Yes, it was a quiet Thursday afternoon, a young woman started the paperwork for my service on 06/11/2020. She did a great job and I asked about Ben but he was at lunch. As soon as Ben came back from lunch, he contacted me and took over. They both did great jobs servicing my vehicle. I give them both 5 stars. Thank you both!!! Yes, it was nice Wednesday morning on 09/16/20. The Courtesy Hyundai people did a great but an oil change should not take 3 hours?!😎🤔🐌 Yes, Ben did a helluva job on 12/10/2020 taking care of me and my 2020 Santa Fe. It took longer than expected for diagnostics of vehicle.😎 Great job Ben, 03/09/2021. Okay, I would like to give Ben Riviera 4.5 stars for his work at servicing my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe on Saturday, 06/12/2021. Thank you for your help in keeping my vehicle running smoothly. I had a 4 wheel alignment. 😎😁

I consider purchasing a car one step below tooth extraction. That being said, I had a great experience with Courtesy Hyundai and my salesman Manny. It takes me around three grueling weeks to narrow down my make and model selection. I focus on nothing else and literally call and visit every dealer in a 50 mile radius. Manny from Courtesy Hyundai was the only sales person who gave me an "out the door" price over the phone and did not attempt to alter it once I got to the dealership.. Not only was he a nice, down to earth guy but beat the competition hands down. After we closed the deal he asked me how would I like to have my windows tented and car pinstriped. I asked him how much more and he said “nothing!!!” I was blown away. I just got it done today and was so impressed that I bought Manny and the team pizza as my way of saying thanks. As always a perfect experience. Definitely a 5. I have been working with Jeffrey Martinez for 6 or 7 years and one of the reasons i always come back. A good service advisor is your next step after s purchase And one who knows his stuff and has integrity is important.

I had a pleasure of getting my car serviced through Courtesy Hyundai and my service advisor Ben Rivera was great! My appointment was at 9AM and wasn’t checked on until 9:30AM, hence only the 4 stars. Once Ben realized it, he kept me in the loop with my vehicle the entire time. He checked on me multiple times and even tried to get me a rental car if I needed to leave since I had to pick my daughter up by a certain time. They definitely know how to keep their customers happy. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

Just purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Courtesy Hyundai. This was my first service experience and it was excellent! Warren, my service advisor was professional, friendly & courteous! I appreciated the quick service. I also want to commend the shuttle driver who took me home when I dropped off the car initially. My overall rating is 5 stars! Great job! Thanks
