Came in to look at a Cadillac that they posted (priced, photos, everything) on their website and other used car site. Apparently the car wasn't "inspected" or "washed." Even though they clearly have in the photos. Pretty sure the guy didn't want to go out in the cold.

Everyone from sales and finance had my best interests in mind at all times, communicated in a timely and transparent manner, and took the time to get to know me on a personal level. They all worked to understand my needs and wants, and were able to accomplish meeting those needs and wants. I absolutely love my new XT6 and will definitely be back at Courtesy Cadillac for future vehicle needs!

The dealership is fine. However a dealership can only be as good as what they sell. Fact is: Cadillac is not known for reliability since pre gas crunch. (1970's) Cadillacs tend not to be the most affordable cars either. Right next door is a Buick dealership. Car salesmen standing in the middle of the asphalt outside. I thought I was in a fever dream. But I made it. Thanks for asking.
