I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Rivera who helped me find a suitable used vehicle that met all my needs. He was both personable and informative about each vehicle I met with interest. When it came to discussing numbers, Daniel and Josue were reasonable and receptive to our requests. Financing department was also smooth and efficient. Even after considering looking elsewhere (because my hunt for a car was in its early stages), I was ultimately drawn to the great customer service and flexibility these associates provided. I went to Kia in Brandon and I honestly didn’t know if I was going to trade my car in or not. When I got there I was greeted by Victor he was super nice and not pushy at all. He asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking for and what my concerns were. We then set down and talked about my options. He was super attentive and very helpful. I ended up with a car that I absolutely love!! I am very happy with my experience at Kia in Brandon and Victor is the best! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

On Friday April 23rd I purchased a KIA Stinger. My sales associate was Victor Torres. He was very helpful and patient!! He was never pushy. The process was fairly quick and easy. The extended warranty is awesome and the lifetime tint warranty is a bonus!! The entire family is enjoying this little sports car! Very fun to drive!! As ALWAYS Jenny is AMAZING. She takes the time to explain what my car really needs, and showed genuine concern with my vehicles needs. I can count on her to lead me in the right direction regarding my vehicle. Everyone in the service department are always so friendly & cheerful. The manager Fernando is very caring. I've been going there for the past 4 years & truly trust the whole service department of Courtesy Kia of Brandon. I only go to them for all my vehicle services.

Service department was great. Bobby explained everything helped me make an informed decision about certain services I needed. There was no courtesy driver until 8:45 and nice as he was, he took an older retired couple to a bagel shop in the opposite direction of where myself and another man needed to go to work, first. 8/20/20- everything was great Jason was fantastic took care of my tire and I was out of there in no time. 4/16/21 - Erich was fantastic. Called a Lyft ride for me to get to work. Called and explained about my tire plan and got my tire replaced. Everything was very good.
