I have not purchased a car in 18 years but was pleasantly surprised with the responses of Gemar Ridley via the internet. Once I actually visited the location in Conyers, I had a nice experience with JP but it did not compare with the euphoria I felt in communicating with Gemar. He put my mind at ease in the fact that Courtesy would 'take care' of me as being their customers. Kudos Gemar!

My husband and I just purchased a 2014 Doge Grand Caravan 30th Anniversary Edition. We had an awesome experience at Courtesy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They really know there business and the customer service was outstanding. I MUST give a HUGE shout out to my new friend Gemar Andre Ridley. From the moment I started looking for a vehicle online, Gemar Andre Ridley contacted me. He was not a nuisance like some salespeople can be, but he talked with me about the finer points of the purchase, what to expect in the vehicle I was trying to purchase, and how satisfied I would be if I just came in to take a look. He even told me if I was not sure about my purchase, we could get a loaner. Well, as soon as we walked in and met with Gemar, there was an instant connection, one I would equate to family! When we decided on our purchase the process was quick. We did not need to utilize the option of a loaner. We KNEW IMMEDIATELY that we had found the vehicle we wanted and Gemar walked us through the whole process with outstanding professionalism. I am so grateful to Gemar Andre Ridley and the staff at Coutesy for helping me see that all salespeople are not just trying to make a sale, but some are making new friends. I want to thank the Gemar Ridley with Courtesy Chrysler Dodge in Conyer, GA for getting me into my dream car. I purchased my vehicle from them and I had the best experience. Gemar provided excellent customer services and gave great advise on which model would be the best for me. I felt that Gemar really cared about making sure I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. He didn't pressure me or push me into any vehicle like some other dealerships I went to. He educated me on the cars and was patient in helping me choose the right one for me. I called and spoke with him before hand and he made sure that I not only received what I wanted but that I received the best service ever. He made it happen and I thank him for it. He went out of his way to make sure my family was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire car buying process. I placed a call to the Courtesy Dodge Dealership and was referred to Mr. Gemar Ridley. I told him, that I was interested in a 2013 or 2014 Dodge Charger. I explained that one of the main options I wanted was heated seats, due to a back injury and an auto immune issue. I don't tolerate cold weather well, so this feature would be a plus. I went into the dealership on Saturday, December 14th with my 2 youngest children...we talked about everything from the interior and exterior color choices, mileage, the differences in the models, pricing, etc. all of which Mr. Ridley kindly and patiently answered every question about. I narrowed it down to a few choices, that I was interested in and Mr. Ridley kindly went out and pulled the vehicles up to the door, so we could test drive them. I was very pleased and told him, that I would return on Monday with my husband, who would be the one making the purchase for me, as an early birthday gift. On Monday, December 16th, I called and told Mr. Ridley, we'd like to come in a little earlier than the appoinment time we agreed to and he said it wasn't a problem. He was there waiting us. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Courtesy Ford in the past but this was our 1st from the Dodge Dealership and we are just as pleased. My early New Years Birthday gift was complete with the purchase of a White 2014 Dodge Charger. I'm loving it! What an awesome car buying experience.

I bought my car in September 2013, in October I began to have problems with my brand new car, main computer went out on it which caused the transmission to tear up and they put a new transmission in it. Now the car is making a noise that it wasn't making at first, which they say is normal later I found out that there was a part missing from under my car and they don't know if they left it off or not.I am so upset with the service I got from them. They also told me if I turn up my radio I wont hear the noise. Also some way my motor mount was loose!!!!! They also are not professionals
