We love our 2015 Chev Equinox which was purchased from Courtesy Ford through Jon Quinnell. We traded in our Toyota Tacoma pickup and we’re treated fairly and very well. Last week my wife and I purchased a new f-150 to replace our 2010 f-150. It took us several months to decide on what upgrades we would like and the size engine, gear ratio that would meet our needs. We occasionally pull a 28ft camper, we also plow a large driveway for ourselves and our son. the unit we choose was 5.0L , 3.55 lock axle, lariat. We have not had a chance to hook up the camper or plow, but we took a little road trip this weekend and was pleasantly surprised when our mileage was between 18 and 19.5 . We paid a little more than an other dealership quote, but we came back to courtesy ford because of the service.

I wasn't actually able to make a purchase here. However, Tyler was absolutely courteous and professional during my interactions. Extremely prompt and understanding. Answered every question I had immediately and fully. I'm actually sad I couldn't find a vehicle to buy from them.

I was very apprehensive about buying a "new" used car! And I had a trade-in that I needed to trade down and was kind of afraid to ask. Tyler put me at ease immediately! I had originally picked out an older used car online but he recommended me a better car with less mileage and it turned out to be a better value for me. I settled for a Certified Used Ford Fiesta. The trade in value was reasonable enough for me to be able to afford lower payments. The staff was very helpful. I especially was impressed with Tyler showing me the entire shop and introducing me to the rest of the service department, so that when I go there to get oil changes I won't be a stranger! I was in and out of there in a little over one hour! I didn't have to spend my entire day waiting and worrying. Some people told me not to go to Courtesy Ford in Thorp but I am glad I followed my gut instinct and went there. I was very impressed with the help I received and the fact that I was treated like a real customer, not just a dumb woman. Especially from Tyler who was so very helpful, kind and understanding. So glad I went local!

I actually was only taking my car in for an oil change. We just happened to see a Ford Ranger on the lot, which is like finding a four leaf clover,rare. The previous owner kept it in very good shape. The window sticker showed all of the things Coutesy Auto checked on prior to sale. Up front and honest. This is our second vehicle we have bought from Courtesy Auto. We have always been treated fairly. The staff there are very friendly. We will continue to take our business there. Thanks Courtesy Auto.

I brought by new Ford Edge in for its first oil change. I apologized that it was a bit dirty (felt bad I didn't have time to clean it out before by appointment...) When I was picking up my vehicle noticed that they had even vacuumed it for me! Super nice! Went above and beyond my expectations! :)

Just stopped because I had a warning light come on my vehicle. They took it in, put it on a hoist, and told me what the problem was. Couldn't fix at the moment but didn't charge me either.

The service was excellent. The service people looked up some details I would like to add to my Edge. The only complainant I had was the tech that could answer my questions about a problem with my passenger side mirror was not there, but I realize he can't be there all the time. We will be back.
