Seth was awesome in selling us the car and taking care of us. Altho the service dept guy was a little shady after Seth and I both Sat with him in making an apt and him writing my apt down even called the paint shop for a ding in the door and got the ok with them for the dates. We watched him do it. But when I went in for the apt he said had no idea about my apt and said he couldn't get me a rental car to drive for the three days I was out a vehicle . He tried blaming it on Seth saying he dont know why Seth didn't make the apt or called the paint shop but if I made a apt with him (which I already had) he would make sure it was all done right and reschedule me. but I was with Seth and he did his Job correctly watching the service guy make the apt. All said and done one call to Seth while he was at the car show while I was at the dealership in the service dept set everything straight and got me taking care of and in and out quickly with a rental.

Stephen did an awesome job of getting me exactly what I wanted. He was very thorough, went through all the features of the vehicle after I purchased it. The entire staff that I dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. I most definitely will be referring folks to you all. As for the vehicle, I absolutely love it, I put lots of miles in on a weekly basis so to have a luxury ride with the comfort I needed is super!! This is the first time I have dealt with anyone other than Hub City Ford. My intentions were to only visit that booth at the car show to trade in my 2008 Ford Taurus. The day prior, Hub City Ford placed my in a 2014 Taurus to test drive or choose another at the car show. When I passed by Courtesy's vehicles and began speaking with Marlon Winbush, he changed my mind. I knew he was the person I wanted to give my business to, so I returned to the Hub City Ford tent and explained I wanted to explore other options. Marlon went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied with my choice. I must admit, I changed my mind a couple of times, but Marlon was so patient, as well as the finance managers. Because of this, I will leave Hub City Ford of 14 years and bring my business to Courtesy Buick GMC. Look for my return to purchase a new truck and a car for my daughter. Thanks everyone who help me finally get my 2014 GMC Terrain and the best possible financing option available for me. Kudos Marlon!!!!

Great initial contact with Andrea. Friendly, prompt, and very personable. Sales man she sent us to was a little pushy, and I thought a "TEST DRIVE" required you to get in the vehicle and DRIVE it, not circle the vehicle and look at it. Salesman couldn't give me a counter offer or a bottom line price when an offer was made. He said it had to be run through the shop before he could do that. I do appreciate the fact that he called me to tell me that there was too much that needed to be repaired on the vehicle so he wouldn't sell it to me. My only concern was the miscommunication or misinformation i received going back and forth from the two parties. Overall the experience was GOOD! But I'm a 100% straight forward person, don't tell me one thing then an hour later tell me a totally different story with no recollection of the previous conversation.

They told me my truck would be delivered within 6-8 weeks. I received my truck before I expected it to come in. Everything I had ordered was as expected. I recently purchases a 2014 Sierra 1500 SLT 4x4. Tony Broussard was my salesman. I can't say enough good things about this guy. For starters, he was very friendly and professional. I had Tony running around the lot to take pictures and email me trucks that I was interested in. He always came through. Cort (I can't remember his last name) handled the finance part. Again, a good guy and very friendly. After I signed the papers, Tony took extra time to set up my phone in my truck and go through all the options. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. My wife is wanting a 2015 Yukon later this year. I already know I'll be buying it from Courtesy GMC on Johnston St.

The internet sales person Andrea Carlson replied promptly to my online inquiry about a new Buick Enclave. When we arrived at the dealership she introduced us to a sales person, Kory Mhire, that took time to show us the car we were interested in. Unlike other dealerships, we did not get the run around when it came to making the deal. Everyone was very professional. All in all, we had a good experience with our new car purchase.

It was a dream come true for my wife and I. Marlon was a true sales professional and I give him a "A Plus" on his sales knowledge. The dealership was very clean and everyone was very polite to my wife and I. The only thing was that when we received 2 emails (1 from Marlon and 1 from the sales manager) they were both address to my wife only. It made me feel like I wasn't even a part of the deal. Im not gonna let that part be a deciding factor on returning to purchase another vehicle from Courtesy but because I'm a sales manager myself in the Pest industry for Orkin Pest Control I always make sure to include all decision maker in the emails and especially in my thank you letters. Brought my 09 Mitz. Glant to trade for tuck and did and even trade for 2000 Ford-150 car worth more than truck but did trade with no money out my pocket. truck is has minor flaws. but the motor runs great and it severs it purpose.
