I went through the Costco program Geoff the salesman sent me a detailed price for the truck that I bought. When I got to the dealer we just had to sign that was it nothing more. We spent less than 2 hours there. It actually took longer to have the truck washed then to sign all the paper work.

I had no problem with the place at all.... They took real good care of us and pretty much gave us run of the place to find what we wanted. We had a minor problem with the truck in two days and they took care of it right away {I HOPE} but David saw that we were taken care of from start to finish and Ty was right there when Dace wasn't

I had inquired about a truck, filled out the credit info to get financed. After I was approved and we agreed on a price, I made an appointment to come sign papers and buy the vehicle, which is 3 hours away from where I live. The morning of my appointment is when we had agreed on the price and made the deal. I was told papers would be ready so I could sign and leave. The salesman was there that morning and spoke with his manager to make sure it was a done deal. I leave work, get over half way there, then I receive a call from the salesman. He told me that he was sorry but the truck sold the night before. I'm my experience, a salesman is suppose to make sure the vehicle is still there before making a deal with someone. 8 months pregnant and I drive all that way for nothing. I contacted management and they basically said sorry about your luck. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever delt with!!

Found the perfect car on their website, certified pre-owned and supposed to be a great car! Couldn't wait to go see it. Drove all the way out there, looked at the car for under 10 minutes and found a lot of things wrong with it. Realized quickly that this wasn't the car for me as advertised. When the salesman Dave (p.s. Dave is a total jerk) asked if we wanted to take a test drive we said no. He then asked what is wrong? We told him about all of the malfunctions of the car that were supposedly checked during the intensive certified pre-owned checklist, like the fog light that does't work, next to the damaged bumper, the two curb damaged rims, the light on the dash that is flickering because something is clearly wrong and the squeaking coming for the engine, just to name few. The dealership employee that did the certified pre-owned inspection obviously did not care about the quality or any of the inspection criteria that is supposed to be met for a Ford certified pre-owned vehicle. The car is still under warranty and instead of offering to have the vehicle fixed or even to show us another vehicle he turned away as he said "have a good night, bye!" and stormed away like a petulant child. I wish I could fire him, unfortunately, I can't. That is up to his boss. But, I will never go back. Unfortunately, can't give 0, so had to give 1 star.

If you're not sure why you should buy your car from Courtesy ford, simply go to Dicks McKenzie ford in Hillsboro and experience that. Once that mistake is behind you and you, go to Courtesy and they will get you the same car for thousands less. If for some reason they are not able to get you the price you're looking for, you will still leave on a handshake. I am very impressed with their style and they will be highly recommended.

They were polite and helpful until it came time for the purchase. I have never seen such a low offer and unwillingness to work with a customer. Not even close to blue book and then played games with writing numbers on paper, going back and forth with the "manager" and other lame used car dealer tactics to delay and stall the process. Needless to say we left without purchasing the vehicle and will not be back.

I purchased a 2014 mustang. the sale went well, courteous and helpful.I bought the aircraft coating, inside and out, but I cant tell if the inside was done, I see no difference inside doesn't look like it was touched. They tell me it was done. ????After my review, I was immediately contacted by Courtesy Ford. Insuring me that the coating was done. But done in a way so it is un noticeable. He guaranteed it is coated. and it's Under warranty.

I had been mulling over getting a new car for a while, and finally decided that a Ford Fusion would be the one for me.I showed up at the dealership, and they had, if not one with all the options I wanted, one that had enough and was much more budget-friendly. Clyde took me for a test drive, then had another appointment and left me with Courtney to hash out the details.Courtney was fantastic throughout the whole process- I took a long time mulling over if I really wanted to pull the trigger that day, getting permission from my parents (since they're helping me out with the financing) and generally crunching numbers in my head, but despite my obvious wishy-washy-ness Courtney remained polite, courteous (heyo! Name drop of the dealtership!), and helpful the whole time. Now, why 4 stars and not five? Well, I did certainly feel pushed. Now, they weren't pushing me into a bad deal- I'll freely admit that I know nothing about buying cars, but from what I can see it looks as though I got a really nice deal. No, they just *really* wanted to close the sale with me, and I could kind of tell that from the interactions I had that meant I didn't leave *entirely* thrilled. However, I will again note that this is a very minor gripe in what was otherwise a much more positive car-buying experience than I had been lead to believe it would.Haven't been driving the car long, and haven't had to take it in for an service yet, so I can't comment on that side of the business, but I would recommend anyone looking for a Ford check out this dealership and talk to Courtney.

I went through the Costco program which brought me to Courtney Peters. Courtney was polite and ready for me when I arrived. After I decided I wasn't really interested in the car I had mentioned to her previously she showed me my next choice. After that it was smooth sailing and I had my new 2015 Escape SE the next day. Because she had to search for the color I wanted I had to wait a day. I was very happy with my experience with the whole program. I would recommend the Costco program and Courtney 100%!

We have had some bad experiences when dealing with car salesmen but these people and this car dealership were very kind helpful and professional. We worked with Courtney Peters,Hong in finance and Mark new car manager. We were very satisfied these guys went above and beyond to help serve and make us feel happy, satisfied and comfortable. We would highly recommend visiting this dealership and working with these outstanding people.

My Husband and I have been leasing cars from Ford for many years now and decided that we know what we want and were ready to take the leap and buy our car. Every time we have gone to Ford we always ask for Jason Porter. He is very helpful and always answers all our questions. He is kind of like family now.Our new financing specialist was Romulus. He was very nice and helpful. He did all the wheeling and dealing to get us a great deal that we couldn't refuse. All we had to do was sign on the dotted line.I will defiantly be sending my friends and family to them in the future.

We bought a vacation home in Oregon and needed a car to keep there. My email inquiry to all Ford dealers in Portland was replied to first by Jason. The price he gave me up front was the best I received even after some negotiations with other dealers. Despite the deal and arrangements being done solely by email and phone, Jason had all details arranged perfectly and the car was ready and waiting when we arrived in Portland to sign the papers and pick it up. The story does not end there. We needed to leave the vehicle after 2 weeks to have paint sealant applied and wouldn't return to Portland for 3 months. Jason arranged to allow the car to be stored at the dealer lot. When we finally came back, Jason drove it to the airport, parked it in the short term terminal lot and texted us where it was so that we could go right to it and head for our house on the coast. Truly "above and beyond" after sale care and service where many salesman would have already forgotten your name and not cared. The next vehicle purchase will be with Jason.

I bought an F150 XLT working with Chad, David Hughes and Huong. They were able to meet my financial needs with terms i could afford. No Hassles, no pressure. Lots of talk about golf and other interests. For a true pleasurable buying experience give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

We met David Hughes at the Portland Auto Show earlier this month. David is extremely professional and answered our questions regarding the 2015 Ford Escape. We requested his business card as we had decided that we were going to purchase an Escape and wanted to work with him. Our appointment at Courtesy Ford was very positive and David worked with us step by step on all aspects of the sale. Spencer Lalone, of the finance department, was also very professsional and informative. Thank you for making this a positive experience.

Bumped into David Hughes late last week as I was curious about a new vehicle for towing my Airstream 27. (7300 lbs) I was waiting for a minor repair at Courtesy Ford in Portland. So having time to spare I wanted to check out the F150 SUPERCREW 2014. David was not aggressive and immediately locked into my requirements re features and level of bells and whistles with reference to what would be adequate without overkill for my trailer towing requirements. He was able to answer all my questions and we quickly arrived at a most likely decision which would satisfy the budget, including payment options and leasing vs purchasing best options. I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me more than I needed, rather did a great job of fitting me to my first venture in owning a truck. David made the transaction easy to understand, making me quite comfortable. I got a comprehensive tour of the F150, with the invite to return as often as I wanted if I needed further instruction. This is my 4th vehicle with Courtesy Ford and I am completely satisfied in every way. I shall return!

I found the exact vehicle I was looking for online at Courtesy Ford and sent an inquiry. I was promptly and courteously contacted and we bagan discussing details and price. After some simple and friendly negotiations via email I made a deposit and pickep up my vehicle a week later. It was a refreshing change from the high-pressure experience I had in person at a local delaer.

Brian Sterrett, Courtesy Ford service advisor, has been the absolute best when it comes to explaining what service is required on my Ford, and why. Although most of my service requirements have been strictly maintenance, Brian has made sure that my service requirements ares done on a timely basis and that I am taken care of. Hats off to Brian Sterrett!

I called in with a engine issue with my F350 V10. I got to talk to Robin in service. He got right in. His team quickly assessed my problem and had my truck diagnosed and even repaired that day. We were able to still go camping and didn't miss our trip. Robin and his team were great to work with very knowledgable and a real asset. He knows how to make people and make you feel welcome. I will be back. I think I just found a place to start doing my oil changes. You have a customer for life. Thank you Robin !!!!

I STARTED HAVING MY VEHICLES SERVICED AT COURTESY ABOUT 14 YEARS AGO AT THAT TIME MY SERVICE ADVISOR WAS BRIAN STERRETT. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE NEVER A PROBLEM. ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO I MOVED TO PHOENIX. SINCE THE MOVE I HAVE TRIED 4 FORD DEALERS NOTHING BUT BAD SERVICE. I WAS BACK IN PORTLAND THIS MONTH AND WENT TO COURTESY. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING FORDS FOR 40 YEARS . THE SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE BRIAN STERRETT PROVIDES IS THE BEST YOU CAN GET.

My F150 was towed in from another repair facility unable to resolve the issue causing it not to run, I was greeted warmly and immediately by Robin Boyd , in fact the entire staff in the check in area were extremely courteous and professional, after explaining my situation the F150 being my only transportation I was provided a rental car at no charge to me, It was then explained to me exactly what to expect and what the charges were. The same afternoon I was called and it was explained that a wiring repair was needed along with some other minor repairs noticed during inspection, I agreed to the repairs but still a bit skeptical as the other shop had my truck for almost 2 weeks. The following morning I was called and told that not only was my truck running but I could come and pick it up at my leisure. Upon arriving to pick up my truck I was again greeted immediately and my truck was delivered back to me at the agreed upon charges . This is by far my most pleasant experience with a repair facility. In the past I have always been leery of dealerships but because of Robin and the rest of the staff and my experience Courtesy Ford is my go to repair shop from this point forward without reservation! I would highly recommend them to others. I am amazed at how quickly they got my vehicle in and found the problem especially after being at another highly recommended shop for over a week without success. The car to drive was a great and unexpected touch! You guys WILL see me again and I thank you for a job WELL DONE!!

I am writing to express my appreciation for the great experience we have had at Courtesy Ford, and particularly the attention from our superstar salesman, Scott Dreissen. We have recently bought two cars from Scott and he has gone way above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned. For part of these transactions I was indisposed due to surgery and he volunteered to bring paperwork, autos for test driving and the cars themselves to our home, which is nowhere near his place of work. He is knowledgeable about his products, about trade-ins and about the little extra services and accommodations which serve to make a transaction like this easy and pleasant. He is friendly, never pushy and above all, scrupulously honest. He is always respectful of his customers' time constraints. I really can't say enough good things about him and about this experience. Bravo, Scott!CJ Bays

You will not find a more professional, courteous, considerate, and gracious staff. They truly put the customers interests before their own. They truly cultivate an atmosphere that breeds customers for life. If you are searching for a new or used vehicle you will be doing yourself a diservice by not going to Courtesy Ford off Halsey and 122nd. They went above and beyond in every aspect something I will never forget and by which they have certainly gained a customer for life. Thank you Courtesy Ford.

I live in Montana, and was looking for a Taurus SHO with plenty of options. I kept finding cars with 50,000 or more miles, and priced out of my budget. I found a 2010 Taurus SHO online at Courtesy Ford with only 19,000 miles on it, priced well under any others I'd found. I sent an email to the dealership, and received a quick response from Ben Humphries. Coincidentally, at this time several family issues came up. Ben was understanding, and not pushy at all, but he did maintain contact, and we worked out a price I was happy with, and I was so confident I'd be satisfied that I flew to Portland from Montana on a one way ticket. Ben was ready for me, and had the car ready to go. We took it for a ride, and he carefully explained options I was not familiar with, explained the remaining warranty and the Certified Pre-Owned program. I met with Alyssa the finance manager to write my check, and to sign DMV paperwork and she was very helpful in explaining available options, and giving me the opportunity to ask any questions I might have about the car or the licensing process. She assured me the title clerk would get the proper information to my county in Montana. Once I was done with paperwork, I went out and took delivery of my car. Ben made sure I had both keys, that the tank was full, that I had the factory door code, that my cell phone was SYNC'd to the car, and that I was familiar with all of the options. He gave me his card and advised that if I had any questions come up while I was driving home to call him. I'd definately buy another vehicle from Ben and from Courtesy Ford. Totally worth the two hour flight, and 11 hour drive home.

After purchasing an explorer from them 2.5 years ago we had to trade it in for something that would better fit what we need. We ended up purchasing two vehicles and were well taken care of during the whole process. I've purchased vehicles in the past from dealers and had poor experiences. This was the exact opposite. I truly believe that Courtesy Ford works upon the model of making sure the customer has the best experience possible so they will return. Not -How do we maximize profit from this one sale. Two experiences help prove this: I had personally looked up my interest rate through my credit union at 3.5%. Allisa could have easily charged me the 3.5% and keep the difference but found me my best rate of 2.99%. The other finance person Spencer we worked with on the other vehicle was also polite and professional. The second experience has more to do with awesome product knowledge. My Salesman Anthony St John is ueber hands on smart when it comes to truck capabilities. I highly recommend even if you are in the market for a new Dodge or Toyota to Look up Anthony and pick his brain on trucks. We were on a test drive and this guy was able to tell me what the rear axle gear ratio was by the RPM's we were at while traveling a certain speed. From there we looked up the towing capacity. Keep in mind this was on an 11 year old Dodge they had just received on their lot and the gear ratio was not stamped on the axle. I highly recommend visiting and buying your vehicle here.

We purchased a Ford CMax from Courtesy Ford on 122nd in NE Portland, yesterday. We did a lot of searching for vehicles that met our needs and test drove many makes and models at Dealerships throughout Portland, Oregon City, Tigard and Milwaukie. Finally we narrowed our search down to the 2013 Ford CMax-Hybrid SEL. After deciding, we asked two Dealerships that we had visited eariler for test drives and who helped us by answering our questions and providing information, for price quotes. Both dealerships understood we would make a purchase that day: Courtesy Ford on 122nd and Landmark Ford in Tigard. Both dealerships were very responsive and within an hour we had CMax pricing from both companies. One dealer though had given us a solid written price for our two model requests while the other dealer gave us a price for an upgraded, more expensive model - with a promice to beat any other offer. We elected to go with Courtesy Ford as their offer was written and emailed to me with the specific cars we requested and their final price out the door. I must compliment both Chad Ryan (Sales Advisor) and Ben Humphries (Internet Consultant) for providing a very responsive easy to understand bid price. Teaming up together they gave us great customer service. Both Chad and Ben talked to us about features and driving tips for the new car and they were extremely knowledgable about the Ford Hybrid products. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle we were asked by David Hughes (Finance Manager) to complete the paperwork. What sometimes can be the worse part of the buying experience was actually made very pleasant thanks to the effort(s) of Chad and David. The entire dealer experience was pleasant and focused on what we requested and having a customer for a very long time. Thanks again to Chad, Ben and David. We appreciate the car deal and service you provided to us.

Bought a 2011 Fiesta and within a short time brought it back because of transmission issues. They looked at at it and said they couldn't find a problem. Problem continued, the jerking and lurching between gears was bad enough it posed a danger to pedestrians in a crosswalk (as car slows to idling speeds it will sometimes lurch forward). I called Ford to see if there was a recall. They said no.Problem continued, brought it back to the dealer, they said, "Oh yeah, this model is known for its problems with transmissions" (go online and check out Consumer Reports who rated the transmission as "Much Worse Than Average", not to mention the multiple consumers who have reviewed the car with the same problems) The dealership did nothing to correct the problem.Problem has worsened, and recently I brought it back to dealer and they began to try to sell me a new car. Not one to buy impulsively, I left to think about it. A salesperson contacted me three times three times the next afternoon. This seemed like sales pressure, so I told him once would have been enough. Later that evening, I returned to the dealership and was met with stony glares by the sales team. It felt very uncomfortable. The salesperson then tried to sell me a used car that had been a Rental vehicle. I left not happy with the experience. I think the sales team of Courtesy Ford is a sham. They try to come across as customer service oriented, pretend to be "nice" but nothing seems farther from the truth in my experience. I sent in a survey with feedback, because they claim to care. No one has responded. I have a Ford car that I am unhappy with, a dealership that has done nothing about it, and has treated me poorly. Hope this helps in others avoiding a bad experience.David

Our experience with buying a new Explorer was excellent. All the way from talking to Scott on the phone, meeting Norine who showed us the Explorer, which Scott already had parked out of the rain, to working with Sam to sign all the papers. All around a great dealership with fantastic people working there, which is what makes it a super dealership.

I traded in my VW bug for a Ford Focus. They worked worked with me on the pricing and financing. Agreed to put in a sunroof for free which is something I desired in a car. There were a few things wrong with the car but they went above and beyond to repair the car and compensate me for costs that I put out. They are hard working and care about their customers.

This is my second SUV purchased from Clyde. A year ago I needed a safe, useful for my life style, something that my adult handdicaped son could get in and out of, at a resonable price. Clyde came through with a beautiful 05 Ford Explorer, loaded with options including a moon roof. I loved it.But,it came to a point that it was costing me to much, had not purchased any thing for nine years due to medical problems, so.....a HIGH interest rate. And not so great mileage. So I called Clyde, told him my problem, he said give him a couple of days. Sure enough two days later, You notice NO BUMS RUCH to put me in ANYTHING, He found me just what I NEEDED. A pretty silver, loaded just like my Explorer, 08 Escape. Now that I have driven it for a week, I LOVE IT! And then Uriah, the used car sales Manager, Blew me away with a 7% loan through Unitus Credit Union. GREAT JOB COURTSEY FORD TEAM! I will be back for my next SUV from Clyde and Courtsey Ford!

I was doing research in to buying a new Ford Focus. I submitted an online form so that I could get more information before coming to the dealership. Jason Porter quickly responded with an email just letting me know that he had received my inquiry and then shortly after that I received another email with several listings that might meet my needs. He also followed up with a phone call to make sure I did not have any other questions. When I was ready to make a purchase, I called Jason and he gave me all of the time I needed to ask questions over the phone. Having a toddler and a child does not make car buying a fun experience. This was not the case with Courtesy Ford. Jason treated us like family and made us feel welcome, stayed at the dealership long after closing to help finish things up, and did not make us feel pressured at any point along the way. This truly was the first time that we were happy with our car buying experience. Thank you Jason Porter! And thank you Courtesy Ford!

My wife and I were looking for something with good gas milage and had a few things in mind. Ben was very helpful in sorting out our needs and getting us into a new Ford Escape. This dealership is by far the best in Portland. I could never say enough good things for how well run this dealership is and the quality of people who work here. In particular, Uriah and David. I'm a huge fan and it is the quality of customer service exhibited by them that has solidified it. I looked elsewhere, but just didn't feel comfortable. My loyalty to the dealership has mad me loyal to Ford. Several dealerships could have earned my business, but due to Uriah Courtesy did and will for years to come. Huge kudos to both of you! Thank you for a job well done. I truly appreciate it.

I'd like to say that I had a great experience with your dealership, but the fact is it was mixed. On September 20th, my partner and I went looking at a 2011 Ford F-150 FX4. I had been working with David via email, so that's who we talked with once we were on site. He was good, he certainly knows what he's talking about. Having product knowledge is important in any customer service situation. We proceeded with the purchase of a different truck, mostly because all the numbers worked out. At least that's what we thought. My partner and I both filled out credit applications, and they told us that based upon our credit scores we had 3 options. 4% at84 months, 1.9% at 72 months, and the third one I can't remember. I specifically asked if these options were based upon our credit scores as we had 0% at 60 months with our current truck. So we simply didn't want to move unless everything worked out. Once we got to the financing portion they told me my credit file was locked. I knew this. They asked me to un-lock it so they could pull it (which I did the following day). We opted for the maintenance package and the Northwest package, finally arriving at a payment of just shy of $600 for 84 months at 4.25% (different from the 4% we had seen earlier). No matter, the numbers were still within our budget. The next day I unlocked the requested credit file (Equifax) and assumed that everything was OK. We took the truck home and had the usual celebratory things with it. Sharing our excitement with friends and family. (Note: we were supposed to have received a full tank of gas, it wasn't)Saturday, September 24th, 4 days later I got a call asking if I had unlocked my credit report. I had, I confirmed this online, and everything was ok. He said that he still couldn't access my file. I offered to fax over a copy of ALL THREE reports showing the scores. He accepted, and I faxed them over and confirmed that he received them. We assumed that everything was ok, again. On Monday, September 26 I got a call from the finance manager (Uriah) saying that things didn't work out the way they had hoped, and that they were going to need to have my partner Bruce (BJ) as the primary on the loan. I asked if our payment was going to change, and he told me he didn't see any change there. He asked if I could come in either thursday or Friday to sign the paperwork. I asked if they could just send it to me, like we had talked about originally. He said no, we were going to have to come in, and even pressured me when I said I couldn't come in until Saturday. He wanted to make "month end" numbers. Ya, I get it. You have sales quotas. Please understand that I live in Cornelius Oregon. It's no small feat for me to drive clear across town to your site. Seriously. Ok, I moved things around to come in on Friday night. Understanding that your team was trying to make the deal happen. I even called and spoke again with Uriah and I, again, asked him if the terms had changed. He said that the length of the loan had changed, because of that we were getting an extra $1,000 rebate from FMC and that my partner would need to be primary on the loan. We're OK with that I said. I asked if the interest rate had taken a hit, and he replied that he didn't think so. On Friday we arrived at about 5:00 and waited. And waited. 25 minutes later we finally were seen by someone who had NO idea what was going on with our deal and seemed seriously disinterested in even being there. I'm sorry, I didn't write down his name. Worse yet, they were trying to ask for an additional $1,000 down, and the interest rate was jacked to over 8%! This was FAR different than the only change being that we were going to get an additional $1,000 in rebates and our payment terms would change from 84 months to 72 months. To be honest, even when I asked, he didn't tell me my interest rate. We balked. We had already told David that $1,500 was what we had for a downpayment. Period. And honestly we were prepared to walk away the night of the purchase. We were in no danger with our current truck, and we were in an even better deal. Uriah finally came in and said that he would call Ford Motor Credit and do a "out the door" call to get us terms that would better fit our budget. "I don't wanna call Ford unless this is what you want.." We asked for some time and talked about it. Honestly we almost walked away. During our discussion we talked about the embarrassment of having shown all of our friends the new truck, driven it around for 10 days, only to have to return it because the financing wouldn't work. Sickening. We called the other finance person back in and accepted the offer. They had to come up $800 on the trade, and lower the interest rate to 6.75% (making me think that they had more control over this the whole time). There was no call to Ford, no call to anyone. It was done. We were told that the maintenance package and the Northwest protections were no longer included in the deal, nor was the bed liner we inquired about. Just the truck. All that at a payment $75 more than we originally wrote the deal for back on September 20th. By contrast, when we bought the Toyota a year ago at Willsonville Toyota, we dealt with ONE person, and were offered 0% for 60, on the same credit scores we have now! (Seriously, I checked.) The experience didn't include meeting the sales manager, the finance person, another finance person and finally the finance manager. There was no call to Toyota, no call to anyone. It was simply easy. Honestly had I been more happy with the Toyota as a product I would have stayed. But I'm a Ford guy. I've owned 5 of them, so it was nice to be going back to a product line I knew and trusted. While I like the F-150 better than the Tundra, I feel the experience I've had was seriously sub par. Sales was slick (they always are), and finance was awful. I honestly don't feel like they were acting in good faith. Our interest rate was changed 3 times, or terms changed 3 times. I have a truck that doesn't have the protections that I wanted but now are out of reach, and a dealership I don't feel I can trust to do the right thing. I look forward to the survey. If you have any questions, my number is below. So, to answer your question, no I'm not completely satisfied. I love my truck, I didn't love the experience.

Most car salesmen leave me feeling mad and irratated by the time im ready to go but not Courtesy Ford. David Hughes was very helpful, friendly and understanding. He listened to everything i had to say. I told him my price range and he only showed me cars in my price range. Although i didnt find what i was looking for; my over all experience was fantastic. I've recommended Courtesy Ford to all my friends and family, And told them to ask for David. When im ready to purchase a new car I will not go any where else other then here. Thank you for making my experience a good one.

I am a Costco member and Courtesy Ford is the preferred Costco dealership in the Portland area, which is the reason that I went there, thinking that I would be treated fairly. I was delighted with the way I was treated by the sales person, Ammiee, and would gladly work with her again. Once things got into the finance dept, things seemed to unravel. First, I explained that my financing was pre-approved through my credit union at a preferred rate. I told them what my interest rates (2.53% or 2.79%) was based on the contract length and I could get a quarter point below the published rates at 48 months. I specificlly asked them not to run my credit, but was told they had to run my credit to verify I wasn't a terrorist. My credit information was already in the Ford data base because another Ford Dealership had just run it. Next, I was told that the service warranty would be $10 more a month, increasing the monthly payment from $242 they quoted to $253. What I didn't know was that the $242 was based on a 9.9% interest rate. That caused me to choose a 60 months term to keep the payment down instead of 48 months at the lower interest rate. The warranty was actually $2365 not $600 like they made it sound. Third, I was charged $310 for a theft protection plan that I was told was "on all the cars" and the finance dept never explained that I could decline that plan. It was not until I got home and went thru the paper line item by line that I discovered these mistakes. I called the dealership the next day and told them to hold my paperwork and not to get rid of my trade in, because I was not sure I was going to keep the car that I had purchased from them. In the end, it took three trips for me to get the paperwork corrected, and they took off the theft protection, admitted their mistakes, by showing me an obscure piece of paper hanging outside an area of the show room I was never shown or told about telling about how all initial offers are based on 9.9% interest how the error on their computer had occurred and that they were going to have a meeting about my situation.... oh and I was given a free oil change "for my trouble". In any other industry, if a fee was not disclosed, or disclosed improperly, it could not be billed for... I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated... even though my financing was already approved..they ran my credit anyway, even though Uriah admitted that it was not necessary to run my credit to prove that I was not a terrorist. I was not in any hurry to drive away in the new car. I would have been more than willing to let it sit there on their lot until the financing came through from my credit union, so that my credit was not run AGAIN, but that was not even presented to me as an option.

My experience at Courtesy Ford was great. I tried bypassing the showroom and making it to the lot without being seen to view the cars, but Jason Porter caught me creeping around the side of the building and one smile and one handshake later he had me test driving the car I eventually bought. He was knowledgeable about the car, showed me several different cars both of the same make and model and of comparable, listened to what I said I needed as a parent with 4 teens to haul around, and didn't waste my time. After Ford I went to several other dealerships but every sales person who approached me was ill-informed or wasted my time trying to convince me to look at something that I had already stated I wasn't interested in or couldn't afford. Jason called me to follow up during the week but wasn't a nuisance, and made himself available when I had questions. When I decided to purchase the Fusion a week later, Jason was great and Uriah B got my financing taken care of (with patience for my confusion). Since it was evening and I couldn't stay any longer, Jason made arrangements to meet with me the next morning to walk me through the details of the car and when I returned an hour later becasue i couldn't figure something out, came right back out and patiently walked me thorugh it again. This is the second car I've bought from Courtesy Ford and I highly recommend them and Jason Porter.

I have not purchased a car in a number of years, and I truly can say that my experience with Jason, June and Yousif was a good one. I walked away with a nice car, and a belief that we struck a fair deal. The next time I'm in the market, I expect to stop at Courtesy Ford first.

Wow!!! This was the greatest car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I walked on the lot just to look around at what I had seen online. I was not hassled by any sales personal. Then I went in the front door after I found a car that I wanted to test drive. I found Jason who was absolutely the most wonderful salesman. He listened to what I wanted and took me for a test drive that was very relaxed. When we went to talk about financing it was straight forward not going back and forth on pricing. I wanted a certain payment and was happy with the first offer. It was exactly what I wanted. The whole process took about two and a half hours from the time I stepped on the lot until I drove away the most beautiful mustang. It runs great, low miles and is everything I always dreamed of. I will tell all of my friends and family please go see Jason Porter at Courtesy Ford for your new or used car.Pamela Thompson

My overall experience with Courtesy Ford was great. Scott my salesman was helpful and honest. There was no high pressure to buy. When an issue came up with the vehicle after I purchased, Scott made sure the problem was quickly taken care of (at no cost to me).He made that the used truck I bought had had all the original equipment in good working order. Scott exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford.

I first contacted Courtesy Ford on line. I received a return telephone call withing 10 minutes. Aimmie gathered the information for the car I was searching for and was back with the information within a few hours. I indicated my preference for communication was e-mail and Aimmie respected that. She found a vehicle for me that day and I purchased it the next. There was no "haggling" over price, I indicated what I expected for my trade in and she made it work. This is the first automobile sales experience that did not take hours and hours with the sales person running back and forth with prices between myself and the manager.Very professional and efficient work in the finance department. Paper work was filled out quickly and since I was not taking out a loan for my car, this step took less than an hour. Sam was very friendly, explained everything I was asked to sign, and provided helpful information regarding extended warranty and service policies. All in all, this was a very pleasant and exciting experience. Everyone I was in contact with from Finance to Receptionist, Aimmie and other sales people - all professional, courteous and so easy to work with.barbara starr

We bought a used vehicle five years ago from Courtesy Ford, and had great service then. This time it was even better! Clyde, Mark, and Uriah sailed us through the process. Clyde listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we needed. Thanks to all of you for a no stress purchase.Jesse and Pat Esqueda

Scott Driessen approached me soon after driving into the lot in a friendly, courteous manner. No high pressure...very informative and thorough, as a customer, I couldn't ask for more... The overall experience of my purchase was very successful. I only wish I personally was more prepared, the purchase was very spontaneous. I was caught off guard with details. But when opportunity knocks, sometimes we have to make a decision then and there. The overall staff was commendable... I will definately recommend Scott to any future customer. Easy going and a pleasure to work with, very professional.

I felt totally comfortable at Courtesy Ford Lincoln every time I stopped in the door. The sales team, car washers, business office and everyone in-between are respectful, friendly and supportive... courteous! (which isn't what I found everywhere else around town) I felt like the price on my new vehicle was very fair and the after-sale support has been great.Way to go Courtesy Ford Lincoln! You turned the nightmare of replacing my beloved car into a happy day!

I went to Courtesy Ford to drive a Ford Escape so that I could say I drove one and didn't like it. Clyde greeted me and my family, and was so nice and helpful right off the bat. Then, I drove the Escape and loved it. The whole buying experience from start to finish was down to the bottom line fast, no fooling around. I didn't feel pressured, or at the end of the deal like I got ripped off. I would highly recommend a Ford, and buying at Courtesy Ford, to any of my friends and family. I am thrilled with my car, and love it more every time I drive it. Thanks to Clyde and Courtesy Ford.

We loved our experience at Courtesy Ford, everyone was very helpful! Brian Used Sales Manager helped show us our options and had paperwork already going when we got there, it helped our process run so much smoother. Uriah handled our paperwork and it was also fast! Can't say much more except, we came back and got 2 more cars!! :)

The knowledge and willingness to find the answers to every question I had reminds me why I've returned here to purchase my last 4 vehicles. My salesman David Townley was out of town and still managed to piece together a seamless process for me to purchase my truck when I came in; working with June.

I was very pleased with my experience with Mark Delaney at Courtesy Ford. I had spoken with Mark back in December and felt very good about my conversations with him. When it was time to make the decision about the purchase of my new Escape, I knew I wanted to contact Mark and work out a deal. He was very comfortable to deal with and carefully showed me the options of vehichles available that might fit my needs. He helped to make my purchase flow smoothly and quickly. Sam, the Finance Man stepped in and took care of the paperwork and I was ready to go before I knew it. It is so nice to feel so comfortable about making a major purchase. I was treated with respect throughout and would not hesitate to relate my excellent experience to a friend. Thank you for treating me so well.

I drove by Courtesy Ford and decided to look what cars they had available. Scott was very helpful. He showed me almost 50 cars (almost :), we test drove a few. I end up buying an Infiniti and I love it. The next morning after purchasing the car I got a text from Scott asking me if I like my car. I have referred all my friends to him.

We stopped into Courtesy Ford today, after having checked out 3 other dealers today. We were in the market for a wagon and were on kind of a tight budget, and no one really had anything that worked for us.At Courtesy Ford we found a 2003 Subaru Outback Wagon, listed on the lot for $9300. This was the decked out LL Bean edition, with all the bells and whistles. David worked with us on the price, and in the end we walked out with it for only $7500 (including some free repairs!).Highly recommended!

First time I've felt 100% about a purchase of a vehicle. That dealership made me feel like we were part of the family. Was never pressured, all our questions were answered, and I drove away with the feeling I wasn't taken advantage of. The whole team had a professional approach that made me know I can count on their service and support of my new car. I look forward to many years of being in the Courtesy family.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Jason Porter. No high pressure sales tactics and I am a woman who doesn't know much about cars. I felt very comfortable with Jason and respected his knowledge of cars. I didnt at any time feel as though he was taking advantage of the fact the I was car shopping alone. He answered all of my questions and his answers made sense. I love my new Ford Explorer!!!Thanks,Leia Sterling

Researched on the computer for vehicles, had not looked at vehicles for approx 10 years. Narrowed it down to a few, the Fusion being one of them.Through my internet searching I received a call from Courtesy Ford (Anthony), along with a couple of other calls. Went in to Courtesy, Anthony was out, ended up talking with June & going over some items, test drove a Fusion & a Corolla-(did not like the size)was looking for a bigger car than my Ford Escort. Spoke with Mark, he asked me a few questions & gave me some info for thought. Talked with June some more, he came up with dollar figures. Ended up taking the Fusion home overnight. Brought Fusion back, still wanted to look at a Sonata & do a little more research. Told them that I was not going to buy the first car that I looked at.Went elsewhere, test drove a Sonata & a Taurus-(nice, but more money than I was looking at spending).Did more research on the Sonata & the Fusion.Decided that I wanted a sterling grey metallic Fusion with the sunroof & spoiler. Received calls from both June & Anthony, regarding cost, rebates & % on a loan.Went back to Courtesy & purchased the vehicle with Anthony. He took me through all the steps, handed me over to Sam for the paperwork, then Sam handed me back to Anthony to finish up going over the vehicle.I felt everyone to be very friendly & willing to answer any questions.Took vehicle over to Bob to get my protective coatings done (glass & body), rental car was there, Bob was very pleasant.Stopped by after I got my car back from Bob, & Mark synced my new phone up.Just received a call from Anthony checking up on me, & asking if I had purchased a different phone so we could see if the sync system was working correctly with my new phone as verbally it was not clear at all with syncing it up with my other phone. Told him I would stop by Sat as the service dept had my gps suction device for the windshield that I left in the rental car that I drove.Overall I felt the experience was very good.

I had never bought a car from a dealership before coming to courtesy ford and my skepticism and nervousness must've been apparent.. David Hughes was not only supportive and informative, but honest and straight forward with me every step of the way. The entire staff really listened to my needs and wants and got me into a great used vehicle at a price I could afford. I traded in my beloved 1972 dodge dart and was sad to let it go, but David gave me a great trade in value and explain things in a way that made me feel I was dealing with anything but a 'used car salesman.' I would recommend courtesy ford to anybody who has never dealt with a dealership before. The staff is friendly and honest, without pulling any punches, and when I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle I know exactly where I can go for the best deal in town.

I came in with my significant other on June 15th to simply test-drive some trucks and get a feel for what we wanted. We were greeted very courteously by Scott Driessen who helped us in picking out the truck we absolutely loved. I was very specific in telling Scott that we really did not have a lot of money saved, and were working on our credit. He asked us to come inside and just see what the numbers would come back like to see where we were. After speaking with Brian Ronstadt and Uriah Beltran, Scott came back with some numbers. They were far from our reach (I believe it was originally $6000 down) but after negotiating to $2,000 down and $500/month, we were assured by all three members this would work and not to worry, so much so that we left with the truck that night. They were aware of everything, our down payment, our trade in that we still owed $1400 on, but Brian said we would receive no less then $2000 for, and what we could afford monthly. Uriah also spoke with us and told us even though he had to play "devils advocate" he felt we had a great chance at getting this deal, and again, reassured us not to worry. Even as we were pulling things out of our the trade-in we were told one way or another we would stay in that truck, and that they only wanted to see us with it (which now we realize was just the typical salesman bs) but we felt confident, and took their advice not to worry. A couple days went by and I had called a few times to check the status (which I have printed and highlighted documents from Verizon showing each and every time I called the dealership over the past week to check in since we still had paperwork to do) of our deal, and was told that the sales manager was on vacation at Wells Fargo who they were working with, so just to enjoy OUR new truck, and again, not to worry, they just had to iron out some details. Another day goes by and we get a call from Brian, telling us if we could get a co-signer, this would be a done deal, something we had already told all three of the men we had worked with was pretty much out of the question to begin with. Therefore, I called Scott to ask him what was going on. He informed me that anyone over 18 would do, even if they had blemishes on their credit, because we were just THAT close to being financed. OK. We called around, and as we had told them we got, "NO" "NO" "NO"....etc. I called Wells Fargo to ask about this and they informed me that they never told Courtesy we needed a cosigner...interesting. Called Brian back, he said we did in fact need one, but they only had to be on for 5-6 months max (something I had never heard of, but ok.) After finding this out, we were able to talk my boyfriends dad into cosigning on the agreement, as told by Brian, it would be for no more then 6 months if we paid on time. Brian spoke with his dad, took his information, and told me WORD FOR WORD on the 18th, "everything looks great, he has good credit, steady auto history, enjoy your weekend" because with him as a co-signer our down payment and monthly payments would now be less and we would be in contact early the next week. I cannot tell you how thrilled we were! Started doing some work on the truck, sold the tailgate to my father for his truck, took the truck to show friends and family, made an appt to have the canopy removed, etc. We waited until middle of last week to call and ask what was going on since we hadn't heard from anyone at the dealership, where I originally asked for Uriah, who sent me to Brian, who I had to leave a voicemail with, and then was contacted back by Scott (which was slightly annoying given the runaround). Anyhow, Scott now informs me that we have hit a bump, and it looks like the co-signer was not as great as Brian had told us, and we would either need another co-signer, another $2000 down (making it $4000) or look at other trucks. We were APALLED! After everything we had been told about not to worry everything is great just waiting on the final numbers from the bank, complete and outright LIES! Now, the only argument Brian could give us is, he never said the word "finalized". Sorry, that is bullshit. We would have gladly looked at other trucks they might have had, had we been told the TRUTH upfront! Scott and I set up a time to meet on Saturday the 25th to discuss this, but late Friday night we received a call we needed to help with family business Saturday so I sent Scott an email asking to meet Monday instead. I did not think this would be an issue, as he did not sound urgent about us coming in right away on the phone, just whenever we had time. I then, very rudely, was told by Brian they never received an email, and he would know since he is Scott's supervisor and can see all his emails. I sent it Friday night, the 24th, at 10:52p.m.and have a printed copy of it with all the information! Saturday afternoon rolls around and I received two voicemails, as my phone was off while helping my family, asking where I was and why I skipped our meeting. When I listened to my voicemails later that day, I called the dealership right away to clear up the matter. Scott was unavailable and the receptionist asked to take a message. I asked her to please have him call me and that I also sent him an email if he would like to read that over before contacting me, because at this point I was in no mood with how we had already been tossed and played around with to be spoken to rudely YET AGAIN! I never received a call back until Saturday LATE evening from Brians personal cell phone at 9:30pm, where he left a voicemail saying that since we skipped out on our meeting they wanted the truck back right away, or they would be getting it back at our expense the next morning (very threatening tone) Again, we were absolutely appalled! At this point we had done NOTHING wrong, I had done everything they asked. It was clear that NOBODY in the company communicated, because had they, they would know that Scott is telling us we can still get it and to mill it over and well see what we can do, while Brian is basically accusing us of trying to steal the damn truck. I got ahold of Brian on his cell phone at 9:40p.m. Saturday night, where I informed him I did not know what he was so angry and worked up about, because when I spoke with Scott he was very casual about us coming in to talk since one way or another, we were again reassured, we would get to keep OUR truck. He told me that at this point even a co-signer with excellent credit probably wouldnt do the trick (again, appalled after what we were previously told) and that if we couldnt get the extra $2000 down he wanted the truck back. I told him I would talk to my boyfriend and get back to him, to which he told me he would just call me Monday. Monday came around, my boyfriend had told me basically to hell with them after lying so much to us about this deal (keep in mind we had now had the truck almost 2 FULL WEEKS!) and to take it back and get our trade-in back (which was already listed on their website for sale) and we would take our business elsewhere. I told Brian this, he told me to come in within the hour then to trade back, we did. We now have our original vehicle back and have found another truck at another dealership we are very pleased with and LO AND BEHOLD, are being honest with us about the process! We are still in complete and utter disbelief with this company, epecially after all the good reviews. To top it off, we recieved a "thank you for purchasing your new truck" letter from the manager of Courtesy Ford! WTF?! Unbelievable. We are also in the process of reporting with the better business bureau, as we saved all documentation and voicemails, and some recordings, of the lies we were told from the sales team. Do what you want, I'm sure they can get you into a vehicle, and they have mostly great reviews, not sure what the hell happened with us but they have ruined any chance of business with us or our friends and family for life! And like I stated, I am not just blowing smoke out of my at$$, I have records of everything proving the lies we were told. Again, almost 2 WEEKS we had the truck. Ridiculous!!!

Anthony St.John is very knowledgeable, friendly and conciencious salesman. He went out of his way to find the Focus we needed. He took extra time to explain the SYNC system. If it was not for your finance department trying to add on unnecessary fees, our experience with your dealership would have been "great", not just "good".

This was the third new vehicle we have purchased from Courtesy Ford. We also had my mother purchase a vehicle. Anthony St. John sold us three of the cars (within a six month period). He is a wonderful addition to the Ford Team and we really like working with him. He knows his Fords and makes us feel very welcome at Courtesy. He goes out of his way to be helpful and we did not want to deal with any salesperson except Anthony. We appreciate the honesty of Courtesy Ford and never once did we even consider going to another dealership. We are recommending Courtesy Ford to our friends and especially recommending Anthony as a salesperson.

I rated Scott with all 5's because he was more than friendly and he did not push us into looking at more expensive cars out of our price range. He also tried his hardest to find the perfect car that had everything that I was looking for. He showed me how to work everything in my car and showed enthusiasm.

I have given the rating of 5 for Courtesy Ford and for Ammie Jose because of the wonderful way in which they treated my wife and I and the way they made it possible for us to get into a car in our situation.I have bought cars from Courtesy Ford in the past and will come back to them for another one up the road even though we now live in Central Oregon. I will drive 125 miles to get a great deal like the one we just received.I have had my cars serviced at Courtesy Ford for quite a while even though there was a Ford dealer closer to me. I have nothing but good things to say about the service and parts department also.I made the mistake of going to two other Ford dealers first and they couldn't do for us what Courtesy did. I won't make that mistake again. Thanks to Ammie and Courtesy.

I had been looking at used cars all week and when I came into Courtesy Ford, David met me right away, he listen to what I needed and wanted, David was able to show me the vehicles I was intested in.I csme bsck the next day and decided on the Focus, after working through the deal for the monthly payments, I drove out just a short time later. The part that stands out is how David listen and understood what I was looking for, this past week other dealerships tried to sell me something I did not want.Thank you,Glenn T. Found this dealership just by driving by. First place I started looking. Stopped in and John came out to greet me. Told him my price range and he showed me a couple vehicles and I test drove one. Said I was just looking at the moment, but this vehicle would be on my list. Then I proceeded down the street to Ron Tonkin. That salesman told me there was nothing in my price range and I was on the wrong street. He said I needed to go down to 82nd and that the only way a dealership on this street would sale a car in my price range was if it was a good vehicle. Went down to 82nd...did not stay there very long...did not like the salesmen...a little pushy, following me around, and wouldn't let me just take my time to look around. Went to McLoughlin, liked the salesmen over there, but didn't find a vehicle I liked. Came back the next day and John wasn't in. The manager, Michael?, had me work with David Hughes. Told him I was interested in the vehicle, haggled price (but just a little bit), and started the paperwork. Since I had started with John the day before, on the paperwork they put both salesmen's names. I liked that. Then I was turned over to Sam Luu for the financing. They are connected to my bank and everything went through quickly. The people were all very nice and helpful. Melissa.

When I first arrived at dealership I had my heart set on the ford edge, however, it just was not the right vehicle for me. That's when Jason Boursier introduced me to the 2011 ford explorer. This vehicle was everything I was looking for and more. Jason's help and determination in procuring the exact model and color I wanted far surpassed my expectations. I am once again pleased to have done business with Courtesy Ford.

I visited a different Ford dealer as well as a few non-Ford dealers before driving into Courtesy Ford, without much luck. That all changed when I visited Courtesy Ford, who exceeded my expectations. From the minute I stepped out of my car, their sales team was helpful without being overbearing. David Hughes took the time to look through every Escape on the lot to help me find the best car for my needs and budget. Once I settled on a car, David made sure I knew how to use all of the fun gadgets, including Microsoft Sync, taking time to demo and test it with me. Not only did David answer all of my questions while I was on site, he made sure I had his contact information, should any questions come up once I got home. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Ford to my friends and family.

Since I filed bankruptcy last year I wasn't sure I could get out of my 9.4% loan with Wells Fargo and get my payment reduced. It took John 45 min to get me approved for a loan. But John and Uriah went the extra mile to get me in to a 2011 Ford Escape. Uriah treated me with great respect and dignity, he said that all you had to do was look at my history and know I was okay. On Friday June 10, Mike Weber worked with Ford Credit and got me a 1.9% loan and saved me $35.00 a month. I would truely recommed Courtsey Ford every chance I get.

Sherry took the time to find me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. She went above and beyond to be sure that my needs were met, even working from home some nights. I felt very respected and taken care of in a non pushy environment. Even when things weren't quite working out in a smooth manner, Sherry and I worked together to get things accomplished while still meeting my needs and requirements.Sherry really takes pride in her work and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

The Courtesy Ford dealership made it very easy to purchase my first car after weeks of confrontation with other dealerships in and out of state. Not only was the salesman professional and honest, the entire team made sure that I got the car that I had been looking for, in a color I wanted, and in the expedient manner that I needed. They made sure that I had a vehicle while my Ford was in transit, which was important to me as a service member as I was able to not be a burden to friends or family when I had to report back for duty the following day. It was a huge relief to be done with the car buying process in such a calm and comfortable manner. The entire staff left a remarkable impression.

They were very friendly. And they fixed the price when it got messed up. And I love my car. Their dealership was very clean and layout in a way that made it easy to navigate. The main salesman we worked with made should we looked at lots of makes and models. Overall I would refer car buyers to this dealership.

This was a very good experiance for my wife and I. Everyone had a positive attitude and were very helpful and fair on every level. They took time to answer all questions and did not use the pressure button "like you must do this now or the deal is off the table" like alot of others do. It was a pleasure to do business at Courtesy Ford and we will be back.Best regardsJay Hoag

We came back to this Dealer because of the Excellent service we were shown when we purchased a Ford Escape this last January. We asked specifically for Ammie Jose or Scott Driessen. They are both wonderful sales people. We also asked for Yousif in financing because of the excellent service he also provided us in January and thankfully, he was there to help us again as well.We will highly recommend this dealership and these sales people to our friends and family!

Courtesy Ford has serviced my car for over 10 years. I have just purcahsed a new Focus hatchback. I found David Hughes pleasant and helpful in making the purchase and walking me through the operation of the vehicle. I would recommend him to friends. Uriah Beltran explained the various service packages and extended warranty available in a way that made it easy to chose what I felt would work for me without having to deal with "pressure". It has been a pleasant experience and I look foreward to continuing to have Courtesy Ford service my car.

A+++ for salesman Jason Boursier! We couldn't be happier with our new Fusion Hybrid. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient and downright fun to be with. He went above and beyond our expectations, and after providing such a positive car buying experience, we would have no worries about sending family & friends to Courtesy Ford. Yousif Yasin took care of our paperwork and was extremely kind and professional as well! Thank you to all of the Courtesy Ford staff - you are truly a cut above the competition!

This dealership is top notch, A+. I had been seriously looking for a car for about a month and a half. I made inquiries on several cars, and all other sales persons I dealt with at other dealerships pale in comparison. Throughout the past month and a half, no dealerships cared or paid any attention to my inquiries, except Courtesy Ford. I saw their car advertisement on Autotrader.com. I saw they had the car I was looking for and it was at such a great price I had to have it! I filled out the credit application and Anthony St. John followed-up on the application immediately. I was surprised and actually somewhat shocked, to be honest. There seems to be very few people these days that are willing to work hard and to take that extra step. Courtesy Ford definitely is a level above the competition. Once at the dealership, I worked out the deal for my car with Jason Boursier, who is also very professional, very helpful and courteous. The numbers were crunched by Sam Luu, who is extremely knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! He worked with the banks to get me the best rate he could, no pressure, no need to haggle for hours on end. The car I purchased from Courtesy Ford is my 7th I have had over my lifetime. I have never had as good an experience anywhere else. I have had nightmare dealings with other car dealerships in the past. Courtesy Ford was very straight forward, no pressure, no needless haggling for 10 hours, wasting my entire day (which I have done before at other dealerships). My girlfriend loved our experience there so much, that she said she would definitely look into Courtesy Ford for her next vehicle purchase! I highly recommend them!

My Husband took our 2008 Mustang into Courtesy Ford for an Oil change, and we ended up with a new 2012 Mustang - a very costly oil change. I am now wondering if he brings the new Mustang in for an oil change, we will end up with the Boss !!! Clyde Hunter, Sales Associate made our purchase of a new 2012 Mustang a rewarding experience in a couple of ways, 1) Clyde would be an asset to any company. Courtesy Ford should feel privileged to have him as an employee - a very smart, courteous and kind gentleman 2) What more can we say, we were buying a 2012 Mustang although, we hated to trade our 2008 Mustang, we are loving the new 2012. A great Dealership and all Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Than you Clyde - Thank you - Merci bien!

Buying a car can be stressful. Mr. Hunter was courteous, patient and informative. I did not feel pressured or hurried. Mr. Ronstadt was knowledgeable and forth coming with terms of final deal. No games were played as he was quick to give his best offer from the very beginning of the process which allowed honest pricing discussions. Finally, Mr. Luu was also knowledgeable and reassuring with finalizing the finances. All in all my experience was smooth and comfortable and I am now driving a new car. I would recommend the team I worked with and the dealership to others.

I not only left with a new car, but I also made friends! A++++

We recently purchased a used 2006 Audi A6 wagon from Rob Owens at Courteasy Ford. This was out frist trip to Courtesy Ford and the service provided by Rob was wonderful. The showroom was very nice, and overall comfort with the transaction was great. Our big disappointment came when we finaized the price and went in the "loop" of finishing paperwork. We were paying cash for the vehicle so asumed it would be a pretty quick process. We were specifically told that we were the next buyer in line and that it would prob only take 30mins or less. 3 hours later we left the dealership very frustrated and feeling like we had ben yanked around and given incorrect info for those 3 hours. Once we finally entered the office to sign papers, we were told that we had actually been 7th in line and that it was a typical wait. I'm not sure the resolution to this specific issue, but it certainly left me with a bad taste as we left with our new car and should have been celebrating. As mentioned, Rob was very courteous and friendly during the entire ordeal and I know repeatedly tried to get us a better eta on finalizing the deal, but somehow it still took 3 hours. Rob...thanks for your help. Joe Kiblinger

We went in looking for a new car. I was very amazed at how fantastic David Hughes was so knowledgable in helping us. In fact he helped me find what we were looking for and the price range we wanted over the phone. I called him and he went to the courtesy ford web sight to see the same cars I was looking at. Thank you so much David Hughes for such a wonderful experience and a great car. We absolutely love our new Jetta.

Ammie Jose was very responsive to my initial request for a price. She was thorough, straight forward, and very timely in her responses. She followed up with the status of the delivery so I was always up to date. She did not waste my time by trying to sell me a car on the lot like other dealers. She was unable to be at the dealership when I picked up the car but introduced me to Anthony St. John. The transition was seamless. Anthony was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and did a through job of explaining the vehicle and training us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I am totally satisfied.

Dave Hughes was a real pleasure to work with. He spent a lot of time showing us a variety of new cars before finding the right one. He was very helpful and patient and friendly to boot! I was ready to buy a car for my business and was going to pay in cash so I was in no hurry to buy anything but a car that was a perfect fit. I had checked out several prospects and was leaning towards a Toyota but thought I'd give American-made a look. I came into the dealership fully expecting to deal with a sleazy jerk and found a very helpful salesman. David Hughes worked with me to reach a very favorable price on the perfect car. He described all the details about the vehicle to me and was never in any way condescending or flip-which is the experience of many women who go to dealerships. He's a happy person who enjoys matching people with the right car. It was a true negotiating process because I was trading in my VW. It took a while but in the end I felt I had truly got a very good deal. I even had some fun negotiating.

Scott Driessen helped us so much by taking the time to find us the perfect car. We ordered a brand new XLT Explorer, it took awhile for it to arrive but Scott kept us updated on the progress as the process went along. He called and let us know they had a Limited Explorer on their lot prior to the one we ordered arriving and asked if we would like to come look at it, we did and loved it so much we ended up buying it that day. Once the one we ordered arrived Scott took the time to take pictures for us of it coming off the truck. We then picked it up, after having it less than 24 hours we decided that we really loved the Limited model, and wanted to replace the XLT we had ordered with another Limited, we went in and spoke with Uriah Beltran who then took us to Rick Boyer and he said I will see what I can do to find you one you love. We were contacted 2 days later that they had located a Limited model and they had it already on it's way for us. We have been so impressed with the way we have been treated and how helpful everyone has been throughout our buying process.

Ammie was very helpful, professional and kept us informed as to the status of our new car order. When we picked up the car, Ammie spent several hours with us going over all the details and gave us her number for future questions. We would definitely recommend Ammie to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle.I like the dealership but not this website which tells me how long my review must be and that I now have to have a password. I want to give positive feedback but this is not a method I would use again.

Bob Loyle was genuinely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and the body shop. The specific work done was relatively minor: the application of a "Pacific Northwest Protection Package". It includes various coatings exterior and interior. The work seems to have been done well enough, but only time will tell.

I have to say that when we arrived at Courtesy Ford, I was pleasantly surprised that we were not bombarded with sales people. There was a group of sales personnel and from that group just one person approached us. He was very friendly, asking what could he do for us--not just assuming that we were there to purchase a vehicle. He listened patiently and asked if we would like to look around and then take a test drive in the vehicles we were interersted in. I walked in knowing that I wanted to test a 4-cylinder Focus as I'd been driving my parents 6-cylinder and was impressed with how it handled. On the test drive, Spencer was very informed about the features of the model that I was driving and demonstrated various applications that came with the vehicle that I tested. After the test drive, I felt no pressure to purchase any vehicle and Spencer asked me what I thought and where I wanted to go from there. I actually did purchase the vehicle, mainly because that is what I'd gone there to accomplish and because I didn't get the "hard" sale tacticts that I'd experienced in the past from other dealerships. I would highly recommend both Courtesy Ford and Spencer Lalone to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.

Ford had trouble delivering the vehicle from the factory in Dearborn, MI. June kept me frequently apprised on the progress of the delivery from build date up until the actual date of delivery. He was exceptional on the day of delivery in reviewing every detail regarding the operation of the vehicle and the electronics. I would rate him as outstanding and would not hesitate to recommend others to him. I believe Courtesy Ford and June truly deserve the ratings as noted above.

I was in the market for a quality used vehicle I could depend on. I gave an excellent rating to Spencer and Courtesy Ford for the following reason's,All questions that I asked I received a Answer to. A real answer. Not the run around.I received the appropriate amount of attention from Spencer. Spencer responded to my calls and answered my questions without calling me all the time and being pushy or trying pressure me.I inquired about a certain vehicle I was interested in. That is the vehicle That I ended up Buying from them For a very reasonable Price. When they say "Courtesy" They truly mean it! My over all experience from Spencer and the entire dealership was very pleasant. I would recommend Courtesy Ford to my friends and family (and have). It was the single best car buying Experience I have had!! Thanks Spencer! See you next time.

I was looking for a car and Ive been to the multiple dealerships around Portland, soon as I got to Ford Ive met Jason Porter. He wasnt pushy, he really understanding person and patient with me, he spend lots of time with me listening to what I want. He never asked me to buy something that I wasnt interested in. I think Jason is the best salesman I have ever worked with, in my entire life. Soon as I told him what car I want he immediately took me for a test drive, he had answered all my questions from smallest to biggest details about the car. When we got to the process of signing papers, he never stepped away from me, whatever I was asking him about, he had an immediate answer. It was this basic Ford Focus without any options that we were interested in, weve had chance to chose the car with options that we wanted and in about 5 - 10 minutes he found us the car that was comfortable with our budget and expectations. It was very nice to work with Jason Porter because he treats you with respect and understanding what you want. Thank you Jason so much!

I am completely satisfied with my experience of buying a new truck from Courtesy Ford. My initial inquiry was made by e-mail to several dealerships in Portland. I strongly recommend choosing Courtesy Ford if you're in the market to buy a car.

I am a loyal Ford owner and wanted to downsize from the Escape. Scott showed me my options and did his best to make a good deal for me. He even showed me a 2011 used car that I liked right away and purchased. The whole process was easy for me and the financial part was very smooth. When the new registration plates came in, Scott installed them on the car for me! I am very happy with my experience at this dealership, as I was happy with the Ford dealership in Vermont where I had purchased several vehicles. I won't hesitate to return for service or if I decide to buy a new car. I will ask for Scott.

If youre going to buy a Ford you have to stop here and at least check it out or you'll be missing out. Scott was the best! I had a terrible experience at the other Ford locations...so terrible that I went straight to a Toyota dealership and was minutes away from purchasing a Tundra instead of a F-150. After driving to lunch we saw Courtesy and decided what the heck we'll try one more Ford dealership before signing the papers. Im glad I did, Scott was a great salesman...not your ordinary pushy know what you need/want sales guy, just straight facts and real customer service there to listen to what YOU really want. I was so pleased with the service, price and everything really. If youre looking for a great ford at a great price you will have to meet up with Scott Driessen, Im positive that hell exceed your expectations and go above and beyond, he did for me. Thanks Scott and Courtesy Ford for the great experience. My father and I will be coming again for our next buys!

For me the thought of stepping on to the lot of a car dealership was worse than having a root canal, which is probably why my husband and I have kept our vehicles for so long. BUT, I have to say our experience with Courtesy Ford was surprisingly pleasant. Our salesman June Jermany, was friendly & knowledgable. When we arrived the car was at the door ready for a test drive. He showed us all the options on the car and some basic instruction on the navigation system. We had shopped around quite a bit and were very pleased with the price June offered for the car. Yousif in finance was very friendly and we are very satisfied with the interest rate on the financing. He presented us with the extended warranty packages and explained each one. Prior to our arrival at the dealership, my husband and I had discussed that we would not accept the offer of adding on any additional warranties, but when we discovered how good they are we decided to accept all three. They are almost too good to be true but if the warranties cover everything they saw then it is a great value. We are very excited about our beautiful new car and absolutely love it. For the first time I can honestly say that I would recommend a car dealership to a friend....that dealership would be Courtesy Ford

Courtesy Ford is a GREAT Dealership with friendly employees that go above and beyond your expectations! I went to many other Ford dealerships and was actually talked out of buying the truck I wanted from Ford. Then I tried Courtesy as my last ford dealership and was disappointed I didn't go there FIRST. I got exactly what I wanted here and even got a lot of extras. It felt as if they tried to do everything they could to help you out and then some. So if you looking for the best prices, friendly staff, and HONESTY go to Courtesy Ford they'll definitely get you set up.

David was very commited to helping me find a car from the minute we called. He seemed very genuine about getting me in a car that I would enjoy, not just 4 wheels to drive out of the dealership. It was very relieving to not feel any pressure to make a decision or hurry in my decision. I didn't feel more pressure to choose any vehicle over another, which was nice! I have bought a quite a few cars over the last few years and David helped make it a truly painless experience.

1. Wonderful, friendly service2. Good prices3. Clean, well maintained used cars4. Would I buy from them again? Yes!I had been looking for a family car for a couple months where I live in Washington, with little success. The majority of dealers I went to were pushy, friendly if they thought they could close a deal, and had poorly maintained used cars. There were budget and family friendly used cars out there, but it was difficult to find one that screamed "buy me!"Discouraged and wondering if we would find a good car, my fiance and I were delighted to stumble on Courtesy Ford's inventory on the internet. Their prices were great, and after calling them up, I was very pleased that they were able to work with me on the price of the car I was looking at (2006 Mercury Milan). There was only one challenge though. I live 170 miles away from the dealership! I was very interested in the car, but it was difficult to find time to cart the family all the way down there. Like heroes to the rescue though, Anthony from sales drove the milan 3 hours to my house, with someone following him to drive him back. With no strings attached, no commitment to buy, nodda. I was rather shocked.Anthony arrived with the car late in the evening. The Milan was beautifully detailed and serviced, drove perfectly, and was very comfortable. Happily, I sat down at my kitchen table, filled out the paperwork, and bought the car :)After having it for a month, I am still super happy with it, and everyone I talk to is always amazed at the price and service I received from Courtesy Ford! Thanks guys!

I was in the market to purchase a used pickup for towing. I was met and greeted with exceptional hospitality. Scott was not the normal pushy saleman I was used to. He checked everything with me every step of the way, and continued to push for what I wanted at the price I wanted. I had no intention of buying a pickup on my first visit, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Scott and felt very secure with my choice and purchase. Scott also called me personally over the first few months to make sure that all my expectations with the vehicle were met, and to see if there were any problems that needed to be fixed. I am very pleased with the overall service and look forward to visiting again. Thanks again Scott for all your help.Regards,Morgan Peterman

We purchased a 2010 mustang. After the purchase we later found out that some of the information given to us was not honest. We contacted the dealership and talked to Brian about our problem. He wanted to help us in anyway he could. So off we go to the dealership. There we met David Worley. David is not your basic salesman. He takes the time to listen to what YOU what in a car, what YOU can afford and goes from there , NOT DOING WHAT SO MANY OTHER SALESMAN DO! ( take you for a ride! ) So are you ready to hear the great news? We now own a 2012 Boss 302! Can you believe it!? Just kidding but we did get a 2012 mustang and we couldn't of done it without the 2 hard working employees of Courtesy Ford, Brian and David! Ryan and Cristina

I bought a Subaru from David Hughes at Courtesy Ford last month. David was very good to me and has even called me a few times since buying it to check in and see if I needed an oil change and also to talk. David has been the best car salesman that I have dealt with. My experience at courtesy ford was awesome. I purchased a fully loaded 2011 limited Ford escape, and I'm loving it. My sales guy David Hughes couldn't have treated me better. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. It was a pleasure to do business with him. Not only did David get me a great deal, he made the experience fun. I also opted to do the Ford financing plan. If you do too, you won't be sorry because the business manager Uriah Beltran is great. Highly knowledgable in the realm of personal finance, he will absolutely make sure that you understand the plan you've chosen and that it fits your personal budget. He won't steer you wrong. All in all, my experience at Courtesy Ford was stellar. Their great success and business model really allows them to take a laid back approach to auto sales, which is extremely refreshing. If you're thinking about buying a new car and want to support American manufacturing, I can't think of a more enjoyable place to go than Courtesy Ford. Good luck, have fun!

Well about one year ago i went to courtesy ford to test drive and possibly try to purchase a VW GTI. well long story short my credit wasnt great so we couldnt get to that type of car. But jason and I hit it off i was very impressed with how he dealt with things, he tried and tried and didn't give up. This last november i had brought my uncle in to look at new trucks and sure enough there jason was to help us out. i thought that was pretty great. About two weeks ago i went in and finally bought a car from jason. it was an overall great exprience. He did things to help get me finacned and was very patient.

From the moment I met Jason when I arrived at the dealership he made me feel welcome. He listened to my needs and was very helpful assisting me in choosing a vehicle to meet them. The process was quick and painless. I was given a fair ammount for my trade and got a good price on my new car. Jason followed up with some remaining issues to be dealt with after the fact as he promised he would without any reminders from me. I will definitely reccomend Courtesy Ford to my freinds and associates and will tell them to ask for Jason Boursier. In short.....He's the man!!

I would recommend Courtesy Ford to anyone interested in buying a new vechicle. I contacted June Jermany and told him what I was looking for in a new truck. Courtesy Ford did not have the truck I wanted in stock, so June went the extra mile to locate the truck I was looking for and had it brought in from another dealership so I could purchase it. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by June who presented the truck to me, all clean and shined up and ready to go. It had all the options on it that I was looking for and was exactly what I wanted right down to the color I was looking for. June made the purchasing experience very easy and he is completly professional and easy to work with. He did just exactly what he said he would do and his follow-up was very complete. When he said he would return my call he always did that. This new Ford F-350 Super Duty truck is the 2nd new vehicle I have purchased from Courtesy Ford and June Jermany this month, and I would recommend Courtesy Ford and June Jermany to anyone interested in a vehicle. Their customer service is outstanding.

Went to dealership to look at and drive the new 305 HP mustang.Jason was very helpful and provided answers to all my questions.Liked what and saw and Jason's non pushy style.Decided to negotiate price for a new Mustang. Inventory was low so Jason found the Mustang I wanted at sister dealership.Courtesy gave me a great price on vehicle, good price on my trade in, good interest rate for my purchase.I will return to Courtesy for all my service needs and to buy an additional new car.Great experience overall.

Someone hit my parents car on the side and totaled it. On top of that stressful experience, it was my dad and moms only car and needed to be replaced immediately. We had a weeks worth of looking at used cars before we called Mark at Courtesy Ford. I was starting to get fed up and tired of it all. Mark put us at ease and made the entire transaction unbelievably smooth. If it had not been for him they would be driving an old used car with who knows what kind of problems, instead of a brand new Ford Focus. I really appreciate his straightforwardness and making the sale simple.

I first looked at and test drove a Ford Flex at another local dealership. After meeting the sales person at that dealership, I was expecting that I would do business with them. Two days later, I went to Courtesy Ford because they had some Flexes in colors and options that I had not seen yet. I fully expected I would be "just looking". But Jason's manor was so engaging that I found myself wanting to do business with him. He and Mark Delaney were great thru the entire purchase.

We purchased a vehicle through the Costco program and was put in touch with Ammie. From our first internet inquiry, Ammie, was fast to respond and very responsive to our needs. We were able to place our order via the phone with her and receive confirmations through the email. We live out of town so this was very helpful. Ammie did an outstanding job in working through the process, keeping us informed and meeting all our needs. I would highly recommend Ammie Jose and Courtsey Ford in general.

Courtesy Ford truly lives up to it's name. David Hughes was one of the most knowledgeable, energetic and professional sales persons I have ever worked with. If you are in the market for a Ford Truck, he is a superstar. His knowledge of the product is great. The entire dealership is clean, well represented with Ford product and a great environment. When it came to the sales experience, it was simple, professional and just overall pleasant. The Finance Manager, Sam Luu, is the best. He is professional, very knowledgeable and so eager to make sure his customers leave satisfied. I really loved this dealership and will certainly work with them many times in the future, as long as Ford keeps putting out great products. I only hope when I am in the market for a Ford vehicle in the future, the same crew is still working at Courtesy. If you are looking to buy a car, go here. You won't regret it. Great people, great dealership, great products, great experience. Keep up the great work.

The process took around 4 hours which was not bad considering we did not know what we wanted when we walked in. We looked at 3 models. Received a fair trade in value. Financing took less than 30 minutes. Prior new car purchase in California took over 1.5 hours to finance. We were met at door and escorted to salesman's desk. We left with a new Ford Edge and felt comfortable about the deal we received. Absolutely no high pressure involved in either sales or financing.

I had been considering new car for a number of months, but after visiting a few local dealerships, I was thoroughly disgusted with the buying process and the transparent tactics by the sales teams I met with. I was obviously leery of stepping through the doors of a dealership again, almost to the point I would have chosen a used car to avoid the hassle.I was pleased to have the experience I did at Courtesy Ford, which was not unpleasant in the least. I was fortunate enough to meet Jason on my first visit, and I knew immediately that he was the right fellow to work with. In a market where the sales cycle is fairly short, I have to say how impressed I was with his patience as I came back and viewed multiple different options over the course of a few weeks, all while juggling my wife and kids as I visited, etc. I also very much appreciated that there was a perceived lack of b*s coming from the other folks supporting Jason in the dealership. I understand clearly the motivations of the sales team, but they did not unduly push for decisions quickly, and as a result I bought the right car, for the right price.

This was without a doubt the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Since it was a surprise birthday present for my wife, Ammie and I were able to keep everything hush hush until the day we showed up to pick out her new Escape. Everything went perfect. We were able to pick out exactly the car she wanted with all the right options, and Ammie made especially sure it got delivered before my wife's birthday. Even if she had to come in on her day off to deliver it. Sam in finance was a true pleasure to work with, and to be honest, actually made the experience fun. It was wonderful to work with such professionals who obviously enjoy what they do. Courtesy Ford has earned a customer for life. Thank you.

I was extemely impressed with Jason as a sales person. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I have purchased many cars and usually it is an all day job and not to great of an experience. Jason paid attention to what I wanted in my vehicle, accomadated me by bringing the car over to my business, so I could look at it, because I was too busy to go to the car lot, you might say he gave me curbside service. The car was exactly what I wanted, the price was good, and so I bought it.I have never purchased a car so quick, easy and stess free. Jason definitely is a unique person as well as a sales person, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, in fact I have, my brother purchased a car from Jason and was equally impressed with Jason.Thank you, Bruce R. I was very pleased working with June at your dealership. He was very professional and his customer service was excellent. I actually purchased a new Ford Explorer over the telephone, on a Sunday afternoon, and at 10:30 AM the next morning June was knocking on my door to deliver my new vehicle, which was 200 miles from the dealership. I felt he went above and beyond to help me get the new Explorer. I would recommend Courtesy Ford, and June to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I just picked up my new F-150 FX4 on 3/22/11 from Courtesy Ford. This was a vehicle I special ordered and David and the rest of the team were great to work with the whole time. When I originally went there David looked all over for a vehicle that would match what I was looking for, but one didn't exist with my exact specifications. David was very easy to work with and made ordering the vehicle very simple, as I was able to confirm every part of the order before it was put in. After it was ordered David kept me informed as to the progress by providing the VIN number and transportation information. When the vehicle arrived I was presented with the finance options and picked the one that best suited my needs. I was shown every rebate I qualified for and the cost breakdown as to how the monthly payment was calculated. Overall it was very easy and comfortable. After all the finance stuff was done, David did an outstanding job of going through the vehicle and showing me how everything worked. As a side note, my service engine light came on soon after I left the dealership. I returned to the dealership and the service department was almost closed so I was given another brand new F-150 to drive for the night. When I returned the next day the service department gave me a thorough eplanation of what casued the light to go on and what they found, which was essentially nothing. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience and I would go to Courtesy Ford and David Hughes for my future vehicle needs, and I love my truck!

We wanted a new car and we got a new Ford Focus. David negotiated the price down to something we could afford. The contract includes free oil changes for life as well as free service for three years. I never had that before. Oil changes and other services add up to a lot of money. The only thing we didn't get was a USB port. We got a MP3 port instead, which is okay.David selected a demo car for us to test drive and buy, but he did not give us a choice on a different color of car or one with less than the demo mileage.David was very friendly and was very helpful in negotiating the price. This created a very good overall experience. The price was about what I expected for a new Focus.

I just picked up a new F150 from Courtesy Ford that I had ordered back around the first of the year. You might think that 3 and half months is a bit to long to wait for a custom order, but in this case it was every bit as quick, if not quicker, than the typical for what I ordered. You see, I didn't want just an everyday ole F150, instead I had set my sights on one of Ford's new, hot SVT Raptors. Not only are the Raptors in limited supply but there is a very high demand for them. Courtesy's Internet Sales Manager, Ammie Jose, stepped up to the plate and patiently worked with me as a I configured and then reconfigured and changed mind again on the options and color selections for my order. She was very professional and enjoyable to negotiate with and it didn't take long for us to put together a deal that worked for both parties.Once the order was in and accepted by Ford, it would have been easy for her to sit back and just wait till the truck arrived before she contacted me again. But that was not the case at all. Ammie kept me appraised of the trucks progress through the build process. She made sure I had the VIN number as soon as it was available from Ford and when it got close to delivery time, she took time out of her day off to personally check on its status. When it was finally time to take delivery of my new toy, she made sure I understood all the features of Ford's sophisticated media management system called SYNC. She walked me through each screen and even synced both my wife's and my iPhone's Bluetooth connections for us. If that was not enough, I was introduced to the Service Department personnel and even a few of the guys in the Parts Department. I then spent a few minutes with the Finance Department who were able to match the very low rate my bank had quoted me. It was quick, simple and painless. As I was about to drive off, she brought out the GM and introduced us. An unexpected courtesy (no pun intended)and much appreciated. Both Courtesy Ford and Ammie get my highest marks for a job very well done. You would be well served by this dealership and I will be back.

We bought our 2011 Ford Fusion from Ammie Jose. She was a pleasure to work with. We worked together on the internet for sometime, and finally after months of consideration, we went into Courtesy Ford.Besides the savings we received, Courtesy Ford employees seemed to be having fun, this dealership is very different from many we had visited prior to our purchase. The respect and the no pressure, no-haggling promise, sure was the easiest purchase that we have ever made. We purchase vehicles every two to three years, and for now on we are working with Ammie at Courtesy Ford because of the way this dealership gets it. After the Sale she explained how everything worked in our new vehicle which we never had service like this in the past. She is very efficient and her personality is delightful. This dealership is STELLAR. We will be sending our friends, family and co-workers to Ammie at Courtesy Ford. Awesome job!

I was driving home from the coast the other night and someone had told me that I didn't have any brake lights. We called the service department around 6:15 and Brian said that they were open until 7, but if we could make it then come down and they would look at the light bulbs to see if they were just burnt out. Brian told us not to worry that if we were going to be a few minutes later than 7 to just call and he would stay a little bit after to help us. I was doubtful that both light bulbs had burnt out at the same time, but we made it to Courtesy Ford almost right at 7. Brian was still there and he had a guy change out our rear light bulbs very quickly, and to my surprise everything was working properly after that. Thanks Courtesy Ford and thanks Brian Sterrett for helping us out as you always do!

I went with a friend to your dealership to take care of a recall on his Explorerwhile waiting I ask my friend if he didnt mind if we looked at a few cars while we were there, i had been looking to get a new car for some time but not really happy with what I have seen at other dealerships as well as how I was treated. We were greated by Ammie Jose, she asked what I was looking for and was shown a couple of cars before I settled on a 2011 Fusion. I liked the car, now came the hard part I thought.I explained what I needed out of my trade in and after very little haggling I got what I thought was a fair price for both my trade and the new car. I was treated with respect and they worked very hard to make my visit worthwhile. I bought the car. thats "why" I would recommend this dealership.

January 3, 2010 My Wife and I purchased a new 2010 Ford Ranger from Courtesy Ford located at 1313 N.E. 122nd Ave. Portland, Oregon. Mr. Mark Delaney an employee of Courtesy Ford assisted us the selection of the Ford Ranger and made certain it was clean and serviced in order we could take it home with us. This was the first time in my life I went to dealer picked out the model I wanted, paid for it and then took it home with me in a few hours,. I mentioned the time it took to express how efficient and professional I found the employees at Courtesy Ford. The name of dealer describes my experiences with Courtesy Ford. My Wife and I thank everyone who waited on us for being so nice. We found the service department being very clean and the personal very polite.Thank YouBenny and Rizaliza Altis

What a great car buying experience! It was the first car I had bought in 10 years. I had been looking for about a month now and David was the fist salesman I have met that I felt was genuine and honest. From the initial phone call I felt I could trust this guy. Buying a car is a major decision in a persons life and David Worley made it a very comfortable stress free process. Great car, great price and great customer service by David Worley! About a year prior to purchasing my vehicle, I had visited Courtesy Ford looking for a small truck. They did't have exactly what I wanted, in my price range. Over the next twelve months Mark kept in touch with me, calling me immediately whenever a vehicle came in that he though I might like. When the Toyota Tacoma came in he called me right away, and let me know he had found me the perfect truck, He was right. He only knew that, because he really took the time to listen when I spoke about what I needed in a vehicle.Mark made the process so easy when I came in to look at the Tacoma, never pressuring me to buy it, explaining everything about the truck in detail, and made me feel so confident in my decision. During the paperwork process, the finance manager, Uriah, also made each detail clear to me, helped the everything go smoothly, and when I left, I knew I had made the right purchase. Uriah and Mark even followed up with me weeks later to see how I liked my new truck!I highly recommend Courtesy Ford to all of my friends and family, and always tell them to ask for Mark specifically when they get there.

All I an say is WOW!!! I have never bought a car over the phone. Josef did an awesome job in the F&I department, he gave me a better intrest rate than was quoted over the phone. Both David and Josef listened to me and delivered beyond my expections. David even came out to my home and delivered my lincoln. Both David and Josef were very professional and did not use any pressure to get me to buy. I would recomend David to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. Ford needs to look at the way your sales department does business and emplement your sales practices. Once again all i can say is WOW.

This was a pretty easy transaction, the salesman David Worley was very pleasent to work with and made the experience very comfortable. One thing I did notice is that the finance manager was very aggreive about buying an extended warranty, which I already told him no on the phone. Then on my way out with my nice new 2010 Ford Flex the manager tried to push the extended warranty on me also. So from the way I was treated by David Worley my salesman I would go back. He treated me with respect and didnt try to push anything extra on me like the other to higher up's. Thanks again David for making this a very good experince.Sincerly,Happy Ford Flex Owner

So happy I never have to go to Courtesy Ford again!!We bought a Hyundai Sante Fe about 2 years ago from courtesy ford. They offered a great car at a low price. Only later did we find out that they were being deceptive about not telling us what the maintenance schedule was for that vehicle (apparently major maintenance is due every 60k miles- which is way more often than most cars so it didn't even occur to us to check ourselves.) After inquiring about a squeaky timing belt several times and being told that it was fine, our timing belt broke and badly damaged the engine at just under 80k. Since we had not done the 60k mile service (we hadn't been informed) the work didn't fall under our purchased warranty. We went ahead and bit the bullet to have our car fixed. This is seriously a maximum of 15 hours work but Courtesy Ford had our car for 3 and a half weeks. Never really telling us what was going on, always promising it would be done in 2 more days at the latest. They never called me when promised. I called David every single time before he called me. He never knew what was going on with our car and had to call me back, which he never did and I would have to call him back at the end of the day when he would often dodge my call. We were never offered a loaner car. When I asked about it after being stranded at home for 2 weeks, David said that yes we could get one. Later I was told by a different customer service representative that they went far above and beyond in service since they really aren't supposed to rent cars to non-ford cars (in spite of the fact that our warranty was with them.) After all this was finally over, our bill was 15% higher than the high end of the estimate we were given and our Sante Fe was now having new and troublesome problems never experienced before. When I inquired about this, I was told in no uncertain terms that it could not have been due to their work (even though none of these problems existed before they had our car for most of a month.) In the end, we drove to Ron Tonkin Honda and traded our Sante Fe in (at a loss no less) just so we could deal with a dealership that actually does good work, informs customers about what is being done, and is honest. Never use this dealership. They are fraudulent and shoddy.
What’s more, Courtesy Ford Lincoln of Portland has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself.
