Chris Webb was our Salesperson. Our experience with Courtesy and Chris was GREAT!!! They made it so easy. Chris had all our info before we got there from our previous phone conversations. So when we arrived he started trying to find vehicles that our family was looking for in size and money. He brought vehicles to the door so it wasn't that we had to walk all over a lot in the cold. 2 days after having my 100,000-mile service performed by my local mechanic, I had Courtesy replace a set of lost electronic keys. They inspected the vehicle and proposed over $1000 in work that my mechanic subsequently told me was not needed, at least at this time. They wanted $411 to replace 3 light bulbs - $127 to replace the 2 interior cabin lights and $284 to replace a fog light. My mechanic replaced all 3 for $23.

My father has just bought a Mazda CX-7 from Courtesy and worked with Chris Webb and he told me that was the only person I was allowed to work with. I thought it was just my Dad being a Dad, but it was more than that. When I went to buy my own Mazda CX-7, Chris Webb went above and beyond to help me get a great car, for a price within my budget and all the bells and whistles. He went out of his way to get me taken care of when the window on my car stopped working 3 days after buying it and made sure that I was given a rental car to drive while my car was being worked on. We bought our first car from Kevin Reardon in April of this year. We asked Kevin to find a car for our daughter who was going into her senior year in high school. Everytime a car came in that Kevin felt appropriate he would text pictures and made sure we came in . In October he found the perfect 08 BMW for our daughter . I had called and spoke to a salesman concerning upgrading my daughter's car. They were shady because the would never give us a list price unless we pushed it. Why?? Then when they drove her car they said there was an ABS light on which probably means thousands in repair - however, this isn't true! There is no light on! We just had her brakes checked as well, and they were perfect. They gave us no help. They didn't want our business so we are happy to take it elsewhere!! The salesman, Tom P., who lied to us - didn't even offer us options. I would think twice before going to this place. There are no sweet deals or service.

In my opinion they are liars. I am handicapped and had a deal for them to transfer my handicapped equipment to a used car I was buying. I even got it in writing, but they have not done it and this is over 9 months ago. They will do nothing to make this right and I contacted the attorney general several times and could not get any help. They lied about putting a tow package on the vehicle which cannot even have one installed. It is impossible. Just liars and crooks. Don't go there.

I purchased a2007 Jeep Patroit less than a month aga. I have not made my first payment yet. It has been in the shop more than out. I do not believe that it had the certification done. When I purchase a used car and am told there will be no problems for at least a year, I do not expect to replace brakes, O2 sensors and now the catalytic convertor. Stay away from this place. They are BAD NEWS!!! I will NEVER go there again! Not even for repairs.

I went in for service and a few issues on my Acura. The service person took 2 days to repair things that could be done in an afternoon. One of the drivers confirmed for me that he didn't even put my car in the lift for the first day! He also lied about my tired and sold me two replacements that were not the same summer tire even when he said they were. They turned out to be all seasons! I still want to sue

We went to this dealer to look at a Prius advertised. The salesman we spoke to knew absolutely nothing about the car including the price. He said he would have to ask the manager. The manager later came out and asked if we wanted to take a test drive. We asked him the price and he said he didn't know but it was somewhere in the high teens. He also had no information regarding this particular car. We came away thinking that Courtesy needs to do a better job training their staff as they were useless in giving any information about a car. I would never buy a vehicle from this dealership as we couldn't trust them.

Very nice car and awesome deal. Could not have found a nicer, more professional and down to earth salesman that was willing to find a way to grant every request we made. The deal was done in one day (9 hours) from applying to signing papers. The salesman, David Martin, even delivered the car to us (70 miles away) due to scheduling conflicts with our jobs! Thanks to the "behind the scenes" staff that got our deal and paperwork ready so quickly!

they sold off the truck i wanted. paperwork was being process and they sold it off that night for a profit and my bargaining was not to their liking later. so ask to hold for bank paper being process if they can will sell it from under you to the other for more profit. and don't trust any of those people

I was looking for a used firebird which they had on the lot and was working with a salesperson for almost 2 weeks I live 2 hours away and told the salesperson I was driving down and was wanting to look at car in question. Upon arrival I was informed the car was being purchases by someone else who had looked at the car previously. The only thing the salesperson said was sorry. I was not happy after driving over 2 hours to find out the car I was looking to buy was sold out from under me. The salesperson should have called and told me someone was there looking to buy at the very least they had been there over an hour prior to my arrival. What a way to run a business. There name is courtesy they are far from being courteous. Buyer beware.

I'm a young female student but I'm not an idiot. The guy, Tony D, tried several times to sell me cars I explicitly said I did not want. Their sales people were standing outside smoking, it was very unprofessional. When I proceeded to tell him I was going to look at my other financing options elsewhere he rudely told me the car I wanted I would NOT get. When I graduate in May and make plenty of money, I will NOT be spending it there.

At the time I went to Courtesy, I was driving a totally unacceptable Yota Taco and the choices were to either replace it with another truck or choose a different type of vehicle.<br><br>When I called them, I had narrowed the choices to an Aztek demonstrator and a king cab Nissan at an out-of-town-dealer.<br><br>In the final analysis, the Nissan seemed the better value.<br><br>Throughout the process (I went back and got the Aztek on two occasions), Big Ed was simply great. He gave me very good numbers on my trade and on the Aztek. He never was pushy. He never insisted that the deal was "only good today" or any other such nonsense.
