicle for our use. We transferred the food and proceeded to our family dinner, while Court Street took care of getting my car to the shop and handled the repairs. Whenever I have needed a used second car for the family, I just tell Bob Crane what I am looking for....and the price range. Given reasonable time, Bob locates the vehicle I am looking for - right on target. Over the many years, I have worked with all departments of the dealership. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect.

I trade cars often. I've dealt with many dealerships and all I can say is that if you're considering purchasing a car, you owe to yourself to stop at Court Street Ford. I first communicated with their internet specialist, Wes S. He respected my request to only contact me via email. Other dealers have not and as a result I've purchased elsewhere. I went to the showroom and met Wes in person who referred me to Ross F. my salesman. I told him that I was looking for 2015 Fusion Energi. Other dealers told me that I really didn't want that car. Ross was able to find the exact car with all of the accessories I wanted. The car was located in Grand Rapids, MI. I was told that they could get the car to their dealership in one day. Guess what? THEY DID!! They also said that if I didn't want the car, my deposit would be refunded. Jon, the sales manager gave me the numbers. No game playing, no up-selling just very honest and straightforward. I picked up the car, Ross demonstrated all of the accessories and I drove away with a smile. After reading the owners manual, I was unable to make the USB connector work properly. After making an appointment for help, Wes discovered that the media hub needed replacement. The part needed to be ordered and Debbie, in service told that it would be a lengthy repair and that I would be given a loaner. While there the owner of the dealership came up to me, thanked me for my purchase and showed genuine concern over my repair. Where else does the owner of the company thank you and talk to you at length about his concern that it is fixed properly and quickly. The car was repaired as quickly as my 20 minute drive home. Now I'm smiling even bigger than before. This dealership is the absolute BEST!!! The people, their attitudes and the facility are all top notch. Ford needs to use this location as the "Gold Standard" for all other dealers.

Years ago, when I shopped for vehicles, I usually shopped Court Street Ford and was never very satisfied with the shopping experience. It's different now. In the last three weeks, I've shopped HARD: Researched, Test-drove, internet searched, and on and on.. looking for the perfect Small SUV or Crossover, at the right price, to fit my family's needs. I physically went to ELEVEN dealerships and I ended up buying a new 2014 Ford Edge (Deep Impact Blue...gorgeous!) from Mark Craig at Court Street Ford in Bourbonnais, IL. My opinion of Court Street Ford has changed. Thank you Mark! The one negative comment I have is Brad M.... you should not argue with your salesman in front of customers..that's very unprofessional.

Court Street Ford is a local dealership south of Chicago and minutes from where I live. I was zoned in on a deal in a Chicago area Ford dealership 40 some miles away. However, my wife and I preferred to spend our money supporting our local businesses and community. But money talks and wasn't so sure Court Street Ford would match. We get there, had a really short nice chat with the owner, Jeff Chiero and then met Bob Crane to start the negotiation process. In the end, Bob and Jon Strand matched the deal. All in all, it was a very positive experience, but my wife and I were more impressed with how the negotiation went. It was a very calm environment and very friendly like. An extremely comfortable setting. It was very obvious that "excellent customer service" is a priority at Court Street Ford. And of course, Wes Sproul took the time to explain quite easily how use all the advanced technology devices that have become standard on these new cars. Talk about easy learning! Court Street Ford deserves your service and I am pretty sure your experience will be similar to mine. I got two teenage girls that will be needing their first car soon. I also would like to get a new truck soon. I think I know where I will be going!!! : )

The staff at Court Street Ford were a great pleasure to deal with. I had vehicle brought in for a inspection on a misaligned bumper, and not only did they take apart the bumper and point out the source of the issue, they issue a fix free of charge, saying that the reason they were not charging anything for the repair was because the problem could not be 100% rectified. However, the fix was still almost perfect. In addition, on the way back, one of my back tires blew, so I turned around and took my car in again for address the emergency, and the spare tire was put on free of charge.Overall, exceptional service, exceptional staff, exceptional manners. A great bunch of people, here to offer support to the customer at their own expense. A+ Highly recommended!

He showed us several different models with different color schemes, etc. More importantly he did not use excessive pressure to sell a vehicle. Due to my distraction; my car hit the concrete base of a light pole quite hard causing a considerable amount. I had gotten one estimate and at my son's urging went to Court St, Ford for a second one. Jason drove my car into the shop to assess the damage. He told me I shouldn't be driving it. I told him I didn't have rental on my insurance. H gave me the keys to a Ford Fusion 9with a full gas tank) and said we'd work it out. It took a while to order parts, etc. and fix the car.Jason kept me up to date on the progress. Meanwhile, I fell in love with the Fusion and happily drove it. When the Toyota was ready, I filled the Fusion/s tank and gave it a bath. My Toyota looked like new; I was so pleased. Excellent work!! I was not charged for the Fusion; that was a (courtesy). In this day and age, Can you imagine that?? Jason is courteous and professional but also friendly and caring. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.I tell everyone how satisfied I am and I highly recommendCourt Street Ford. And who knows? My nest car might be a Ford. Good job, Jason!!!

Purchased a 2014 Taurus, I wasn't sure what vehicle to buy , but Anthony Boudreaux was very helpful in helping me make the decision. Being that I' m not one to impulse buy, the process took several test drives and I couldn't t be happier with the service I received. This is our second vehicle we have bought at court street and would only used Anthony for our sales person.

They were able to get everything done in a timely fashion. Anthony Boudreau was very honest and helpful! He was able to answer all of the questions presented to him. Have 03 Windstar with 174000 miles. On Deselm rd when brakes started acting up. Husband said to go to Court St Ford - ask for Jeff Swank. When I arrived, another Jeff took me back to Debbie, who then got Jeff Swank. Jeff immediately said they could get van in and look at it. With in 30 minutes Jeff Swank came and got me and showed me the problem. Brakes were shot. Jeff told me what needed to be done. Art put cost together. Talked to husband and told them to go ahead. I was given a loaner car. (Debbie had said there was not any loaners available, nor could she get me to Herscher.) Jeff Swank personally worked on getting wheels off. The service and professionalism shown by Jeff Swank & Art Meyer were A+. Van was fixedc by 4 pm the next day. Cost was almost $1000 which I would have liked to be less, but knew it was fair. Just very glad I did not totally loose brakes and have accident.Thank you for all the assistance!Joyce Goodwin

As always, Jeff got me in next day and car was done at end of day. Even offered to get my daughter to class a few blocks away if she dropped car off. ONU college student. As long as Jeff is there, I will stick with buying Fords.

My 2013 Flex went in for a recall. they got me in on the day I called them. They gave me a free loaner car even though none were available, they found one for me. they even cleaned my car before giving it back at no charge. I am very happy with court street ford and I tell everyone thats the place to go.

My Expedition needed major service done to the air suspension. An appointment was made for the next day, and I was kept informed of length of stay, parts and work needed, and price. The work was done properly and in a timely manner, and I am very satisfied. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this dealer.

I hate running 40 minutes away to service my vehicle. Court Street Ford is near by and open later then when I work. The have a service to fill my tires with nitrogen for $20.00 It was quick and now I know I can just go back to Court Street Ford when my light for low tires comes on.

I won't buy from anyone else in town and I also won't buy from anyone else except John Strand! He is fantastic! Never too busy to show you a car and does not pressure you into buying. John worked with me on getting me the car I wanted and kept it under my maximum monthly limit. I would strongly recommend John and Court Street Ford to everyone I know.

Once I was checked in my Ranger was quickly brought for service. I was amazed to observe several techs coordinating together to provide "The Works" oil change, tire rotation, service and assessments. Results of the assessments were explained with clarity and suggestions for future service given with respect.

I called up on short notice. I live far away and they made a time slot for me. The mechanic took extra time and road tested the car with me in it even though it was into lunch time.The quick lane took the car right away. The whole experience was great. It seems like people really wanted to provide excellent service.

I was looking for a work car, looked at the focus, test droved it, decided to test drive a fusion, liked it, ended up buying the car. My salesmen Jeff Vaughn was very helpfull, even programmed my phone into the car for me. Jeff gave us a loaner car will the remote start was installed in are new car. I had been searching for a 2013 Ford Explorer Sport for some time throughout Central and Southern Illinois. When I was going to be in the Kankakee area, I took a chance that Court Street Ford might have what I was looking for. They did and the whole buying experience was quite pleasurable, from talking with Gary on the phone (saw the vehicle on the Internet) to Jacob Marcukaitis explaining all of the functioning systems of the Sport to Andrew (I think it was Andrew) explaining that my plates could not be transferred to the new vehicle (that was the only disappointing negative to the whole experience).

John got someone to jump my car & follow me to the dealership. He also helped and made sure I got a loaner when my car wasn't able to be fixed that day. Megan did her best to keep me informed while I waited. Eventhough they were not able to fix my car that day they did everything they could to get me home so my groceries and my son's birthday party wouldn't be spoiled.

Oil change/tire rotation went fine. However, the skid plate was not properly secured after removing to access the filter/oil pan. A couple bolts fell off and my skid plate dragged on the road. I had to take time out of my day & return to have new bolts installed.

I was in need of having our 2006 Ford 500's brakes serviced on Saturday as my daughter needed the car Monday morning. As it turned out the brakes all needed to be replacedand the people at Quick Lane were very accomodating in getting the work done.I was very pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. I originally went in to the dealer because the chrome was coming off the taillights on my 2011 Taurus. I was expecting a hassle over replacing the tail lights. Debbie was real nice and said that there would be no problem replacing all four tail lights. Debbie said she would order the parts and call me when they came in.I was expecting that it would take a week or so to get the parts in. Two days later, at 8AM Debbie called and said the parts were in and I could bring the Taurus in that day and have the tail lights replaced! On the way to the dealership, my tire pressure sensors malfunctioned. I told Debbie about this and she said she would have someone look at it. I was surprised that I didn't have to make another appointment to have this problem fixed!! GREAT JOB Debbie! thank you very much!

I WAS GREETED BY ART MEYER, TOLD HIM MY PROBLEM HE SAID THEY WILL CHECK IT OUT. THE PROBLEM WAS THE ALTERNATOR, DIDN'T TEST OUT WELL. NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. OK LETS FIX THE PROBLEM. WHAT WOULD IT COST. THE ALTERNATOR WAS $304.58 PLUS TAX AND LABOR. OK DO IT I'M HERE. TOTAL $385.46 I RECEIVED A REVIEW FORM ON MY EMAIL SO I CHECKED AROUND ON PRICES. ONE WAS $229.00 CORE RETURN OF $33.00 THE OTHER WAS $186.00 WITH CORE RETURN OF $25.00 I THINK YOUR PRICES WERE SOME WHAT HIGH!! ART AND HIS STAFF WAS FINE.

I brought my car in for an oil change one weekday morning as I was in a hurry for work. They also had a coupon on a website for an oil change which was great ! They got me in and out quickly and even noticed a low tire and quickly fixed that.This was a wonderful experience with very nice employees. I was even offered an apple (which I took) because I mentioned I did not have time for breakfast. Thank you CSF!!!!
